We were there twice. The food was super tasty and recommended. The store seemed clean and tidy. The owner is very nice!! Even though he was under stress, he was very friendly and thought of everything. The prices are also very fair. Always my pleasure!

Moin Folks, seit dem 15.01.2019 kenne ich das Restaurant durch meinen Freund aus der Nähe. Wir waren damals zu viert, dann folgten einige Termine zu zweit und mal wieder zu viert, ja es ist sehr geil und sehr herzerfrischend, hier wird wahrlich Kunst präsentiert die sehr mundet. Hier ist das Auge ein sehr wichtiger Träger und hier werden sämtliche Synapsen stimuliert und das empfinde ich als Trompetengalaktisch, von daher, jede Chance die sich mir und uns bietet, hereinspaziert und Tisch reservieren lohnt immer, 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Update 2024: We were here for dinner on Boxing Day with 5 people; had pre-ordered and received a great table in the fireplace room. The Christmas decorations, the fireplace and the furs created a very cozy atmosphere! The Merowinger Hof team also impressed us with their very friendly and uncomplicated manner, as well as with a delicious menu selection at a reasonable price! We ate very well and plentifully, everything was perfect and we were able to spend really nice hours here again! We still strongly recommend it if you want to dine deliciously in a cozy atmosphere! We actually come here far too rarely... maybe because it's something special for us! We always had a delicious meal here and felt well looked after. And even when we were drinking wine in the yard late in the evening with our parents two years ago and were simply craving cheese, the landlady brought us a lovingly prepared board with cheese snacks. It tasted good. However, it took a very long time until we got the food. Unfortunately there were problems with communication. We wanted a different side dish, that was not taken into account. The chair I was sitting on was jostled twice and no one apologized. 🫤
