I was just at the Burger King drive-thru around 6:30 pm, and while I don't know the employee's name, he did his job so well. I've never had such amazing fries at Burger King before. The bag wasn't crumpled up, but folded. The fries weren't scattered all over the bag, and the burger was packaged perfectly, just like in the commercials, and everything was piping hot. This is definitely worth a review. Give this employee a raise! 🙏🏼

The toilet is broken. I don't even want to start talking about the cleanliness of the restrooms and the restaurant. Fast food has become slow food. Unpleasant smells permeate the entire place.

Paid, but didn't get it!!! We ordered a Jr. Meal at the drive-thru for over €6, waited a while, and when we got it, we drove off immediately. We should have checked. The drink wasn't even included. Very annoying. Next time we'll go to a competitor; this has never happened there before.

We were here for lunch on Saturday. Everything was very relaxed and pleasant. The food came very quickly, and the staff were very attentive. We'd be happy to come back.

The dude who was at the drive-thru counter on August 31, 2025, between 7 and 7:30 p.m. is beyond incompetent. 🙂‍↕️ You tell him three times what you want and you still get the wrong thing. When you point it out, he gets cheeky and acts like it wasn't him. A real victim. My Sprite was also piss yellow and tasted disgusting. You better cancel his account before you lose even more customers.

The food is like it is everywhere. But the restrooms smell truly awful, and the freestyle club is shut down. Avoid it.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and tidy the restaurant was; I've had quite a different experience at Burger King. The wait time was absolutely reasonable, and it's worth mentioning: the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. It immediately makes you feel more welcome. There were more than enough parking spaces, which was relaxing. The food was also decent; the taste was nothing to complain about. A few things weren't quite right, though: the tray return station was completely overcrowded, even though the dining room was almost empty. They could have emptied them every now and then. It's also a shame: the Coke vending machines, which used to be a real highlight, are still there, but haven't worked for a long time. A real oversight; they used to be a unique selling point. Unfortunately, there's no table service, which would have made the experience more comfortable. And the ordering terminals were a test of patience, extremely slow, inaccurate, and the system simply crashed during the payment process. Re-entering everything was really annoying. Conclusion: Friendly staff and a clean restaurant make up for a lot. If the technology and a few organizational details were improved, it would be great. Edit: Unfortunately, in retrospect, I have to deduct one star and thus only give three stars. The reason: I received a ticket for almost €60 from Smart Parking, the company that apparently operates the parking lot, because my vehicle was parked there a few minutes too long. Apparently, parking is only permitted for 90 minutes – which is hardly enough, especially during peak times when the store is full and you're still waiting for your food. Although the penalty was waived after I appealed to Smart Parking Germany GmbH, and Burger King itself tried to help me, it's still annoying that such a situation could have occurred. So, unfortunately, one star deducted. The rest of the visit remains unaffected.

So the employees don't know their own products. I ordered the ice cream during the Naruto promotion... it came with Oreo... no Oreo at all, and the amount of ice cream was like a sundae... almost €5 for such a disappointment. The burgers taste OK, though.

For Burger King, I was really surprised at how clean the place was. The wait until the food was ready to be picked up was perfectly fine. There was more than enough parking. I can't rate the restrooms. The food tasted good too. I have to deduct points for the overflowing return carts; there was no room for anything else. The store was pretty empty, so there should have been plenty of time to empty it. It's also a shame that although the Coca-Cola vending machines are still in the store, they have been out of service for years. That used to be something McDonald's couldn't compete with. And I think it's a shame that there is no table service. We also found it very difficult to order from the vending machines. None of them worked well. They were very slow and barely responsive. And when they did, it was with the wrong products. Finally, when it came to paying, the machine simply canceled everything and we had to start over... In that time I would have finished ordering ten times at the McDonald's next door.

Unfortunately, my visit to Burger King was anything but satisfactory. Even though the cash register was empty, I had to wait a long time before I was even served. The employee seemed clearly annoyed and even pointed out to me why I hadn't ordered at the self-service terminal. This led me to believe that this was precisely the reason for her unfriendly attitude – perhaps in combination with the holiday, but that shouldn't be an excuse for poor service. When I placed my order, I was assured that everything was complete, but something was still missing at the end. I only noticed this later. When I then had to go to the checkout a second time to order just two King Sunday sandwiches, it took several more minutes – even though there were hardly any other customers there. Overall, a disappointing experience. I expect better service from a large franchise like Burger King, especially when business is low.

It really can't be true that I've ordered something from this shop 6 times and 5 times I got the wrong thing or something was missing! Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home! On 9 June 2025 I ordered the King's Beef Double - King menu without bacon again and the two girls at the checkout confirmed to me again that it didn't have bacon and when I got home there was bacon on it again! That really pisses me off! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Staff is horribly rude I asked nicely if they could pack my food and the employee threw the bag at me and told me to do it myself which isn't that bad but the tone he used and the way he threw the bag what kind of service is that

Disastrous service at Burger King Never again! I went to Burger King at 10am today and rarely have one that bad Experienced service. There was no preparation at all and the staff was completely overwhelmed and hardly spoke any German. After 30 minutes of waiting I asked if mine The order was finally ready but it still wasn't! As if that wasn't enough, the cola from the menu was charged to me individually and... the remaining amount was paid off which is absolutely illogical and cost me more. And the worst? No apology, no explanation, not even one friendly word just an annoyed look, as if it were a given I have to wait so long. I have rarely experienced such poor customer service. Anyone like that with their guests? You don't have to be surprised about bad reviews. Definitely mine last visit!

Nevertheless, there is room for improvement: Positive: -App and paper coupons are accepted Negative -since Corona, all Freestyle machines for drinks have been out of operation -the tables and chairs are often dirty -You often have to wait a long time for the food -the tray reserve is often full

The worst Burger King I've ever seen. The boss is very bad and no matter what he does with workers for work he always looks at them with a bad eye. As soon as he doesn't need any employees, he also treats the other employees very badly and unfriendly. Often even the customers get cold food. Unfortunately, this Burger King is not recommended.

What's the point of this crap? You wait in line for 20 minutes and then at the end you are told that the card payment doesn't work.

I had already activated coupons in the BK app. The pick-up at the terminal went well. After that it didn't go any further. It seemed as if the terminal software had completely slowed down. No more reaction. At the same time, I tried the BK app, but I was only offered food for delivery, but I just wanted to eat in the restaurant. After 5 unsuccessful minutes I went to the burger restaurant next door, even though I actually prefer BK.

Today, as a vegan, I got chicken nuggets instead of plant-based nuggets. Unfortunately I only noticed it after I had already eaten one. I'm so sick. Something like that simply shouldn't happen!
