I suddenly had such a craving for KFC... I was served quickly and everything was fresh and hot... (which is rarely the case at McDonald's 🙈) OMG... I'm getting hungry again now... 🙉🙋‍♂️

26 minutes of waiting time and the store wasn't even full.

A disappointing experience at KFC. My husband and I came because we hadn't eaten KFC in a while and thought it would be a good idea. Unfortunately, the food turned out to be very greasy and oily—there was an unpleasant smell of oil even after picking up the order. Furthermore, instead of a bottle of Pepsi, I received a self-pour cup, which unfortunately spilled. The only positive was the fries, which tasted good, while the coleslaw was mediocre at best. It's a shame, because I was hoping for something much better.

I went there again after years. And was shocked to discover that the food-warming function wasn't working. The fries were really hot, but the chicken pieces and burgers were cold. So, that place is out of the question for me. They won't be seeing me again.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my visit to KFC! I specifically requested my burger without sauce and even clearly stated this at the cashier. Nevertheless, it was served with sauce. I find this completely unprofessional, especially since this isn't the first time that orders have been ignored here. If employees can't even listen or correctly execute the order, then that's a poor reflection of the service. Very disappointing – that's how you lose customers!!

Whenever I visit Germany from London I’m always surprised at the service and quality in fast food places! Got all the order right first time, staff are friendly and actually speak English and German. Food was hot and delicious!

We were passing through. The food was nice and warm. The fries were fresh from the fryer. The service was friendly. It was OK for a quick snack.

Service is disrespectful They don't give out a chocolate shake so they don't have to clean the machine again, and then they lie about it.

You definitely won't be overlooked by the employees here; they speak to you in a friendly manner and with a certain sense of humor, and they even laugh among themselves. It's nice when there's nothing fun at work. I think the prices are reasonable (there are always really good deals), and I enjoyed the food. Keep in mind, of course, that they only serve poultry and side dishes. The food was brought to edible temperature. There's a large selection of different products, but it doesn't feel as cluttered and confusing as at some other fast food chains. There are restrooms available. There's a drive-thru.

Waited 10 minutes at the drive-thru counter for our order to be taken. Waited another 20 minutes at the food counter. We were, at that point, the only customers at lunch at 2:15 p.m. This situation has happened four times now. I won't be visiting this shop again, as ordering and delivery of the food takes twice as long as a three-star restaurant. The price is roughly the same. This takes fast food to a whole new level. Absolutely not recommended. By the way, the burgers were cold and soggy. The fries were soft, cold, and extremely oversalted. No thanks, lousy service and poor quality.

Hot wings cooked in old oil. The parade was complete with this oil. Unfortunately, it didn't taste at all like what you'd expect from KFC. Paderborn is unfortunately just as bad as Geseke, although I thought no KFC could taste as bad as Geseke.

Went there again today. We waited a long time to pay and even longer to get our food. Everyone who came after us got their food faster. The KFC on Borchener Straße in Paderborn is very nice, great, and good. The decor is nice and comfortable. There are also high chairs for babies and small children. There is also a toilet 🚻 in the KFC. The employees are nice, friendly, and helpful. They are only sometimes in a bad mood. Otherwise, they are very, very nice, friendly, and helpful. KFC is okay so far. Unfortunately, you usually have to wait a while for your order, you can't cancel orders at the kiosk, and some of the tables are dirty.

If you don't care about quality and freshness, shop in Darmstadt or Fuldabrück. At 2 p.m., there was a mountain of chicken wings that appeared to be leftover from the previous evening. Dry, and the breading was missing.

My previous Lieferando orders have always arrived on time and in full. However, the value for money is poor in my opinion, as the price paid is quite limited. The dishes were tasty, though. If the price were lower, I would order again. I can't comment on the ambiance, interior design, or cleanliness, as I've never actually been to the restaurant myself, only ordered from it.

I had a wonderful experience at this branch yesterday. I work in the field and eat there occasionally, but the fries were always lukewarm and not crispy. Since then, I've only eaten a few Hot Wings. I wanted six and a Coke. The young man still ordered the set meal for me because it was cheaper and wanted to give me a side order. I declined the fries. He asked me why. When I told him they didn't taste good at this branch, he made me some fresh and brought them to my car because I had to wait. I ate in the parking lot. And because he saw me still standing there, he came out and asked if I was satisfied this time. I was so impressed; I only experience this kind of courtesy in good restaurants. We started talking, and he explained to me in great detail that it is his declared wish and commitment to provide every customer with the best possible service. The young man, his name is Benny, has such a friendly manner and an honest sense of professional integrity that deeply impressed me. Thank you, Benny, for this wonderful experience! And he even took my trash with him. Simply fantastic!

We waited a long time for the order

It's a shame the quality has gone down quite a bit. We like eating there but unfortunately we didn't get any fresh food, we got dry meat. No thanks, we'll be avoiding KFC in PB.

This is the worst Kfc restaurant i've ever been in ! They have what they call a so cold drive through. You're lucky if you if you get through within thirty minutes. They do not ask your Order at the mic. They ask you first at the window where you pay which means every car has to wait ten minutes before You receive your order. My food was cold and the chicken Was notcooked properly and was not crispy ... Absolutely useless , and the staff cannot speak german

Always have a bad smell (oil) but good food

Ordered something to eat and unfortunately the order was incomplete, called the restaurant directly and described the incident and then you are called a liar and are not at all courteous. Never again !!!

It took a very long time to eat, while we waited hungry, we had to watch people who came after us being served. This was really painful to watch. The rumbling of our bellies could be heard as far away as China!

I prefer to drive through the drive here. I like the spicy dressing on the Zinger Burger. The fillet bits are also really great, unfortunately a little expensive. So for every now and then, really recommended.

I recently got something there again after a long time. I'm through the drive. Staff was totally unfriendly. Don't know anyone please, thank you, goodbye. It's strange that I'm friendlier as a customer :D It's a shame, because it was different. Maybe it was just an exception.

Catastrophic conditions there! The floor, chairs and table were so sticky that you had to wash your hands several times to get it off. The wrap probably consisted of scraps that had been swept together, there is no other way to describe it. The nuggets were ancient and had been warmed and dry countless times. The meat on the burger was hot but mushy and stringy. The cucumber had to be spit out as they thought it was a piece of plastic. The experience was crowned with stomach pains until the evening - thank you very much for wasting time, money and taste!!

Disastrous customer service. I received a damaged (torn piece) €10 note that I would like to exchange. 40ct will then be charged for a sauce that was previously given free of charge outside of a menu. Wordless transaction. Incredible. Even 1 star too many.

I ordered six pieces of finger-licking original chicken and got two chicken shanks, three chicken wings, and a piece of chicken breast that was smaller than the chicken shank. The chicken legs had less meat, and the chicken wings were incredibly small. The two chicken tenders in the Super deal box are as big as the original chicken tenders when put together. The large sized fries come in a fries bag with room to spare. I originally ordered a lot of plain chicken just to eat a whole chicken, but I was given chicken wings and legs with very little meat. I ordered a 6 piece bucket (only chicken, no sides, no drink), as a takeout, and was order 123. I was the only person waiting for my order and I wanted 17 minutes. In the meantime , other customers entered and also ordered buckets (who happened to be dine in), and received their order minutes before me. Seriously? Not going back here ever again. What a garbage location.

Fast Good Restaurant that is anything but fast. There are a handful of guests in the store and they are so overwhelmed that the order was not taken at the empty drive-thru even after 10 minutes. So the store missed out on an order for the whole family. We then went somewhere else to get food. Thanks for nothing.

Staff not very informative. Food was hardly warm,I had to exchange it. Nobody looked very happy. The flavour isn’t what it used to be. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed here. Last time I bought a family bucket and in the bottom was a very burnt piece of chicken which I found when I got home. I won’t be disappointed here again as I will not be visiting this particular restaurant again.

Unfortunately, the quality standards vary greatly between restaurants. Service at the DriveThrough Switch had to come to the window 4 times and ask what we wanted to drink. (Spezi and Pepsi light). Forgetting the order was caused by distractions on the cell phone, her colleague who always made her laugh and the drinks machine that she didn't use for us but for her own pleasure while she waited for my hot wings. These were "unfortunately" cold and tough and the fries in the menu were almost raw potatoes. I really don't want to have high standards when it comes to fast food, but a lot of things don't work here. And the restaurant really wasn't busy, despite it being a Saturday evening. Sorry, the prices don't work :(

Haven't been there for decades. Selection is very clear. Quality on this day was mega. Cleanliness was ok in the guest room. No different than competitors. The only thing you have to complain about is the friendliness of the staff. A hello or at least a smile should be in order.

Food came quickly, everything was fine, it was delicious. It's quite expensive but you know that beforehand.

Was there yesterday!! I had chicken wings, boneless chicken pieces, not spicy!! I have to be honest, I love this crispy breading!! The juicy chicken. Absolute hit!! Unfortunately the simple burger wasn't that great. Piece of meat very small (or the bun is just too much) Personally, the fries taste better in the other fast food restaurant...but that's probably a matter of taste.. In any case, I can't drive past it without getting these delicious chicken pieces...

The staff are super nice, it's delicious but more expensive than Argentinian Steak House my God, in America people eat outside because it's cheaper and here people now sell you fast food as 5 star food, the chili cheese sauce is delicious but that Menus are grossly overpriced, more so than anywhere else if you compare the weight of the menus and the price with other discounters.

I don't want to comment on the quality of the food, mainly on the service and how you are received. The older, thin man with glasses and gray hair yelled at us from afar as we entered the restaurant twice and asked us to leave the restaurant with a disgusted and aggressive expression because he was carrying a small dog in his arms. I ate at Kfc in Paderborn again today for a long time and didn't actually expect much. My expectations were far exceeded. With what felt like 2 guests besides me and my girlfriend, the order still took 20 minutes and it wasn't even big. The food was served as if it were simply eaten and tasted exactly the same. Burgers dry, fries dry, cola tastes more like water than normal water... So that was definitely the last time I visit this dump to pay €12 for two burgers that were fished out of the Aldi dumpster. Preferably zero stars.

Absolute disappointment! I ate at KFC for the first time when I was 17 and was more than just disappointed. The chicken is drier than the Sahara desert and absolutely not crispy. There's so little sauce on the burger that I can just eat bread. I don't even need to talk about the fries. My hopes were crushed and disappointed. I prefer to eat bread at home like mom always says. In addition, the things are arranged like I used to paint in kindergarten. I would prefer to give zero stars.

I had a chick and share bucket, unfortunately there was hair on 5 pieces of it. I think in terms of brevity cat. Very disgusting, I have to say. Otherwise I was actually always satisfied. My first bad review 😪 I was always happy to pay a little more at kfc compared to other fast food restaurants. But today it was underground. It had nothing to do with a zinger. A tiny piece of chicken breast without zinger breading only filled 1/3 of the burger bun, the rest was a dry bun 😳, the fries were cold and unsalted. When asked about the problem, I was offered a pack of salt to season and informed me that anatomically there are no larger chicken breast fillets than the average "5x8cm" .... Nothing against the store itself but the prices for what is on offer are still an absolute joke? Today I went to KFC with my son for the first time because he really wanted to go. We ordered a kids menu with nuggets and a small fries and capri sun. We were shocked when the oversized package was handed over to us, which contained only 4 mini nuggets that Sohnemann (7 years old) had inhaled. All in all, the chicken tastes good but the quantities could have been doubled, so I think it's cheeky to offer something like that. So if you want to get full, you'd better go somewhere else, unless you want to spend a lot more money.

Overall, we prefer eating fast food here than at the other chains. If it were comfortably furnished and some areas were more hygienic, it would be 5 stars.
