Service was great and nice. We really liked the food and it was fresh. Nice place and clean 5 out of 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

Nothing really there. German is in short supply. Hard to find. Unsightly toppings, wrong sauces.

Absolutely terrible! I've been to many subways and they are usually good. But 2 people not being able to take the orders of 4 people when the store is empty is really remarkably bad! I've seen subways where one person worked who had more customers than two degrees! This subway urgently needs to be improved. Especially since you shouldn't take too much time. Shameful waste of time!

Probably the best subway in Paderborn. The employees are always nice, not so busy and has good toilets. Besides, coupon is also accepted. Keep it up!

Super nice location. But an even bigger compliment to the waitress (dark hair, glasses). She was alone to serve, serve and collect, as well as bake, prepare and clean up. She was super nice and managed everything really well. We now have our favorite subway in Paderborn 😊

Today at around 9 p.m. a very friendly employee served us. Unfortunately, things like that are too rare these days!

Waited 40 minutes for delivery. Arrived cold. I ordered a salad with turkey, cooked ham and cheese, thinking it would be made small but it arrived stacked on top of each other. You couldn't eat it, it was cold anyway.

Nicely decorated, pleasant atmosphere. Food is prepared quickly and there is no long wait. Toilet wasn't clean (a shame). Points could not be redeemed. Coffee machine not working again. There were no toys in the children's menu. Otherwise it always tastes delicious because you can design the food yourself the way you would eat it 😀

This afternoon's employee does a great job, you feel very comfortable ordering something from him 👍🏼

The food was delicious as always. We were served by a young lady with glasses and were fascinated by her multitasking talent. High praise, everything looked really professional and nothing was forgotten despite the complicated order!

I am extremely disappointed with my visit to your store today. As a long-time customer, I have regularly enjoyed your subs and also used your coupons. But today (February 21, 2024) my experience was extremely disappointing. I was told that I couldn't use my coupons because I couldn't show a paper voucher or a QR code. This information was relayed to me by a member of staff who was extremely rude and wore glasses. I'm used to using my coupons at your and the Subway in Suedring, and so far every employee has accepted my coupons. However, today I was denied this. The employee even asked me which employee allowed me to use the coupons, even though it's impossible for me to remember every face. When I mentioned that I had a QR code, I was told that it wasn't necessary as they could enter it manually. This inconsistency and unfriendliness are unacceptable. I am a loyal customer of your business, but this incident has severely shaken my trust in your quality of service. The other employees in your store are always friendly and helpful, but this employee's behavior was disappointing. This employee is chubby and of medium stature and wears glasses

Employees are incompetent, bake all the bread at the same time so that they are all hot and cannot be processed. The employee then took two halves instead of a whole one where one half was just 5cm and then wanted to sell it to me as a 30cm sub. Employees look unmotivated and speak to each other in their own language in the store. Worst subway in Paderborn, that was the last time I visited it.

A nice greeting to the team management/executive team. First, train your employees properly before you let them loose on customers. The lady today was already overwhelmed with a Kids Pak and asked US what went into it.... If there are 4 people, the first sub is baked straight away and the remaining 3 watch first... When it was the rest of us's turn, the first sub that was baked straight away was cold and hard again. There was hardly any choice of bread 4 hours before closing time. Pure overwhelm to then register everything as a menu and extra requests (the 3 year old wanted an extra cookie) were then too difficult. The child should then choose between a toy OR a drink! Sorry? My husband's sub was half-heartedly cut through and everything that fell out (salad, tuna, etc.) ended up in the basket with a thud. Unfortunately it was the last time for us in this subway! Finished 👍🏻

I like the store, the service is very friendly. Stephie was very nice and very accommodating. The food is delicious

Very great clean shop, I didn't wait long for my food and the staff is very polite and knows how to deal with customers, especially they advise you on the best combination. I always enjoy eating there.

I've been on site twice now and both times the employees argued... There doesn't seem to be any harmony in the team.. The sub was good, as expected.

The food tastes very good and everyone is friendly, but the fact that there are no vouchers here and not even the sub of the day is a shame and a reason to drive 5 minutes more next time and visit a subway that is a little more accommodating to customers. Especially in the current times

Since you no longer offer wraps on Lieferando, you have lost me as a customer!

It is the same as all other subways, but the lack of customer flow has made the people there complacent, more like where the company sends newbies to train. They looked at me weird when I said I wanted to customize my sub rather than ordering from the menu. But for its worth, the people were friendly, inexperienced though they were.

Super freundliches Personal:) kannten sich extrem gut bzgl. Glutenfrei aus und welche Saucen geeignet sind. Auch wird drauf geachtet, was es heißt wenn jemand das Sub in glutenfrei bestellt (wie neue Handschuhe, vorher die Arbeitsplatte sauber machen, neues Backpapier etc.) Gerade mit einer Glutenunverträglichkeit geht man immer mit Angst essen, umso schöner das die Mitarbeiter hier extrem gut geschult worden sind! Danke, danke, danke. Subway kann ich jedem mit einer Glutenunverträglichkeit empfehlen und die vielleicht auch mal wieder Lust auf ein bisschen Normalität haben😊😊

Der sub war sehr lecker und gut gemacht. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich und sympathisch und sehr zuvorkommend. Vielen dank nochmal!! 😊

Sehr nette und höfliche Mitarbeiter*innen, ich war gestern gegen 19 Uhr dort und ich wurde sehr herzlich und freundlich bedient. Die Zubereitung hat nicht zu lange gedauert, das Essen hat geschmeckt und der Laden war sehr sauber. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt 👍🏼

Dieser Subway ist unsere erste Wahl wenn wir in Paderborn 'stranden'. Nicht weit weg vom Bahnhof, angenehme Atmosphäre und sehr freundliches Personal. :)

Höfliche, respektvolle und zurückhaltende Mitarbeiter. Danke dafür. Ich war das 1. Mal bei Subway und überrascht wie gut mir mein Baguette geschmeckt hat.

Tasty food but the waitress very unfriendly and rude. First she took 2 minutes to come from kitchen to counter. Then she was "disappointed" in me when I couldn't remember that Salatgurken are called "Pickle". And she was annoyed when I took "my 2 minutes" in deciding sauces. Would think twice before visiting again.

Sub für 3,50€ finde ich fair. Auch wenn mich dieses Bestellen mal wieder überfordert hat.

Die Bedienung, Medina, war sehr frech gegenüber uns. Wir waren eine Gruppe von sechs Leuten. Wurden erstmal begrüßt mit „Boah jemand hat hier eine heftige Parfum Wolke, ich kriege schon Kopfschmerzen“. Das hat uns schon das Gefühl vermittelt, dass wir gehen sollen. Dann der nächste freche Satz beim belegen der Subs: „also nur zur Info für euch, ich bin hier alleine und ich habe hier gerade noch eine Lieferando Bestellung. Das ist gar nicht gut“. Ich finde, wenn sich jemand für diesen Job entscheidet, muss Freundlichkeit an erster Stelle stehen. Wir haben Medina. darauf angesprochen und zurück kam nur ein unfreundliches „Entschuldigung“. Die Subs waren aber gut.

Trotz teilweise nur einer Servicekraft und vielen Bestellungen immer freundlich und Kundenorientiert. Sauber und gemütlich.

Schöner neuer Subway. Immer alles frisch. Große vegane Soßen und Brot Auswahl, am besten finde ich das Vegan Patty von Vegetarian Butcher.

Super Essen und super Mitarbeiter!

Man ist ja auch sonst nichts schlechtes von Subway gewohnt, aber der hier ist nochmal überdurchschnittlich sauber und organisiert.

Aktuell ist dies mein Subway Favorit hier in Paderborn. Alles bestens ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

War lange Zeit nicht mehr bei Subway und wurde hier absolut positiv überrascht - der Laden ist blitzsauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und das wichtigste: Es schmeckt!

Ich gehe seit 5 Jahren regelmäßig zu Subway und bin froh endlich wieder einen in Laufdistanz zu haben. Alles wie man es kennt, sauberer laden und nette Mitarbeiter. Man merkt allerdings, dass der Laden neu ist und die Mitarbeiter noch eingewiesen werden da alles etwas länger dauert aber ansonsten freu ich mich hier regelmäßig essen zu können.

Schöne neue Filiale, mit großen Fenstern, viel Tageslicht. Sandwiches werden gut belegt.

Wie immer Gutes Essen für gutes Geld. Cool das jetzt auch ein Laden direkt an der Bahnhofstr. In Paderborn zu finden ist. ✌🏼

Direkt zur Eröffnung da gewesen und kann aus Erfahrung sagen, dass alles frisch zubereitet ist und die Mitarbeiter alles super im Griff haben. Wünsche einen Guten Start und alles Gute für die Zukunft :)
