Die besten Restaurants mit Italienisches restaurant Essen in Andernach

I visited this restaurant just before Christmas. It was the very last thing that I would be made to wait for 1.5 hours with a small child. We only ordered 2 pizzas. When I wanted to ask in a friendly manner after more than an hour, I was constantly reprimanded in Italian and German in a totally unfriendly manner and that this was not a pizzeria, but a high-class restaurant!!! As I said, the food came after over 1.5 hours, some of it was wrong!! We left it at 90% and of course paid for it. The change of money wasn't correct either, with the excuse of sorry, no more small money!!! Something like that is the very last thing!! I won't be visiting this restaurant again and certainly won't be recommending it!!!

From the beginning, when Josef was our host, we were very impressed by the warm but unobtrusive service, the quality and quantity of the food, the balanced, individual architecture/interior

We picked up the mussels that were dropped off on Friday. They were still really hot when we got home. We ate them with great pleasure. Huge compliments to the kitchen and the absolutely smooth ordering process. Always a pleasure👍😋😇

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. Good value for money. There were 11 people. The food came at the same time and quickly. We had a great time there.

We've been going here for years and are always surprised at how good it tastes. Very nice employees and the boss is also very nice. As soon as we arrive, he already knows what we want, we almost always order the same thing. Only recommended in Andernach 👍🥰

Yesterday - despite pre-ordering - the food was only delivered 40 minutes later. Why can you pre-order at a desired time if it isn't there on time?! At 10-15 minutes I say nothing, but 40 minutes is a bit longer. Unfortunately, the pizza was pretty tasteless, and the special ingredients were missing from a pasta dish (even though they were paid for in advance).
