McDonald's in Andernach

Das ist ein MC Donalds den niemand braucht. Nicht nur das ,dieses Menü lauwarm bei MC Drive ist. Die Dame am Schalter sowas von unfreundlich ein absolutes No-Go. Vor ca . 6 Wochen war ich da. Dann fehlte das Rest Geld und fragte wie es damit aussieht und sie meinte wollen sie die paar Cent haben und ich meinte ja. Dann muss ich extra zur anderen Kasse gehen,da sagte ich OK. Sie gab es mir widerwillig. Für mich eine absoluter Laden der mich nicht mehr sieht. Pappiges Essen unfreundlich und versucht das Rückgeld zu behalten.

Bestellung per App erstellt. Produkte ganz klar definiert. Siehe Bild. Erhalten habe ich leider was ganz anderes! Siehe Bild. Inzwischen scheint dort nur noch unqualifiziertes Personal zu arbeiten!

Der LANGSAMSTE McDrive weltweit! 22:10 in die Schlange am McDrive gestellt... während ich diese Rezension Schreibe wurde ich jetzt für wegen einen Chicken Salad und Mac&Cheese Nuggets in die Wartebucht gestellt. Es ist inzwischen 22:50 und ich zähle die 4. Ratte die über die Fahrspur huscht... Aber schlau gemacht... wahrscheinlich stimmen die KPIs aber trotzdem, weil man einfach die Autos am Bestellterminal minutenlang stehen lässt ohne eine Bestellung überhaupt aufzunehmen. Es wird schön erst die Bestellung fertig gemacht, bevor eine nächste aufgenommen wird. So kann man sich das Leben im Inneren als Mitarbeiter halt auch entspannt halten. Alles andere typisch McD halt.

MC Donalds wie man es kennt. Nicht besser oder schlechter als andere.

Von „fast food“ kann man hier nicht reden. Grade bei Stoßzeiten wartet man in der Regel 20-40 Minuten bis man drann ist im Mc Drive…

Bestellung hat über App top geklappt. Personal bemüht unfreundlich, Bestellung wurde lässig auf Theke geworfen und als fertig deklariert. Auf Nachfrage, wo denn der Shake zur Bestellung sei, bekam ich ein flapsiges, wird doch grade fertig gemacht. Waren die einzigen Kunde zu dieser Zeit, aber in der Unterhaltung der McDonald's Angestellten, wohl ein Störfaktor.

Das Essen war schlecht, die Pommes waren kalt und matschig, und die Behindertentoilette war extrem schmutzig.

Es ist ein Mc Donalds mit Indoor-Spielgelegenheit für Kinder. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung.

30 Minuten. Warten ist ja kein Problem, aber das hier ist echt schockierend. Man sieht ja nicht, wie sich die Abteilungen vorbereiten – Chaos pur. Das Problem ist nicht mal das Warten an sich, sondern die Unwilligkeit. Das vorherige Team war echt gut. Hier könnten sie einen Kollegen, vielleicht Nigerianer oder so, hochziehen – der hätte das Doppelte verdient. Es ist echt schade, und es war nicht das Warten, das mich so aufgeregt hat, sondern der Anblick. Man muss ja warten, wenn man sieht, dass etwas vorbereitet wird, aber sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt! Ich habe nicht mal mein Glas bekommen … aber ist ja auch egal, oder? 😂 Mehr Arbeit am Wochenende und … bessere Schulungen für die Abteilungen. Die Pommes sollten durchgehend frisch sein … die haben einen Korb Pommes für über zwanzig Bestellungen reingestellt. Reden wir lieber gar nicht erst über den Rest … Haha … wir brauchen auch dringend einen guten Manager mit klaren Zielen und Motivation.

Für zwei Menüs und 2 Happy Meals dreiviertel Stunde gewartet. Personal unter aller Sau, streiten sich vor den Kunden. Wir haben andere Soßen bekommen die wir eigentlich gewählt hätten. Ein Bürger ohne Bacon bestellt trotzdem mit Bacon bekommen. Mecces in Andernach wird immer schlimmer.

Gestern Abend Chaos pur dort. Stau auf dem Parkplatz wegen abgesperrten Parkplätzen für den LKW der beliefert. Stau im Drive. Wir also rein. Gekauft 2 happy Meal. Wartezeit bestimmt 25 Minuten. Jede Menge Leute die gefragt wurden ob Gitterkartoffeln ok sind da die Pommes leer sind. Uns wurden einfach welche reingehen. Auf dem Parkolatz dann in der 4 er Tüte Nuggets nur 3 drin . Ausserdem wurde der Inhalt bis auf die Gitterkartoffeln statt in die Mealbox alles nur in eine grosse Tüte geworfen.

Also das Essen war Warm und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Aber völlig unterbesetzt und der müll hat sich gestapelt, es wurde einfach nichts abgeräumt an den Stationen. Somit blieben auch alle Tische dreckig. Leider absolute überforderung bei der Sauberkeit. Ich dachte mir nur wie sieht dann die küche aus, wenn die fliegen in den Abraumstationen schon ihre Familie planen.

Katastrophe…bis das Essen mal fertig ist, ist einem schon der Appetit vergangen ich warte schon sein knapp 30 Minuten bis mein Essen fertig ist. Das Essen ist immernoch nicht fertig. Die Mitarbeiter auch unfreundlich und es ist hier einfach zu teuer

Haben ein Angebot bestellt. Das gebrachte war nicht so dekorativ hergerichtet als auf dem Foto angepriesen wurde. Eher lieblos.

Wir haben hier auf der Durchreise als vierköpfige Familie einen Zwischenstopp gemacht. Bei McDonald's weiß man ja eigentlich, was man bekommt, aber dieser Besuch war wirklich besonders. ​Positiv hervorzuheben ist – und das ist auch genau der Grund, warum ich diese Bewertung schreibe –, dass während des Essens jemand vom Personal an unseren Tisch kam. Wir wurden sehr freundlich gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei und die Bestellung unseren Wünschen entspreche. So eine Nachfrage kennt man sonst eigentlich nur aus klassischen Restaurants und war für uns bei McDonald's völlig neu. Das fanden wir extrem aufmerksam.

Teresa ist die aller beste Mitarbeiterin!! Super kundenorientiert und bleibt auch bei sehr nervigen Kunden sehr ruhig und nett! Komme auf jeden Fall wieder hier her :)

Öfters mal fehlende Teile beim Drive in aber sonst alles gut !

Laut, Toiletten schmutzig (und ich bin nicht Pingelig). Service Personal macht guten Job, Abräumer und Servierer.

Also, dieser Milkshake bei McDonald’s war echt enttäuschend. Erstens war die Konsistenz total daneben – eher wässrig und überhaupt nicht cremig. Und der Geschmack? Viel zu künstlich und fad – da hätte ich mir wirklich mehr erhofft. Leider absolut keine Empfehlung.

Seit langem nochmal im Mäcces. Was soll ich sagen, habe es bereut. Plant Nuggets waren kalt, hart und haben nach altem Fett geschmeckt. Pommes latschig......so schnell nicht nochmal

Eine blonde türkisch sprechende Mitarbeiterin hat angefangen mich anzuschreien, und zu beleidigen. Weil ich auf den geputzen FUSSBODEN GEGANGEN BIN AUF DEN FUSSBODEN soll ich zu meinen tisch fliegen? Sowas hab ich noch erlebt. Respektlos

Ich wurde um 23:59 Uhr noch sehr freundlich bedient – was wirklich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Trotz der späten Uhrzeit habe ich sogar noch ein Eis bekommen. Der Service war super nett und zuvorkommend. Großes Lob an das Team von McDonald’s Andernach!

The service is abysmal and deserves nothing more than abysmal. I left the restaurant today without food because the self-service kiosks couldn't accept my order. My attempt to order at the counter failed due to a complete lack of service. I was completely ignored for over five minutes while five employees rummaged through two order bags. There was no offer of service whatsoever, let alone a personal greeting. No, even after the food was handed out, I continued to be ignored. The next order was processed as a team effort, and no service was offered. Ultimately, I left the restaurant without my meal. Every service provider experiences stressful situations, but this restaurant clearly lacks strategies for dealing with customers, especially those who don't use the self-service kiosks. Fail. That's all I can say about their work ethic and customer service.

Burgers as they should be, curly fries matching, and not overcooked.

I used to come here often, and I already knew it was by far the most stressful branch in the region. But today it was truly abysmal. Four cars were ahead of me at the McDrive counter, and it took over 25 minutes for me to get my order. The food itself didn't make up for it: The burger was cold, and half the topping was stuck in the wrapper instead of between the buns. The fries were also cold and soggy, and the "Hot Apple Turnover" was still lukewarm, despite my goodwill. The friendly young lady at the counter was the only bright spot. Better to drive a little further to Koblenz; it's quick there, and I've never had reason to complain.

This is the fifth time your online order has been incorrect! You drive 15 km there and 15 km back, get home, and what a surprise, half your order is missing. When you call, you're told you'll get your meal next time. It's a complete disgrace to fob customers off like that. You ordered your meal for a month from now, not for today, because you're not hungry! If you check your order, you'll get a stupid look. And it was only for three people!

I've been telling myself not to go there for ages. We waited 20 minutes for our order. The fries were cold, we took takeout menus, and we didn't get a single one of the six sauces, and there were no napkins. They gave our child the wrong order. The staff seemed indifferent, and the service was nonexistent.

A complete rip-off... Employees are too unqualified to properly pack an order. I once had a Happy Meal without toys. My son was thrilled, thanks for that 😡 And today these shaker fries without anything. I don't recommend this place...

The staff always tries hard, but unfortunately, something has been missing or delivered incorrectly on a few occasions. But hey, I'll be back anyway.

The food was standard McDonald's, but the staff was remarkably unfriendly. Definitely not the best McDonald's.

Quiet, clean and excellent service

I like the combination menu of double cheese burger with curling potatoes.

Spacious McDonald's. The food came quickly. Unfortunately, the fries were too cold and the restroom soap was gone. So, one point deducted.

Toilet smells. Staff do not want to talk. Trash piles up.

Food as usual, but the restrooms are a complete no-go... It stinks like hell... as soon as you open the door... The restrooms are filthy... I know other MCs who care about hygiene...

I've been wanting to give it another chance for a long time, but unfortunately, it was still bad. It was chaotic and the wait was long. The fries were almost cold, but then they were too salty. After the order had taken so long, I didn't feel like complaining anymore. Next time, I'll go straight to Koblenz/B9.

Unfortunately I have to say that the toilets are so dirty that you get herpes. Hygiene is the most important thing.

This time, the review is bad: The Mc Bacon menu meat was cold and tasted rancid. The service was stressed, and the restrooms were very dirty!

Very dirty in the kitchen! Also in the checkout area! Staff very tense and unfriendly! No glasses left, and for the happy meal, we had to resort to the toys that hadn't been chosen! In general, it's very dirty.

No milkshakes... 25 c outside...

It's actually always been fine up until now, only on April 5th, 2025 around 11:30 p.m. there was something unpleasant. A new employee refused to hand out 2 straws. After asking and thanking me, I only got one: because “we only give a straw when buying milkshakes and not sodas.” After another "please" I tried to brazenly and shamelessly discuss with me "why I would be so dissatisfied and stubborn 🤬 and that I wouldn't get a straw now." I then turned to another employee (at the car counter) and got what I wanted. Many thanks to them too 🌺. Honestly, what's the point with the stubborn attitude of the first “lady”, customer is king! And if the customer wants to drink a soda with a straw (the order was to take away) then so be it! I want to drink and not swallow the lumps of ice! Please note that we have to deal with cardboard straws, which reduces the enjoyment and on top of that there is rude behavior at the counter, sad 😞

We got vegan meat with regular. Wrong sauce and fried onions on the citizen where they didn't belong. At least everything was really clean

So that's really a cheek, I gave the employee 2 euros for a 50 cent drink and when I said that I still needed feedback the man then said that I was kidding him and didn't want to give me anything in return. It was really a cheek. He had short hair and couldn't speak German well but the food was good

Although there are no cars at the counter, orders are sometimes not accepted at the drive-in counter. If there are 3 cars in front of you, it can easily take 15 minutes to get there.

Die komplette Bestellung versaut. Das muss man einfach mal sagen. Wir haben vier Happy Meals und einen Pistazien Milchshake zum Minecraft Film gekauft. Statt zwei Hamburger und zwei Mal Vegane Nuggets wurden uns zwei Cheeseburger und zwei Mal normale Nuggets gegeben. Dementsprechend war keines der vier Happy Meals richtig. Und bei dem Pistazien Milchshake wurde der dazugehörige Code für das Minecraft Spiel nicht mit dazu geliefert. Das heißt alle fünf bestellten Artikel wurden falsch oder unvollständig ausgehändigt. Leider sehr enttäuschend.

Food as usual, staff friendly. Unfortunately the toilets were terrible, it smelled like a puma cage. All the tables outside were dirty and sticky. The worst, it was at 8:30 in the morning, the day before. I've never experienced anything like this at McDonald's.

I don't go to McD often, but the one in Mayen has never disappointed and it's good to sit there with kids

Really bad shop. Waiting time 25-30 minutes. And when the food comes, things like burgers or sauces are missing and drinks almost always taste like water. Many employees are unfriendly, slow and unmotivated. We'd rather take the trip to another MC in Mendig or Mülheim-kährlich.

We ordered a cheeseburger and brought two burgers with chicken, the sauce wasn't the same but it's good that we got the sauce we ordered

Best McDonald's to eat something chilled out with the boys, you can't go wrong.

I waited an hour for my order! The kids are very tired. I took my money back and went to another one.

The shop is very unclean, especially the toilet smells of urine, everything is very unclean, there is no toilet paper, there is no soap and the hand dryer doesn't work at all. I didn't feel comfortable and I won't go there again, sorry that's not possible. Simply disgusting 🤮

After the renovation, it's really great, the visit is worth it and there's hardly any waiting in line👍

Nothing against the people being nice but the shop isn't the cleanest and especially the toilet is a mess no toilet paper no soap hand dryer only works when you want and the toilet was very unclean and smelled very much of urine. I will no longer enter the store 🤮

Good when things need to go quickly

It's McDonalds... What can you say? My food/drink was grossly overpriced. Ambience is different. The service was friendly. System catering.

Food was so bad, I'm really ashamed that I ate part of it because I was hungry and that's a disgrace to spend so much money on it!!

Employee showers my girlfriend with fantasy

After 8 minutes of looking at the front of my bag and how everything was standing and getting cold, I finally got my order. As always, a dish that I paid for is missing. Call, say your name and get free next time? Yes, I've tried it before, I was questioned for so long in front of other customers and had to justify myself that it would be embarrassing... every time I have to open the bag in the car and check it. But really every time. I didn't do that today, chili ceese nuggets ended up in another bag apparently because I didn't have them.

Absolutely incompetent. Ordered and, above all, PAID items are constantly missing when you drive through the MC-Drive, in this case again today, unfortunately only noticed at home. It's best to check it straight away, even if it stops. Unfortunately I can't say anything good about this branch because it wasn't an isolated case or exception. Other MC branches also manage to serve warm food in full.

Drive-in easy to navigate. Fast dispatch.

I should have relied on the first impression. Totally dirty, the window panes were full of spit on the inside, the tables hadn't been wiped and then I really messed up my stomach. Absolutely bad. I'm really pissed off.

I cannot recommend this fast food restaurant. Nothing is quick here. I would like to say it's good, but on the contrary. 11 visible employees stand behind the counter looking around at world history or talking. Nobody feels responsible for the customer. When spoken to directly, they flee. In addition, you don't get additional selected ingredients such as a slice of cheese and if you complain about it, you only get half of it even though you paid for a whole piece. There are numbers and/or receipts on almost every table. The entire guest room is rather unclean and chaotic. The branch management has an impossible tone towards the employees. Yells around the guest room so that you as a guest feel disturbed. In addition, the branch management goes outside to smoke, then goes into the kitchen area without washing or disinfecting their hands.

The food was quite good, the service was very friendly and helpful. The ambience could be a little better as the tables weren't that clean. Still 5 stars, can only be recommended!!!

McDonald's has now become far too expensive

Unfortunately very unclean. The tables are all dirty. There are only a handful of people in the store. Why does that have to be the case?

McDonald's Burger King or whatever else there is, everything sucks, firstly it's too expensive and secondly you can cook a really good meal for the money that's healthy

Unfortunately, it was one of the dirtiest chain restaurants I've ever been to. Empty packaging and leftover food were already lying on the floor in the hallway near the entrance. Things weren't any better inside. The tables had not been wiped. There was also leftover packaging there. The tray drop-off points were overflowing. The order takes about 30 minutes and guests who came after us had their food beforehand. All in all, not a place I will visit again.

Unfortunately, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. That's why I've always had gastrointestinal problems the last few times, which I don't normally have. Unfortunately, at the drive-thru it often happens that things are forgotten or the wrong things end up in the bag. Very annoying. In addition, you usually have to wait a long time in the drive-in. Food itself is fine. But other McDonald's are better because of the reasons mentioned.

The food tastes good and the employees are mostly nice, but EVERY TIME something is missing from the order. Sometimes something else is simply packed, which can be very dangerous for certain orders, as a dairy product may be packed even though you ordered something else, which could cause an allergic reaction. The danger is also great for vegetarians or vegans. I used to love McDonald's, but now the employees just aren't competent anymore, it seems. Hopefully that will change again.

Total disaster! Unfortunately, the employees at the drive in can't do anything right. Had to repeat everything 5 times at the counter, extremely unfriendly when it was handed out and received the order incorrectly. The quality of the food has also decreased a lot. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Bad service at all Drive in always takes forever

The employees don't speak German and they're all unfriendly. The food doesn't taste good. I don't understand what that means. Cleanliness is zero

The food is as you would expect from McDonald's. Unfortunately, the interior of the restaurant is often too dirty. Waiting times until you get your food could also be significantly shorter. This is faster at other restaurants with comparable occupancy and order size.

It took a relatively long time until we got our food at the drive-thru. But the taste is great 👍🏻

Hallo Wir müssen und dann leider auch mal beschweren! Waren gerade wieder in mcdrive und wie die letzten 4 Male auch hat mal wieder ein ganzes Menü gefehlt. Wen ich nicht jedes Mal 20 km fahren müsste wäre das ja kein Problem. Jedoch ist mir der sprit dafür zu teuer. Kann ja mal passieren jedoch nach dem vierten Mal nein danke.

Food is delicious. Staff can still be improved.

Ordering on the touchscreen was quite complicated and we had to make corrections several times. Service: some of the tables were very unclean, the customer was allowed to clean there, the burger was lukewarm. Otherwise simple and plain.

Burgers are getting smaller and worse. The service is a disaster. The cleanliness also leaves something to be desired.

Fine furnishings and excellent service that make you feel at home. -Food bad Toilets are reminiscent of rest stops -> was in a toilet in England that was full of vomit (has no direct connection with this) -Funny beeping from the kitchen... somehow always Go there anyway because I don't feel like cooking

Quick hop in and say hello to the happy employee, who made customes smile that day. I was a little but positively surprised to see a top motivated employee at mcDonalds. thank you for the great effort.

Never again. Dirty everywhere. Glue tables. The floor full of dirt. The clearing carts are overcrowded. You were forced to leave your dishes on the table. I also had to wait ages for my order. When I finally got my food, an employee told me I was getting ice cream and that she was sorry, she had just come. 10 minutes later I wanted to pick up my ice cream, but I didn't get any.

People, keep up with the times! Can you build a roof over the order acceptance column? Every time it rains my car is soaking wet because I have to roll down the window

The food itself is good, but it has happened several times that something was forgotten.

We only went to the drive inn counter for 2 burgers, but the employee was very friendly towards us. The burgers tasted good. Ambience when driving through? Well, a bit tight in parts, otherwise everything is ok 👌, except maybe the prices. MC has always been expensive, but they have downsized again.
