Heidegrill in Paderborn

We ordered food from the company for our lunch break via Lieferando. Instead of a calzone, a small pizza is delivered. Called and asked for repairs. The answer was; What should I do now, it's the same. An absolute disgrace! We've never experienced anything like this! Okay, then we won't eat any more from Heidegrill.

I was with a friend of mine who is Muslim. He asks if the chicken is halal, the man reacted aggressively and refused to make us food and couldn't give us a proper answer as to whether the chicken is halal. I don't recommend the shop, who knows where the meat comes from...

Never again... ordered food through Lieferando, the topping on the pizza completely slipped, called them, no repairs, so went there and said it was your own fault and was expelled from the store, there was no money back either!!! Not a trace of customer friendliness!!!

Poor loading, brings pizza where the topping has slipped off. When you call they are rude and blame you. Didn't want to refund. Was insulted, threatened, pushed and expelled from the store. There was no money back either 71 euros for the bin... Never again!!!

My order for pickup, which had about an hour's lead time, still had to be prepared in the restaurant, even though pickup was promised. The dish was tasty. The price could be a little cheaper, especially since the piece of meat is quite small.

I ordered something there for the first time with my girlfriend and was very satisfied. Very nice staff and delicious pizza Tonno!! Nice thick dough and not like other pizzerias where the dough is not even 0.5 millimeters thick!!! WILL ORDER FROM THERE MORE OFTEN NOW

Wow, I wouldn't have thought I'd have a really good pizza in a long time, nice airy dough, and not soggy, nice and crispy, and the pepperoni was also spicy, so I can only recommend pizza.

Order placed by phone for 4 pizzas. The staff was friendly and completed the order as requested. Our order was: - Pizza Heide without pepperoni & onions - Pizza mozzarella with tomatoes - Pizza Holland - Pizza Heide without pepperoni with onions The pizzas were all prepared very quickly and ready for collection. It went really quickly here. We were also satisfied with the staff. We liked our selection, the pizzas tasted good. When it comes to mozzarella, we personally prefer small, round tomatoes rather than large pieces. Our request was also to cut the pizzas, unfortunately it was not implemented. Otherwise everything was great, I would happily recommend it. Is prepared very quickly

Everything that is offered here and I have tried so far has been really delicious, tasty and well seasoned. The pizza is slightly crispy, the dough is not too thick, and the gyros and lahmacun are also delicious. The service is super nice and special requests are also taken care of. Thank you for that!

Got a cold margarita delivered even though I ordered a salami. Pay for salami of course.

Doner kebab weighs 250 g, you feel ripped off. Will definitely not order again, there are plenty of alternatives in the corner.

We ordered 2 Heide grill plates for 18 € each and there were 2 x lamb chops, 1 x chicken skewer and a small handful of chicken rotisserie meat on it, so in my opinion there was very little meat on it for the fact that it cost 18 €. I was very disappointed otherwise we were always satisfied

We picked up food spontaneously and it was really tasty, hot and very seasoned. Regarding the atmosphere, it should be said that it is a snack bar and not a restaurant, but everything was clean and the guys behind the counter were very friendly. The portion was good and we were full - the neighbor can have a slice of it. Overall, everything was great and we would love to come back. Thank you very much and continued success.

We had a manta plate, 1x small fries, spaghetti bolognese, pizza rolls Delivery came exactly at the announced time. Driver very nice. Ate the food for the first time since it reopened. Manta plate, fries were good, no recommendation for the sausage and sauce. Sausage light and tasteless, sauce probably just ready-made warmed curry ketchup sauce. Spaghetti bolognese gratinated (it wasn't on the menu) and indefinable spices that dominated the taste. Small portion of fries, were soft. Pizza rolls, we know different dough, but OK. Cultural creations such as the gratinated spaghetti should also be on the menu. When it comes to spices, perhaps less is more. A classic German dish like the Mantaplatte is made in good snack bars with a clever bratwurst and homemade curry sauce. Unfortunately, this was as intended and failed. Sorry. I don't know how to get soggy fries, other than not thoroughly fried. Unfortunately because of all this this time only 2 stars and no need to repeat these dishes.

Wir sind seit Jahren (schon vor der Neueröffnung) Stammkunden und waren bis vor geraumer Zeit immer zufrieden und haben gern hier bestellt. Leider muss ich sagen, dass aus der Portion Chicken Crossies mittlerweile eine minimalistische Trauerversion entstanden ist. Die Chicken Crossies haben auf eine Portion gerechnet zu 80 % weniger als die Hälfte der Größe, die sie zuvor einmal hatten. Ich kann durchaus verstehen, dass auch Gastronomen die Preise anheben müssen aufgrund der Inflation aber dann daraus noch die Hälfte der sonstigen Portion zu machen, finde ich ehrlich gesagt mehr als fehl am Platz und nicht wirklich kundenbindend. Ebenso die Pommes, hier ist die Portion zwar noch annähernd die selbe aber ausnahmslos immer halbroh und fast nicht genießbar. Liebes Heide Grill Team, nehm doch bitte wieder den altbewährten Standard an, damit Ihr weiterhin glückliche Stammkunden habt.

Sehr gute Speisen , Personal freundlich

Wir haben dort eine Drehspießtasche gegessen ( Döner) . Das Fleisch und das Brot haben uns nicht so zugesagt. Die Angestellten sind alle freundlich.

Dönerfleisch wurde aus einer Box geholt und aufm Grill warm gemacht. Also für mich ist das ein no Go. Vorerst war es mein erster und letzter Besuch.

Total enttäuscht! Das Fladenbrot war kalt und laberig. Fleisch war ok, die Tomaten eher weiß statt rot und das, obwohl aktuell Saison ist.

Freundliche Bedienung, schneller Abholservice, mir schmeckt es hier immer wieder gut. Ausprobieren lohnt sich und von meiner Seite ist der Heidegrill absolut empfehlenswert!

This use to be a great traditional imbiss when i was young.80's early 90's.it got spoilt when the new people took over and started serving pizza and kebab.some things are best left as they are.dont fix what isnt broken

Der Imbiss lag in der Nähe des Sportplatzes SURYOYE PADERBORN, wo wir ein Spiel geschaut haben. Pommes waren gut. Döner Teller auch. Es war sehr sauber dort. Empfehlenswert
