Some time ago I went to this trattoria with my husband by chance because I was very impressed by the posted menu. The menu was quite clear, but the dishes offered were authentic and sounded very good. For me personally, a small menu is always a guarantee of fresh and lovingly prepared food - a large menu cannot meet this requirement. Since I lived in Italy for a few years, I can judge the preparation, freshness and quality of the products quite well. My conclusion: I was thrilled! I have never had Italian food of this quality in Germany. That's why we went there again today. The welcome from the service was again very polite and friendly. They took our drink requests and handed us a bread basket with excellent, freshly baked bread so that I could enjoy this crunchy delicacy with the excellent olive oil that was also available. Since I wasn't very hungry, I tried grilled octopus, squid with fish variations and fennel as well as a saffron mayonnaise as a starter. It was simply delicious! Then I chose the daily recommendation, Fritto misto with seafood and fish. Except in Naples or Campania, I have never eaten this dish so well prepared. Afterwards I tried homemade ravioli with ricotta-lime filling, parmesan foam and crunch. Afterwards I didn't manage to try any of the delicious sounding main courses on offer - I was simply full. I would have liked to have given the trout, oyster mushrooms or fish another chance, but I had to pass. We then ordered espresso, which was prepared to a high quality using the portafilter machine. Afterwards we somehow managed to at least try the tiramisu with raspberries and pistachio ice cream. It was extremely delicious and, as is usual in Italy, made with mascarpone without cream. The ice cream was a delight! Conclusion: Small, clear, authentic menu of Italian starters, primi piatti and main courses. Small selection of desserts. But the ingredients were of outstanding quality, absolutely fresh and skilfully prepared, showing a lot of knowledge of Italian cuisine. The service is extremely friendly, fast, attentive and very polite. The espresso was as I expected: the best quality and not, as is often the case in Germany, from a coffee machine. I was happy and deserved to praise the chef! I will be very happy to come back, especially since I absolutely love the wood-fired pizza!!!! I would like to try it, which is baked in the Roman style, i.e. with a thin and crunchy base. I have never found this high quality standard in an Italian restaurant in Germany. So if you want to eat carbonara with cream, pasta gratinated with Gouda or Edam, if you like your pizza as thick as yeast cake and with German grated cheese instead of mozzarella or burrata, if you like to eat tomato cream sauces and Aurora sauces, this trattoria is not suitable for you. However, anyone who appreciates classic Italian cuisine, appreciates the freshness of the products used and the loving and time-consuming preparation will be thrilled! We spent a wonderful evening in a very nice atmosphere. The service was very attentive and friendly without being intrusive. If you are a lover of great and authentic Italian cuisine and would like to drink a good wine with it, we can only recommend a visit! Price, performance absolutely fine. We would love to come back!

Very disappointing evening. We were really looking forward to the meal. My wife ordered a pizza salami (spicy) and I ordered a normal pizza salami. When it was served I was brought a pizza margerita or something similar and my wife's pizza had a strange one Taste. Apparently they had made a mistake in the seasoning. To avoid discussions, we choked down the food. The selection on the menu is very poor. There is neither Rigattoni gratinated nor almost any other selection of pasta dishes. I also have one on the Only a mixed leaf salad was found on the menu. What kind of restaurant is this that calls itself Italian? The Italians where we usually eat always offer 6-8 different salads and pasta dishes. The staff was a bit too pushy for me and ended up charging me 4 for every 3 cokes I drank. We left the restaurant disappointed. I don't think we'll do it again drive there.

I spent a wonderful evening there with friends in a pleasant environment. The service was present but not intrusive, the recommended wines went well with the dishes. The beef strips in pepper sauce I chose were tender and very tasty, as was the carpaccio that was previously served. I will happily visit this restaurant again.

Gemütliche Stimmung und sehr schönes Ambiente im Innen wie Aussenbereich.

Das Essen schmeckt vorzüglich und ist wirklich etwas Besonderes. Alle Servicekräfte sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Außerdem kennen Sie sich sehr gut mit ihren Gerichten und ihrem Angebot an Weinen aus. Das Restaurant und auch der Außenbereich sind sehr stilvoll gestaltet. Es ist immer wieder wie ein kleiner Urlaub, wenn wir dort sind :)

We were here visiting family and found a wonderful restaurant where we could eat: five adults and one child. The welcome was warm, welcoming and very positive. We were seated immediately and felt welcome. The wine recommendation was excellent! We had four pizzas and an entrecôte. All pizzas had a very delicate taste, the size was perfect - not too big and not too small - and the entrecôte was cooked to perfection. What was particularly impressive was that the pizza maker greeted us personally and had a short chat with us. We ordered a few desserts which we placed in the middle. Unfortunately, our expectations were too high and the taste of the desserts unfortunately ruined the delicious taste of our main course. Very unfortunate. Nevertheless, the evening was overall very positive. Such a special staff is really a rarity and made a very positive impression on our evening. Ai Pero offers a welcoming and cozy atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed meal. The service at Ai Pero was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive and ensured that all requests were met. The caprese pizza at Ai Pero was excellent. The dough was perfectly crispy, thin and had just the right amount of caramelization. The tomato slices were fresh and juicy, the mozzarella was of high quality. The fresh basil and a touch of olive oil rounded off the taste. A visit to Ai Pero is definitely recommended, especially for lovers of Italian cuisine.

Unfortunately our visit to Au Pero was a huge disappointment. The portions were tiny and the taste was very bland. The fish in particular was dry and inedible. The recommended wine didn't go well with our dish at all and couldn't save the disappointing meal. The service was also extremely intrusive. Attentive service looks different. We definitely won't come here again. It's a shame about the evening and the money.

Disappointing experience at Ai Pero restaurant We recently celebrated with a larger group at the Ai Pero restaurant and would like to share our experiences. In the run-up to the event, the consultation was a bit unstructured, but overall okay. The location itself is very attractive and offers a nice atmosphere for celebrations. Unfortunately, the quality of the food on the evening of the event did not match our previous positive experiences at Ai Pero. Also, most of the dishes were served cold, which was very disappointing. In addition, some points discussed were not implemented as agreed, which further marred the evening. A low point, however, was the handling of the drinks. Extremely expensive digestifs were served without our prior consent - 15 euros for 1 cl is a shameless rip-off. We were very generous and deliberately ignored the prices, but this brazen approach crosses the boundaries of what is acceptable. Our legitimate complaint about this was discussed away and no accommodation was shown. Such unprofessional behavior is not only disappointing, but also an absolute disgrace. We felt like we were not taken seriously as customers and that we were literally being taken advantage of. Overall, our event at Ai Pero was a disappointment. Due to this negative experience, we will avoid this restaurant in the future and cannot recommend it to others.

Wir sind wegen des Spargelrisottos dorthin gegangen, weil es uns die Woche davor schon so gut geschmeckt hatte. Und das Risotto war sogar noch besser! Unglaublich cremig und dazu der bißfeste Spargel. Es war ein Genuss. Absolut lobenswert ist der Service. Nie gestresst, immer zuvorkommend und hoch professionell.

Unfortunately we didn't have a nice evening here. The restaurant acts very chic, but it's not really. It was immediately clear that we wanted to eat vegetarian and order the vegetarian menu - then we were served tartare. Of course we assumed that it was vegetarian - that was clear beforehand. It turned out to be tuna. The staff were visibly uncomfortable and apologized very often - afterwards the mood was clearly tense. As an apology we were treated to a glass of wine and shown the breakfast room (why?), which somehow didn't make up for it for us. Unfortunately, the food was just okay overall, the giant cauliflower as the main course was quite unspectacular. Unfortunately, the only thing that was spectacular was the discomfort the night after, thanks to 20 years of abstinence from meat. Overall, from our point of view, it's quite a failure.

Es war erneut ein hervorragender Abend. Das Essen ist wirklich absolute Spitze! Abzug gibt es leider noch beim Service, wir wurden in den Pausen zwischen den Gängen mehrfach "vergessen" und mussten dann doch relativ lange warten. Insgesamt merkt man aber, dass an der Verbesserung im Service gearbeitet wird. Uns hat das Warten den Abend nicht verschlechtert, das Essen holt die gute Laune allemal wieder zurück. Top Restaurant, wir kommen gerne Wieder.

We went to Ai Pero for the lunch buffet on Easter Sunday. The food was extremely tasty, the service was attentive and very friendly. The pasta in the parmesan loaf was wonderful. The ambience is really nice and the furnishings fit together very well. The next weekend we made reservations again for the evening because we wanted to try the much-mentioned and praised pizza. “Stay as you are and keep it up” to the whole team. Sehr schönes Restaurant mit freundlichem Service und guter Pizza.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Abend mit einem leckeren Essen. Zusätzlich zum vorgegebenen Menü gab es noch einen Sekt, ein Amuse Gülle und Petit four. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war ausgesprochen gut, der Service zeigte ganz leichte Schwächen. 

Sehr freundliches Persoal, nette, ruhige Atmosphäre. Mit dem Frühstücksangebot waren wir sehr zufrieden. Neben diversen Eierpeisen, Wurst , Käse und Lachs natürlich auch mediterrane Köstlichkeiten dazu unbegrenzt Kaffe, Cappuccino, Espresso oder div. Teesorten. Das Gläschen Sekt durfte bei unserem Sonntagsfrühstück natürlich auch nicht fehlen. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Ist mal etwas anderes als „normale“ Lokale aufmerksames, sehr nettes & viel Personal sehr gute Auswahl verschiedenster Gerichte & Speisen, besondere Zusammenstellung abseits vom alltäglichen, preislich für jeden was dabei. Ein sehr angenehmer Abend zum Start ins bevorstehende Osterwochenende.

The service was very good and we were able to place our order promptly, even though many tables were occupied. The mixed starter plate was really very good! Great selection, great quality. The taste is also great! Since we had a direct view of the kitchen and the pizza oven, we also ordered pizza. Here again, very good quality of the processed food. Really airy but crispy dough. A piece of Italy. When we wanted to pay, I was treated to a dessert and a birthday serenade in Italian. Unfortunately, Ai Pero is like most restaurants in Germany. The art of subsequent enjoyment is not mastered. In contrast to restaurants in France, Italy or Portugal, we are still hungry after several courses. It was beautifully presented and tasty, but several courses have to be coordinated in such a way that you like it. You're full after the last course, even without emptying the bread basket. You have a lot of ingredients, you pay attention to the quality, but even with the corresponding prices the guest should be full, especially without this bad habit of placing bread as a filling side dish. In Nice we never got up hungry, why can't the Germans master this? Homeaphatic low filling level in a soup bowl looks good. But the taste and enjoyment is also lost if the plate is empty after 3 spoons. We're not fans of overflowing plates or huge portions, but appropriate portions are part of the experience. So we would probably only order pizza there.

We often come here to eat, we really like the atmosphere, very friendly and courteous service. You feel picked up and welcomed here, thank you for that. When it comes to cocktails, I sometimes have the feeling that the bartender changes often, as the cocktails / drinks always have a different flavor, which makes it difficult to always order the same favorite theme, but everything is still good :) We haven't been disappointed with the food so far, the pasta dishes could do with a little more rounding and power, Vitello would like a little more sauce, even extra. But here too, everything tastes right. Always my pleasure.

We reserved about 2 weeks ago. When we entered the restaurant, we were first asked to go to the kitchen and had to wait there until a waiter picked us up after a while. There was no sign of Valentine's Day, candlelight or a cozy atmosphere. The food wasn't special. All pizzas were consistently dry, with little sugo and mozzarella. Pizza Parma, for example, was served with very little rocket and little parmesan. Parmesan was requested and served in a bowl the size of an egg cup. Apparently all the ingredients are saved. The price/performance ratio is catastrophic. 18 euros for such a mediocre pizza is not justified. 14 euros were charged for two bottles of water. The other prices for wine and other dishes are also not justified. With a supposedly upscale cuisine, at least a “greetings from the kitchen” is part of it. The services did not meet our expectations and demands and the prices are in no way justified (paper napkins, no tablecloths, etc.). This was also seen by our Italian guests.

Das Menü war wirklich gut. Geschmacklich und von der Qualität der Zutaten kann ich nur sagen, das ich zufrieden war. Leider muss ich dennoch etwas kritisieren. Leider ist es im Ai Pero wie bei den meisten Restaurants in Deutschland. Die Kunst des anschließenden Genusses wird nicht beherrscht. Im Gegensatz zu Restaurants in Frankreich, Italien oder auch Portugal haben wir nch mehreren Gängen noch Hunger. Es war schön angerichtet, war schmackhaft, aber mehrere Gänge müssen so abgestimmt sein, das man nach. Dem letzten Gang satt ist, auch ohne das man den Brotkorb geleert hat. Man hat viele Zutaten, man achtet auf die Qualität, dennoch sollte dann auch bei dementsprechenden Preisen der Gast satt sein, vor allem ohne diese Unart, Brot als Sättigungsbeilage zu platzieren. In Nizza sind wir nie Hungrig aufgestanden, warum beherrschen die Deutschen das einfach nicht.homöaphatisch niedriger Füllstand in einem Suppenteller sieht gut aus. Aber auch der Geschmack und der Genuss geht verloren, wenn nach 3 Löffeln der Teller leer ist. Wir sind keine Freunde des übervollen Tellers, oder der riesen Portionen, aber angemessene Portionen gehören zum Erlebnis. Von daher würden wir dort wahrscheinlich nur noch Pizza bestellen.

Das Essen war hervorragend und der Service sehr freundlich. Kleinere Abzüge in der Professionalität, aber nichts Weltbewegendes. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

It's been a long time since we've been to Ai Pero and I can say... an experience. Personal address at the reception, then we were escorted to the table. The restaurant was filled to capacity. The beautiful ambience should be mentioned, especially the subtle lighting created an atmosphere. The service was very good! The food (starter mix, beef fillet, tiramisum) was really good! The trainee Matthias deserves special mention…Great! At home we noticed that the wine hadn't been charged (40 euros), so I'll be happy to pay it back the next time I'm there!

wir waren schon mehrmals im AiPero und es war immer sehr gut. der Service wie immer aufmerksam aber unaufgeregt. Das Essen und Dessert sehr gut. Der Rotwein aus Südtirol erfüllte alle Erwartungen. Fazit...... weiter Besuche werden folgen !!!

Lunch in a class of its own Welcomed by extremely friendly service, we were taken to a cozy table for two. Because we were only able to make one reservation shortly before the end of kitchen time, an appetizer quickly and flexibly became a pizza for two. In retrospect, I am very happy about the “emergency” choice. The pizza was exceptionally good. I can't remember the last time I had such delicious pizza. After a short wait, our main courses followed. Braised chicken and monkfish. Both dishes were beautifully presented, very well prepared and resulted in a balanced taste experience. During the entire stay, we were treated attentively and friendly. The ambience is modern and cozy, with occasional retro elements. The restaurant is barrier-free and dogs are allowed. We recommend Trattoria Ai Pero and will come back.

My birthday party at Ai Pero Beforehand, I had a discussion about the menu with the chef. Together we chose several dishes to choose from. On the day of the celebration the table was beautifully set. My guests were absolutely thrilled with the dishes they chose from the menu created especially for my celebration. They were not only beautifully prepared but also incredibly tasty. No matter whether it's a starter, main course or dessert. The service is very attentive, friendly and quick. Everyone felt completely at home, even the children received special attention. The food was prepared individually for them. I couldn't have wished for a more beautiful ambience for my special occasion. I will definitely celebrate my next celebrations at Ai Pero again

Schöner Raum mit Trennwänden und großem Fenster. Freundliche, präsente Kellnerin, die auch problemlos auf Sonderwünsche eingeht. Nur durchschnittliche Küchenleistung. Es werden auch Tiefkühlprodukte eingesetzt. Pizza war gut. Saltimbocca waren zwei Kalbsschnitzel. Offene Weine für die angebotene Qualität hochpreisig.

In diesem Lokal stimmt einfach alles! Überfreundliches Personal und tolles Essen. War schon einige Male da und immer überaus zufrieden. Weiter so!!

Wer schlecht essen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Wir können die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Vielleicht war heute ein anderer Koch am Herd? Sehr wenig Auswahl, sehr trockene Pizza. Also wirklich, noch nie so schlecht gegessen... Das beste zum Schluss... wir waren mit 15 Personen zum essen, es wurde die Rechnung gebracht und wir mussten selbst auseinander rechen was jeder hatte. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Preis Leistung, unterirdisch.

Wir sind begeistert. Gerichte mit tollen Geschmackskomponenten, sehr authentisch und besonders. Dazu ein angenehmes Ambiente und aufmerksames Personal, das Freude an der Arbeit hat. Es ist schön auch mal Teams zu sehen, die harmonieren und respektvoll miteinander agieren. Weiter so. Wir kommen jetzt gerne öfter. Vielen Dank!

Habe schon mehrfach nun hier gegessen, ob auf der kleinen Terrasse oder im Restaurant, ob schwarzer Reis oder Fisch, Vorspeise etc. alles sehr lecker. Es lohnt sich hier her zu kommen.
