McDonald's in Paderborn

Unfortunately, you never get exactly what you ordered at Mc Drive. Either something is missing or you get things that were not ordered. What a shame!

Unfortunately, I can't give this McDonald's a good rating. The floor was swept but our table wasn't clean. Unfortunately, the table service was busy elsewhere, so we picked up our food ourselves. Unfortunately the fries were lukewarm The entrance and exit is very narrow and poorly designed, you have to get into the left lane between the vehicles in the drive.

I just don't understand how anyone can be so incompetent! Getting meat instead of veggie several times in a row, how does that work??? Food cold, carelessly folded and fries without salt. What's going on there??? Then after the 10th time you make the effort to go back and clarify the matter. At least the lady who accepted the complaint was very competent. She felt like she would have given us the entire store if she had asked. Still, no one pays us for the tank.

Now I have to comment on this store! In my opinion, this shed should be closed! In the last few months there hasn't been a single order that has been fulfilled correctly! I've never experienced that before! Unfriendly, the staff is absolutely incapable of running this store. They can't keep up, you ALWAYS wait forever and then you always get the wrong order! Best example again today - the TastyBacon menu with 2x fries, 2x double cheese and 2x chicken burgers was ordered via the app and costs around €23 for this order!! I got - BigMäc, medium fries, large fries and 2x chicken burgers! I came after a 15-hour shift and didn't feel like checking and bang, at home about 15 km away, then again the absolute disappointment... including the money that was paid for the stuff you got! And EVERYTHING cold, not lukewarm, but really cold! That was too much of a good thing and I decided to give it a public bad rating! This store MUST be boycotted!

I want to redeem 2 coupons for my children but I have to do a lap at the drive counter for each coupon and then I should talk to the manager who told me I have to have 2 cell phones🤯 so a cell phone for each coupon! OUTRAGEOUS and UNFRIENDLY! I was then allowed to go away with my children. No for McDonald's Frankfurters away from Paderborn!!

When it comes to cleanliness, this McDonalds can't be beaten... It's cleaner to go to the Pader spring area and go to the bushes than to use the toilets there. Tables not cleaned. Employees completely overwhelmed but friendly. This should be checked regularly from the outside...

Unfortunately the restaurant is not clean!

The food tasted like all the other branches of the chain, and the staff was visibly unhappy to be there.

Absolutely terrible here. The employees seem extremely overwhelmed with the overall situation, everyone just runs from left to right and effectively does NOTHING. A waiting time of over 40 minutes for 2 milkshakes and nuggets.

Toilets are disgusting! No toilet seat, dirty as hell and no toilet paper! Not a recommendation for a rest stop on a trip

The three of us walked through the Mc Drive at around half past two on a Saturday, basically on a Sunday. By the time anyone was at the counter, it was already Christmas. The guy in front of us at the counter was very friendly but also very desperate because he could no longer unlock his office's cell phone. The person at the counter then told us that there was no more ice cream - that was all I wanted in life. In addition, the worker took “no sauce” to mean “okay mayo”. The biggest scandal at the end was that the fries were unsalted. Anyway, peace out at this point.

Worst service ever. The ladies who put together the menus have absolutely no plan. Bottomless.

Unfortunately it's not very clean there. This has been noticed several times. It's best not to enter the toilets at all. Today on September 24th at 4 p.m. there really wasn't much going on and the tables were still dirty. I can understand when all hell breaks loose, but not when you're an employee standing at the Mc Café counter and just chatting.

Very bad experience! DriveIn is more of a mess... employees at the window forget what the customers order, mix up orders and have a memory like a piece of toast... although toast has more potential than the employees! Never again!

Can they actually do anything? We sat in the restaurant for almost 30 minutes and waited for our food....can't get anything done....it's called fast food The parking situation sucks 🤮

During rush hour you have to wait a bit at the checkout. The coffees we ordered were made quickly. Very friendly service in the MC Cafe.

Food is ok! McDonald's just 😉 But the toilets are horrible! Dirty, broken and if the guest has to clear the toilet in order to go to the toilet, it's not possible at all. You can only wash your hands to a limited extent as there is hardly any water coming out of the tap and drying them off is probably overrated here. It's sad that McDonald's lets their restaurants run like this. Not only the food should be good but also the ambience and that is in great need of an overhaul here.

We went to McDonald's on Saturday afternoon. Ordering at the electronic board went very well. Unfortunately I had to wait at least 10 minutes until someone came to collect the money. The team is completely understaffed for operating work. The processing then went very quickly. It's a shame that doesn't make a visit like this a highlight. The food was good as always.

The parking lot is a bit small if you come with a motorhome... and when the line to the drive-in gets longer you have to be patient... An exit/entrance in the upper area would certainly make sense, but it cannot be realized due to some condition...

A horror to the power of three, one star is still too many!!! The lady at the drive-in couldn't speak German, so the supervisor stepped in, she was unfriendly, orders were taken incorrectly or immediately thrown off because it was supposedly not possible. You can't go wrong with four Happy Meals. When I asked about the toys, they just brushed it off (I just didn't want anything twice for the little ones), Afterwards they were thrown into my car instead of being handed to me. The food was cold and sticky, so I prefer canned dog food. You only spent half of the dessert correctly. I will avoid this branch in the future!

We arrived at 10:10am but there were no more McMuffins. We ordered and waited 40 minutes. The staff were very slow and while I was waiting for my order, many other customers complained about the long wait. When my order finally came, it was wrong. I asked to swap my burger and was told that wasn't possible as the kitchen had already stopped making breakfasts. I wasn't even offered to swap the burger for another with the type of meat I wanted. This is very unprofessional. Such situations never occurred at Burger King; If there was a mistake, a new burger was always offered.

I used to enjoy going to this McDonald's, but the staff isn't that friendly anymore and the parking situation is always difficult in the evenings. This McDonald's doesn't have much in common with fast food, as you have to wait a long time for your order and it is sometimes (not always) unclean, so you sometimes have to clean the table yourself. I'm happy not to go to this McDonald's anymore, especially since it's no longer worth it in terms of price.

The award for the worst McDonald's visit goes to this branch! Service is terrible and barely understands you, can't even do mental arithmetic and recognize an even sum. Then the chicken nuggets were forgotten while eating and the taste was so disgusting. The fries were probably fried in the plant nuggets fat so that the taste came through. The chicken burger was more than just fried, so much so that it was completely dark - and so went the entire family meal... Never again... You're getting used to McDonald's!

The Mc Donalds is close to the IONITY charging park. We used the charging time to visit the restaurant and drink coffee. The coffee is very good and the cake tasted very good too. The staff is very friendly.

The food wasn't very good as it was very cold and looked like it had just been thrown together. The staff was arrogant and seemed completely unwilling to serve their customers. On the positive side, they still wanted to speak English.

ATTENTION TRAVELERS: Drive to the next McDonalds if you can, give this one a miss. We were traveling and arrived at around 21:30 on Saturday 6 July. Ordered to go in the machine in the restaurant and because the place wasn't busy the kitchen got right to work preparing our food. This could have been a nice visit, but no. The girl at the counter, with tons of makeup and a mean sneer on her face, rudely announced that our order was ready by just shouting "bitte" at us. No pleasantries, no confirming our order number or anything. When we checked our order we noticed there were no straws in the bag, so we asked if we could have some. A young man also at the counter tried handing us a pair of paper straws, but the aforementioned girl literally grabbed his arm and shouted in his face that they don't do that anymore. I have never heard of a McDonald's that doesn't hand out straws and other guests in the restaurant had straws in their drinks so it was very confusing. That girl was very rude to both us, the paying customers, and her coworker.

Unfortunately, we can't rate the food, service or ambience because the store doesn't fit despite being "open around the clock" on the internet. We stood in front of closed doors at 12:45 a.m. on July 7th, 2024.

The staff was very slow, you had to wait longer than 15 minutes for your food. The ice cream was already melted when it arrived at the table! The tables were unclean. When I asked the staff about it they didn't respond at all.

Real dirt shop. Food is good but people always say that the ice cream machine is broken even though it isn't broken. I got some ice cream 10 minutes ago and now it's suddenly broken.

I was in the mc drive. 2 x mc Flurry for 3.99 each. Once with chocolate lentils and chocolate sauce and once with chocolate lentils and caramel sauce. That's all well and good... it's great when you realize that the caramel sauce is missing. Since we were in the drive, unfortunately no complaints were possible. Really annoying at that price!

I ordered nuggets and got them with meat.

I will say this, I may seem like a real peasant, but I think it's much better than in the Polish mak, I got warm fries, a warm grilled wrap and I left satisfied and this visit really put a smile on my face. And I'm honestly glad that I visited this place, everything was positive

This McDonalds has a McCafè. Just look at the product photo on the tablet. And what you get delivered to the table is basically the same thing hahaha. No, honestly that should look a little better 😉 The employee who served us recently was very friendly and delivered the food to our table. Even with a smile 😜. Otherwise, like almost every McDonald's, the restaurant is unfortunately relatively dirty. The cutlery carts are extremely overcrowded in the high season (lunchtime and evening). However, you can have breakfast here as it is usually very empty.

Make a big cheeseburger without cheese without salad and without cheese. Fries weren't cooked through and we waited 25 minutes for the order. The tray trolley is upside down in the bay with the opening in front of the wall, so on the whole it's quite incapable of loading.

Below all the worst expectations. You will always, always forget something. Most recently, on May 2nd, they forgot my order. After reminding me, I was told it would be ready in half an hour. I decided I wanted a refund, at the manager's suggestion I waited and the order was ready 7 minutes later. In a house with 6 sets, I noticed that the sets were incomplete, there was no way to check on site, there was no space to even stand and check due to the large number of people. Negative comments don't change anything, poor service, poor communication between employees. Using it once every few months is not an option on this side of PB. But it's really a drama

McDonald’s isn’t what it used to be. Quality of food has dropped significantly and prices have increased significantly. They should call it a Mac as it isn’t big anymore.

We were there for breakfast on Sunday May 19th, 2025, long wait + received wrong breakfast wrap. Mega nagging from the kitchen, they wouldn't be to blame, they wouldn't apologize and they would only reluctantly get another one at some point with a receipt. Monday 05/20/24 we had another chance at breakfast, even though there was hardly anything going on, tables were dirty + we waited over 20 minutes for our food... the wraps were stuck in the papers (see photo) another breakfast burger had more cheese stuck in it Packaging than was on the burger ...... You really slacked off :(((

It’s not very clear, it turned out that I was almost in it twice every other day. The first time everything was great. I placed the order in a matter of minutes, received it very quickly, and what was even more surprising was the taste; for a second I even thought that I was not in poppy seeds, but in a specialized burger shop. On my next visit everything was completely different; the order was actually done quickly. But I waited about 20 minutes (not to say that they don’t have staff), the taste was very dry and without spices. That’s why I have two feelings

Basically, I appreciated the Mc Donalds on Frankfurter Weg. I have now received meat instead of vegetarian nuggets on three orders. Even though I was offered a phone call to come back to complain and couldn't get anyone else to answer the phone, the trip wasn't worth it for me at 6 nuggets. Only discovered at home that it was meat because the packaging wasn't always clear. Really sad and now several times in a row. A pity!!!
