McDonald's in Paderborn

Bought 2 Happymeals and forgot to add toys to both (only reason why I bought them in the first place)

Nice people, it went pretty quickly, we were satisfied

It's a nightmare when dogs - big ones at that - are allowed to enter a place where people come to eat. The dog owner walks around between the tables with the dog - it's incredibly disgusting and unhygienic! Children eat here and a huge dog runs around next to it. Terrible impressions!

The “McDonald’s” on Frankfurter Weg in Paderborn is okay, a bit chilled out and also a bit cozy. The McDonald's also has a toilet 🚻🚾. The employees are well 🫤 because some employees are annoyed and actually don't feel like it. But some employees are still very friendly and helpful, but only some employees are a few more. The food belly takes between 5-35 minutes until it is ready. Or longer or shorter, depends on how busy it is, etc. And dogs are not allowed either 🚫. You feel like you have no idea how long you're waiting. Although the food is usually already ready and is simply kept warm. I can't understand why it takes so long, but some things just take a moment. Otherwise, McDonald’s is actually quite okay, good, chilled and slightly cozy. There are only individual points that should be improved. And the toilets 🚻🚾 could also be made better. Because sometimes I have to look at how best to stand so that the door closes but also not sit directly on the toilet. Well, you could make them a little wider and a little longer, and the fact that they only have sinks and only one hairdryer is stupid. I would make two or three sinks and two hairdryers and towels if, for example, you don't want to dry yourself with a hairdryer.

The intermediate door in the men's toilet has been broken for over 2 years.

The toilet seats have been missing from the women's toilets for a long time and the soap dispenser also seems to be permanently empty. This picture is rounded off by a slice of cucumber that is stuck to the wall and whose state of decomposition I have been tracking for a year now. The service is also terrible. Best example again today - the TastyBacon menu with 2x fries, 2x double cheese and 2x chicken burgers was ordered via the app and costs around €23 for this order!! I got - BigMäc, medium fries, large fries and 2x chicken burgers! I came after a 15-hour shift and didn't feel like checking and bang, at home about 15 km away, then again the absolute disappointment... including the money that was paid for the stuff you got! And EVERYTHING cold, not lukewarm, but really cold! That was too much of a good thing and I decided to give it a public bad rating! This store MUST be boycotted!

I want to redeem 2 coupons for my children but I have to do a lap at the drive counter for each coupon and then I should talk to the manager who told me I have to have 2 cell phones🤯 so a cell phone for each coupon! When it comes to cleanliness, this McDonalds can't be beaten... It's cleaner to go to the Pader spring area and go to the bushes than to use the toilets there. Tables not cleaned. Employees completely overwhelmed but friendly. This should be checked regularly from the outside...

The three of us walked through the Mc Drive at around half past two on a Saturday, basically on a Sunday. By the time anyone was at the counter, it was already Christmas. The guy in front of us at the counter was very friendly but also very desperate because he could no longer unlock his office's cell phone. The person at the counter then told us that there was no more ice cream - that was all I wanted in life. In addition, the worker took “no sauce” to mean “okay mayo”. The biggest scandal at the end was that the fries were unsalted. Anyway, peace out at this point.

Unfortunately it's not very clean there. This has been noticed several times. It's best not to enter the toilets at all. Today on September 24th at 4 p.m. there really wasn't much going on and the tables were still dirty. I can understand when all hell breaks loose, but not when you're an employee standing at the Mc Café counter and just chatting.

Very bad experience! DriveIn is more of a mess... employees at the window forget what the customers order, mix up orders and have a memory like a piece of toast... although toast has more potential than the employees! Never again!

Food is ok! McDonald's just 😉 But the toilets are horrible! Dirty, broken and if the guest has to clear the toilet in order to go to the toilet, it's not possible at all. You can only wash your hands to a limited extent as there is hardly any water coming out of the tap and drying them off is probably overrated here. It's sad that McDonald's lets their restaurants run like this. Not only the food should be good but also the ambience and that is in great need of an overhaul here.

We went to McDonald's on Saturday afternoon. Ordering at the electronic board went very well. Unfortunately I had to wait at least 10 minutes until someone came to collect the money. The team is completely understaffed for operating work. The processing then went very quickly. It's a shame that doesn't make a visit like this a highlight. The food was good as always.

A horror to the power of three, one star is still too many!!! The lady at the drive-in couldn't speak German, so the supervisor stepped in, she was unfriendly, orders were taken incorrectly or immediately thrown off because it was supposedly not possible. You can't go wrong with four Happy Meals. When I asked about the toys, they just brushed it off (I just didn't want anything twice for the little ones), Afterwards they were thrown into my car instead of being handed to me. The food was cold and sticky, so I prefer canned dog food. You only spent half of the dessert correctly. I will avoid this branch in the future!

We arrived at 10:10am but there were no more McMuffins. We ordered and waited 40 minutes. The staff were very slow and while I was waiting for my order, many other customers complained about the long wait. When my order finally came, it was wrong. I asked to swap my burger and was told that wasn't possible as the kitchen had already stopped making breakfasts. I wasn't even offered to swap the burger for another with the type of meat I wanted. I used to enjoy going to this McDonald's, but the staff isn't that friendly anymore and the parking situation is always difficult in the evenings. This McDonald's doesn't have much in common with fast food, as you have to wait a long time for your order and it is sometimes (not always) unclean, so you sometimes have to clean the table yourself. I'm happy not to go to this McDonald's anymore, especially since it's no longer worth it in terms of price.

The award for the worst McDonald's visit goes to this branch! Service is terrible and barely understands you, can't even do mental arithmetic and recognize an even sum. Then the chicken nuggets were forgotten while eating and the taste was so disgusting. The fries were probably fried in the plant nuggets fat so that the taste came through. The chicken burger was more than just fried, so much so that it was completely dark - and so went the entire family meal... Never again... You're getting used to McDonald's!

ATTENTION TRAVELERS: Drive to the next McDonalds if you can, give this one a miss. We were traveling and arrived at around 21:30 on Saturday 6 July. Ordered to go in the machine in the restaurant and because the place wasn't busy the kitchen got right to work preparing our food. This could have been a nice visit, but no. The girl at the counter, with tons of makeup and a mean sneer on her face, rudely announced that our order was ready by just shouting "bitte" at us. No pleasantries, no confirming our order number or anything. When we checked our order we noticed there were no straws in the bag, so we asked if we could have some. A young man also at the counter tried handing us a pair of paper straws, but the aforementioned girl literally grabbed his arm and shouted in his face that they don't do that anymore. I have never heard of a McDonald's that doesn't hand out straws and other guests in the restaurant had straws in their drinks so it was very confusing. That girl was very rude to both us, the paying customers, and her coworker.

Unfortunately, we can't rate the food, service or ambience because the store doesn't fit despite being "open around the clock" on the internet. We stood in front of closed doors at 12:45 a.m. on July 7th, 2024.
