Toller Mcdonalds. Service war super freundlich und schnell. Ambiente klasse.

Früher waren wir wirklich sehr gerne und auch regelmäßig hier, aber seit dem Umbau hat der Service leider deutlich nachgelassen. In letzter Zeit mussten wir mehrfach Essen reklamieren, weil es kalt war oder qualitativ einfach nicht gestimmt hat. Besonders enttäuschend war ein Filet-O-Fish, bei dem das Brötchen so hart war, dass man es kaum essen konnte. Statt verständnisvoll damit umzugehen, wurde dann sogar noch mit mir diskutiert. Auch die Freundlichkeit und der allgemeine Service wirken leider nicht mehr so wie früher. Sehr schade, weil wir den Standort eigentlich immer gerne besucht haben.

Der Tischservice hat leider lange auf sich warten lassen, sodass das Essen schon fast kalt war. Ich habe schon gesehen, das es dort stand und wollte es mitnehmen, aber das würde mir nicht erlaubt.

Ich war jetzt innerhalb von zwei Wochen zweimal in dieser Filiale. Ich habe beide Male genau das Gleiche bestellt, und trotzdem wurde derselbe Fehler wieder gemacht. Offenbar sind die dort nicht einmal in der Lage, bei einem Wrap den Käse wegzulassen. Wo liegt bitte das Problem, einfach auf den Monitor zu schauen und das zu machen, was dort steht?

Mehrfach werden bestellte Sachen vergessen. Wieso kann man Spielzeuge für die Kinder auswählen, wenn sowieso irgendwas reingeschmissen wird?! Man zahlt für teurere Dinge (z.B. McShaker Fries) und diese werden nicht mitgegeben. Leider kommt sowas sehr häufig in diesem Laden vor.

Essen war eigentlich gut aber besonders hygienisch war es nicht . Die toiletten sind klebrig und stinken . Tische sind dreckig . Nochmal würde ich nicht kommen .

Man ist hier nichtmal in der Lage einen McFlurry Magnum korrekt rauszugeben. Da fehlt mal eben das Magnum Eis. Unfassbar....

Ich schreibe nur ungerne Bewertungen jedoch stört es mich ungemein das es einfach nicht mehr möglich ist sich auf das Wort der Mitarbeiter zu verlassen. Es kann mal passieren das etwas vergessen wird oder falsch gemacht wird ein Zweites Mal dann fängt man sich an Gedanken zu machen. Heute es mir den Rest gegeben. Essen über die App bestellt zum abholen. In der App angegeben das ich auf dem Parkplatz Nummer 1 stehe trotzdem fast 30 min auf mein Essen gewartet. Mit Fast Food hat es schon lange nichts mehr am Hut. Auf meine Frage ob es denn dieses mal vollständig sei oder ich es doch kontrollieren soll war die Antwort es ist vollständig. Zuhause angekommen wir freuen uns selbstverständlich auf das Essen. Ein Burger hat gefällt. Die mittlere Pommes war eine xs Größe. Im allgemeinen sah das Essen auch nicht toll. Günstig ist McDonalds auch schon lange nicht mehr dann möchte ich doch wenigstens für mein Geld auch etwas haben.

Eis war lecker aaaaaber.... Ich hab kein tiefergelegtes Auto, nur ein Oldtimer und setze bei JEDEM Bremshügel auf. Nie wieder fahre ich da hin.

20 Minute Frühstück gewartet 2 Burger, das habe ich zum ersten mal sowas erlebt. In Restaurant waren 3 Tische und 20 Minute zu warten…

Der sauberste McDonald's in der Umgebung. Überaus freundliches Personal, immer mit einem Lächeln unterwegs und das allein macht schon viel aus. Weiter so!

Man konnte das super Mario Galaxy menü nur mit einer App kaufen obwohl man es bei einer anderen Filiale kaufen könnte.Service war sehr schlecht sie sollten dazu schreiben das man die App und denn Code Brauch.Mcdonalds ist nicht kinderfreundlich

Der Lieferer war schnell und das Essen war sehr lecker ich empfehle euch das Essen mal probieren

Das Essen ist sehr gut zubereitet, man muss auch nicht mehr so wie früher eine halbe Ewigkeit auf sein essen warten. Jedoch werden oft Sachen vertauscht oder vergessen und man ist ständig am hinterherlaufen. Das Happy Meal ist für meine Kinder jedes Mal eine Enttäuschung weil sie nie das Spielzeug bekommen haben was sie wollten, selbst jetzt bei super Mario wo man sogar beim bestellen das Spielzeug auswählen kann bekommen sie trotzdem das falsche... Somit muss wieder hinterher laufen um das zu bekommen was man bestellt hat

Ich gehe in dieses Restaurant nur noch für Dessert und Kaffee. Das Essen ist ungenießbar, und was noch schlimmer ist: Wir wissen immer noch nicht, woraus diese Burger gemacht sind…

Für 70€ Bestellung mitgenommen. Zuhause fehlte einiges trotz Nachfrage ob wirklich alles drin ist. 4 Tüten kontrollieren erspart und dann sowas. Telefonisch niemand zu erreichen!!! Beschwerde geht raus auf jeden Fall

Super freundliches Personal, stets am Lächeln. Ich wurde vorher noch nie gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Selten in einem so sauberen MCD gegessen.

Ich war bereits des Öfteren dort und muss sagen dass dieser McDonald’s relativ solide ist. Das Essen ist in 8 von 10 Fällen so wie man es bestellt hat und auch warm. Auch Sonderwünsche wie Eis im Getränk oder Burger ohne Gurken, werden hier auch bei regem Betrieb beachtet. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich und relativ kompetent. Das ein oder andere Mal hat es länger gedauert was ich aber noch nie verwerflich fand weil die Bestellung trotzdem warm und vor Allem richtig war. Zum Ambiente kann ich nicht viel sagen da ich fast immer den McDrive benutzt habe aber das an was ich mich erinnern kann war nicht schlecht. Es ist halt ein McDonald’s, da muss man halt mit ein wenig Essen und Dreck hier und da rechnen. Alles in Allem ist das für ein McDonald’s ganz solide aber wie gesagt ist halt McDonald’s also würde ich generell den Meisten raten dort nicht zu oft zu speisen.

Essen in bekannter Qualität. Es war bei den letzten Besuchen leider recht dreckig.

MäcMenü bestellt to go, Pommes - wie immer - nur halb gefüllt. Wenn ich vor Ort esse, gibt es wesentlich mehr Pommes. Ich gebe mein Geld auch vollständig und für to go erhalte ich weniger Ware, als vor Ort .... finde den Fehler?! Fällt das schon in die Kategorie Betrug?

Das Essen hier schmeckt sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter sind meist nett mit ein paar Ausnahmen. Der Service ist freundlich und schnell. Das Ambiente ist auch gut. Es ist auf jedenfall einen Besuch Wert es lohnt sich!

Wir haben über 30 Minuten auf eine Bestellung für zwei Personen gewartet. Der Burger (Royal TS mit extra Käse) war geschmacklich leider nicht genießbar, ein undefinierbarer Beigeschmack. Die Chicken Nuggets Chili waren in Ordnung. Das Personal wirkte genervt und wenig motiviert. Auch andere Gäste, die vor uns bestellt hatten, mussten lange warten. Die allgemeine Stimmung war eher negativ. Ambiente war Zweckmäßig, jedoch keine angenehme Atmosphäre. Leider insgesamt enttäuschend. Für uns kein gelungener Besuch.

Also der service ist echt dermaßen schlecht, wir haben über die app an den Tisch bestellt aber der service hat die tischnummer nur aufgerufen und als jemand vom Service dann zu uns gemeint hat unser essen wäre fertig haben wir nachgefragt ob dass denn nicht an den Tisch geliefert wird da wir ja über die app den tischservice bestellt haben. Uns wurde nur gesagt dass die app die app ist und hier hier ist es wäre Inventur und kein personal dafür da, wäre ja alles kein problem aber 5 minuten später sind mitarbeiter sogar zu zweit losgelaufen um essen zu verteilen. Also ich bin wirklich enttäuscht vom service hier.

Tisch service bestellt. Nicht bekommen. Arbeiter kommt zu uns und meint Tisch Service gibts nicht. Und mault und drei mal an warum wir nicht kommen respektloser geht es nicht. Auf fragen meint er App ist App und hier ist hier. Mcs Elsen ist 10 mal besser. Selbst Burger King hat besseren Service und Respektvollerer Mitarbeiter

McDonald's möchte mit seiner funktionsfreien App wohl kein Geld verdienen. Man darf mehrfach bezahlen und neu Sachen in den Warenkorb packen und das teilweise nochmals im McDrive. Unfähig

Heute im leeren Restaurant vegetarische Nuggets to go bestellt. Beim Essen wurde dann festgestellt, dass bei den 6er Nuggets ein einzelner nicht vegetarischer Nugget „untergemischt“ wurde. Beim Essen war ein Freund dabei, welche gegen Geflügel jeglicher Art schwer allergisch ist und das Ganze hätte schlimm enden können! Da die Nuggets nicht gemeinsam zubereitet werden, stellt sich hier leider die Frage, ob sich jemand einen schlechten Scherz erlaubt hat (siehe Skandal bei Fast-Food-Ketten vor einiger Zeit).

Typisches Mäggis. Ich musste verschiedene Sachen wir z.B. Trinkhalme für Latte oder die Monopoly - Punkte nachfragen. Dabei war das Personal wahrlich nicht überlastet. Zumindest war es sauber.

Wir gehen nicht oft dort essen,weil es auch sehr teuer ist. Aber wenn, wir dort sind, genießen wir die Zeit um zu essen worauf es uns gelüstet. Zu bestellen am Terminal war am Anfang nicht einfach, aber mit Hilfe meiner Tochter klappt es immer besser. Jedoch kann man wie herkömmlich auch noch an der Theke bestellen, dauert nur etwas länger. Also wenn ihr einen Trip zu Maces plant...lasst es euch schmecken..

I was there on a warm summer evening and the staff gave me a free ice cream while I waited for my order.

Today, December 20, 2025, I was served by an employee at the drive-thru at approximately 4:35 PM. Unfortunately, her behavior was very rude and disrespectful. Her communication style was harsh and inappropriate. This behavior significantly ruined my day and my mood. Such treatment of customers is unacceptable to me. For this reason, I will not be visiting this branch again in the future. I urge you to take this incident seriously.

We only received half of our order. Complete incompetence!!! Do not go there under any circumstances!

On December 8, 2025, around noon, I ordered a McDonald's meal through the app. At the drive-thru, I gave the cashier my code. She told me that the MyCode wasn't correct and that there had to be another one. But I only had this one; I even showed her the receipt and the invoice. She said there was nothing in the system. When I asked what I should do since I had already paid and hadn't received my food, she said nothing would be charged. But it was. The bottom line: I received no food, but the money was taken from my account. I want my money back!

I was having dinner with a colleague. 1. I couldn't pay for the food I ordered at the self-service kiosk - I asked the employees - what happened? the answer was "Yes - it hasn't been working since this morning"... There was absolutely nothing to indicate that this stand was not working... 2. I chose to pay for my order at the cash register - when I tried to pay, the next surprise awaited me there - a notice that payment can only be made in cash, because the card reader did not work.... 3. That wasn't enough... When ordering "Big Tasty® Bacon" I didn't find bacon in this burger.... 4. And that wasn't all... When placing the order, I chose coffee from the "McCafe" assortment... but I got regular coffee (which was flat and tasteless) from a regular coffee machine... I am not a very frequent McDonald's visitor, but I occasionally visit this restaurant, because until now I thought that you could get a certain standard of food / drink there.... A visit to this particular McDonald's made me change my mind - now I understand that "careless attitude of the staff" can to damage what normally cannot be damaged...

The chicken nuggets smelled extremely strongly of old, rancid fat, and unfortunately tasted the same. I had to throw everything away after one bite because it was inedible.

We were there Thursday evening at 9:30 and it was practically empty. We ordered two Highlight burgers to go...we live less than a kilometer away. How could they be cold then? Not very good. And the Grande hot chocolate was only a third full.

Super clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Just the way you like it! I'll definitely come back!!

Typical McDonald's. You never know if you'll spend the day on the toilet after eating there, or if everything will go smoothly this time. Everyone knows what to expect at a fast-food restaurant. Poor quality and expensive, but it's fast.

It was very good, it was very crowded but our food still came very quickly and was really tasty. I am very satisfied.

Disaster. The app is now being deleted. Orders aren't being processed correctly. I paid for extras like extra beef but didn't receive them. And this isn't the first time.

Unspectacular. At least the cappuccino is good as always, and the French fries aren't as crispy as usual. I went there because of the EWE Go charging option. Definitely a good joint venture between the two companies.

This place is very special for me

Today I was there for the first time in a long time and tried the MC SPICY from the ad. What can I say: For €6.99 you get a lukewarm, rubbery burger. Pretty depressing. It's not spicy either. The ad promises more than the burger delivers. Once again, I'm very disappointed with the store and the quality for that price. You could call it garbage.

You stand in the drive-thru, place a huge order, are starving, and only when you pull up are you told that your card payment is broken—thanks for nothing. Plus, like every night, the ice cream machine is "broken." That's how it was the last time I was there. 4 out of 5 times they check the drive-thru to see if your order is complete. 3 of those times you have to complain that something's missing. Then you're in a hurry, you only order 3 burgers and one fries, don't look inside, and another burger is missing...

Today I was at the drive-thru and was served by an Asian employee who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Her positive attitude immediately put a smile on my face. You can tell she does her job with joy and genuine friendliness – that's not something you can take for granted these days. Thank you for this great service, which made my visit to McDonald's truly special. Employees like this make all the difference! 🙏✨

After a long time, we were craving McDonald's again. Unfortunately, not at the one in Paderborn. You can't eat those burgers!!!!! They fall apart in your hand! Absolutely tasteless! A mixture of something that was impossible to identify. The minced meat was more boiled than fried! The nuggets had such a thick coating, they tasted like cardboard. Everything was inedible!!!!!! Never again McDonald's!!!!!

Since the renovation, it's been an absolute disaster and has lost all of its appeal as a family-friendly place. Food is constantly missing, and the place itself is incredibly dirty. But hey, if you want to be depressed, you'll get it right here.

Despite the high number of visitors on Friday at 6:30 p.m., I have to say the food came after 5 minutes, everything was hot, everything was delicious and all the staff were friendly rather than annoyed.

I arrived and waited for an hour. Nothing was prepared. Rude, unfriendly, and terribly bad staff.

I'd love to give it 0 stars. This afternoon, the only staff there was incapable of booking two double meals, which they said weren't available, using a voucher from the voucher book. They were very unfriendly. Then two more employees came along who also didn't know how it worked. Then I went to the car, selected the menu in question using the app, went back in, and the same employee couldn't even book the menu with the number. Then another employee came along, also no idea... I spent a full half hour at the cash register until she somehow managed to book the menu after all. I'm not one to complain about staff; I work in service myself, but the fact that there are employees at the cash register who barely speak German and apparently don't know their way around the cash register system...that really needs to be rethought.

I ordered McPlant nuggets and got meat ones. That's just not acceptable.

Unfortunately, McDonald's prices are now barely distinguishable from a restaurant, which hurts its appeal. The food isn't good enough for these prices.

I went in specifically to order in peace. One small fries, one ice cream, one crispy chicken. The bill was correct. It was for takeout. When I got home, I realized I'd been given a chicken burger. I called, and they pretended they didn't understand me and hung up. That's a way to make money. You won't see me again.

I'm only reviewing the coffee here. I regularly get a latte macchiato from McDonald's. Yesterday we stopped by while passing through. My boyfriend got a coffee, and I got a latte. We've never had such bad coffee before. It was incredibly bitter and undrinkable. We threw it away. What a waste of money.

The employee rubbed his hands, thought no one had seen it, and then just carried on working without washing his hands.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I just got home and noticed something was missing! And unfortunately, the burgers were cold and simply poorly prepared! It's a shame what's become of you. I've been there three times now and I'm disappointed every time. This will definitely be my last visit!

I was there with my boyfriend earlier. It started with a large portion of our order being completely missing, but a subsequent incident was much more unpleasant. There was a group of children there the whole time – three or four of them. Two of the boys (each between 10 and 13 years old) were particularly cool, running around, watching us, then begging for money, and then filming us. The staff also watched the boys the whole time and didn't intervene. I find it unacceptable and won't eat there again.

Sorry, we waited forever for our food, even though the bag was on the counter. Fact: The food was cold. We weren't the only ones; at the same time, someone else complained that the food was cold. The food was on the counter for assembly, not in the warming area!

I ordered plant-based nuggets, but half of them were meat. Then we got a replacement, but there were still some with meat.

This is the third time in a short period of time that I've had a takeout order or a McDrive-Thru order that was only half full of fries. What's up with that?

Unfortunately, they're incapable of preparing the offered products. We placed an order via Uber, and instead of the Chicken Big Mac, we received a regular chicken burger on our first order. After complaining to Uber, we tried again a few minutes later, and the second attempt resulted in a Chicken Big Mac that was only half-filled. It was such an absurd experience that it was almost funny. We won't try a third time, though, and we'll know better in the future.

Unfortunately very dissatisfied if you don't feel like doing your job you should look for something else but so rude and a look along the lines of why are you buying something to eat here and not somewhere else.

It's beyond my comprehension how they can consistently screw up every single drive-thru order. On three visits within a year, chicken nuggets were put in the bag every time, even though plant-based nuggets were ordered, and simply not putting things in the bag is also a common occurrence! Check your orders!

I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a normal cheeseburger with 2 slices of cheese, but the main thing is that the packaging still says double cheeseburger

Absolute disaster. Constant problems with coupons; The staff lies blatantly in your face that the digital coupons have already expired and you can't do anything - the next day I activated the same coupon in another branch, strangely enough... That would be a big warning in my job, just in passing. Quality: Often subpar even by the usual McD standards. Buns dry and hard, probably warmed up several times, fries fresh from the counter cold, patties (at least) average again - and why the sodas are no longer carbonated, only the devil knows. Looking at other reviews here, it seems like the cylinder hasn't been changed for a while. Is this the successor to the running gag with the broken ice cream machine? The waiting time also varies; customers in McDrive seem to be given discreet priority. Ordered takeaway from the restaurant today; If you then have to wait a good half an hour for your food, it can no longer be considered “fast” food. And everywhere else you notice how hopelessly overwhelmed the staff is. Rushing around, when you bump into customers there doesn't even seem to be time for a "sorry". While McDonald's has been trying its best for some time to improve its image to appear less like a cheap, fast food joint, this branch does exactly the opposite. Pathetic.

The fries were still frozen and the waitress didn't listen to my complaint and the milk shake was warm. The only good thing was the chicken nuggets.

This was the nicest McDonald's I have ever visited. You don't immediately hear the beeping when fries are ready because the kitchen is around the corner. 👍👍👍 Finally a clever idea

Not recommended tonight. The staff is overwhelmed. Double royal ts warm, fries as well. Staff unfriendly and annoyed. I had food brought to me because I was injured. The service staff can have soles on their shoes while walking, but chairs standing around are kicked into position after the food has been delivered and their hands are free...

Friendly service, modern furnishings.

What's striking is the friendly service here, I didn't get along well with the app, so the staff supported me well. Even though it was full, the employee had time for me. All of my questions were also answered. A big thank you. I'll be happy to come back.

The food is tasty, the service is friendly, the tables are sometimes dirty, but the ambience is usually good.

We actually really enjoy coming here to eat after our work, which is usually around 12:30 a.m.... Actually, everything was always good, but today we got catastrophic food... the chicken burgers were cold, the rolls were hard... old meat on the double cheese burgers... fries were inedible... tasted like they were old and then simply fried again... then wanted to have fresh fries and were sent to the side in a very rude manner... then after a few minutes "new ones" Unfortunately, the fries didn't taste good at all... well, what that was today... but the reviews from the last few weeks speak for themselves, which is a real shame

Ordered something a few days ago at 4 in the morning. Couldn't eat. Fries were old. Checking citizens was not fresh. Cola full of ice that I didn't drink cola but water. So very sad

Walked through the drive-thru at 5 a.m. and wasn't disappointed. The staff is still in a good mood for this time and the burgers were fresh and tasty. I'm positively surprised!
