Gutes Fastfood zum fairen Preis

Essen war wie man es von KFC erwarten kann; die Wartezeit dafür war jedoch definitiv für ein Fastfood Restaurant zu lang

Nicht zu empfehlen, Pommes kalt und labberig, mein Burger war scharf, obwohl das nirgends stand und das Chicken bedeckte gerade mal die Hälfte des Brötchens. Ich war auf einiges vorbereitet, aber dass das Essen so schlecht ist...

Essen ist wie man es von Kentucky gewohnt ist, leider im Winter scheiß kalt dort, Essen ohne Jacke unmöglich, die neuen pommes Katastrophe.

Also, der Burger war eine Frechheit, zu viel sauce, zu wenig chicken. Wir haben zu wenig Chicken Teile im Menu bekommen und soße gabs für 14€ auch nicht ohne aufpreis. Cookie war einfach eiskalt und fertig abgepackt. Das einzig gute war die Hauptschultrompete aufm Parkplatz Kranker Saftladen

Top Bedienung sehr schnell und freundlich

Alles völlig in Ordnung. Personal war freundlich und der Laden war sauber. Essen war so wie man es von KFC erwartet.

Das ist nun meine erste schlechte Bewertung, lässt sich aber leider nicht vermeiden. Mir ist bewusst, dass ich bei Fastfood keine Sterneküche erwarten kann, aber auf die schnelle, ganz lecker satt werden, sollte das Ziel sein. Das hier "servierte" Menü für 11,49€ grenzt aber von Preis Leistung und der gebotenen Qualität an eine Frechheit. Hatte mich total im Vorfeld gefreut, aber das war keine Enttäuschung, das war ein total Ausfall. Echt schade

Wir waren nun das zweite mal dort. Sauberer Laden und das Essen war super!

KFC halt, die Einrichtung ist sehr schlicht, hart und lädt nicht zum langen Verweilen ein. Ansonsten für schnelles essen gut.

Nach Umbau, modern, zeitgemäß,gemütlich.Aussenbereich mit Sitzgelegenheit. Parkplätze reichlich. Essen, Bedienung 1a.

Es is teuer hier.Es war Samstag und nicht sehr voll.Früher war es voller vieleicht wegen den Oreisen.

Sehr überteuert!!! Für dieses Essen ist nicht mehr normal. Für das Geld kann ich woanders viel besser und vor allem gesünder essen.

Wir waren mal sehr zufrieden, nur leider häuft es sich, dass Sachen in der Bestellung vergessen werden. Diesmal war es ein ganzer 18er Hot Wing Bucket. Mein Mann hat es leider erst zu Hause gemerkt. Schade ums Geld.

Weiche wabbelige und nicht knusprige Hähnchenteile zu geschmacklosen Pommes. Dazu einen wässrigen Coleslaw. Ihr wart mal gut, Qualität mittlerweile unterirdisch. Preis Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Wenigstens war das Personal einigermaßen bemüht.

Muss ich noch etwas dazu sagen? Wir haben einige Federn im Essen gehabt und das war „ein Hotwing“. Konnten nix mehr essen danach.

Wir waren zum allerersten Mal bei KFC. Die Bestellung erfolgte über ein Terminal, welches ziemlich selbsterklärend war. Da wir zuhause bereits geguckt hatten, wussten wir also genau, was wir bestellen wollten. Um möglichst viel zu probieren, nahmen wir einen Eimer mit verschiedenen Sachen drin, Pommes (leider weich, da wir alles mitgenommen hatten, aber geschmacklich gut waren) und zwei Hähnchenburger. Wo hier der Unterschied lag, konnten wir weder zuhause noch am Terminal herausfinden. Irgendwie hat uns eine Beschreibung gefehlt (vielleicht haben wir sie auch einfach übersehen). Alles war lecker, der eine Burger etwas leckerer und knuspriger als der andere, aber insgesamt ganz ok. Das Ambiente / Einrichtung hat uns gar nicht gefallen, aber wir wollten eh nicht vor Ort essen. Andere Fast Food-Ketten sind auch nicht der Knaller, aber haben ein etwas schöneres Ambiente. Wenn wir mal wieder Lust auf Hähnchenburger haben, ist KFC sicher die beste Wahl.

Sehr nettes Personal, ich habe an der Theke bestellt und der junge Mann war sehr aufmerksam und nett zu mir.

Die Bestellung an dem Terminal konnten wir nicht vollständig abgeben, Option Kartenzahhlung ist abgestürzt und wir durften an der Theke nochmal bestellen. Am Samstag gegen 15 Uhr war der Laden voll und trotzdem hat nur 1 Mitarbeiterin die Bestellungen zusammen gepackt. Daher zu lange Wartezeiten für so einen Laden. Der DamenWC sieht schlimm aus, Seifenspender war kaputt und alles ist sehr verdreckt. Die Tische werden zu selten gereinigt, daher echt wenig appetitlich.

Bin mit meiner cousine und meinem coseng hier und ich habe einen scharfen burger bestellt ich dachte er wäre nicht scharf und dann bin ich nach vorne gegangen und habe gefragt warum dr scharf is dann meinte sie ja ne der is scharf riss mir mein burger aus der hand und hat gesagt ja ne dann pech und die pommes waren labrig

Ich habe nicht das bekommen, was ich bestellt habe, die Hälfte meines Essens fehlt immer und ich muss mich wie eine Zicke benehmen, um das zu bekommen, was ich wollte.

So gutes essen nur leider nicht mitten in Paderborn

Freundliches Personal, manchmal längere Wartezeiten, dafür sind die Fritten dann aber auch wie frisch gemacht. Wenn Chicken, dann hier! Preislich leider teurer geworden, wie überall. Edit: Die letzte Bestellung war leider wohl nicht wirklich durch und noch halb roh, dies bestätigte sich mit Beschwerden in der folgenden Nacht!

Hier wird man schnell bedient und das Ambiente ist so in Ordnung. Etwas leiser wäre besser aber meistens hat man nicht in diesen Restaurants dieses nicht. Getränke können nach Wunsch immer wieder nachgefüllt werden. Das finde ich Super 👍

Ein wirklich schönes Erlebnis bei KFC in Paderborn. Das Hähnchen war hervorragend knusprig, perfekt paniert und sehr gut gewürzt. Auch die Hot Wings waren frisch und hatten eine angenehme Schärfe. Für Fans von krossen Hähnchen-Spezialitäten ist dieser Standort absolut empfehlenswert.

Die blonde Mitarbeiterin mit Zopf, mit Brille und rosa Nägeln war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr schnell. Top Service, wir kommen wieder!

Ich habe einen Familien-Eimer bestellt und er war gut.

Zum Abholen bestellt... Im Kids Menü fehlt das Getränk und Spielzeug... aber okay. Milkshake war die falsche Sorte...Naja kann passieren. Beim Zinger Menü fehlt der Zinger. Nicht okay! Direkt mal um 8 Euro abgezockt. So hält sich der Laden anscheinend. Schade. Kommen nicht wieder.

Die Zubereitung der Bestellungen ist unglaublich langsam. Ich muss hier immer ewig auf einfache Fertiggerichte warten. Das ist überhaupt kein Fast Food. Ich verstehe nicht, wie die so langsam sein können.

Hatte auf einmal so einen Hunger und Verlangen nach KFC .... Wurde schnell bediend und alles war frisch und heiss... ( was bei M...C... selten der Fall ist 🙈 ) OMG...bekomme gerade wieder hunger... 🙉🙋‍♂️

26 Minuten Wartezeit und dabei war der Laden nicht mal voll.

Ein enttäuschendes Erlebnis bei KFC. Mein Mann und ich waren dort, weil wir schon länger kein KFC mehr gegessen hatten und dachten, es wäre mal wieder eine gute Idee. Leider war das Essen sehr fettig und ölig – selbst nach dem Abholen der Bestellung roch es unangenehm nach Öl. Außerdem bekam ich statt einer Flasche Pepsi einen Becher zum Selbsteinschenken, der leider auslief. Das einzig Positive waren die Pommes, die gut schmeckten, während der Krautsalat bestenfalls mittelmäßig war. Schade, denn ich hatte mir viel mehr erhofft.

War nach Jahren mal wieder dort. Und musste mit erschrecken feststellen das es dort wohl die warmhaltefunktion der Speisen nicht funktioniert.Pommes waren richtig heiß aber die hänchenteile und Burger kalt. Also für mich hat sich der Laden erledigt. Die werden mich nicht mehr wiedersehen.

The photo speaks for itself. The food was neither hot nor freshly prepared. We had to wait a long time. And it was dirty and messy everywhere.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my visit to KFC! I specifically requested my burger without sauce and even clearly stated this at the cashier. Nevertheless, it was served with sauce. I find this completely unprofessional, especially since this isn't the first time that orders have been ignored here. If employees can't even listen or correctly execute the order, then that's a poor reflection of the service. Very disappointing – that's how you lose customers!!

Recommended as a stopover for a bite to eat if you're nearby. Ordering was easy at the terminal, the order arrived quickly, and the fries and chili were nice and hot, just right.

Whenever I visit Germany from London I’m always surprised at the service and quality in fast food places! Got all the order right first time, staff are friendly and actually speak English and German. Food was hot and delicious!

We were passing through. The food was nice and warm. The fries were fresh from the fryer. The service was friendly. It was OK for a quick snack.

Service is disrespectful They don't give out a chocolate shake so they don't have to clean the machine again, and then they lie about it.

You definitely won't be overlooked by the employees here; they speak to you in a friendly manner and with a certain sense of humor, and they even laugh among themselves. It's nice when there's nothing fun at work. I think the prices are reasonable (there are always really good deals), and I enjoyed the food. Keep in mind, of course, that they only serve poultry and side dishes. The food was brought to edible temperature. There's a large selection of different products, but it doesn't feel as cluttered and confusing as at some other fast food chains. There are restrooms available. There's a drive-thru.

The staff/kitchen was already overwhelmed with 5 orders, which led to extended waiting times

The €1.50 chicken burgers are a disgrace. One nugget on a dry bun, that's it...

Waited 10 minutes at the drive-thru counter for our order to be taken. Waited another 20 minutes at the food counter. We were, at that point, the only customers at lunch at 2:15 p.m. This situation has happened four times now. I won't be visiting this shop again, as ordering and delivery of the food takes twice as long as a three-star restaurant. The price is roughly the same. This takes fast food to a whole new level. Absolutely not recommended. By the way, the burgers were cold and soggy. The fries were soft, cold, and extremely oversalted. No thanks, lousy service and poor quality.

Hot wings cooked in old oil. The parade was complete with this oil. Unfortunately, it didn't taste at all like what you'd expect from KFC. Paderborn is unfortunately just as bad as Geseke, although I thought no KFC could taste as bad as Geseke.

Went there again today. We waited a long time to pay and even longer to get our food. Everyone who came after us got their food faster. And it's unacceptable that the delivery service takes up the disabled parking spaces, making it difficult for disabled people to get into KFC from other parking spaces... Impossible and intolerable.

The food is just awful. Soggy, soggy potatoes, tasteless syrups. Meat shows through the topping/batter. Never again

The KFC on Borchener Straße in Paderborn is very nice, great, and good. The decor is nice and comfortable. There are also high chairs for babies and small children. There is also a toilet 🚻 in the KFC. The employees are nice, friendly, and helpful. They are only sometimes in a bad mood. Otherwise, they are very, very nice, friendly, and helpful. There are also plenty of parking spaces, which are also free. You just have to be careful with larger cars, which cannot be more than 2 meters high ⬆️. KFC is okay so far. Unfortunately, you usually have to wait a while for your order, you can't cancel orders at the kiosk, and some of the tables are dirty.

If you don't care about quality and freshness, shop in Darmstadt or Fuldabrück. At 2 p.m., there was a mountain of chicken wings that appeared to be leftover from the previous evening. Dry, and the breading was missing.

My previous Lieferando orders have always arrived on time and in full. However, the value for money is poor in my opinion, as the price paid is quite limited. The dishes were tasty, though. If the price were lower, I would order again. I can't comment on the ambiance, interior design, or cleanliness, as I've never actually been to the restaurant myself, only ordered from it.

I had a wonderful experience at this branch yesterday. I work in the field and eat there occasionally, but the fries were always lukewarm and not crispy. Since then, I've only eaten a few Hot Wings. I wanted six and a Coke. The young man still ordered the set meal for me because it was cheaper and wanted to give me a side order. I declined the fries. He asked me why. When I told him they didn't taste good at this branch, he made me some fresh and brought them to my car because I had to wait. I ate in the parking lot. And because he saw me still standing there, he came out and asked if I was satisfied this time. I was so impressed; I only experience this kind of courtesy in good restaurants. We started talking, and he explained to me in great detail that it is his declared wish and commitment to provide every customer with the best possible service. The young man, his name is Benny, has such a friendly manner and an honest sense of professional integrity that deeply impressed me. Thank you, Benny, for this wonderful experience! And he even took my trash with him. Simply fantastic!

We waited a long time for the order

It's a shame the quality has gone down quite a bit. We like eating there but unfortunately we didn't get any fresh food, we got dry meat. No thanks, we'll be avoiding KFC in PB.

This is the worst Kfc restaurant i've ever been in ! They have what they call a so cold drive through. You're lucky if you if you get through within thirty minutes. They do not ask your Order at the mic. They ask you first at the window where you pay which means every car has to wait ten minutes before You receive your order. My food was cold and the chicken Was notcooked properly and was not crispy ... Absolutely useless , and the staff cannot speak german

Always have a bad smell (oil) but good food

Ordered something to eat and unfortunately the order was incomplete, called the restaurant directly and described the incident and then you are called a liar and are not at all courteous. Never again !!!

It took a very long time to eat, while we waited hungry, we had to watch people who came after us being served. This was really painful to watch. The rumbling of our bellies could be heard as far away as China!

I prefer to drive through the drive here. I like the spicy dressing on the Zinger Burger. The fillet bits are also really great, unfortunately a little expensive. So for every now and then, really recommended.

I recently got something there again after a long time. I'm through the drive. Staff was totally unfriendly. Don't know anyone please, thank you, goodbye. It's strange that I'm friendlier as a customer :D It's a shame, because it was different. Maybe it was just an exception.

Catastrophic conditions there! The floor, chairs and table were so sticky that you had to wash your hands several times to get it off. The wrap probably consisted of scraps that had been swept together, there is no other way to describe it. The nuggets were ancient and had been warmed and dry countless times. The meat on the burger was hot but mushy and stringy. The cucumber had to be spit out as they thought it was a piece of plastic. The experience was crowned with stomach pains until the evening - thank you very much for wasting time, money and taste!!

Disastrous customer service. I received a damaged (torn piece) €10 note that I would like to exchange. 40ct will then be charged for a sauce that was previously given free of charge outside of a menu. Wordless transaction. Incredible. Even 1 star too many.

Yesterday we ordered a family bucket. It's a good thing that our short one ate almost nothing. Both my wife and I threw up the rest of the evening. Absolutely not recommended!

It was my first time. The tables and floor were dirty. They wouldn't get me a drink because everything was filthy. The place was cold, I waited a long time for two burgers even though there was no one there. And the food wasn't good. Unfortunately, I won't be seeing that food chain again.

The store was very dirty, all the tables and chairs were dirty so you didn't know where to sit. The staff seems very disinterested. The clothes they were wearing were dirty and crumpled, they ran around like bums Bah never again.

Since it is the only KFC in Paderborn and the surrounding area, I think the store has no competition. Which doesn't mean he's bad. I placed an order for around 20 euros, the bucket was warm and tasty but the burgers were just cold. I didn't think the fries were that nice either because you spent so much money on fast food and you got something cold. In terms of taste, it's just KFC, so it's very tasty. Complained 5 times because food was missing. By the time I had everything, the food was cold. The last one really.

Service is ok, ambience also tastes quite good, 5€ price increase ok, everything is more expensive, but last time I ordered crispys, they are just half the size and I can't see paying 15€ anymore. I used to be fed up with half a bucket, but this time I wasn't fed up with one.

I ordered six pieces of finger-licking original chicken and got two chicken shanks, three chicken wings, and a piece of chicken breast that was smaller than the chicken shank. The chicken legs had less meat, and the chicken wings were incredibly small. The two chicken tenders in the Super deal box are as big as the original chicken tenders when put together. The large sized fries come in a fries bag with room to spare. I originally ordered a lot of plain chicken just to eat a whole chicken, but I was given chicken wings and legs with very little meat. I couldn't help but suspect that they were bullying me. Thank you for making me a very demanding customer. I will definitely supervise everyone who brings me original chicken. I must eat the whole chicken, no less than one piece. Die Hähnchenschenkel war. Die Hähnchenschenkel hatten weniger Fleisch und die Hähnchenflügel waren unglaublich klein. beiden Hähnchenfiletstücke in der Super-Deal-Box sind nur fünf Zentimeter lang, wie Reste, die andere gegessen haben. Die großen Pommes sind etwa so groß wie die Kinder-Pommes. essen. Ihr schikaniert mich offensichtlich.

Received cold/warmed food for the 4th time in a row. Just bad. The main thing is that the phone rings when the heating goes out. Vg the heating engineer

I ordered a 6 piece bucket (only chicken, no sides, no drink), as a takeout, and was order 123. I was the only person waiting for my order and I wanted 17 minutes. In the meantime , other customers entered and also ordered buckets (who happened to be dine in), and received their order minutes before me. Seriously? Not going back here ever again. What a garbage location.

Fast Good Restaurant that is anything but fast. There are a handful of guests in the store and they are so overwhelmed that the order was not taken at the empty drive-thru even after 10 minutes. So the store missed out on an order for the whole family. We then went somewhere else to get food. Thanks for nothing.
