Kentucky Fried Chicken in Paderborn

Ich wurde sofort begrüßt und sehr angenehm beraten. Ich wusste nicht genau was ich möchte und die Frau Odalis hat mich ausführlich und kompetent beraten. Es wurde ein Menü. Das Essen kam sehr schnell und war sehr lecker. Das war für mich die schönste Verkausberatung in einem Fastfoodrestaurant!

I ate at Kfc in Paderborn again today for a long time and didn't actually expect much. My expectations were far exceeded. With what felt like 2 guests besides me and my girlfriend, the order still took 20 minutes and it wasn't even big. The food was served as if it were simply eaten and tasted exactly the same. Burgers dry, fries dry, cola tastes more like water than normal water... So that was definitely the last time I visit this dump to pay €12 for two burgers that were fished out of the Aldi dumpster. Preferably zero stars.

Absolute disappointment! I ate at KFC for the first time when I was 17 and was more than just disappointed. The chicken is drier than the Sahara desert and absolutely not crispy. There's so little sauce on the burger that I can just eat bread. I don't even need to talk about the fries. My hopes were crushed and disappointed. I prefer to eat bread at home like mom always says. In addition, the things are arranged like I used to paint in kindergarten. I would prefer to give zero stars.

Fast and tasty, unfortunately like every KFC it's extremely expensive

I had a chick and share bucket, unfortunately there was hair on 5 pieces of it. I think in terms of brevity cat. Very disgusting, I have to say. Otherwise I was actually always satisfied. The employee was very nice, checked the order again at the window and the total waiting time was less than 20 minutes. She prepared my friend's burgers herself and they were great. Hopefully better next time!

Unfortunately, quality leaves a lot to be desired at the moment. Some of the staff have fingernails that are similar to a spade.

My first bad review 😪 I was always happy to pay a little more at kfc compared to other fast food restaurants. But today it was underground. It had nothing to do with a zinger. A tiny piece of chicken breast without zinger breading only filled 1/3 of the burger bun, the rest was a dry bun 😳, the fries were cold and unsalted. When asked about the problem, I was offered a pack of salt to season and informed me that anatomically there are no larger chicken breast fillets than the average "5x8cm" .... Aha🧐. 0 points for food and service

The terminal for ordering did not work properly! You have to wait far too long for your food and the seats are abnormally dirty.

Nothing against the store itself but the prices for what is on offer are still an absolute joke? Today I went to KFC with my son for the first time because he really wanted to go. We ordered a kids menu with nuggets and a small fries and capri sun. We were shocked when the oversized package was handed over to us, which contained only 4 mini nuggets that Sohnemann (7 years old) had inhaled. All in all, the chicken tastes good but the quantities could have been doubled, so I think it's cheeky to offer something like that. So if you want to get full, you'd better go somewhere else, unless you want to spend a lot more money.

Hmm, what can I say? Cleanliness could be better, all tables were greasy or smeared with leftover sauce from previous guests. The employees are quite friendly, but service is something else The food itself was okay and even hot. Chicken wrap with French fries is good to eat All in all OK, if you can work on the cleanliness

Staff is horrible, don't know what to do, really retarded.

My previous orders via Lieferando have always arrived on time and in full. In my opinion, however, the price/performance ratio is poor, as there is very little content included for the price paid. The dishes were tasty. If the price was cheaper, I would want to order again. I can't comment on the ambience, the interior design or the cleanliness because I've never been to the restaurant myself, I've only ordered.

We always eat well, but KFC has simply become incredibly expensive in comparison for what it offers and the quantities have been reduced further wherever possible.

I order combo box, with pepsi, but no pepsi, i got just water with bubble. Ban KFC for one year by self.

rude staff. I paid for menu with water, get an empty cup and have to fill it myself but they only have sparkling water which I am allergic to. With an arrogant tone they say that they only have water for the drive. They do not think of a solution and are really not customer friendly

First of all I waited forever for the order, you could see they were so overwhelmed, then they forgot 1 burger and turned 2 large shakes into 2 small ones, fries were limp and soggy. Inedible.

Eat good. Unfortunately, there is no bucket without supplements.

Overall, we prefer eating fast food here than at the other chains. If it were comfortably furnished and some areas were more hygienic, it would be 5 stars.

It was the most disgusting food I have ever eaten in my life, I couldn't eat it. It was stale, cold, there was no coke or acid, the tables were dirty and the employees were sullen. I will never eat KFC again, it's over for me!!!!

So for 30€ a bucket for 3 citizens is way too much. Take McDonald as an example. They have a McSmart menu for €6 with 2 people, 1 portion of fries and a drink.

Very unfriendly and disrespectful staff, you are insulted and shouted at terribly. Doesn't work at all. You are calm and then you get beaten up. I won't let myself be treated like that. Not even a friendly hello or a few smiles. Nothing just grumpiness.

Was good there. I can only partially understand the negative assessment of cleanliness. The main problem in this topic is rude guests.

The food was ok so far. It's a matter of taste, I don't really like crispy chicken. The fries are better than at the other fast food chains. Prices ok. As far as my taste goes, I can't recommend the Crispy Chili Cheeseburger at all. But my son really enjoyed it. He would also recommend what he ordered. And finally,,, everything was very clean, including the toilet.!!!

Food was good , staff was good and cheerful, the restaurant was clean.

Short snack. Unfortunately not convincing. The tables were partly dirty and the floor was greasy because some customers (families) couldn't behave. The waiting time is very long. The food was run of the mill with no taste and really not convincing. Fries bland as always. The only positive thing is the Pepsi until the end. For me, as a non-fast food junkie, this is further evidence of off-the-shelf assembly line food. A pity.

The food was good but while I was ordering at the drive-thru I saw a person standing there preparing the burger and said hello to the employees, after they chatted the person walked away. I found it kind of strange because it was so close to the food preparation.

So we were just at KFC in Paderborn and today that didn't work at all. When we ordered, the redhead with the nose piercing was annoyed and unfriendly and forgot half of the burgers when ordering, the burgers were without cheese and the other one only had lettuce on it. When we asked where the rest was, we only got a stupid answer So the staff leaves a lot to be desired, you should really think about changing people then it will definitely work again. It's a shame we always enjoyed eating there 🤷‍♀️

Went there for the first time today. Ordered online and picked up at the drive thru. First negative point: waited 10 minutes with the engine running even though we were the only ones! Then the milkshake we ordered wasn't available. When we asked to get the money back, they tried several times to sell us something else. After a lot of back and forth we agreed on 2 burgers. Which was a mistake... The next negative point... The burgers were all cold! Really cold! It tasted like the rolls had come straight out of the package 🤮 The fries were rather rubbery. One sauce was wrong. But the worst thing was that there was a hair in the chicken parts! 🤮 Then I lost everything.... 🙄 In addition, the employees were very unfriendly and somehow annoyed, even though it was empty. Finally, my boyfriend is now lying in bed with stomach pain and nausea... I don't want to know what was in his food?! 🙄🤮 On the positive side: At least the mashed potatoes were hot and delicious... Wow! All in all, super disappointing! It was our first and last time there!!!

The chicken were served is extremly greasy the chicken its self is not cooked very well, the burgers have scrappy pieces of chicken in them too much sauce, also the restaurant is very dirty tables and floors and toilets are not monitored for cleanliness, i will not be eating there ever again my family also got ill.

Ate a delicious bucket and chili fries.

We have always been enthusiastic about KFC. The meat is juicy and the breading is crispy. But today my partner had two hairs in his burger, which immediately spoiled our appetite. I'm sorry but that just can't happen! This means that the trust in the store is gone.

An ordering terminal broke straight away, there were about 20 people waiting at the checkout, I then left again, oh yes, there were only menus at the terminal

Definitely not a place where we'll go out to eat again... It was freezing cold in the shed, the floor and tables were dirty, tray carts were overflowing and the employees couldn't keep up with the orders at all. An employee once went around with a rag, sorted the tray cart a little but left it so full and some tables were only "cleaned" with a quick movement of the hand and other tables were ignored at all... catastrophe

My favorite KFC. I've been driving there from Höxter almost every Saturday or Sunday for years because it simply tastes good. The waitresses are all nice and the blonde with the tattoos is nice too 😍 Unfortunately, it has also decreased significantly over the last few months and years. An order terminal won't work for ages. A drinks dispenser has been broken for months (it's not used every day...) Burgers only come in flabby foil instead of in a cardboard tray, it seems like only one employee per shift knows how to delete finished orders on the monitor, so there are always 20 on it. And combo 1 crispy and 2 bites should only cost €2.29, price somehow unbalanced at the moment. Otherwise everything is fine, at some point I will open my own kfc in Höxter hehe

Depends on daytime sometimes it's really nice place, but sometimes it's really messy. But food is very good 😊

Food is common for Kentucky Fried Chicken, not exactly my cup of tea but possible for a quick once a year as I don't really like eating fried food. However, the operation and service are courteous and super friendly, really great, which is why we get the full five stars.

Overpriced and they don't pack everything you ordered

I ordered in the drive-thru...the time for preparation and delivery to the window was completely acceptable. However, I seriously wonder whether the working atmosphere in this company is still justifiable... the service is served with a gloomy expression and a complete lack of emotion... the food is still acceptable, even if it is rather excessively expensive in terms of price-performance ratio. A chili cheese sauce with fries costs €3.99... (the fries were small)...the chili cheese sauce was visually something between yellow baby poop and spray sausage after a whiskey night. In addition, the darker part of the sauce had a floury and crumbly consistency. (The powder was probably not dissolved properly)...There was no spiciness at all!!... My 10-pack of chicken parts was of poor quality and was quite dry. As a general conclusion, I would classify this location in the category “that is absolutely unnecessary”. But if you would like to visit a human zoo with your family to see how age-appropriate people who are willing to mate, get along with each other in working life... you should take a look here... But if you are still well off financially and for a lot of money, has little quality expectations, this is actually the right place.

Es war wirklich die schlimmste Erfahrung. Der kasser war sehr unhöflich und gab mir die falsche Bestellung. Ich bat ihn, die Bestellung zu korrigieren, und er änderte sie komplett. Ich werde nie wieder hierher kommen.

Ich habe des Essen online vorbestellt und auf "Jetzt Zubereiten" gestellt. Als ich ankam, wurde meine Bestellung als "In Zubereitung" im Display gezeigt. Das war offenbar nicht der Fall. Als ich nach 20 Minuten fragte, wie lange meine Bestellung dauern würde, wurde mir gesagt, dass ich extra noch einmal hätte Bescheid sagen müssen. Das Display besage nichts. Man werde nun mit der Zubereitung beginnen, was 10 Minuten dauern würde. Nochmals ca. 20 Minuten später bekam ich meine Bestellung. In der ganzen Zeit wurde das Display nur einmal, 5 Minuten vor Fertigstellung meiner Bestellung aktualisiert und zeigte ständig ca. 30 Bestellungen als "In Zubereitung" — auch Bestellungen, die längst verzehrt waren. Als ich den Fillial-/Schichtleiter darauf ansprach, bekam ich zu hören, dass viel zu tun sei und dass er dafür nicht auch noch Zeit habe. Als ich ihn dafür kritisierte, wies er jedes Fehlverhalten von sich und forderte mich lediglich dreimal auf, "Respekt zu zeigen".

War das erste Mal in einen KFC. Dabei wollte ich das schon immer mal ausprobieren, da ich Hühnchen sehr gerne esse. Leider sind mir schon beim Bestellen die extrem hohen Preise aufgefallen, ein kleines Menü schon allein mehr als 10€ ... Zudem müsste ich relativ lange auf meine Bestellung warten, circa 10 bis 15 Minuten. Also ich dann meine Bestellung hatte und mich an einen relativ netten ruhigen Ort bequem gemacht habe ist mir dann auch aufgefallen das man die Getränke selber holen muss, was mich zwar anfangs bischen genervt hat aber der Gedanke an unendlich Getränke finde ich schon sehr gut. Leider fände ich die Getränke sehr verwässert, wahrscheinlich weil man sie sich nachfüllen kann. Zudem waren die Hühnerteile eher soooo meeehhhh gut, also hatte da ziemlich viel sagen wir mal Knochen und sowas wie Knorpel oder sehenen, was ich sehr anstrengenden fände. Aber die Chili chees Pommes waren ziemlich gut wie auch den milkshake, der aber für mich minimal zu süß war. Was mir auch etwas gestört hat waren die potions größen, für ne Kinderhand Pommes, ein Getränk und 3 hühnchen Teilchen 10 € ? Also mehr Pommes hatte ich schon erwartet... Mein Fazit ist: da eventuell noch mal zu essen gehen, aber auf keinen Fall für das Hühnchen sondern nur für die Pommes und eventuell die Getränke .

Mega freundlich und immer heisses essen

Nicht nur das wir über 15 min mit laufendem Motor draußen standen, dann haben wir erst eine falsche Bestellung und nach weiteren 10 Minuten warten bekommen wir auch nur die Hälfte. Und haben über 30€ bezahlt. Das ist eine absolute Frechheit

Wir hatten Pommes und ein hänchen Buket zum Mitnehmen. Leider waren die hänchen bereits länger warm gehalten und deshalb sehr sehr trocken. Die Pommes waren matschig. Kein Grund nochmal da hin zufahren sorry . Die Kassiererin an Schaltern maßlos überfordert und die Tageszeit konnte man dann natürlich auch nicht mehr sagen

Wir waren am Silvester Abend da. Ein wirklich außerordentlich netter Mitarbeiter an der Kasse/Service. Sehr freundlich aufgelegt und an dem Tag wirklich überaus freundlich - trotz der Uhrzeit. Wir haben Wings mitgenommen und es war wie immer fantastisch!! Dem Mitarbeiter in der Abendschicht (17:30) ein großes Lob!!

Der diverse in ist das letzte,unfreundlich, nicht hilfsbereit. Das Essen besonders die Pommes sind einfach ungenießbar. Der Laden innen ist schmutzig.

Super stressful and understaffed, The food was ok but the experience from start to finish was crazy. The server was shouting loudly and with some vigor at the kitchen staff often quiet rude towards them. Time from order to receiving food was upwards of 20 minutes plus. The attitude at front of house was a cannot be bothered with anything throwing utensils around like a spoilt teenager who had been told off. Not a great place to eat at our last visit.

Die Portion ist gefühlt nur noch halb so groß wie früher. Der eine Getränkeautomat defekt, und an der Heizung wurde auch gespart.

Wir waren heute da, die zeigen dir wie man aus FastFood ganz schnell SlowFood machen kann! 30Minuten Wartezeit für 2 Normale Menüs und wenn man dann einen der Mitarbeiter darauf ansprechen möchte drehen diese sich weg und gehen!!

Bin angenehm überrascht gewesen! Essen war heiß und hat wirklich gut geschmeckt. Finde die Menüs nur ein wenig zu teuer.

Ja ist ein KFC essen okay aber dafür viel zu teuer das lokal ist halt standardisiert also normal und der servie mhhhh.... Man muss über das Handy bestellen trinken holt man selber daher war der Service von mir überragend...

Das essen ist gut, komme gerne vorbei. Es geht aber sauberer im Bereich um und auf den Tischen und die Stühle sind zu hart (keine Polsterung).

Ich war bis jetzt einmal bei KFC und es war einfach legendär. Ich kann die Crispy Chicken sehr sehr sehr empfehlen.

Das Filet und der Burger sind wirklich gut. Der Wrap war auch in Ordnung. Aber wie um alles in der Welt kann man Pommes so versauen? Sowas von matschig und das Salz ist nicht einmal in die Nähe gekommen.... Als Getränk haben wir "Mirinda" gewählt. Naja, schon beim zapfen sah man, dass da was nicht ganz so richtig eingestellt sein könnte.... Der Geschmackstest bestätigte es.... Da sind auf 1l Wasser geschätzt 2 Tropfen Mirinda dran vorbeigelaufen..... Wie andere auch schon schreiben. Es sah nicht ganz so einladend aus.... Sehr schade, gutes Fleisch aber beim Rest (was wir probiert haben) komplett versagt....

Hab 3er Buckel bestellt aber irgend etwas anderes bekommen (Hauptsache 3 Teile drin). Diese Zeile waren auch noch total trocken. Diesen Ort kann ich nicht empfehlen

It's a KFC. Nothing bad or good about it.

Bestellung via "Kiosk", nur beim bezahlen nahm die Maschine die Kreditkarte (Masterkarte) nicht an. Funktionierte auch nicht "an der Kasse". Kommentar Kassierer "wenn das eine Holländische Karte ist, die nehmen wir nicht an". Das ganze Kassensystem schien defekt, auf den Monitoren, für die eingehenden Bestellungen und fertigen Bestellungen, gab es nur den Zuwachs der Bestellungen zu sehen, ausgeliefert wurde nichts. Von zwei Getränkespendern war einer defekt und der zweite "Geschmacklos". Anzunehmen daß der Sirup fehlte.

Innenraum und die Tische könnte besser sauber gemacht werden

Naja... ist halt ein typisches KFC mit Mitarbeitern, die schnell Bestellungen abwickeln, vielen Familien (dementsprechend laut) und hölzernen Sitzgelegenheiten. Nicht gerade bequem, aber zum Essen erfüllt es seinen Zweck. Das Chicken ist okay, nicht überragend, aber definitiv im essbaren Bereich. Wenn man ein 5 Sterne Menü erwartet, geht man halt auch nicht zu KFC.

Man findet was man sucht es schmeckt immer bestens

Service wie in allen Fressbuden dieser Art. Zack Zack, unfreundlich und schnell die Kunden abarbeiten. Essen aber immer knackig knusprig und frisch.
