Kochlöffel in Paderborn

Every time I go to Kochlöffel, the chicken always tastes great and the fries are also very, very good – highly recommended.

This great shop has been around since my childhood!!! 😁😊 It's simply part of Paderborn.

The fries were cold and stuck together. The staff were also rude and, well, not very appetizing.

Apart from the food and the staff, everything was fine. Unfriendly and lacking in class. I've seen them drop something on the floor several times and then sell it anyway. Many of them just don't want to work on Sundays. It's not the customers' fault. And it's way too expensive.

The chicken I ordered was very hard. I explained to the seller that it couldn't be that the chicken was so hard that you couldn't even eat it. He replied that the cutlery was unfortunately to blame. It's unacceptable that you spend money on something like that and then end up not even being able to eat it. I wouldn't recommend this shop. I'd rather spend my money somewhere other than at Kochlöffel. Hygiene is not a given here either. You first have to touch everything with gloves and then topping the burgers is very appetizing, the fries were cold and the mayo wasn't mayo at all; it just tasted disgusting... Unfortunately, you have to give a star to be able to write something like that 🤢

Among other things, a wooden spoon stands for chicken, and it should be fresh off the grill. I can't really confirm that, because the two remaining ones under a chaving or warming display case definitely weren't, and they tasted that way too. Eating them with small wooden cutlery takes some getting used to. Overall, it wasn't exactly full, and there would have been plenty of time to empty the trash cans and wipe the tables. That's not exactly inviting. Apart from that, the serving trays could definitely be replaced. The constant view from the counter into the back area, which was permanently open, with a view of full garbage bags, could be improved. I recommend Imbissbetriebe Schalk in Herford for orientation and a complete positive opposite. However, I have to say the gentleman who served us was very friendly, so that's something positive, including the fries.

Very rude service; they've obviously never heard of friendliness here. The food is mediocre, lacking any flavor; you might as well chew it with a sneaker.

Tonight, July 30th, a blonde girl with a ponytail was doing absolutely nothing. She paced back and forth, pretending to be busy with something, while in reality, she was just staring at the wall. The staff is very slow. I ordered a burger, and it took 10 minutes for it to be "ready" for me. The staff should work faster; there are long lines and you have to wait a long time. And they don't accept quick payments at the cash register either.

I have known this shop for years and always enjoy going here..... better than McDonald's

It was my first time there. As soon as I entered, I noticed two surveillance pigeons in the store. After I was quickly and easily handed my food, I was brutally overpowered and knocked to the ground by more aggressive pigeons outside. The employees were friendly but should hire security. I'd be happy to come back.

The food was delicious! Burgers were cheaper than McDonald's! We sat outside, but the table was wet, and the staff immediately came and dried everything! Highly recommended.

Hello, I was at Kochlöffel and ordered 2 Chessburgers and a fries. I thought the food was good and the staff was very friendly but there were 2 things that bothered me. 1 The fries were very tasty but they were a bit expensive and small I got a very small portion and the second thing is that a strange woman looked at us strangely. I gave a bad rating because the employees don't deliver real food and it doesn't taste good either. The hamburgers were very dry and the onions in them didn't taste good at all I paid €22 for 6 hamburgers and small fries, even though it doesn't cost that much when a hamburger costs around €2!!! I've been to this store twice now and both times the food was excellent. The burgers were nice and hot and the fries were nice and crispy. The staff was also very friendly, even though I only speak a little German.

I think it's great that you can now order at the terminals, it's much quicker, the employees definitely have a lot to do... of course the orders sometimes take longer but not longer than 10 minutes and that can take up time in my opinion.

I'm extremely disappointed. The chicken burger in the menu was a chicken patty with a bit of green salad and mayo. The chicken crossies lived up to their name because they were very cross and dry. The fries served with it had already had their day and were mushy. The floor in the store was extremely dirty and the return cabinet was completely full and dirty. I saved myself a visit to the toilet. The staff was friendly when taking my order. It was a bit disturbing that as soon as there were no customers standing directly at the checkout, the employees talked as if they were on the street with their friends. I think it's a shame that this location has developed like this, because I used to love being there.

A really long wait for a fast food restaurant even though there was hardly anything going on. The employees didn't speak to you and just looked at you unfriendly. We were shopping in Paderborn and thought we'd get something to eat there. The table we were sitting at was still dirty and was only cleaned when we asked. The food took almost 10 minutes, which isn't really that bad but it's not fast food. The paper cups the drinks were unstable and cheap, the fries were cold, not lukewarm but completely cold, the hamburger didn't taste like anything, although I took extra beacon, but that didn't help, then 50 cents for a small splash of ketchup, that Spring rolls were soggy and really didn't look appetizing, but the taste followed suit. I would just like to point out that the store was almost empty at the time.

Personal komplett überfordert ( das war zumindest mein Eindruck), wenn zwei Kunden mehr, als üblich im Laden sind! Hähnchen leider sehr trocken, zumindest teilweise! Pommes eher laberig( wahrscheinlich, weil diese so lange in der Tüte zum mitnehmen lagen, obwohl ich ja da Essen wollte), aber die obere Schicht war OK ! Musste zudem noch sehr lange warten!

War am 18.11. in diesem Fast-Food-Restaurant. Nachdem ich am Terminal bestellt hatte habe ich 20 Minuten auf das Essen gewartet. Nachdem es auch nach 20 Minuten noch nicht da gewesen ist habe nachgefragt wo mein Essen bleibt. Entweder würde die Bestellung vom Terminal nicht richtig übertragen oder der Bon ist weg gekommen. Auf jeden Fall hat die Servicekraft den Bon genommen und hat noch nachgefragt ob ich auch gezahlt hätte obwohl dem Bon klar zu entnehmen war das ich gezahlt hatte. Eine Entschuldigung von Seiten der Servicekraft erfolgte nicht. Anstatt dessen hat er bei der Zubereitung dann noch die Mayo vergessen die ich vorher sogar noch extra bestellt hatte. Auch bei der Übergabe der Mayo erfolgte keine Entschuldigung der Servicekraft. Versteht mich nicht falsch: wo Menschen arbeiten passieren Fehler aber dann sollte man zu den Fehlern stehen und sich entschuldigen wenn das Problem auf der eigenen Seite gelegen hat . Zum Essen: ist in Ordnung aber auch nichts besonderes. Zum Ambiente: das Restaurant hätte dringend eine Renovierung nötig. Die Toilette ist in einem katastrophalen Zustand und die Einrichtung könnte ggf. noch aus den 90 stammen.

Es ist besser als mecces! Die denken an alles, es ist billiger und es schmeckt. Die Pommes sind gut gewürzt.

Ich finde diesen Laden echt toll. Klar es geht nicht immer schnell wenn es voll ist, aber man sieht das die Mitarbeiter sich bemühen. Viele meckern aber das sind die die nicht verstehen wie Gastronomie funktioniert. Die Menschen haben dort genug Stress und zu tun. Ich wurde dazu aufgefordert an dem terminal zu bestellen und ich habe es getan. Als ich gefragt habe wieso das so sei, wurde mir gesagt, dass es für die Mitarbeiter einfacher ist und es schneller geht. Dies habe ich gemerkt. Meine Bestellung ist direkt im computer gewesen, sie wurde gesehen und zubereitet Knapp 5 Minuten gewartet. Einfach klasse. Immer wieder gerne!!

Kennt Ihr das Gefühl einen Riesen-Hunger zu haben? Ausgerechnet Kochlöffel, in der Vergangenheit gerne besucht. Heute stand ich ca. 5 Min in der Reihe. Die Verkäuferin sagte den Wartenden wir sollten den Bestellcomputer verwenden. Als die ältere Dame vor mir Ihre Bestellung aufgeben wollte wurde sie und ich...zum Bestellcomputer regelrecht hinbeordert Weder Die ältere Dame noch Ihre Enkel könnten den Computer bedienen. Ich hatte dank jahrelanger Erfahrung durch meine Enkel keine Probleme. Meine Wahl war das große halbe Hähnchen mit Chilisauce Dip mit Pommes und Majo. Was bekam ich? Keinen Chili Dip und statt ein grosses bekam ich eine kleine Hähnchen Hälfte! Darauf reklamierte ich dies. Zumindest den Dip habe ich bekommen. Sehr selber die Bilder. Nie wieder Kochlöffel, wo das Personal noch nicht einmal richtig lesen kann..ach ja, da jeder die Toiletten benutzen kann(was ich großartig finde) sollten diese auch sauber sein.

Die Bedienung war das letzte!!! Selbst die Gastädten Toiletten sind besser.

Einmal die Woche holen wir uns immer ein Hänchen dort. Meine Oma kommt extra aus Lippstadt nur für das Hänchen und die pommes. Super lecker

Hatten den Doppelcheesburger, den Kross Chicken und zwei Pommes, jeweils mit Getränk. Die Pommes waren noch ganz gut, die Burger waren leider gar nix. Der Cheeseburger total weich und matschig, das Fleisch auch sehr weich. Der Chickenburger war auch alles andere als kross. Hat immerhin satt gemacht, mehr aber auch nicht. Würde da nicht nochmal hingehen. Sauberkeit war okay. Leider gab es an dem kleinen Waschbecken in der Ecke weder Seife noch Papiertücher. Schade. Am schlimmsten waren leider die höchst aufdringlichen Bettler die an die Gäste Rosen und Zeitungen verkaufen wollten und direkt an die Tische gekommen sind. Das Personal hat gegen diese Personen auch nichts unternommen. Sowas brauche ich beim Essen nicht. War mein erster und auch letzter Besuch bei diesem Kochlöffel.

Hatte einen Cheese und einen Chickenburger. Waren sehr lecker. Also im Vergleich zu Mc Donalds und B-King. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Einfach zu langsam. Es wird abgezählt für jeden einzelnen frittiert. Grds gute Idee. Aber nicht zur Mittagszeit, wenn der Laden voll ist. Habe für 12 Nuggets mit Pommes gut 20 Min gewartet. Da ist die Mittagspause dann so gut wie rum.

Lieferung war länger wie angegeben. Doppelcheese Burger waren gut, aber diese panadematsche oder was ihr Kroketten nennt ist ja einfach nur ekelig hab mich nicht mal getraut es zu essen.

Preise ähnlich wie bei Burger King, McD und wie sie alle heißen. Qualität leider nochmal n Eck drunter. Kleiner Tipp: Bestellt nichts was ihr in der Wärme Ablage seht.

Waren Pommes Currywurst essen , also Personal war absolut freundlich, und sauber war es auch da kann man keine Kritik drüber machen , die Wurst ist zu weich und geschmacklich sehr flach pommes zu klein und zu dünn , würde ich nicht nochmal bestellen. Vielleicht mal die Wurst von einen anderen Anbieter nehmen auch die pommes, denn für fast 6 Euro gibts es viele bessere Manta Platten ( pommes /Currywurst)

Essen wie in jedem Kochlöffel, Personal außergewöhnlich freundlich. Leider nicht ganz sauber, Toilette katastrophal, Tische werden nicht abgeputz, war aber auch sehr voll und Personal hatten alle Hände voll zu tun.

War früher Mal echt gut aber inzwischen lässt die Qualität echt zu wünschen übrig. Die Sauberkeit im Gastbereich, sehr ausbaufähig. Dazu kommt noch der Umstand daß die Preise nicht gerade attraktive sind. Wir werden definitiv dort nicht wieder Speisen. Schade, das Konzept fanden wir früher wirklich gut

Leider war mein hänchen von außen zwar warm und heiß aber von innen noch kalt. Heißt also roh. Leider ist das persohn auch komplett überfordert gewesen. Generell finde ich das der Laden mal etwas modernisiert werden könnte. Das würde vielleicht das Personal entlasten. Leider war das mein 1. Und letzter Besuch. Was jedoch positiv war das dass Essen warm war (außer halt das hänchen) Also pommes schön heiß
