Burger King in Paderborn

Vorweg, das Personal macht nichts falsch. Aber das Essen ist unfassbar mid. Und dafür auch noch so teuer. Ich trauer meinem Geld wirklich hinterher.

Unglaublich, ich bin jedes Mal wieder erstaunt, wie das Brot hier so altbacken sein kann. Ich habe hier leider noch nie wirklich frisches Brot bekommen. Der Service ist zwar völlig in Ordnung, aber die Qualität des Brotes ist wirklich enttäuschend.

Wir haben uns bevor wir zum Flughafen gefahren sind essen geholt. Die Burger waren kalt, die Pommes ebenso so , war nicht lecker, aber wir hatten Hunger und dachten uns nichts dabei. Direkt nach dem Essen habe ich starke Bauch Schmerzen bekommen, mein Mann ebenso. Ich musste mich direkt übergeben, weil das Essen so ekelhaft war und ich muss mich eig nie übergeben. Ich weiß nicht was ihr da rein gemacht habt? Hund ? Maus? Es ist auf jeden Fall ekelhaft dreckig gewesen. Bitte putzt mal eure Küche, macht die Burger usw. frisch oder verkauft es nicht. Ich hatte in meinem Urlaub 2 Tage lang Magenschmerzen und mir ging es gar nicht gut. Das kann nur von eurem Essen kommen , weil es direkt danach auf getreten ist. Einfach abartig und frech. Macht euer Essen frisch mit frischen Lebensmitteln und keinem Hundefleisch.

Ich war zum dritten Mal hier und die Mitarbeiter geben mir ein Burger mit Sauce obwohl ich ohne besttelt habe und das zum dritten Mal ich weiß nicht welcher Mitarbeiter sein Job nicht macht aber das reicht mir.

Habe burger ohne soße bestellt.... Kamm mit soße

Gut geeignet für eine schnelle Mahlzeit oder ein kurzes Treffen mit Freunden bei einer Tasse Kaffee.

Habe dort 10 Jahre mal zwischendurch immer wieder gegessen, gestern dort gewesen ganz neue Mitarbeiter, Burger bestellt und Lebensmittelvergiftung bekommen. Bitte Abstand von dem Lokal halten

Leider nicht wirklich sauber....weder der Fußboden,noch die Tische oder auch das WC.Nicht mal das Tablet konnte man in den Wagen stellen, weil dieser auch komplett voll war. Ich hätte Verständnis gehabt,wenn viel los gewesen wäre,aber es war nichts los. Der Grund war wohl eher,das der junge Mann den Schichtwechsel erwartet hat,der dann kam. Also mir wäre es sehr unangenehm,den Kollegen so einen Laden zu hinterlassen...von den Kunden gar nicht zu sprechen...

Habe den Mitarbeitern fünf Minuten durch das Drive Fenster zugeschaut wie sie gemeinsam über das Handy eines Kollegen etwas betrachtet und diskutiert haben. Dabei stand mein Getränk und Essen rum und erst nach dem ich nachgefragt habe hat man sich an den Kunden erinnert. Ein sorry fürs warten oder schönen Abend noch war nicht drin, nur Verwunderung was mir einfällt mit meiner Bestellung offenbar zu stören.

Am 21. Februar, gegen 20:20 Uhr, habe ich mit meiner Familie eine Bestellung über den Drive-thru aufgegeben und den Bestellcode genannt. Leider war das Hähnchen, das Teil meiner Bestellung war, nicht gar. Als ich zum Drive-thru zurückfuhr, um das Problem zu melden, reagierte die Mitarbeiterin nicht mit einer Entschuldigung, sondern in einem schlechten Ton, dass ich nicht richtig Deutsch sprechen könne, nahm die Box mit dem Essen, warf noch etwas Hähnchen darauf und gab sie mir zurück. Nachdem ich sagte, dass ich wegen dieses Tons nicht mehr kaufen möchte und mein Geld zurückfordere, sagte sie erneut, dass sie nicht versteht, was ich sage. Nach meinem Beharren rief sie den Manager, der sich zwar für den Fehler in der Bestellung und das Verhalten der Mitarbeiterin entschuldigte (allerdings so, dass seine Mitarbeiterin es nicht sah), und nahm unsere neue Bestellung auf, sagte aber, dass er das Geld für die falsche Bestellung nicht zurückgeben könne, sondern nur die neue Bestellung aushändigen. Währenddessen verspottete uns die betreffende Mitarbeiterin ständig zusammen mit ihren Kollegen. Als meine Frau im Beisein des Managers mitteilte, dass Kunden gegenüber bitte Höflichkeit geboten sei, lachte sie und sagte "Nein". Als wir uns darüber beschwerten, fing sie an, sich über unsere Wartezeit lustig zu machen (45 Minuten) und meinte, wir hätten wegen einer simplen Portion Pommes so lange gewartet. Mit einem beleidigenden Tonfall fuhr sie fort, dass wir nicht mit ihr reden sollten, dass wir eine Belästigung seien und drohte, die Polizei zu rufen. Obwohl der Manager versuchte, die Situation zu schlichten, wirkte er machtlos und hatte anscheinend keine Kontrolle über seine Mitarbeiterin. Dieses Erlebnis, das etwa 45 Minuten meiner Zeit in Anspruch nahm, hat bei mir und meiner Familie großen Stress und Unbehagen verursacht (insbesondere bei meinem kleinen Sohn, der leider Zeuge des Ganzen war und seinen Appetit verlor). Ich erwarte eine verantwortungsvolle Reaktion seitens des Managements von Burger King, eine Entschuldigung für das unangemessene Verhalten des Mitarbeiters und eine gründliche Klärung, auch wenn ich die Angelegenheit auf anderem Wege weiterverfolgen werde. When my wife, in the manager's presence, asked that customers be treated respectfully, she laughed and said "No". When we protested this, she started mocking the length of our wait (45 minutes), saying we had wasted time for something as insignificant as fries. She continued in an offensive tone that we shouldn't talk to her, that we were a nuisance, and threatened to call the police. Although the manager tried to calm the situation, he appeared helpless and seemed to have no managerial control over his employee. This experience, which took about 45 minutes of my time, caused significant distress and stress to my family (especially my young son, who unfortunately witnessed the entire ordeal and lost his appetite). I expect a responsible reaction from Burger King's management, an apology for the inappropriate behavior of the employee, and a thorough investigation into this matter, although I will be pursuing this through other channels as well.

Waren seit Ewigkeiten mal wieder in einem Burger-King. Die Burger schmeckten soweit ganz gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren soweit okay. Der Laden insgesamt war auf einen Sonntagnachmittag ungepflegt, dreckig, verklebte Tische usw. Von den Toiletten will ich gar nicht erst reden… wundert tut mich das nicht da die armen Mitarbeiter genug zu tun hatten, es fehlt scheinbar Personal. Hygiene spielt auch keine Rolle da der eine Mitarbeiter die Bestellungen eintippt, Bargeld kassiert, ins Kühlhaus rennt, Pommes rausholt und verpackt und alles ohne Handschuhe. Möchte man am liebsten alles gar nicht sehen 🤢

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Dreckig, eklig, hat nicht geschmeckt, sitze gerissen und dreckig.

Lasst euch nicht abzocken, wieso muss ich für ein Sparmenü 30 Euro bezahlen, statt 13.99? absolute Frechheit. Liebe Grüße geht raus an die Person die meinen Kommentar entfernt hat. 😂😂😂

Das Ambiente dieser Filiale ist leider sehr traurig und wenig einladend. Das Essen ist okay und entspricht dem bekannten Standard, den man von Burger King erwartet. Sehr negativ fallen jedoch die extrem langsamen Mitarbeiter auf. Freundlichkeit oder ein Lächeln sucht man hier vergeblich. Die Toiletten sind eine absolute Katastrophe und wirken ungepflegt. Insgesamt geht man hier nur hin, um sich das altbewährte und bekannte Essen zu holen und es vor Ort zu essen. Viel erwarten sollte man von dieser Filiale nicht. ⭐⭐

Zerrissen Sitzplätze, alles in einem ist der Bugerking in die Jahre gekommen. Eine modernnesirung währe nicht schlecht.

The food is good, and the staff are usually very friendly. The interior, however, is a disaster: the upholstery is worn and only patched up haphazardly. The climate, especially in summer, is unbearable. Staffing is often inadequate, resulting in long waiting times.

The employee who took the order was rude and showed no respect.

The entrance to the McDrive is very narrow for larger cars. Employees, well, one just walked around with a microphone, and his colleague was left to do everything on his own.

The food was okay, the service friendly and attentive—everything was fine. But the ambiance? Unfortunately, it's completely rubbish. The place looks like it's about to fall apart. It's crumbling everywhere, the decor is old and unkempt, and you definitely can't enjoy a cozy burger here. I seriously wonder how this place even survives. It's a shame, because with a little TLC and renovation, it could be so much more.

I went to King on Warburgerstrasse for the first time in several years. The fries were good, as usual. The BBQ sauce, well... the burger was too heavy for me, the bun was sticky... like it used to be. Now I have an unpleasant, unnecessary lump in my stomach. Well, it was to be expected, but I was just really keen on it. I'm healed now, for now...

It looks old and rundown; it really needs a facelift. The seating areas inside are very run down. The order screens also need to be cleaned more often. Standing there and seeing the last 100 customers touching their fingers isn't very inviting.

The interior is terrible, and it desperately needs an overhaul. Holes in the upholstery. Service is slow.

A bit run-down Burger King, even though it's right across from Paderborn University. The food is decent, though.

Yesterday was the first time I've been late, arriving just before closing time at 11:57 p.m., and I still got my small order. The entire team is very friendly and accommodating, and the food is almost always delivered correctly and of consistently great quality. I love coming here, two or three times a week after sports or other activities. I only eat veggies and am always impressed by how authentic the food tastes. You simply won't find such veggie products in any supermarket. So, all in all: keep it up! You're a great team.

Trays are no longer handed out in the evening, even if you specifically choose to eat on site. The tray stands are completely full of rubbish and the tables are not cleaned. So as a “Eat in Restaurant” customer you get a bag handed to you and have to eat at dirty tables. It doesn't work at all!!!

Food as you would expect from Burger King. The few stars are there because a burger was forgotten when ordering. Well, that can happen, but when I pointed it out to them and was expecting the corresponding (cheese)burger, I was denied it. Taking money but not delivering what was paid for.

The “Burger King” in Paderborn is good, great and beautiful 🥰. I'd love to come over and just have something to eat with her. Sometimes in between. And the Burger King also has toilets 🚻🚾 . Unfortunately dogs are not allowed 🚫. So I like to come there to eat.

Herbe Enttäuschung bei einem sogenannten Menü, das 12€ kostet und dabei lieb- und geschmacklos zubereitet ist: Der Burger eher aufgewärmt, aber nicht gegrillt und alles andere als königlich. Die Polsterung der Sitzbank breitflächig aufgerissen und eine Zumutung für die Gäste. Der Preis ist eine Unverschämtheit. In Zukunft: Lieber Hunger als Burger!

My worst enemy knocked me out and dragged me to Burger king. I had to order a coke. It was full of ice and after 10 min it tasted like what it was: 80 % water, 20% Coke. The staff was nice though

Nothing was ever missing for me either. - Product variety is significantly greater than that of its competitor McDonald's. - The new ordering method via app, in which every coupon no longer has to be scanned, but rather all coupons are added to a "shopping cart" to which a QR code is assigned, is really smart, efficient and well thought out. McDonald's has already recognized this and copied it.

It's a very small Burger King but it's what you expect. Only with a long wait due to what feels like chronic understaffing. It is common to wait at the drive-in for at least 15 minutes, but sometimes longer.

Unfriendly employees who shouted at another customer in our presence because he had a complaint. Tables were stuck together and the barely busy staff sat in the background talking instead of ensuring cleanliness and order in the restaurant. The leather interior is completely torn in places and urgently needs to be replaced. Very expensive in terms of price. We only had a few drinks and ice cream for over €20. Price and performance do not match for this unclean branch, which urgently needs renovation.
