We decided to eat at the restaurant. The background noise was extremely loud. And the atmosphere is very uncomfortable in this branch. We wouldn't come here again.

This is the first time I wanted to use coupons from the app since it was the first time and I had a little problem with it. I told the mc Drive staff that I made a mistake when ordering and would like to correct it. The staff informed me it was not possible to cancel the order. One Lady (Asian) and Another person who came to help was very rude and told me to leave the McDonald place without having the opportunity to correct my order and without eating there. Very bad . One of the few Mäcces where it was really 1A clean. The service was friendly and quick. Food was completely ok. We are positively surprised!

The staff was very nice, the order was delivered quickly in Mc Drive. Unfortunately, the burgers were totally cold, the chicken burgers were very crispy and both the chicken and the cheeseburgers were more than dry. It seems to me that they have been lying there for a long time and have been warmed up again. But for me they were actually very cold.

I'm not particularly impressed with the new McD. The chairs do not invite you to linger for a longer period of time. I was at Mc Drive recently in the morning and a young employee explained it very well about a discount in the menu (5 stars for that!!). Mc Drive again today. Unfriendly employees and (!): Salad opened in a warm bag with a lid!! Really bad. Sorry...food cold (maybe that's why everything in a bag). The salad was extremely cluttered (and the lid was open).

My partner and I went there for dinner today. The order was complete BUT the condition of the products was catastrophic. The fries were cold, the burgers were completely soggy when I opened the package because nothing was where it belonged. Not only did they not look tasty, they were also cold. By that I don't mean transport cold but really cold. Only the apple turnover was hot. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. And it was very clean.

The Big Tasty Bacon was apparently prepared like this: open the box, put the bacon in, throw in the remaining ingredients. There was also a burger missing and the “large fries” only had half of it. Too bad!

Unfortunately a disappointment. The meal was reasonably satisfying. The Ayran we ordered was out of stock – no replacement offered, no apology. A lady who acted like the manager or boss was very unfriendly. The staff seemed annoyed and everyone had faces like they hated their jobs. The disabled toilet was first locked, then there was no toilet paper, and finally it was blocked. Again, no excuses, just excuses like: "We remodeled." After the renovation, it's no longer as crowded - that should be a warning sign to the branch management.

I had placed an order via Lieferando. They forgot to send me the pommes. I phoned up McDonald's asking them to deliver the pommes. They refused and did not apologise. Hello, I was at this Mcdonalds on sunday at 2.00 in the morming, i was really upset with their behaviour, there was one older worker that was yelling on us what did we order and why we made two orders, they also made a mistake in our order, when i went to fix it, he did not want to help us. But i was really impressed with the other male worker. He was really nice and helped me to fix everything. He also apologized for the all inconveniences. I would write his name if i would know it. Unfortunately a disappointment. The staff was annoyed and everyone looked like they hated their job. We had to wait over 30 minutes for an order for 2 people. Even customers who came before us probably felt the same way. The mood was really negative. When I was finally able to bite into my burger (Royal TS with extra cheese) I unfortunately had to spit it out again because an indefinable taste triggered my buds. At least the chicken nuggets chilli were tasty.

Fries were nice and hot. Staff friendly, beautiful after renovation. Aaaabut..... this constant beeping sound from the kitchen makes me mad after just 5 minutes. I have no idea how you can endure that while working all day. I feel pretty sorry for them.

Hello! My family, girlfriend and I dined at McDonald's today. The food was cold and my burger was flat. The chicken nuggets lacked crunch and the sauce was simply forgotten. This made me sad 😢. The opening hours online are not correct, 24 hour open only applies to the MC Drive, stupid if you go there at 4:30 a.m. and have forgotten your car

Dark, uncomfortable and hardly any privacy to eat. In my opinion that has nothing to do with an improvement. We'd rather go to Frankfurter.

After the renovation, it looks like the Karstadt food temples used to. Dark wood paneling hangs everywhere. The dining area is more uncomfortable than before and the renovation is still in full swing. While people eat at the tables, toilets are nailed to the wall and propped into the walls with the doors open. I didn't even know that was allowed.

Beautiful after the renovation. However, the seating is very versatile so you can see everyone, which bothers me a bit. And the table service doesn't work yet either. Everything in itself is great. 2 drive-ins and you can have the food delivered to the parking lot.

Simply a disaster. A large figurehead open 24 hours a day, also advertised on the Internet, you stand in front of a closed door. As soon as we got out in the parking lot, an employee who spoke poor German called out to us that it was closed. Less seating than before, the store is constantly cold, the ambience is cold and unwelcoming, according to the motto: You can order here, pay and eat quickly, make sure you get out quickly. Waiting times were terrible, we waited 15 minutes for an MC muffin without a drink, and the shop wasn't even full at the time. My wife waited over 30 minutes for her order. 25 minutes after breakfast time ended, they were still preparing and serving breakfast. Then you know how long those who didn't want breakfast had to wait. What was even worse for me was that the trays were still wet when they were brought to the table. The paper tray was soggy, if there were fries on it, they would have already drawn water and who knows what else with a wet tray. They can't keep up, the manager of the store is probably also saving on staff. Well, he knows how to save money and make profits. To be honest, you know McDonald's, you know what it's normally like, and that you sometimes have to wait a bit when it's full, but the branch has deteriorated so much that it's not possible. If the branch is to be the new flagship for McDonald's, then other fast food chains will soon be looking forward to new customers

The interior appears very cold and uncomfortable. The temperature in the restaurant is very frosty. I was very cold, even though I had a thick jacket on. Doesn't invite you to linger for a long time. It's almost colder there than outside (outside temperature was 14 degrees!) But maybe that's intentional so that you don't stay there too long. Everything is very dirty and not cleaned. The tray trolleys are overflowing, the tables and the floor are very dirty. We were there for breakfast and waited over 30 minutes. After 11 a.m. breakfast was still being delivered to the tables, which can only be ordered until 10:30 a.m. The staff was totally overwhelmed and unfriendly. Breakfast was kind of disgusting. The trays are still totally wet and unhygienic. The paper pad on the trays soaked with whatever. A paradise for germs and bacteria. You immediately lose your appetite. The queue to pick up the orders got longer and longer and there was no more space. The people waiting in line blocked the path to the tray cart and the restrooms. There isn't enough room for people waiting for their take-out orders. The new counter looks very cold and unwelcoming. Staff can rarely be seen behind the scenes. If you want to order or pay there, you have to wait longer until someone comes. Apparently McDonald's is relying more and more on ordering via app or terminals. Contact with guests is minimized. There isn't really a separate area for children to play anymore. Overall, the color looks rather uncomfortable and not inviting for children. After the disgusting breakfast I ordered 1 cheeseburger. I waited 40 minutes for this. It's really a bad joke. It doesn't work at all. And it was normal business, so not overly busy. Rather empty. This branch was 3 weeks closed for renovation. In my opinion this branch has deteriorated in every way. The money would have been better spent paying the staff properly or hiring more staff. Overall very very disappointing for me. After the press reports about one of the supposedly most modern branches in North Rhine-Westphalia, I went there with corresponding expectations. Accordingly, the disappointment and anger were even greater. It is unlikely that we will visit there again. If the possibility existed here, I would rather give this branch minus stars... All other branches in the Paderborn district are far better Very very disappointing!!!!!

So the service is a disaster... The employees seem to be completely overwhelmed or extremely understaffed. If I have to wait 45 minutes for my food and the store isn't even full then that's not acceptable at McDonald's... The new concept and look of the store is also bad... I went 3 times to this place and 1st time I asked for decaffeinated capuchino with oat milk, I was waiting more than 15 minutes so I went to ask what happened, they couldn’t find the decaffeinated coffee so no one was preparing my order. Instead of telling me and asking if they can prepare something else for me they just let me wait and wait. The second time I ordered caramel latte macchiato. I received the coffee on the photo. I told them that’s not latte macchiato, it must have a milk foam and I was told it’s not possible to make milk foam from oat milk. The 3rd time I went there again to get coffee (I really like coffee from McDonalds). I got the same latte macchiato without milk foam. But this time I was observing the staff how they do it and I asked them to do it again and guided them how to make the foam from milk. The girl who was making the coffee was able to make the foam without any issues. You are using Barista Alpro Oat Milk, the special oat milk for coffee, I think there is no other oat milk easier to make foam of it. Please teach your staff to prepare coffee properly. If you don’t teach them of course they don’t know how to do it! And please check your nuggets, there was something on it, it looked like cotton wool.

Friendly staff, quick service for a large order, even though all tables inside and outside were occupied, tray carts are always emptied and don't overflow like many other McDonald's branches, tables are wiped down after every guest! A branch where some could take an example. Parking space for large cars is a bit tight.

ordered home, when the food was supposed to arrive the message came that the order had been canceled, kept waiting and canceled at the last second. At least get the money back. Not nice

I personally don't like the new style, but that doesn't matter because I want to eat here and not live here. Unfortunately we couldn't find any napkin stands, so my wife got napkins at the counter in advance, as table service always saves on napkins. They were very economical when it came to spending...six pieces. There were three of us, but it didn't matter, additional napkins came with the order. But far from it, the food came without napkins and things were missing again. Since the service always leaves quickly, we had to run after it again. It seems difficult to match the items on the tray with the items on the order. Unfortunately, this is now not an isolated case. This just encourages me to just put a pizza in the oven more often and not drive to McDonalds.

Overall, we are very satisfied with Mc D. The staff is friendly and if you forget something you can tell them at the front. Then you get it. We love it. McDonald's is just good.

Newly updated, milkshake machine broken for soo long

The food is simply too expensive. After the conversion, I thought it would be faster in the MC-Drive. There are now two lanes, but no more staff, so it's not faster.

Much smaller after the renovation, only half the seats. Dark and cold, you feel like you've been thrown out. You almost sit on the lap of the next table. No privacy, where am I supposed to gossip to my girls when everyone is listening?

They are not open 24 hours a day as it says on Google Maps. Food tastes like shit... As always.

Cheeseburger looked like it had been sat on and was totally dry...the fries weren't cooked all the way through and were eaten almost cold...and as always there are no milkshakes because the machine doesn't work...even worse despite the renovation...it's strange it is that the machines for dairy products are always broken...unfortunately only in Germany...

Most modern MC Donalds in Germany?? When I read the news that McDonald's would be closed for 4 weeks, I was happy because I saw that everything was going to be renovated. Went on a Sunday around 9 p.m. because the food was just as it is. Nuggets were fresh, fries weren't great. Also only lukewarm. Toilets were dirty, toilet paper was spread everywhere on the floor. There's not much to say about service. Say hello, put the tablets on the table, that's it.

Keep the food lukewarm. Waited 25 minutes for order. Dirty inside, tablet carts are not cleared out.

The typical McDonald's. No need to explain much. Location is quite good. The McDrive is easily accessible. And, the reason why I give it 3 stars... The ice cream machine works 🤯. For that reason alone you should visit this place.

Update 8/9/24: Due to renovations, the restaurant is closed until 9/4/24. Unfortunately it is still not online. Photo attached. The last few times I was only there to order and pick up. Waiting for what felt like an eternity. The food is great as always. The ambience is in a dreary industrial style. You shouldn't have false hopes. But it's cheap and you can have your menu brought to your table.

This store is incredibly sloppy. Something is forgotten every other time and the employees aren't particularly friendly either. I would advise everyone to go to another branch if possible or go straight to Burger King.

You can totally trash it in Bad Driburg. I waited a whopping over an hour for a double Big Mac, and customers who came to the branch after me were always served before me. From there, the chicken nuggets taste like greasy plastic, the burgers taste dry and like cardboard, and some of the branches look really shabby. Customer toilets worse than a bum toilet, everything too pissed and wet on the floor. The branches would definitely be a case for the health department, they should really take a closer look at some of the branches.

I ordered McFlory Oreos and instead received another order, instead of the usual ice cream, foul tasting yogurt sprinkled with syrup and Oreos. Came to throw it in the trash as it couldn't be eaten.

My last visit to McDonald's was very pleasant. The food was freshly prepared and the fries were crispy as always. I particularly liked the friendly service – the staff was attentive and efficient. The branch was clean and well maintained, including the toilets. The ambience is typical of a fast food chain, but still cozy enough for a quick meal. A small negative point: it can get a bit crowded and loud at peak times. Still a solid choice for a quick and tasty meal!

Food: The food smells really strange or very unappetizing and not fresh, for example chicken burgers, cheeseburgers, etc. I advise everyone to smell the food first before the stuff ends up in your stomach. Service: McDonald's typical. Everything beeps, all employees are stressed, bad German, errors in orders, uncleanliness, long waiting times, etc. Ambience: not given at all. Conclusion: we voluntarily pay a lot of money to harm our health. This makes you realize what marketing and reputation mean for such chains.

We placed a large order for almost €110, but it was canceled after 30 minutes. When we called to ask the reason for the cancellation, we were passed back and forth on the phone only to be told that we supposedly never ordered. This was very strange because we had received an order confirmation from Lieferando and an order number. However, apparently nothing could be found under this order number. Very disappointing, we will never order there again.

The guy at the drive-in who gives out the things is completely stupid.... Jaws are shaking, eyes are huge... Unfortunately, the food didn't arrive in full... We assumed it would be complete, as always, but paid €38 in pure disappointment. Value of the meal probably just 20 euros.... Was actually always a fan in the evening after MC but after the action "Never ever" MC this happened around 9:40 p.m. when there should be follow-up for the employee...

Employees should better know their offers!! You order the same order repeatedly at Mc Drive and the lady explains that the order doesn't work that way. You try to explain, but no one listens to you at all. The fact that you have already ordered this order several times and know exactly what is on which menu does not seem to matter. Well, in the end, the lady leaves her post because she "doesn't want to talk to anyone anymore" and someone "in charge" should clarify everything. But he also doesn't listen to you and explains things to you that aren't right at all and don't make any sense. In the end you would have gotten less than the menu included.
