The strips were light and soft, definitely a far cry from standard KFC!!! This is how the food ends up in the trash can! Too bad! What a waste of money!

The store was very dirty, all the tables and chairs were dirty so you didn't know where to sit. The staff seems very disinterested. The clothes they were wearing were dirty and crumpled, they ran around like bums Bah never again.

Since it is the only KFC in Paderborn and the surrounding area, I think the store has no competition. Which doesn't mean he's bad. I placed an order for around 20 euros, the bucket was warm and tasty but the burgers were just cold. I didn't think the fries were that nice either because you spent so much money on fast food and you got something cold. In terms of taste, it's just KFC, so it's very tasty. The fries are my only drawback; I don't find them as tasty as at McDonalds or other fast food places. If you're really in the mood for chicken, it's fine. However, the KFC in Bielefeld is better😂

Service is ok, ambience also tastes quite good, 5€ price increase ok, everything is more expensive, but last time I ordered crispys, they are just half the size and I can't see paying 15€ anymore. I used to be fed up with half a bucket, but this time I wasn't fed up with one.

I ordered six pieces of finger-licking original chicken and got two chicken shanks, three chicken wings, and a piece of chicken breast that was smaller than the chicken shank. The chicken legs had less meat, and the chicken wings were incredibly small. The two chicken tenders in the Super deal box are as big as the original chicken tenders when put together. The large sized fries come in a fries bag with room to spare. I originally ordered a lot of plain chicken just to eat a whole chicken, but I was given chicken wings and legs with very little meat. I couldn't help but suspect that they were bullying me. Thank you for making me a very demanding customer. I will definitely supervise everyone who brings me original chicken. I ordered a 6 piece bucket (only chicken, no sides, no drink), as a takeout, and was order 123. I was the only person waiting for my order and I wanted 17 minutes. In the meantime , other customers entered and also ordered buckets (who happened to be dine in), and received their order minutes before me. Seriously? Not going back here ever again. What a garbage location.

Fast Good Restaurant that is anything but fast. There are a handful of guests in the store and they are so overwhelmed that the order was not taken at the empty drive-thru even after 10 minutes. So the store missed out on an order for the whole family. We then went somewhere else to get food. Thanks for nothing.

Staff not very informative. Food was hardly warm,I had to exchange it. Nobody looked very happy. The flavour isn’t what it used to be. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed here. Last time I bought a family bucket and in the bottom was a very burnt piece of chicken which I found when I got home. I won’t be disappointed here again as I will not be visiting this particular restaurant again.

Unfortunately, the quality standards vary greatly between restaurants. Service at the DriveThrough Switch had to come to the window 4 times and ask what we wanted to drink. (Spezi and Pepsi light). Forgetting the order was caused by distractions on the cell phone, her colleague who always made her laugh and the drinks machine that she didn't use for us but for her own pleasure while she waited for my hot wings. These were "unfortunately" cold and tough and the fries in the menu were almost raw potatoes. I really don't want to have high standards when it comes to fast food, but a lot of things don't work here. And the restaurant really wasn't busy, despite it being a Saturday evening. Sorry, the prices don't work :(

Haven't been there for decades. Selection is very clear. Quality on this day was mega. Cleanliness was ok in the guest room. No different than competitors. The only thing you have to complain about is the friendliness of the staff. A hello or at least a smile should be in order.

Was there yesterday!! I had chicken wings, boneless chicken pieces, not spicy!! I have to be honest, I love this crispy breading!! The juicy chicken. Absolute hit!! Unfortunately the simple burger wasn't that great. Piece of meat very small (or the bun is just too much) Personally, the fries taste better in the other fast food restaurant...but that's probably a matter of taste.. In any case, I can't drive past it without getting these delicious chicken pieces...

I don't want to comment on the quality of the food, mainly on the service and how you are received. The older, thin man with glasses and gray hair yelled at us from afar as we entered the restaurant twice and asked us to leave the restaurant with a disgusted and aggressive expression because he was carrying a small dog in his arms. This is really done in a different tone and gesture than that. Because the touch order machines are right at the entrance and whether you eat outside on site or take away is not yet clear to the loud employee or even boss at this moment. He should clearly work on his appearance.

The staff are super nice, it's delicious but more expensive than Argentinian Steak House my God, in America people eat outside because it's cheaper and here people now sell you fast food as 5 star food, the chili cheese sauce is delicious but that Menus are grossly overpriced, more so than anywhere else if you compare the weight of the menus and the price with other discounters.

I ate at Kfc in Paderborn again today for a long time and didn't actually expect much. My expectations were far exceeded. With what felt like 2 guests besides me and my girlfriend, the order still took 20 minutes and it wasn't even big. The food was served as if it were simply eaten and tasted exactly the same. Burgers dry, fries dry, cola tastes more like water than normal water... So that was definitely the last time I visit this dump to pay €12 for two burgers that were fished out of the Aldi dumpster. Preferably zero stars.

Absolute disappointment! I ate at KFC for the first time when I was 17 and was more than just disappointed. The chicken is drier than the Sahara desert and absolutely not crispy. There's so little sauce on the burger that I can just eat bread. I don't even need to talk about the fries. My hopes were crushed and disappointed. I prefer to eat bread at home like mom always says. In addition, the things are arranged like I used to paint in kindergarten. I would prefer to give zero stars.

My first bad review 😪 I was always happy to pay a little more at kfc compared to other fast food restaurants. But today it was underground. It had nothing to do with a zinger. A tiny piece of chicken breast without zinger breading only filled 1/3 of the burger bun, the rest was a dry bun 😳, the fries were cold and unsalted. When asked about the problem, I was offered a pack of salt to season and informed me that anatomically there are no larger chicken breast fillets than the average "5x8cm" .... Nothing against the store itself but the prices for what is on offer are still an absolute joke? Today I went to KFC with my son for the first time because he really wanted to go. We ordered a kids menu with nuggets and a small fries and capri sun. We were shocked when the oversized package was handed over to us, which contained only 4 mini nuggets that Sohnemann (7 years old) had inhaled. All in all, the chicken tastes good but the quantities could have been doubled, so I think it's cheeky to offer something like that. So if you want to get full, you'd better go somewhere else, unless you want to spend a lot more money.

My previous orders via Lieferando have always arrived on time and in full. In my opinion, however, the price/performance ratio is poor, as there is very little content included for the price paid. The dishes were tasty. If the price was cheaper, I would want to order again. As far as my taste goes, I can't recommend the Crispy Chili Cheeseburger at all. But my son really enjoyed it. He would also recommend what he ordered. And finally,,, everything was very clean, including the toilet.!!!

The food was good but while I was ordering at the drive-thru I saw a person standing there preparing the burger and said hello to the employees, after they chatted the person walked away. I found it kind of strange because it was so close to the food preparation.

So we were just at KFC in Paderborn and today that didn't work at all. When we ordered, the redhead with the nose piercing was annoyed and unfriendly and forgot half of the burgers when ordering, the burgers were without cheese and the other one only had lettuce on it. When we asked where the rest was, we only got a stupid answer So the staff leaves a lot to be desired, you should really think about changing people then it will definitely work again. It's a shame we always enjoyed eating there 🤷‍♀️

Went there for the first time today. Ordered online and picked up at the drive thru. First negative point: waited 10 minutes with the engine running even though we were the only ones! Then the milkshake we ordered wasn't available. When we asked to get the money back, they tried several times to sell us something else. After a lot of back and forth we agreed on 2 burgers. Which was a mistake... The next negative point... The burgers were all cold! Really cold! It tasted like the rolls had come straight out of the package 🤮 The fries were rather rubbery. One sauce was wrong. But the worst thing was that there was a hair in the chicken parts! 🤮 Then I lost everything.... 🙄 In addition, the employees were very unfriendly and somehow annoyed, even though it was empty. Finally, my boyfriend is now lying in bed with stomach pain and nausea... I don't want to know what was in his food?! 🙄🤮 On the positive side: At least the mashed potatoes were hot and delicious... Wow! All in all, super disappointing! It was our first and last time there!!!

The chicken were served is extremly greasy the chicken its self is not cooked very well, the burgers have scrappy pieces of chicken in them too much sauce, also the restaurant is very dirty tables and floors and toilets are not monitored for cleanliness, i will not be eating there ever again my family also got ill.

My favorite KFC. I've been driving there from Höxter almost every Saturday or Sunday for years because it simply tastes good. The waitresses are all nice and the blonde with the tattoos is nice too 😍 Unfortunately, it has also decreased significantly over the last few months and years. An order terminal won't work for ages. A drinks dispenser has been broken for months (it's not used every day...) Burgers only come in flabby foil instead of in a cardboard tray, it seems like only one employee per shift knows how to delete finished orders on the monitor, so there are always 20 on it. And combo 1 crispy and 2 bites should only cost €2.29, price somehow unbalanced at the moment. Otherwise everything is fine, at some point I will open my own kfc in Höxter hehe

Food is common for Kentucky Fried Chicken, not exactly my cup of tea but possible for a quick once a year as I don't really like eating fried food. However, the operation and service are courteous and super friendly, really great, which is why we get the full five stars.
