Burger King in Andernach

Was war denn heute los ? Die junge Dame steht die ganze Zeit am Drive In und unterhält sich . Beim Reinkommen keine Begrüßung, alles sehr langsam....das bin ich von meinem Stamm BK nicht gewöhnt. Werde sonst immer sehr freundlich bedient .

Essen wie in jedem anderen Burger King. Service war nicht wirklich vorhanden. Es sollte vielleicht auch öfter mal über die Tische geputzt werden. Die Filiale ist an einer Tankstelle angeschlossen.

Absolut inkompetenter und unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter an der Kasse, der auch private Telefonate an der Kasse führt..

Ich war schon lange nicht mehr in einem 🍔‼️ Bin von den Preisen erschlagen, ne Pommes für 3,85‼️‼️‼️ Ich habe 2x 🍟 gehabt, da gab es vor ein paar Jahren 1 Zentner Kartoffeln für😵‍💫 Über den Geschmack lässt sich streiten. Für mich das letzte mal 🤑

War um 18:00 Uhr Samstag da. Nix los Tische dreckig. Aber das Essen frisch und heiß Mega danke

Update: An Langsamkeit sind die nicht zu übertreffen. Obwohl nicht los ist dauert alles extrem lang. Whopper Menü bestellt und Big King XL bekommen! Aber erst Zuhause gesehen. Die Damen und Herren sind restlos überfordert mit den Bestellungen. Keine Servietten dabei! Sind die kein Standard mehr?! Mit denken wäre schön! Oder Schulung der Mitarbeiter!

Alle Burger 🍔 waren nicht richtig warm, der Käse nicht zerlaufen, das Brötchen nicht durchgebacken. Sie waren ganz labberich und obwohl ich drei verschiedene Burger hatte, sahen sie gleich aus. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Scheinbar wurde nur jeweils eine andere Soße genommen für die Baby-Burger. Keiner von uns war zufrieden! Da fahren wir nicht nochmal hin.

Super Service! Das Essen war heiß, die Burger frisch zubereitet und die Pommes schön knackig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Bestellung ging super schnell. Gerne wieder!

Burger King eben. In einer Tankstelle integriert. Daher vom Ambiente noch so hoch anzusiedeln. Aber man kann dort die gewohnten Burger essen und dir sind auch ok

Ich war gestern dort und habe nur Getränke to go bestellt. Ich war die zweite Nummer auf der Bestelliste und musste knapp 20 Minuten auf meine Bestellung warten!! Hinter der Theke zwei Damen, eine war nur damit beschäftigt sich mit Kunden zu unterhalten und die andere war gnadenlos überfordert! Katastrophe 🙈

Die Mitarbeiter im Burger King sind sehr zuvorkommend und immer freundlich zu ihren Kunden. Kundenwünsche stehe bei ihnen immer an erster Stelle. Man fühlt sich dort immer wie ein gern gesehener Gast, immer wieder gerne.

Essen hat überhaupt nicht. Das Personal war überhaupt mit meiner Bestellung wat soll man da sagen nie wieder

1 1/2h vor Ladenschluss hieß es, man könne nur zum Mitnehmen bestellen, weil der Laden in Kürze schließen würde. Erbärmlich.

Schade. Extra über den Rhein und ruhige Kilometer Umweg gefahren, um hier was zu essen. Aber dann haben wir nichts bekommen, weil der Hund (Familienmitglied) nicht rein darf. Also hungrig wieder gefahren. Schade, dass das bei Burger King du unterschiedlich gehandhabt wird. Da fährt man manchmal extra Umwege, um dann nicht essen zu können.

For a truly positive experience, one would simply wish for a slightly more consistent product quality. Even so, this is our first choice in the area when we're craving fast food. Yesterday was my first time at this Burger King – I ordered takeout since I was just passing through. The fries were great, but the chicken was old and soggy (since I go to Burger King often, I can tell the difference immediately). To top it off, they packed the wrong sauces for me 🤬 It was inedible, and the money went straight into the trash.

I ordered King Whisky as a meal deal with a strawberry shake and received a vanilla shake. When I asked why it wasn't a strawberry shake, the shift manager poured strawberry sauce into the shake. That's absolutely unacceptable!

I didn't get any dip for my lattice potatoes 🙂 Oh well, I paid for it anyway 🙋🏻‍♂️

For years, or rather since this branch opened, I've been eating here regularly. It's a bit like "coming home" because the staff have known and appreciated you for years. It's always a good and pleasant feeling to come here. I noticed this especially when I moved away for a long time for work and came back here after my return. The feeling of simply being home again. If you don't know what that's like, it's hard to understand, but it's fantastic. But that's only because the team here is so incredibly cool and clearly loves their work. Keep up the good work!

Very poor service! We ordered five hamburgers, but one was missing. The staff was rude and refused to admit the mistake or check the cameras. I definitely do not recommend this Burger King in Andernach!

Simply garbage The boss is disrespectful beyond belief. You ask for tissues, but you don't get any cables, and you don't get hair in your food either 🤢 never again.

Small, cozy, clean, and friendly staff. The BK is located in the building along with a gas station.

Terrible. You can't add anything to the menu, and online ordering doesn't work. Coupons aren't accepted. There aren't any burgers, but you're charged quickly and heavily. Complaining is pointless. You just get stupid grins. Simply outrageous. Never again Burger King Andernach!!!

The food is always top-notch. Unfortunately, cleanliness isn't as important in Andernach anymore. There are apparently only three employees working here, and it's barely busy. Yet no one ever manages to clean the tables. It's a bit disgusting.

Unfortunately a very big disappointment, ordered the normal menu and ordered extra chili cheese sauce for the fries, the food arrived with hardly any sauce in it, when I asked why there was so little sauce on it, I was insulted, the worker got louder and I was told if it wasn't right I should eat somewhere else, I'll do that from now on, thank you

Hot, delicious, and seemingly really fresh. The planted cheese and fries were super hot. The staff even offered to help carry them. Super accommodating. Restrooms were clean. No dogs allowed inside! The outdoor area is easily manageable with dogs and is covered.

The people are nice, but unfortunately, the order is never correct. 8 nuggets instead of 9, 6 onion rings instead of 9, a burger missing, small fries instead of large... you have to count everything. I've been there several times, and as soon as you order more than one thing, something's wrong.

I've been here four times and ordered takeout each time. At least one burger is always completely wrong. Is it that hard to pack the right things? It's hardly ever busy there. Check your orders.

Not the best and car park issues

The service seemed overwhelmed to me. And then €6.50 just for a long chicken? That's 13.00 DM. Without drinks. My visits to such fast food restaurants have drastically reduced. Better drive to Aldi and Co.

The food was good, but the staff was an absolute failure. We were directly insulted, without reason, and constantly looked at with strange, derogatory looks. Friendliness? None! You had the feeling that you were just being a nuisance. Only cheeky comments and behavior that was absolutely unprofessional. This definitely makes you feel unwelcome. Really unpleasant atmosphere, something like that doesn't work! If I could, I would give the service 0 stars.

Terrible employees, unfriendly, dirty and rude. I complained about something and the boss was rude and rude. And I loudly gossiped about the customers. 1 star just because it has to be otherwise 0 stars out of 5.

If the boss is not on site then the condition is catastrophic! Hardly any customers and still totally overwhelmed! I only wanted to have 2 burgers and there were hardly any guests in the shop and even that didn't work! Really embarrassing, the store used to be 1000x better! Really a shame.

Since the new employees, this BK has been really great 👍 fast service, delicious and super friendly. Especially the “made with love” man is the nicest BK employee in the world!!!

Burger King in Andernach is highly recommended. The food was always hot and fresh. Best choice for vegetarians/vegans! One employee (blonde hair) is particularly friendly and conscientious. Everything is always right✨ and an employee who is always! is so friendly and in a good mood.

The charging stations for electric cars are always free, fast and cheap. Supermarket and pizzeria are there too!

No, all tables are dirty. Food not like other Burger King branches.

I had dinner there an hour ago and what followed was... well, let's just say, an unforgettable experience. My stomach started rumbling as if there was an orchestra playing in it. Then it really started: I had such stomach cramps. It came from all holes at once and I had to take off my pants because my legs were swinging in all directions. I seriously thought this was it and I see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Today I went to Burger King Andernach with my family, the food was perfect and fresh, the staff were very nice and family friendly and I can only recommend it

The food is very fresh and is prepared very quickly and tastes very good. There are also regular coupons that sometimes reduce the prices by half.

We are now rarely customers at Burgerking Andernach. As usual, it was crazy chaos. Apparently the cash registers were down. You had to hand the receipt from the order terminal at the checkout and hope that you got everything and of course you still remembered the number after half an hour of waiting. The food was correspondingly cold. I then noticed that there was no ID on the receipt. (TSE failed). So apparently it was actually a technical problem this time. Unfortunately, that wasn't the first time. I've already stood in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. It didn't go forward or back. I just wanted to grab something to drink on the way. Then I finally got to the ordering terminal. But.... Dead silence... For minutes. So, since I now suspected that it was a technical problem, I drove over to the window to order there. It took a while until I found out from an unfriendly person that I had to order at the terminal and that I should go back to the back of the line... I acknowledged this with a friendly recommendation and swore at the time that I would never appear as a customer there again. Our son recently wanted it again. We then gained the experience described above. So.... I prefer to drive to Mayen or Mülheim-Kährlich.... I'm faster there and even have warm food at home.....

The gentleman at the drive in tonight deserves these 5 stars. Nobody has ever been so friendly and funny to me, this man really understood how to deal with customers. Thank you for this kindness, it should be normal, but unfortunately it is no longer so.

Very poor service even in the drive in you currently wait 30 minutes and there were only two cars in front. Instead of taking the order over the telephone, you wait until you reach the window and then start working. There can be no talk of fast food 😡

It's been a long time since we've been to the Burger King in Andernach. I have to say the quality has improved significantly. The burgers (Whopper and Crispy Chicken) were freshly made. The rolls as well as the side dish and the meat were really good. If the quality stays this way, we'll be happy to come back more often. The last time I had a Whopper of this quality was years ago in the Netherlands. Order and cleanliness were also present.

After several visits: Staff is not the friendliest. The service is sufficient. As always with BK, something is missing or broken. Lastly, the terminals. The atmosphere at a gas station is bearable.

The churros are the best as well as chilli cheeseburgers and chilli cheese fries and wooper

Trotz zweifachem Hinweis darauf dass ich ein anderes Eis bestellt habe als mir übergeben und abgerechnet wurde bin ich dann noch mal selber ausgestiegen und habe mich davon überzeugt das es nur 1,49 kostet und nicht 2,99 was ich bestellt habe. Da frage ich mich aber warum ist es auf der Werbetafel abgebildet. nachdem dann die Bedienung sich selbst davon überzeugt hat dass ich recht habe wollte sie mir auch das Geld zurückgeben was ich zuviel bezahlt hatte. Aber es kann doch nicht sein dass man mehrfach erklären muss was man gesehen und bestellt hat und noch aussteigen muss und selber nachsehen muss ob man Recht hat oder nicht.

Today August 28th at 4.30pm I got 1bacon king, 1 hamburger, 1small fries (3.29?) and a children's toy for 16.37. The quality has now become so poor that I will definitely not come back. Don't want to describe in detail. I'm just angry and disappointed. I immediately disposed of the approximately 100g cold and dry fries and only ate half of the becon king. Pity for my money.

You're always surprised at how uniformly you can prepare a burger. Almost all burgers taste the same. There is still a small difference between chicken and beef. Friendly employees who tend to forget something.

Very unfriendly staff. I pointed out that the mayo that was ordered and registered in the cash register system was missing. First there is a lack of understanding, then the mayo is simply thrown onto the tablet. According to the motto "Here's your mayo". Not even an apology. You shouldn't even expect a greeting and farewell, let alone a thank you for your order. Things are completely different at McDonald's and Subway.

My visit to Burger King was entirely positive. The food was not only good, but also freshly prepared, which is not always a given for a fast food chain. Added to this was the excellent service, which was not only quick but also very helpful. I am completely satisfied and can highly recommend this place for a quick, delicious meal.

Well, I think it's the worst Burger King on earth in terms of service and impression. No customer at the checkout, just an employee overwhelmed with a ddrive.in customer for whom I only waited 10 minutes for an ice cream. Above all, the employee could have kindly asked for understanding. We are not inhuman and clearly understand the waiting time. No, instead, he turned his back and looked away for an extra 10 minutes. Especially the man with the black hair and the summery complexion who served us today on April 21st, 2024 around 3:30 p.m. Incredibly unfriendly in contact with us (family with two small children) and other customers. Unfortunately, it's common practice at BK that you don't get the dips you ordered in the Kids Box. “Forgetting” an entire double Whopper for just under €8.50 is an outrage. It just shows how uninterested they are in customer satisfaction. Written complaints are also made, of course. NEVER BAG IT, ALWAYS PUT ON THE TRAY AND COUNT IT YOURSELF! What embarrassment are you……shame on yourselves!

Yes... What can you say... The food was as you would expect from Burger King. However, the service was in great need of optimization. A shift manager who did an incredible amount of running, but was so uncoordinated that nothing really went quickly. A counter worker who couldn't (or didn't want to) exploit her potential because the shift management constantly intervened. mmn 3 kitchen workers who only prepared the food after verbal calls... Please please please train the shift management on how to work efficiently and run a fast food restaurant. Waiting for almost 30 minutes for two menus, which weren't even complete and correct because the order didn't really work, has nothing to do with fast food anymore. Then discussing the complaint with the customer, even though the customer wants to reorder the missing parts and of course also pays, is simply not possible. It is completely clear to me that there are no trained restaurant professionals working at BK or similar, but please train the employees in efficiency and optimization of work processes.
