We were passing through Andernach. My wife and I were absolutely thrilled with the restaurant, the decor, the food, and the service! All in all, it was a fantastic evening. Anyone who enjoys dining out and isn't looking for the usual fare should definitely visit this restaurant! Unfortunately, it's not exactly close to where we live… Through a pleasant conversation with the owner, we learned that her father also owns a restaurant in Cologne. Because the food was so delicious, we'll be eating at her father's restaurant in Cologne soon. "Z2" 😉 Because it's closer to home. So, highly recommended!!!

This was my second visit to the restaurant, and I can say I'll be back. The ambiance is very appealing, the service is very friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. The food is fresh and delicious, and the prices are reasonable. A real plus in this heat: the air conditioning works! Very cozy and family-friendly.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Lokal und hatten bisher nur gutes gehört. Es ist auf jeden Fall ratsam zu reservieren, am Samstagabend war das Lokal komplett voll. Die Tische stehen recht eng zusammen, aber ansonsten ist das Ambiente modern und hat uns gut gefallen. Es gibt viele Gerichte zur Auswahl, jedoch sind die Preise gerade beim Sushi relativ hoch, gerade für die Special Rolls. Geschmacklich sehr gut und auch sehr schön angerichtet. Die hausgemachten Getränke waren auch unheimlich lecker. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Ich hatte mich wirklich darauf gefreut, mal wieder essen zu gehen, aber leider hat der Laden in letzter Zeit stark nachgelassen. Die Portionen sind deutlich kleiner geworden, gleichzeitig aber teurer. Ich habe rund 25 € bezahlt und wurde nicht einmal satt – und das bei einer Körpergröße von 1,80 m und 90 kg. Geschmacklich war das Essen zwar in Ordnung, allerdings waren die Stücke viel zu klein geschnitten. Meine Rolle sollte eigentlich 12 Stück enthalten, teilweise waren diese jedoch unter 1 cm dick. Aus Erfahrung in anderen Restaurants weiß ich, dass das definitiv nicht der Standard ist. Im Vergleich hätte ich auch nach Bad Ems fahren können: Dort bekommt man zwar nur 6 Stück, zahlt aber nur etwa die Hälfte und wird genauso satt. Was mich zusätzlich gestört hat, war der Umgang mit mir als Gast. Da ich kein Trinkgeld gegeben habe, fiel die Verabschiedung entsprechend kühl aus. Mein „Danke“ und „Schönen Tag noch“ wurden nicht einmal erwidert. Auch wurde ich nicht gefragt, ob ich zufrieden war. Deshalb äußere ich mich nun hier und hoffe, dass sich in Zukunft wieder etwas zum Positiven verändert.

Das Essen war super und die Bedienung sehr nett! Leider war es ein bisschen laut im Gastraum, aber trotzdem sehr nett!

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort. Einfach ein Wow! Das Sushi ist extrem empfehlenswert. Super schön angerichtet und richtig lecker. Die Bedienung war extrem freundlich. Die Inneneinrichtung ist schön und man fühlt sich wohl wenn man dort sitzt. Den einzigen Kritikpunkt den man haben könnte ist die Lautstärke. Wenn alle Tische belegt sind dann wird es schnell mal etwas lauter. Da das Restaurant ein ehemaliger Imbiss ist und dementsprechend kein Riesenkomplex war kann man davon aber absehen! Riesen Respekt an den Eigentümer was er hier geleistet hat. Ich rate jedem dort mal essen zu gehen!

Ich liebe asiatisches Essen. Die Preise dort für die kleinen Portionen sind schon der Hammer, viel zu teuer. Ich habe immer wieder Magenprobleme und mir ist schlecht.

Die Gerichte sind geschmacklich top, gut gewürzt und haben genau die richtige Portion – perfekt für die Mittagspause oder ein entspanntes Abendessen. Was den Laden aber wirklich besonders macht, ist die Chefin: unglaublich herzlich, freundlich und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und merkt, dass hier mit viel Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Für mich eine klare Empfehlung in Andernach – wir kommen definitiv wieder! 🙌✨

Ich bin nicht der klassische Asiatisch-Esser und bin meistens ein Hindernis fûr meine Frau die oft und gerne Asiatisch isst. Aber ich muss sagen, obwohl ich so ein „Problemchen“ bin und mir nichts aus der Karte zugesagt hat, hat mir die Dame nach meinem Wunsch etwas gezaubert und es war unheimlich lecker! Wir waren zu Besuch aus München drüben und bin mir sicher, dass ich auch beim nächsten Besuch dort essen werde! Klare Empfehlung! Vielen Dank an dir Mitarbeiter!

The food is plentiful, fresh, and prepared very close to the "authentic" Asian dishes. We will definitely return, with a reservation, to try the full range of products on offer.

Despite sharing the starter, we weren't completely full. I would definitely recommend it if you can live with the extra cost or if you don't have much of an appetite.

Today, I visited the restaurant with my daughter for the first time. We received a very friendly welcome. Even without a reservation, we were seated immediately. The ambiance is inviting. The service is friendly and always smiling. The food is first-class, high-quality, and very fresh. We will definitely be back.

We were introduced to Indian and Pakistani cuisine for the first time. The service was very helpful and guided us in the direction of flavors that might suit us best. Unfortunately, the excessive amount of rice compared to the amount of meat was out of balance and therefore a bit meager for us.

I remember the restaurant from my days as a snack bar. Back then, the food was always delicious and good, but not much different from other Asian snack bars. I like the new concept much better. The value for money is truly excellent: not only in terms of quality and taste, but also because of the generous portions. I'm particularly impressed by the attractive presentation of the food—even when I pick it up, it still looks great at home. Please keep it up!

My son and I had a wonderful time on our trip to Adenau, starting with dinner at the restaurant since we were staying at their Airbnb. The ambiance felt elegant and welcoming, exceeding our expectations. We shared the sushi and sashimi for two, which included a delicious roll, and enjoyed a complimentary welcome drink thanks to our Airbnb booking. The meal was so memorable that I returned on my own a few days later to try the hearty bowl I’d noticed at a neighboring table. With a German-only menu, the staff kindly guided me and I checked photos on Google reviews to decide. I enjoyed another Vietnamese coffee, a fried dish with curry (the name escapes me), and a dessert — everything was perfect. I also took home a pork-and-noodle dish for my son, which he loved after camp. Thank you to Hung for the excellent service and enjoyable conversation during dinner. I look forward to coming back next year!

The most delicious sushi we've ever had, especially the ones with crispy shrimp and tuna. Or the delicious crispy salmon belly with clams. Very exclusive variations! Everything is super fresh, stylish, and served quickly. The soups are particularly great, like the beef with udon noodles. It's not cheap, but they're very good. Don't be fooled by the name "Wok Man" and the simple entrance. This restaurant is top-notch. You'll immediately notice the cleanliness, and there are no major food smells. The service is friendly and very fast. The chefs are artists! We now go to Andernach once a month to combine a nice day trip with delicious food. Highly recommended for friends! The only suggestion for improvement: Accept reservations more than two weeks in advance. I recently wanted to reserve a table for July. I was told on the phone that this wasn't possible in May and that I should call again in June...

This is the last time we will order here. They used to prepare their curry chicken in crispy slices, and the few times we ordered it, most of the pieces came raw and in pieces, the blood still visible in the meat. We ordered again today after they changed the cooking method and now the chicken is so overcooked it is inedible. You pay €36 for a few dishes, not even including drinks, and the main course is inedible. Not to mention the health risks! P.S. Please don't embarrass yourself by replying to this comment, we should have contacted the restaurant first. No one should tell you how to properly cook chicken. We have every right to give a review for a dish that poses a major health risk!

The food was very tasty, Vietnamese cuisine is different than Chinese cuisine (more refined). See nice service that gave us good advice. It certainly wasn't the last visit to Wok Man.

The duck was bloody, when I asked I got a curt answer that the duck was done. I wouldn't eat there again. A realistic assessment does not seem to be desirable.

Went there for the first time yesterday and ordered sushi to take away. Paid almost €60 for two people. For the quantity I pay a maximum of €30 in sushi restaurants I know. The avocado in the maki roll wasn't even close to ripe, the veggie tempura had fish, although when I asked the lady at the checkout I emphasized again that everything should be vegetarian. So in the end we couldn't even eat. Apart from the one wrong sushi roll, it just didn't taste anywhere near good for the price. I won't come back

I really enjoyed my visit to the “Wok Man” Andernach: The duck was honestly the best I've ever eaten! I had no idea that duck could be so tender and juicy. The atmosphere is very modern, luxurious, but cozy. The service was also excellent and left nothing to be desired. I would be happy to come back if the opportunity arises!

Really very very tasty food. We had the summer rolls with beef, coconut curry soup with shrimp, tempura rolls with salmon and avocado and flat rice noodles with Argentine steak. The homemade lemonade with passion fruit was also great. The service was extremely attentive and courteous, the food was well explained and recommendations were given. We'll definitely be back. That's worth every euro of tip in the end!!! Keep it up.
