The food is good, and the staff are usually very friendly. The interior, however, is a disaster: the upholstery is worn and only patched up haphazardly. The climate, especially in summer, is unbearable. Staffing is often inadequate, resulting in long waiting times.

The employee who took the order was rude and showed no respect.

The entrance to the McDrive is very narrow for larger cars. Employees, well, one just walked around with a microphone, and his colleague was left to do everything on his own.

The food was okay, the service friendly and attentive—everything was fine. But the ambiance? Unfortunately, it's completely rubbish. The place looks like it's about to fall apart. It's crumbling everywhere, the decor is old and unkempt, and you definitely can't enjoy a cozy burger here. I seriously wonder how this place even survives. It's a shame, because with a little TLC and renovation, it could be so much more.

The drive-thru works well. The staff is friendly. However, the store is in dire need of renovation.

I went to King on Warburgerstrasse for the first time in several years. The fries were good, as usual. The BBQ sauce, well... the burger was too heavy for me, the bun was sticky... like it used to be. Now I have an unpleasant, unnecessary lump in my stomach. Well, it was to be expected, but I was just really keen on it. I'm healed now, for now...

It looks old and rundown; it really needs a facelift. The seating areas inside are very run down. The order screens also need to be cleaned more often. Standing there and seeing the last 100 customers touching their fingers isn't very inviting.

The interior is terrible, and it desperately needs an overhaul. Holes in the upholstery. Service is slow.

Food is good and hot. Staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the ambiance is a bit lackluster. Renovation would be nice. Restrooms are small but clean.

It's terrible, the drive-through is run down and the checkout window is dirty, the waitress doesn't talk at all, very exciting! The food was okay, just fast food.

A bit run-down Burger King, even though it's right across from Paderborn University. The food is decent, though.

Yesterday was the first time I've been late, arriving just before closing time at 11:57 p.m., and I still got my small order. The entire team is very friendly and accommodating, and the food is almost always delivered correctly and of consistently great quality. I love coming here, two or three times a week after sports or other activities. I only eat veggies and am always impressed by how authentic the food tastes. You simply won't find such veggie products in any supermarket. So, all in all: keep it up! You're a great team.

A bit run down, but super friendly service.

Dirty shop floor, table, is also in need of renovation, the food long chicken too salty and the fries inedible, cola didn't taste good either

No air conditioning, no umbrellas outside. The inside is unbearable, and you feel sorry for the staff.

Fries were flying wildly through the bag; when asked, they said a tiny bag was enough. The Mac Drive intercom was broken. Long wait times and the store was not busy.

Trays are no longer handed out in the evening, even if you specifically choose to eat on site. The tray stands are completely full of rubbish and the tables are not cleaned. So as a “Eat in Restaurant” customer you get a bag handed to you and have to eat at dirty tables. It doesn't work at all!!!

Fries were burnt but service was good

A completely normal BK store. People are nice there but the store itself is very, very small and not that clean. A bit run down. It also gets extremely hot in there in my opinion. Okay for quick snacks but I don't want to stay there for long.

Beware of food poisoning. Very bad here. No hygiene, no air conditioning and too warm.

Ordered "Große" Pommes, and this is what I get: a handful of fries. I wonder what their size of "Klein" Pommes is!

Cozy and everyone was very nice

Burgers were warm, but I repeatedly forgot the extra cheese that I ordered and paid for... It can't be true that you have to unpack the bag completely every time to check whether the extras are included...

Food as you would expect from Burger King. The few stars are there because a burger was forgotten when ordering. Well, that can happen, but when I pointed it out to them and was expecting the corresponding (cheese)burger, I was denied it. Taking money but not delivering what was paid for.

The “Burger King” in Paderborn is good, great and beautiful 🥰. I'd love to come over and just have something to eat with her. Sometimes in between. And the Burger King also has toilets 🚻🚾 . Unfortunately dogs are not allowed 🚫. So I like to come there to eat.

On the drive, just watching what you see from the driver's perspective gives you the chills of vomiting, and the guy at the counter is also unfriendly and quickly annoyed. Rather not!

Herbe Enttäuschung bei einem sogenannten Menü, das 12€ kostet und dabei lieb- und geschmacklos zubereitet ist: Der Burger eher aufgewärmt, aber nicht gegrillt und alles andere als königlich. Die Polsterung der Sitzbank breitflächig aufgerissen und eine Zumutung für die Gäste. Der Preis ist eine Unverschämtheit. In Zukunft: Lieber Hunger als Burger!

Food is really okay by Burger King standards, BUT when you have to wait 20 minutes for a small portion of fries and 6 nuggets, it doesn't really have anything to do with fast food anymore... Very stupid staff! The staff wasn't able to put the food we ordered in the bag. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food only to find out that half of it was missing and a lot of it was wrong. We didn't expect anything, but we were still disappointed!! Just a shame

It is a small Burger King where (own observation) orders are mainly taken away. The branch is clean and has friendly staff. The food is just like in any Burger King.

I really like being here, I've never been disappointed so far, the ambience obviously leaves a lot to be desired, but I'm here to eat. At some point, the shift manager jumped to his side and processed the orders in pairs with a calmness that I have rarely seen here. The food is fresh as always, nothing on display like in the larger branches. Please keep it up.....

My worst enemy knocked me out and dragged me to Burger king. I had to order a coke. It was full of ice and after 10 min it tasted like what it was: 80 % water, 20% Coke. The staff was nice though

I waited at the drive for 5 minutes in vain. Nobody reported. Driven up, no staff there. Drove away again. 12:15 p.m And today on September 18th. again at 11:30. Everything was open, no one was there, honked, shouted, drove away again.

At 34 degrees, no air conditioning and no umbrellas outside. Food was okay.

- Preparation time a bit long, otherwise capable staff. You get warm and delicious food. Nothing was ever missing for me either. - Product variety is significantly greater than that of its competitor McDonald's. - The new ordering method via app, in which every coupon no longer has to be scanned, but rather all coupons are added to a "shopping cart" to which a QR code is assigned, is really smart, efficient and well thought out. McDonald's has already recognized this and copied it.

For the umpteenth time in a short space of time, the staff was unable to simply put ordered and already paid for items into the bag! How can it be so difficult to read items from the delivery receipt and pack them!?? This is more than unacceptable if you want to eat together! Train the staff properly!!!

It's a very small Burger King but it's what you expect. Only with a long wait due to what feels like chronic understaffing. It is common to wait at the drive-in for at least 15 minutes, but sometimes longer.

If you like it, I think you'll like it here.

If I want something lukewarm to eat, I go to the fridge. The Coca Cola tastes like dishwater.

Das Essen fahr ungenießbar so ein Restaurant sollte Angezeigt werden das kann man nicht als Restaurant bezeichnen wenn man denkt das dass Fleisch nur Pulver ist mit bisschen Massentierhaltung und die Pommes nur Kartoffelstärke ist mit Extrakt Pulver wird mir schlecht !!!! Jeder Mensch sollte die Burgerking Doko anschauen auf YouTube wie uns der fast food Gigant verarscht. mcDonald's ist auch nicht besser !!!!

Unfriendly employees who shouted at another customer in our presence because he had a complaint. Tables were stuck together and the barely busy staff sat in the background talking instead of ensuring cleanliness and order in the restaurant. The leather interior is completely torn in places and urgently needs to be replaced. Very expensive in terms of price. We only had a few drinks and ice cream for over €20. Price and performance do not match for this unclean branch, which urgently needs renovation.

Great hardware store... For me there are no alternatives in Paderborn! Online orders are processed quickly and ready for pickup just a few hours later. The pickup stadium is also really great! Even if there are already some defects, they should be retained!

Went to the BK on Detmolderstr., rarely had such a bad burger. Burger not hot, fries reheated. Only the service was good.

In the new year (2024) there were three menus free of charge. The reason, a technical problem with the card payment. It was a very nice gesture from Burger King. Thank you very much ✌

Durchschnittlich guter Burger King, meist leider viel zuwenig Mitarbeiter.

Könnte sauberer sein und die Wartezeiten fallen schonmal ziemlich üppig aus. (Kings Selected Burger gut gemacht bei den Preisen verglichen mit den Standardprodukten aber auch zu erwarten)

Das Ambiente ist nicht wirklich einladend, man wartet zu lange und das Essen ist nicht immer frisch.

Unnötige Wartezeiten in ungemütlicher Umgebung. Ersteres konnte man leicht ändern. Einfach besser auf die Kunden eingehen... Tja...

Ganz ehrlich gesagt dieser Burger King ist nicht mein Fall dauert bis essen fertig ist für meine Gefühle viel zu lange hab 30 min gewartet und vor mir war eine Person die ein Eis bestellt hatte. Sauberkeit wird hier im Eingang nicht groß geschrieben eher klein. Tische verschmutzt der Boden ebenfalls. Richtung WC bin ich gar nicht erst gegangen. War spät Nachmittag da also zu keiner stoßzeit.

Sehr sauberer und kleiner Burger King mit freundlichem Personal und allem was man braucht. Toiletten waren auch sauber und da wir dort schon öfter gewesen sind und immer das gleiche Bild sehen fällt die Bewertung super aus.

Von einer Fast Food Kette erwarte ich nichts besonderes.

Ich finde, daß die Wartezeit hier extrem lang ist. Außerdem wirkt der Laden schmuddelig und unsauber . Die Außensitzbereich ist alles andere als einladend

Tatsächlich bin ich verwundert, dass dieser Burger King eine so geringe Bewertung hat. Ich bin mittlerweile ungefähr 15-16 mal durch den Drive in gefahren und hatte bisher nur einmal einen kleinen Fehler bei meiner Bestellung. Vielleicht hatte ich bisher nur Glück, aber für mich ist das eine verdammt gute Quote, wenn ich es mit anderen Burger King standorten vergleiche. Auch die Burger und die Pommes waren bisher ausnahmslos immer warm und frisch. Meiner Meinung nach, mit deutlichem Abstand, die beste Burger King Filiale in Paderborn, samt kompetenten Mitarbeitern.

Für Burgerking überdurchschnittliche "Essensqualität". Service stand nur rum oder hat sich mit küchenhelfern über private themen unterhalten während mehrere Bestellungen offen war, weswegen das Ziel FastFood leider nicht so fast war. Kein Dauerzustand aber auch keine Ausnahme.

War alles in Ordnung. Nur dieser Fanta Milchshake ist echt nicht empfehlenswert, das ist aber nicht die Filiale in schuld.

Ich finde der Service lässt so langsam nach und renovieren sollten alle Store's mal. Die sollten mal frischen Wind reinbringen
