The service was bad. They work very slowly!

Real ransom shop you have to wait 2 hours for your food which is cold and we have seen rats in the garbage cans. Never again

BK used to have soft seats. It was more comfortable that way.

A modern and very tidy BurgerKing. Danger! Be very careful when driving into the parking lot. A car hater probably designed the entrance and exit here. Be especially careful with sporty cars!

Food was carefully and freshly prepared and neatly packaged. We were there around 3 p.m. and were the only ones there. The toilet was clean. The only drawback was that the music and videos playing on the hanging TVs would occasionally come to a hard stop and randomly start again somewhere else. But I was the only one in the group who noticed it, so nothing tragic. So all in all good 👌🏼

Usury prices are not possible! Went out to eat with a friend today and we had food that we didn't like at all, the ice cream was as sweet as sugar and the cola was inedible!!!! Plus there was a shot in the toilet! You really have to ask yourself again whether it's worth it

Absolute exorbitant prices! I had dinner here today with my son and we only ordered a small ice cream, 6 nuggets and a drink and it cost me a whole 13 euros. I could have paid a month's rent for that earlier. What's more, the ice cream was completely oversweetened so that you could hardly get it down. The Coca Cola also tasted like cheap Aldi stuff. I definitely won't be coming here again with my little Friedrich!

Ordered iced tea, received non-carbonated mezzo mix. When I complained, I was told that this was "Iced Orange Tea" and that there was no peach or lemon iced tea. Exchange excluded - impudence to lie to the customer's face like that. The sandwich was lukewarm.

Staff rather annoyed by the customers. We wanted to order at the counter because you couldn't choose certain things at the terminal. It has been ignored. We then ordered at the terminal and then reported the change at the checkout. She asked why. Said you can't choose. Okay, she recorded it. Food came and of course without the change.

I just hate this shop, not that I've been waiting for over half an hour for a citizen then I get the wrong sauces and not to take away (as ordered) the people after me got the food quicker. Honestly, such a bad staff, then I was told to wait some more. 👎👎👎

Classic Burger King experience, simply underground. Ordering machines are really annoying to use and sometimes have limited functions. Employees don't know the usual local language, or don't want to, who knows. I must strongly advise everyone not to visit this place unless you want to have a bad experience and be disappointed.

So, I'm a loyal customer and had my regular space, which WERE very comfortable chairs. I always felt comfortable, since these were removed at my trusted Burger King, I unfortunately have to go to the competition... MC's

There was no service at the terminal, ordering was only possible at the machine. The room was cool, despite the wintry temperatures outside, the air conditioning was breathing down your neck. The order was not carried out correctly, the subsequent delivery took 15 minutes. We've experienced better before.

Die Arbeiter sind sehr gechillt und freundlich

Als ich bestellen wollte, wollte ein ( ich nenne ihn mal * nicht von hier * )nicht, das ich am Tresen bestelle, sonder verwies mich an das versiffte LED Display. Ich weigerte mich, mittlerweile auch andere Kunden, mit meinen Fingern, womit ich auch meinen Hamburger esse, darüber zu bestellen. Nachdem ich den Ton erhöhte, ging es auf einmal an der Theke zu bestellen. Nachdem ich die Quittung bekommen habe, stellte uch fest, das mich eine Tamara bedient hatte. Wer in Gottes Namen war von den 3 Männern Tamara ? Vertuschung von Reklamationsansprüche ? Das einzige was die können sind Burger. Die Pommes sind wie bei Mc Doof widerlich. Die Cola ist eine Wasserplörre mit Colageschmack. Eher der Beigeschmack nach Spülmittel. Nur widerlich. Übrigens heute den 29.12.23 erneut dort gewesen am Frankfurter Weg in Paderborn. Unfassbare Preise. Ein Doppelwopper Menu mit Cola und Pommes Mayo und einen einfachen Wopper für sage und schreibe 19,98€. Dafür kann man Essen gehen incl. Bedienung.

Leider sehr schlechter Burgerking der für das Essen immer sehr lange braucht. Die Qualität im vergleich zu anderen war leider auch eher schlecht, besser zu einer der anderen Filialen in Paderborn fahren

Ich war schon mehrmals hier. Egal welche Uhrzeit, das Essen war immer frisch. Teilweise könnte es sauberer sein, aber das ist der einzige Kritikpunkt.

Was soll ich sagen BURGER 🍔 KING gut und frisch zubereitet

habe einen vegetarischen und einen echten burger bestellt. Man hat schon den Unterschied geschmeckt. Aber was will man auch von einem vegetarischen burger erwarten. Dafür war er ok. Personal war für Fast Food Restaurant verhältnisse von der Freundlichkeit her in Ordnung. Sah auch alles sauber aus. Wenn man im McFit ein paar Meter weiter war und Kohldampf hat kann man hier durchaus mal etwas vertilgen, vorausgesetzt das Bafög reicht hierfür aus.

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit als eine Dame am Bestellterminal Probleme hatte. Leider war das Essen nicht so perfekt. Die Onionrings waren schön heiß und knusprig. Die Pommes waren kalt und anscheinend nicht komplett frittiert. Der Whopper war ebenfalls nicht wirklich warm war aber geschmacklich in Ordnung. Auch hat die Einrichtung schon etwas gelitten. So wurden die Kunstledersessel nicht erneuert, sonder einfach mit Tape geflickt.

Das Essen war gut, aber die Musik eine Zumutung. Genauso wie den Salat mit einem Pommes Piekser essen zu müssen, weil es keine Holz Gabeln mehr gibt.

Ein Paar mal da gewesen, leider keine Chance mehr verdient. Alte Pommes und kalt. Positiv ist Neue Location, genügend Parkplätze und Ladestationen.

Ich finde den Service überhaupt nicht gut ! Man kann NUR am Terminal bestellen! Was ist mit Leuten die nicht lesen können???? Diese ganze Technik!!!! Nix geht persönlich! War ein bisschen sauer! Essen Sauberkeit war perfekt 👌

Sorry, aber das ging gar nicht..! Ich esse ja eigentlich gerne bei Burger King. Schnelles Essen hin oder her, aber ein Standardcheeseburger darf weder kalt noch staubtrocken sein und sollte auch nicht immer mehr im Mund werden. Dem vegetarischen X-tra Long Chili Cheese Plant-based, habe ich das erste mal eine Chance gegeben. Auch mit dem fruchtigen Geschmack der Jalapenos und der immer guten Käsesoße, sind mir die Presspappschnitzel keine zweite Chance wert.

Die Technik zum Bestellen war sehr dürftig. Touchscreens reagieren gar nicht oder nur sehr langsam. Ein Burger fehlte bei der Bestellung und musste nachgefragt werden. Die Burger waren sehr gut. Alles wurde aktuell gefertigt. Auch die Pommes waren tip top.

Alles perfekt was selten ist wenn man mit 6leuten dort essen geht! Nichts hat gefehlt obwohl es sehr voll gewesen ist
