They focus more on the McDrive side… Very messy inside, and the waiting times leave something to be desired😕 And the worst part is that, after waiting 30 minutes after ordering, it's still cold… 🫥

This McDonald's is in my opinion, you know its 🔥 This place is packed with people due to the date Saturday. I ordered "Big Rösti" with curly fries 2 CBO smoky sauce and coke zero. I love the vibes and the decorations in Christmas (im lazy to show the picture, sorry :3) The food is good, the service was nice and not too long on my food and atmosphere is awesome in my opinion. The new „Mc Spicy“ is an absolute disgrace for a burger. The „patty“ was super hard and the size is more comparable to a cheeseburger. For 6,99€ (without menu) it’s the definition of a total ripp off! Better take your money (and eat) somewhere else.

McDonald's... The food is okay, but unfortunately, the staff takes some getting used to; you have to get used to them. Unfortunately, it's always disappointing. Prices are rising, quality is declining. Now you have to double-check every order. Things are constantly forgotten, even large burgers. When you ask, all you get is "it's in the bottom of the bag." The fries weren't cooked. I don't know what's been going on there lately, but right now it's just disappointing. Unfortunately, even after weeks, there's been no improvement. The number system has broken down. At the counter, orders are only whispered, which constantly leads to misunderstandings. It's a shame, other locations do this much better!

I've always enjoyed this place. Now the McPlant is gone, and they only have plant nuggets. When I got them, they were cold and completely dry. And they're not cheap either.

I ordered the McCrispy bacon and got a completely different burger. Absolutely not! I'll never order a burger there again. I was looking forward to the burger... now the whole evening is ruined. Ein mc Donalds wie jedes andere, jedoch zieht hier anscheinend der lippische Geiz! Bei jeder dritten Bestellung fehlt etwas und leider Gottes nicht nur ne Sauce. Ich habe schon mal bemängelt, dass zu wenig Pommes in der Packung sind. Mir wurde versichert, dass das eine Vorgabe ist. In jedem anderem Mc Donalds wurde mir von Filialleitern versichert, dass das nicht rechtens ist, dass man IN die Packung schauen muss um die Pommes zu sehen. Es soll so viel rein, bis die Pommes raus fallen. Was drin bleibt ist dann die richtige Menge. Auf das Jahr gerechnet läppert sich das natürlich und nennt sich Betrug! Hört auf damit!

The food tastes almost like nothing and you don't feel full afterward, but I still enjoy going there again and again because it's always an adventure. I have to say, though, that the fries are really delicious.

We waited an hour for our food with two small children 🥴 our burgers and other items were only lukewarm by then, we really should have returned everything. But it was the first time we'd been to McDonald's with the kids, and the last time. The staff seemed chronically overwhelmed. I wonder why, with so many customers in and around the store, they even offer table service, people milling around, trying to find the people who should get their food. It seemed so helpless. Why can't they save this labor and instead invest it in delivering food in "fast food" time or having people pick it up at the counter? And it was just disgustingly crowded. I have no idea what can be done about it, but it definitely doesn't create the typical relaxed "I'm going for a burger" atmosphere. But that certainly has something to do with the wait time, with too many people waiting for their food.

I didn't even get a straw with my drink. They only serve tea, the guy at the bar told me.

Worst service I've ever had, even Lemgo beats it. Five people standing behind the counter, talking nonsense, but they can't manage to fit all the burgers into the bag. Unbelievable!

Waiting times are terrible, as always. You wait forever because the employees can't get your body up...

I've hardly ever experienced a complete order; I always have to chase after it because something is missing. Today, "only" the mayonnaise was missing. We ordered two chocolate McFlurrys instead, but we got two "regular" ones. Without anyone saying anything...because maybe something was empty or something.

I sat and waited for my order for an hour! During this time, I came up to them twice and asked, and they told me that I had to wait some more. The third time, I had to argue, and only then did they give me my order. Otherwise, I could have sold who knows how much more. The establishment is clearly unsanitary. They probably don't wash the floors at all. In any case, they are covered in oil or grease here and because of this, they are very slippery. I have never seen anything like this before.

A bit dirty, but it depends on the occupancy, the staff is polite, but not all. The food is all tasty and often varied.

Perfect, especially if you stop by after sports or in the middle of the night, you can rely on an ice cream, or the delicious burgers

Everything was top good. Cleaned new problems with the stomach after eating. Some were even so fresh that you don't have to wait because it's hot.

Waited 25 minutes for a simple takeaway meal, which was completely cold. No wonder, the food had been sitting behind the counter for at least 20 minutes, waiting to be delivered, but unfortunately, the employees couldn't keep up. In the end, the cold food arrived in the bag, delicious...

Drive disaster, wait half an hour for fries

The service wasn't very friendly towards me. I don't mind, but when I came to ask about my order (there was no order number on the screen), the girl made a face and told me to wait. The other girls seemed to react normally. Then the same girl brought the order, and somehow not very carefully threw (not very much, but noticeably) the bag with the order. Perhaps I'm exaggerating, but I didn't like it.

It's about time the screens at the pickup station were replaced. And if they still don't work, I'd hire a new technician. They worked for a short time and then stopped working again. I love MCs. At this MC, I'd especially like to praise the Asian man who works there most evenings. Excellent service, pleasant demeanor, and friendly. A very pleasant person. I always order an extra ice cream when I see him.

The best thing about this Mc's is the Asian guy who works there. Perfect service, great demeanor, and always in a good mood. Whenever he's working and I go to Mc's, I'm twice as happy. He deserves the title of Employee of the Month. He definitely deserves a raise. Without him, Mc's would be lost.

McDonald's is a convenient and quick option when you want to eat something without waiting. However, it is not the best choice for healthy, balanced meals.

Ordered something 4 weeks ago and discovered that the fruit nonsense was missing twice in the Happy Meal. An apology was made and you would be allowed to pick up 2 free Happy Meals at some point. Picked up 2x Happy Meals for free last week. Just used the MC Drive and noticed that the fruit nonsense was missing again. Going back in explains that you experience this all the time. They say you shouldn't get so upset, ok, actually I was quite relaxed. He checks the order and gives me 2x fruit nonsense. When I got home, I noticed 2x sour cream was missing. OK! I understand that he doesn't have to have studied for the job, but it can't be that difficult, can it? Happening: May 7th / 8:00 p.m. Keep it up Team Maubach.

Every time I call the ordering service is available until 10pm but when I order they say they have too many orders and won't make my order. It can't be such a shame.

We had to wait 1 hour for our food. The salad was terrible. Chicken strips cold and inedible. First we are served by McDonalds. It's not exactly cheap either.

A McDonald's is pretty much the same anywhere in the world. If you need food, parking, and a restroom, the price of the food is worth it for the convenience of the parking and restroom. Plus, you can charge devices with USB and/or power outlets, and make use of the location's wireless internet.

They always forget something, usually sauces. When you're pressed for time and don't check, it's annoying. I expect they'd remember to buy a mini mayo for almost a euro.

Eating out used to be better. Service honestly any other restaurant would go bankrupt. Ambience works. The most important thing is that you should visit the sanitary facilities before you order. An absolute disaster, the floor won't let you go. The walls are unclean and the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. Yesterday I went to the drive-thru counter at McDonald's again and placed my order. The employee was again difficult to understand. I don't know if it was the intercom, but it was annoying. The drinks were handed over quite well, and they then asked me to wait in the stop lane. But it took a good 25 minutes from ordering to getting to the counter to get the food, and I just wanted the tomatoes and onions removed from the burgers or not to go on the food. Unfortunately, I discovered at home that the fries weren't really edible, as usual. A burger was missing for which I had paid a lot of money, and there were tomatoes on it too. The smallest chip shop is better organized than the store, and it was better in the past, which I hope will be the same again.

I was able to copy the first part from someone else: I ordered food, waited about 35 minutes, then went to the checkout and asked how long it would take. Then he takes my receipt, gives it to an employee and ONLY THEN WILL MY order be processed. The monitors with the order numbers did not work. Full shop, few employees, I feel sorry for the poor employees and can't do anything about the poor service. Much of the food is simply not edible. During service, they never provide lids for drinks or straws for drinks. Tough savings on napkins. Teaspoons for coffee are terribly dirty, and there are no wooden sticks to place them on.

Everything was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, the food was ready quickly.

The shift on August 31st is simply a disaster. Have ordered two new products McShaker Fries and The M Burger. For the McShaker Fries, they didn't want to give us the condiments that came with it, even though we paid for them, and just gave us regular sauce (you should get both). And with the burger you clearly understood that the meat was fried several hours ago out of laziness.

Don't get anything done. But the food is still good.
