A restaurant like any other. Nothing special for me.

We used a coupon to get burgers, fries, and chicken nuggets. In short, check your bag before you leave. We were missing fries.

Waited 30 minutes while it wasn't even full.

The prices are getting increasingly outrageous; €2.50 for a cheeseburger is amazing. Where have the good staff gone? They often forget something for takeaways.

Unfortunately you have to give it one star...in short, the food (Big Mac with fries) was cold, I could have said something about that. Three hours later, my partner and I were handing each other the door to the toilet 🚽 with stomach cramps, etc. There was obviously something not quite right with the food...you don't really need it...cleanliness isn't a priority there.

After asking for a quick help with ordering via the app, my mother and I were served directly by a very friendly and courteous gentleman. He checked in between orders to see if everything was okay. The tables were regularly wiped and tidied. We were very impressed with this branch. Many thanks to the staff!

Unfortunately, almost every time I go to McDonald's the orders are wrong! If I order a burger with just meat and bread, they often come with cheese or onions, or they forget to add bacon to burgers with bacon! This time too, one entire burger (crispy chicken) was missing, and the Big Tasty Bacon came with cheese, even though I ordered it without. Unfortunately, these are all incidents that occur far more often than correct orders. Even when ordering home, there hasn't been a single match with the order made. Very sad, and a huge waste of money and food.

I ordered from McDelivery (MCD Heiderich, Frankfurter Weg 17, Paderborn) on September 19, 2025, at 9 p.m. via Lieferando. The driver arrived at my place around 9:30 p.m. and, unfortunately, delivered the completely wrong items despite the correct invoice. I called the phone number and was initially put off and told that my order would be re-delivered as soon as a Lieferando driver was available. About 20 minutes later, at around 9:45 p.m., the McDonald's branch on Frankfurter Weg called me back. I had previously received a text message via Lieferando stating that the order had been canceled and that the money would be refunded within 3 business days. The McDonald's employee then told me the same thing on the phone, adding that no Lieferando driver was available anymore and that she had therefore canceled the Lieferando order. To be honest, that shouldn't happen to a franchise, a brand like McDonald's on a weekend (Friday) and in the evening (9:30 p.m. - 10 p.m.), especially when no delivery drivers are available, which I can't believe because I often eat in the branch and there are always enough cars, bikes and scooters for Lieferando drivers. I think it's disgraceful to leave a customer in the dark for 20 minutes and then tell them what the delivery service told them beforehand. Furthermore, I don't believe that the driver explicitly made a mistake with my order. That's how it was described on the phone when I called back. The delivery bags are sealed and the receipt allows the driver to deduce what was inside. I think someone was asleep during preparation. But that's just a guess. In any case, it's a shame that "only" a refund is being issued; it sounds like the least hassle route.

I had to wait between 5-10 minutes for the apple turnover to be ready. Unfortunately, the salesperson had already prepared the coffee and then asked me to wait to the side. When I got the items, the coffee was lukewarm, and so was the apple turnover. When I arrived at the parking lot about two minutes later, I realized it wasn't an apple turnover, but a yuzu turnover.

Water is dripping from the ceiling (water damage). Card payments are unacceptable at any terminal. The restrooms are disgusting. The store is grimy. By far the craziest McDonald's I've ever seen.

So it was okay to take away but it wasn't good to sit there during rush hour! I had no idea why you couldn't sit upstairs. Sure there were places to sit outside, but inside there were only bar stools and the cramped McCafe lounge.

I was just at the McDrive and got a Happy Meal for my daughter and a McSmart meal. My daughter's Happy Meal contained a !BITTEN! chicken nugget. Unbelievable.

Leider war auch kein Bon vorhanden, sodass ich das nicht scannen und mich beschweren konnte. Telefonisch ist auch niemand erreichbar, es läuft sofort die Sprachbox. Müsste ich jetzt nicht über eine halbe Stunde fahren, hätte ich den Fraß zurückgegeben. Ich kann allen nur abraten, dort zu kaufen.

We entered the extremely pleasant restaurant around 10:30 a.m. We were warmly welcomed there and with a lot of empathy.
