Unfortunately, we only had time for cake and coffee. My poppy seed cheesecake was to die for. And the view simply can't be topped. On my next visit to Andernach, I'll try out the memory card.

It was our first time there, and probably our last. The lady who served us seemed listless and unfriendly, the cake, which is supposedly baked fresh every day, seemed older, and the worst part was the extra €1.50 for oat milk. I wouldn't recommend it.

I ordered the burger (€25!!!) medium. I received it well-done. The taste wasn't great either. When you see such a price, you have certain expectations, which unfortunately weren't met. The price/performance ratio wasn't there, in my opinion.

Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing. The waitress was unfriendly, ignored me, and simply turned to other guests, even though I'd been waiting for a while. I simply wanted to let them know that I was taking the bottle to my room, as a colleague had previously suggested. Instead of understanding or helpfulness, I received only rude reactions. Finally, she said in a very rude tone: "Then just take it with you; I'll book it for your room." – that was truly inappropriate and not how to treat guests.

Great location in Andernach, fantastic view of the Rhine Valley. Very polite and courteous service. A unique atmosphere. Excellent food, of course "gluten-free"—a word that's not foreign here. Just choose and the kitchen will do its magic. GREAT!! We'd love to come back!

I had scallops on a tomato risotto and then a variation of a creme brulee, top marks and simply highly recommended!

Bored service was surpassed by the poor food. We ordered zander fillet for €27. A good 150-gram zander fillet was served with 650 g of broad beans. This gruesome combination was made worse by olives and sun-dried tomatoes. At school, the teacher would have said to the cook: "Off topic, set 6." The cook was probably a temp from RTL's jungle camp. Never again Sky Lounge. McDonald's serves better food.

We were there for our wedding anniversary; the food was delicious. The restaurant is very well-kept. In addition to the great view, we also liked the open kitchen. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The prices are a bit high, but in my opinion, they're completely justified. We'll definitely be back.

We visited the Sky Bar one evening (we weren't hotel guests). The atmosphere was great. The panoramic view of Koblenz was breathtaking... but the service could have been friendlier.

Saturday evening we had dinner at Einstein. We had reserved a table in advance and got one by the window with an excellent view of the Rhine. The service is great, very attentive and the food was very tasty. We can recommend the Einstein 100%.

Very nice, quiet establishment with an open kitchen and a beautiful view of the Rhine. The waitresses were competent and friendly. The food was very tasty, although my wife's portion was a bit too big, but you don't complain about large portions. There was no room for dessert, but the main course was also completely sufficient. The cocktails are definitely worth the money too. Since we only had the main course and drinks for two people, we got away with an extremely low bill. All in all, a very good place for a romantic evening for two.

We ate there today for my wife's birthday and didn't regret it. Given the cost, I expected the food to be of a high standard and was not disappointed. Everything was very well prepared, well tempered and tasted really special. We spent a good 2 hours there and didn't have the feeling of being harassed by the staff, but they were still so attentive that we didn't feel like we were being forgotten. My conclusion, not for those on a tight budget, XXL fans and bargain hunters, but worth a visit for a special treat for the palate. We also really liked the ambience. We will come again!

This year I had the great honor of being booked as a DJ for a birthday party at the Skybar in Einstein Andernach - and I can only say: it was an unforgettable evening! The location not only met all of my expectations, but far exceeded them. The impressive view through the large windows alone is an absolute highlight and makes the Skybar a very special place. The stylish atmosphere and perfect organization rounded off the experience. A big thank you goes to the fantastic team on site! Actually, it could be an outstanding restaurant. Great view of the Rhine, beautiful furniture. BUT: In my opinion, you should be able to expect cleanliness, especially at this high price level. Unfortunately, the windows were very dirty, not only from the outside, but also from the inside. Lots of fly droppings on the windows, a spider with a web in the corner, crumbs on the (floor-level) window sill. One can hope that things will be cleaner in the kitchen, but that sort of thing really puts me off.

The Sky Bar is definitely worth dinner. We ate there with our mothers and had a beautiful corner table with a view over the Rhine. The service was very nice and attentive. The food was finally something different and was of high quality. I'm already looking forward to my next Andernach visit to the Sky Bar.

Great ambience, the view over the Rhine is beautiful, the furnishings are very chic, the bar is also beautifully presented. But... food tastes good, small but very attractive menu. Food was lukewarm, although in my opinion the business was very manageable yesterday. We, 5 people, had the same cocktail, although only 2 actually wanted it, the waitress apparently had problems listening to the guest yesterday. I then ordered a second cocktail and was then told that unfortunately one ingredient was no longer available, that at 7 p.m. 🤔, really now, there was no second bottle in stock?! I don't have much understanding for that... since you ultimately have to pay for the view in the price category.

Very good food. Price/performance is right. Service was very nice, accommodating, friendly and prompt service. There is a view of the kitchen (open kitchen). Modernly furnished. Great view of the Rhine and the surrounding area. A visit is worthwhile.

We went to Andernach for coffee and cake. Despite the great weather, the small balcony was not covered. The previously large area has been converted into winter gardens. We wanted to sit at a window seat. The upholstery of a chair was full of black dog hair, and the upholstery of the chair next to it was unsavoryly stained. We turned the cushions over before we sat down, but moved again because the chairs were so uncomfortable. The entire restaurant area smelled unpleasantly of old grease, like a snack bar. The only disadvantage of the open show kitchen was that nothing special came out of it. It was extremely unkempt, the chrome parts of the tables were stained and had marks on them. There was a lot of dirt in the corners of the floor-to-ceiling windows and a number of flies flying around the room. Cakes and drinks were ok, but in my opinion not freshly baked. The staff stood around doing nothing, the small plants on the tables were completely dried out and withered. For us, the loving gastronomic hand was missing everywhere. Nobody here has ever heard of “the guest is king”.

We spontaneously got a table for two on a Saturday evening, very nice staff and very tasty food, even if we unfortunately had to wait over an hour for the main course.

Super Aussicht, guter Service, das Essen ist natürlich auch lecker. Das einzige was fehlt ist eine Bar an der man ebenfalls die Aussicht genießen kann oder eine Bar im Außenbereich. Dann hätte man nahezu ein Kreuzfahrtschifffeeling.

It was my first time as a guest at the Einstein Restaurant; my partner has been there several times. At your request, we were there together. I have to say that my expectations were completely exceeded. From the service to the atmosphere to the food, everything was excellent. I was so excited that I told the restaurant management and service staff several times. The food was excellent, and the combination of ingredients/side dishes was something I haven't eaten so well in a long time. The slightly higher price level is absolutely justified due to the service offered and the quality of the food. I can't understand some of the negative reviews. Staff, food and ambience are top. Everything is very well maintained, clean and tidy. The staff is dressed sensibly, the kitchen is open and visible. We were constantly asked about our well-being. The food was very good and I would come back at any time and recommend the restaurant!

The view is amazing.....the glass elevator takes you straight to the sky bar.....great ambience...unfortunately a bit expensive.....very nice service!!.....

The food is always very good. Whether vegetarian or beef fillet eaters are happy and satisfied. The service is exceptionally good and when making a reservation, we always make sure that seating requests are met. We would like to come again.

The food was excellent, as were the drinks. The service employees were friendly, accommodating and everything was served at a time difference. The ambience is right. Everything as you wish.

We were here today with a birthday party, 25 people in total. We were immediately welcomed with sparkling wine by the very friendly and attentive staff. The table was beautifully set and decorated, and you can't afford the view. The selected menus arrived almost at the same time, were rich and everyone enjoyed them very much. In short, many thanks to the kitchen and the staff, which left nothing to be desired, we will come back.

I like being here, apart from the gigantic view, the food is very tasty… I had the scallops with asparagus, cod in potato coating and a great dessert……. the kitchen really puts a lot of emphasis on the details and the little special things on the plate......!🤩 The service was attentive and always immediately present... you just notice that the service is really lived... Upscale gastronomy with corresponding prices

The view is certainly the highlight of the location. On the 4th floor you have a beautiful view of the Moselle. The food is prepared in the open kitchen and is delicious. I will gladly come again...

Great view, nice ambience. Service a bit "cool", but present. The appearance of the walls in the men's toilet is somewhat unhygienic, as is the fact that the toilet paper holder was (is) torn off. OK, since I drank my beer upstairs, a quickly forgotten minus, which is quickly forgotten when I look at it and will certainly be remedied by the management soon.

Guests who “just” want to have a drink in the afternoon are apparently not welcome, and employees are unfriendly and derogatory.

A really great restaurant with a gigantic view. The inventory is very stylish, giving it a special flair. The service was absolutely great and attentive, couldn't have been better. However, the food wasn't convincing, I ate a veget. Burger with sweet potato fries. The patty was very tasteless and the burger with sauce didn't suit my taste overall. In addition, there were three of us and our conclusion after the meal was identical, namely that the price-performance ratio here was not right. The portions are too small and the taste isn't good enough to justify the price. Conclusion: We wouldn't come back for dinner, but we would always come back for coffee and cake because of the ambience and great service.

The food was expensive but very tasty. However, the service didn't do the food justice. The cold, almost unfriendly waitresses cleared my plate and cutlery while I was still eating. So I had to eat the fries with my fingers because the plates and cutlery had already been cleared away. That doesn't do the prices justice. The toilet facility is difficult to reach and this area is completely built up and confusing. In particular, a barrier-free toilet should have been located on the restaurant level.

Beautiful view, which of course you also pay for... I thought the price of the cake was way too expensive and the pieces of cake were way too small for the price. Two pieces cost €4.90, which I think was a special offer. It is also possible that you pay this price for a piece. The view is excellent, you sit in comfortable chairs, it is really stylishly furnished and the service was also friendly, so it was very nice. However, the main courses would be far too expensive for me, but I'll definitely come back for a coffee.

A very nice hotel in a beautiful little town

We were very happy there in the months after the opening, but not anymore. The view is of course unique, the acoustics so-so (quite loud even though it wasn't full). The prices were quite high and we would have expected more for 22 euros for a vegetarian burger - which was completely okay, but nothing special and we didn't like the fries and the bun. The service was very attentive but a little too attentive for our taste. Water was refilled when the glass was almost half empty, which somewhat disrupted the conversation.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Einstein Hotel am Römerpark and I was really impressed. The restaurant offers a luxurious atmosphere and the food was simply delicious. The dishes were rich and of the highest quality. Although the restaurant was a bit noisy as we were seated near the kitchen and it was very busy that day, this did not affect our enjoyment. The wait staff was attentive and friendly, and the staff was well organized to handle the rush. Overall, my visit to the Einstein Hotel was a wonderful experience. I recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and delicious meal.

Highly recommended, we were there on Valentine's Day so it was fully booked. Nevertheless, we didn't have any problems and we didn't have to wait long for our food, which surprised me positively. The atmosphere is really nice and I would like to go there more often.

We had a Christmas party in this restaurant at the beginning of January. According to reviews, we were dedicated to this location. The provision and reservation went really smoothly. Staff is always the greatest feature that I can give 5 stars. Super friendly, accommodating and respectful. The waiting time for the orders was okay. Because there were really only a handful of guests, we waited over 1.5 hours. Personally, I can only give in to my feelings and judge the food: I found it absolutely not tasty. The selection is much too minimalistic, almost impossible for vegetarians. The ambience is supposed to be nice, but in the evening light this is absolutely not noticeable. It's nothing like sitting in a high-rise building for dinner. But overall okay. Also a drawback are the very few parking spaces and the construction site in front of the door.

We arrived at 8:40 p.m. today, Saturday, 1/27/24. The waitress manager is very unfriendly, I don't know if the treatment was just for us because we were foreigners. 5 minutes after bringing us the menu card, we told her to allow us a little more time because we haven't decided what to order yet, she in a very rude way told us that we should decide quickly because the kitchen was closing, so in a hurry We have ordered something quickly. At 9:40 p.m. we had already finished eating and they didn't even offer us a dessert or a coffee. Luckily the restaurant usually says it closes at 12 midnight! I will never return…

Bin gelegentlich Gast und bisher immer zufrieden. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und die Portionen sind ausreichend. Wechselnde Karte mit ausreichender Auswahl. Hier sollte jeder fündig werden. Der Ausblick ist ein kleines Highlight. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Das Restaurant gehört zur gehobenen Klasse.

Schöne Aussicht Mittleres Preis-/Leistung Unbefriedigender Service Gericht: Roastbeef 300gr knapp >40€ Leider nicht wie bestellt medium, da der Cut ungleichmäßig war und ein Teil vom Fleisch ‚durch‘ war, der dickere Teil dann wie gewünscht medium. Jener Teil hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Während des gesamten Essens gab es nicht eine Nachfrage, ob alles in Ordnung sei oder wir noch etwas benötigen würden. Proaktiv wurde mir weder Salz/Pfeffer, noch ein Steakmesser angeboten (und auch kein Löffel für die Begleitung mit Curry als Hauptgericht). Das Anreichen von Getränken bis zum vorgesehenen Platz am Teller des Gastes, sowie das Anreichen von der rechten Seite setze ich persönlich als Standard voraus - auch das war nicht der Fall. Bei der überschaubaren Auswahl an Personal ist Letzteres zu vernachlässigen. Der Wunsch zum Zahlen musste zweimal platziert werden. Die Akustik im Inneren fand ich recht laut. Alle Beschäftigten waren freundlich eingestellt. Die gesamte Performance war zu niedrig. Ich werde die Sky Bar nicht erneut besuchen.

Sehr schöne Location, leider sehr laut, da zu wenig schallschluckende Flächen. Essen mittelmäßig, der von meinem Kollegen und auch mir bestellte Hirschrücken war trocken und zäh. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Toiletten sind nur über eine Treppe in U-Form zu erreichen, also für Personen mit Gehbehinderung ein NoGo. Kein Hinweis auf anderen Zugang.

Schöne moderne Bar und Restaurant, gemütliches Ambiente mit einer guten Aussicht (tagsüber, weil nachts die Fenster spiegeln). Es gibt einen kleinen Außenbereich, einen zentralen Bereich und einen Wintergarten, die über einen gläsernen Außenfahrstuhl zu erreichen sind.
