Fast and efficient Excellent burger Milkshake was good but abit too sweet.

We waited over 20 minutes for the food. The store wasn't even full...

We were there with friends because the children were hungry. The friends ordered 2x menu and 2x children's menu, waiting time about 25 minutes. We ordered 1 children's menu and 2x cheeseburgers without cucumber, waiting time 45 minutes and that only because we asked twice. Of course there were no cheeseburgers without a pickle, so the employee took two burgers from the counter and gave them to his colleague in the back, who unpacked the burgers and took the pickle down (yes, you could see that). Afterwards we got everything and of course it was cold. If my child (7 years old) hadn't complained because he was the only one who didn't have anything to eat and was hungry,... Definitely never again!

BK standards met. Drinks vending machine offers many different varieties e.g. Fanta Grapefruit etc. to fill up yourself.

Visited the store a few times after a long time. Unfortunately, items that were ordered were always missing from the menu. So never resist. Let them go kid themselves.

Unfortunately, repeated problems with food. We brought food for our family. The order took a really long time. The children's menu was missing the sweet and sour sauce, my wife was missing the salad dressing and my burger was missing the additional patty, which costs 2.10 euros. Unfortunately, I can't check everything in the branch and so I'm once again disappointed at home. It's a shame, we used to love being guests. Today I think that was my last visit here for a long time - a real shame.

I ordered a menu there and one of the burgers was completely burnt. The second one was great and the fries were delicious too.

Long wait, food wasn't edible, everything was dirty and the owners really seem to have no idea how to run a company in 2024. I feel sorry for every employee and guest if anyone else gets lost in this eyesore of a restaurant. Inhumane heat, that can't be compatible with food regulations either! You should close the shop straight away and hand it over to someone who knows how to run a restaurant. The staff, on the other hand, is sometimes really nice and motivated, but that doesn't make up for the rest! Dirty shop and even dirtier management, preferably 0 stars

On July 19, employees said they should close 10 minutes earlier. After 10 minutes in the drive-thru, they said we were already closed. All I wanted was ice cream. Good staff is difficult to find.

A pity! Apparently it has nothing to do with fast food anymore! Appointment in Paderborn at lunchtime (empty branch), thought to myself, ok, I'll quickly grab something to eat on the drive! Well, we waited over 15 minutes, not just because of the food, but because the EC card system wasn't working! The employee was very nice and hard-working and apologized to me 7 times! Nevertheless, due to restarting the EC system, my order was lukewarm for €15! That's really not possible, I'm really angry! Not even a small fries or something similar to make up for it, maybe go to McDonalds next time?

Unfortunately, 20 minutes before closing time, we were informed that no more food would be sold. Contrary to the stated opening times and with full shelves with visibly finished burgers, a really bad picture for Burgerking! The staff didn't let anyone speak to them either. What a shame! Next time we’ll go somewhere else!!

The restaurant is welcoming, bright and spacious. We previously placed our order via happ, and after ten minutes we received our order. The only thing I can complain about was the staff, the lady who served us wasn't friendly😑 that was a real shame.

I ordered drinks via drive through. The Dirve In here has the worst back yard mentality. When I ordered I almost went deaf - extremely loud and screeching speaker. I ordered water and a shake. The water was completely overpriced, the Milky Way, which was supposed to taste like chocolate, tasted chemically artificial and not like chocolate. Wasn't worth the 10 minute wait.

A now modern Burger King, with enough parking spaces. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed on my last two visits. The shop wasn't full, but I still had to wait 50 (!) minutes for the food. On the second visit it was a little more crowded, but I still had to wait about 45 minutes. I completely understand the problems with understaffing, but it's still very annoying. The food was cold and we ate it straight away in the car after picking it up. Unfortunately for me this is the last visit for the time being.

Waited over 40 minutes, the rest of the group were able to eat together, they delayed my order for 30 minutes and only after the complaint did they get my order in another 15 minutes. And then with cheese instead of without cheese, even though Leroy called out to the kitchen WITHOUT CHEESE. Thanks for nothing guys. Btw we were already told at 12:15 a.m. “takeaway only”. 45 minutes before the store closed

The selection of burgers and sides is great, and the prices are reasonable. The only drawback is the motivation of the employees, which sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. Although the food is prepared quickly, customer service could be improved by staff being more motivated and attentive. Overall, a recommended place for a quick and tasty snack.

Food is super dry and doesn't taste good, ordering can only be done via the terminal and not via the app, the food isn't brought, the refill machines are often empty and don't always look appetizing. I can highly recommend the subway next door. MCS is also a good alternative

I've been standing in the drive-thru for 30 minutes, there were 4 cars in front of me... It's not exactly fast food, but at least you can eat it

Every single table is constantly dirty and when you ask if it can be cleaned you are given cloths and glass cleaner so you have to do it yourself. Can start working there straight away

It's really bad that you can't even order carbonated water, even though it's in the fridge, and when you ask that you would like carbonated water instead of still water, you get the answer, "We can only give that out via Lieferando! " Absolute laugh track! At other Burger King in Paderborn you can even order the water directly!

Long waiting times, cold food, unfriendly staff

It's a shame I have to give it one star. This Burger King actually doesn't deserve a star at all. What we experienced on February 24th, 2024 surpasses everything. Customers were unfriendly, especially to children, toilets were dirty, staff were completely overwhelmed. 110€ for 10 people (4 children, 6 adults). A lot of the order was forgotten, such as sauces or extra topping (even though it was paid for)... Small fries instead of large ones... impudence. Employees cheeky

Order was not complete. When instead of 3 hamburgers I only got 2. There were no two milkshakes at all. Thank you never again. And that's not the first time.

Excellent Burger King. Parking space is not clearly indicated. Toilets were neat. We went there at the end of the morning and it wasn't that busy yet. Order was completely correct. Lemonade came from a machine with many different flavors. But it wasn't very tasty.

Too expensive, €60 for cold food with individual parts missing. We definitely cannot recommend the delivery service, which also costs an additional €5. We won't order again

Addendum from February 11, 2024: The store is now completely filthy! See new photos! There are cobwebs everywhere under the ceiling, in the middle of the ceiling of the restaurant everything is full of mayonnaise, everywhere in the rest of the restaurant under the ceiling there is food and paper, straws, etc. The floor hasn't been cleaned in the corners for a long time, everywhere is Dust. There's even so much dust on the logo that it couldn't have been cleaned for weeks. By the way: Waiting time for a burger with fries today: 28 minutes! This is unacceptable even for a Sunday. But the story isn't over yet, burger cold, fries reheated a second time and inedible! Make a complaint and wait another 15 minutes for another cold burger and this time cold fries! Back to the counter and asked for money back. Apparently that wouldn't work because we ordered at the terminal. A lot of discussion didn't bring a solution, only after threatening the police to clarify and getting really loud in front of all the guests did the money suddenly go back. The first time back at Burger King in 2 years and everything has gotten even worse than it was before. Old review (2 years ago): Completely incompetent, overwhelmed and unmotivated staff. Food is usually cold or it takes forever. Complaints are handled rudely and you always have to argue about getting everything new so that the rest doesn't get cold while you wait for your real food. And all of this during the week, on weekends the queue is so long because the staff can't get anything baked that I personally don't feel like going there anymore.

Disaster, endless waiting times, dirty tables, staff mostly unfriendly

Service is now very bad. The employees are very cheeky and enjoy discussing things with customers. I recently even witnessed an employee scolding a customer very loudly and telling him to leave (with gestures and facial expressions) because he was complaining about the long wait. And no one went between them. No restaurant manager who cared about it. I have never experienced anything like it. Management 0. It's a shame. It was also dirty everywhere. The floor was sticky as a lot of people spilled the drink as the pick up area was very close to the drinks area and both areas were full. So the interior designer really failed in the planning. And probably not enough staff on a Saturday evening to keep it clean since everyone was working in the kitchen. Payback was not possible when paying at the checkout. For whatever reason.. And this time it wasn't the case, but with them it's very common that something is missing. That's why we no longer order drive-thru and go to the restaurant. Most recently there were 2 hamburgers that were forgotten. So all in all a very bad report card.

We were there not only once and the employees are unfriendly, we placed an order and we had to pay almost twice as much, and we also had to wait half an hour with the explanation that the boss had to come, and at the same time the orders are usually wrong or incomplete

Just had fantastic burger king in paderborn Germany and must say it was one of the best Berger's Ive had in a long time

Unsauber, essen schmeckt nicht so gut. Pommes war leider zu trocken und überhaupt nicht gesalzen. Würde sagen geht so. Burger King in Bremerhaven ist viel viel besser !!!

Ein nettes burger King Lokal mit netten Service

Meinem Sohn und mir hat es sehr gut geschmeckt, nach einer längeren Durststrecke ohne Burger Verzehr musste das jetzt einfach mal wieder sein. Für das Ambiente gibt es nur zwei Sterne es ist zwar alles neu renoviert, allerdings werden immer noch nicht die Tische ordentlich abgewischt!

Es kann nicht sein, dass ich in einem Fastfood-Restaurant über 1h auf meine Bestellung warten muss. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Bin mega unzufrieden.

Der Service war leider nicht so wie gewohnt. Die Bestellung wurde nicht richtig zusammengestellt und der Boden im Restaurant hat geklebt. Zum Glück hängen hier nicht mehr diese Fernseher, die pausenlos Musikvideos spielen. Wenn Spielzeuge fürs Kindermenü vergriffen sind, sollten sie auch nicht mehr in der Auslage erscheinen, um Unmut bei den Kindern zu vermeiden.

Die Bedienung war schlecht gelaunt,was man leider total zu spüren bekam.......Schade !!!

An für sich ok. Die Wartezeit war sehr lang. Es war aber auch grade vermehrt etwas los. Nur 3Sterne, weil Extras und Fingerfood gefehlt haben.

War leider nicht so sauber vor Ort.

Essen ist oft pappig und kalt wenn es serviert wird. Die Nuggets schmecken wie mehrmals frittiert und sowas banales wie Ketchup gegen Mayonnaise tauschen, nachdem es in einem Coupon nicht geändert werden konnte, ist auch nicht möglich. Das Lokal an sich sieht sehr schön und sauber aus, jedoch könnten die Tische gerne öfter gewischt werden.

Die mitarbeiteren sind nicht so nett . Und sie vergessen etwas immer , Guck drei Mal in deine töten vielleicht etwas fehlt . Gestern ein Mitarbeiter hat von mein Bestellung gegessen.

Die Bedienung genannt Agnes ist Extrems unfreundlich und gestresst. Das Essen ist fürztrocken und stinkt nach altem Fett. Die Platten liegen überall herum

Die Burger waren ja echt nicht schlecht, aber es hat irre lange gedauert, bis wir sie hatten. Von Fast-Food kann hier, heute Abend nichtmals ansatzweise die Rede sein. Gar nicht gut! Das Lokal ist zwar komplett renoviert, aber die Tische sind genauso schmutzig wie vorher. Wer nur einen geringen Anspruch an Sauberkeit hat, bleibt hier besser weg.

Bestellung wurde freundlich entgegen genommen und wurde auch schnell und vollständig bearbeitet, die Pommes waren extrem frisch und heiß.

Meiner Meinung nach immer noch der beste BK im Umkreis.

Sieht Schick aus wenn es sauber wäre Müll auf dem Boden und im der Küche Mitarbeiter zum Überfordert und Respektlos. Ihr braucht bissle mehr Motivation

Mann kommt rein und sieht fast nur Müll rumliegen. Wenn man in die Küche Schaut sieht es nicht besser Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich und schreien ins Headset und beleidigen. Schlechter Eindruck und nie wieder in diesen BK Müsst ihr wissen, aber ich empfehle diese BK net

Nach Umbau ganz schön geworden.Aber das ewige Warten auf Bestellung hat sich nicht geändert.Bin selber Schichtleiter bei BK und wollte mal testen.Aber leider nicht so doll

Als wir rein gingen wollten wir erstmal schauen was es so gibt da wir schon sehr sehr lange nicht mehr dort gewesen sind. Die Dame an der Kasse überhäufte uns gleich mit Angeboten was für den ersten moment etwas viel für uns war. Am Getränkeautomat waren viele Flecke von übergelaufenen Getränken. Da wo wir uns hinsetzen war die Wand verkleidung mit Ketchup oder so beschiert auch auf dem Boden langen einige Essensreste. Das könnte ich ja verstehen wenn der Laden voll gewesen wäre aber da nichts los war hätte man sich um sowas kümmern können. Wirklich schade das alles so kurz nach dem Umbau.

Ich komme sehr oft hierher! Ich liebe diese Burger, ich nehme immer die größten und neuesten Burger. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet, die Jungs sind schnell, sie machen alles Cool! Wenn ich mich zwischen Burger King und McDonald's entscheiden muss, werde ich immer hierher gehen)

Wir sind immer gerne hierher gekommen. Aber die Service Qualität hat stark nach gelassen. Die Drive in Mitarbeiter sind entweder der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig, oder verstehen die Bestellung nicht und man muss reklamieren. Das dauert dann dementsprechend auch lange bis man dann das Richtige essen bekommt und der richtige Betrag abgerechnet wird. Eine Entschuldigung gibt es gar nicht zu hören. Selbst die Schichtleitung war von dem betroffenen Mitarbeiter schon sehr angenervt, was den Eindruck bestätigt, dass diese Situation öfter vorkommt.

Das schlimmste waren die gefühlt 30 Grad darin gepaart mit langer Wartezeit, beim Versuch dann draußen zu essen wurden wir wieder rein geschickt. Der Aussenbereich wäre geschlossen... Dann macht die Klima an! Für 1€ Aufpreis 2 Streifen Bacon die fast noch Roh waren, dafür aber gefühlt die 3fache Menge an Jalapenos. Das solltet ihr nochmal üben... Achja, Tabletts gab's auch keine, jeder bekam ne Tüte. Die leeren Tüten lagen dann überall rum weil es keine Mülleimer im Laden gibt

Ich warte seit 30min in meinem Auto auf 2 Menüs, 2 Autos vor mir, mein Kühler geht gleich hoch und mein Kat sitz voller Abgase. 30min man. Auch drinnen war es nicht so voll für ein Samstag. BK hat mies nachgelassen, es wird so selten gefegt gewischt Tabletts weggeräumt irgendwie gibts keine Organisation mehr da in der Bude

Seit 4 Tagen existiert auf der Frauen Toilette der gleiche Fleck an der Schüssel... Kein Kommentar zu Hygiene in diesem BK.

Dauert länger, bei drei Autos war eine Wartezeit von 30 min also, das sollte schon schneller gehen am Drive.

Sehr,sehr dreckig, Tische mit Müll voll, Tablettwagen voll, Tische schmierig, kalter Burger, Mayo fehlt, Sitze zerrissen und schmutzig, in der Toilette keine Handtücher und dann auch noch sauteuer!! Nie wieder!! Wie immer zu wenig Personal und zu viel Arbeit. Geht gar nicht!

Whopper würde Kalt serviert Pommes ohne Salz. Nach eine bissen in Burger habe es reklamiert, bekam als Antwort Sie habe es angebissen wir dürfen es nicht tauschen.
