Way too expensive for the “quality”.

The food was okay, but unfortunately I had to wait over 30 minutes for the food and, to be honest, that's a bit long for a fast food restaurant

We ordered this evening. Actually as a surprise for our children. It was a disaster. The food came way too late. Then everything was cold and muddy and very dry. The wrong burger was delivered. An extra sauce was missing. The quetschies were missing from the King Meals for the kids. We will never order again

One of the slowest branches I know. I waited almost 20 minutes for my order, which is one of the most common products. Mind you, there was nothing going on at the time and 3 other orders placed after me were finished way before me.

Good thing I went to the toilet first before I ordered something...I lost my appetite then!!!

Unfortunately we have been waiting for our food for 80 minutes and we were told it would be 50 minutes. Unfortunately, several attempts to contact us by telephone were unsuccessful. Very sad!

Impossible conditions. You wait almost 40 minutes for your food. When you ask, you get the answer that you should see what's going on here. Completely haphazard staff. The little employee last night (August 24th, 2024) was super helpful and helped with questions. She was very patient and friendly. 10/10 for service.

I ordered this evening. What was ordered was a chilicheese burger without jalapenos and with bacon as well as other little things... I paid €1 for extra bacon and didn't get it... there were a lot of jalspenos on it... I can't tolerate them, that's why I always order them. Just waited 20 minutes for a menu and there was nothing going on. The staff in the kitchen don't understand what a bacon king is and don't do what's on the list, just the way they feel most comfortable. A long time ago this Burger King was one of the worst (food disgusting and ambience not nice as the place often seemed dirty), but apparently something has changed. Change of ownership perhaps? Now it definitely tastes good and the restaurant is also inviting. I've been there several times this year and I'm happy that we now have a good Burger King in Detmold :)

Food was not delivered and multiple attempts to reach someone at the number provided on Lieferando were unsuccessful. The food was delivered 2.5 hours later (ordered at 9:20 p.m., delivered at 11:45 p.m.). Then they rejected it. The driver was only able to offer us a voucher on site, which we rejected. It remains to be seen when and whether we will get the money back. If you don't have the staff for a delivery service then you shouldn't offer it. Or at least be reachable by phone.

This is by far the worst Burger King I have ever been to. The staff is incompetent, barely speaks German and the food is inedible.

People often forget burgers or straws or ketchup or mayonnaise. I had to tell them today that they forgot the straws and now that I'm home I noticed that they forgot ketchup

Even when I asked, it only took “a moment” and the third person preferred to talk about the shift instead of paying the child this 25 cents…. Children are your future, maybe think about it.

A stop for a quick meal, the selection is the same as everywhere else. Burgers and the like are delicious and the fries were super crunchy. Service was pretty good so far, there's nothing to complain about... We'll definitely stop again next time

Die Pommes waren wie immer sehr lecker und der Chili Cheese Burger auch (war nicht richtig heiß, ist leider oft so) - aber dennoch gut zu genießen! :o)

Sorry, aber im Winter nicht die Heizung einzuschalten ist für alle Gäste, die vor Ort essen, schlicht und ergreifend eine Frechheit.

Die Heizungen sind aus, 2 Heizlüfter pusten Luft auf Stufe 1.... Die Toiletten sind mehr als dreckig... Die Klobrille ist nichtmal fest geschraubt.

Das Licht war meiner Meinung nach zu grell, die Musik zu laut und das Essen war ok aber mehr auch nicht. Dabei ist anzumerken, dass wir nur vegetarisch gegessen haben.

Burger war nicht lecker, sonst wars okay

Die verschiedenen Hamburger die wir bestellt hatten waren ganz lecker. Der Bikini Bottom plant based 👌 hat gut geschmeckt obwohl er ein bisschen suess war. Der Extra Long Chilli Burger war auch lecker. Ich hatte den Junior Burger fuer den kleinen Hunger geschmacklich auch gut. Die Pommes mit getrockneten Zwiebeln und so eine Art Remoulade war nicht so mein Ding. Die Bedienung war freundlich.

Hat stark nachgelassen! Bis jemand auf uns reagiert hat dauerte es! Dann musste extra eine kasse geöffnet werden da es dem Personal lieber ist wen man alles am Automaten Bestellt. Der Speck auf dem Burger was alles andere als gebraten. Einmal kurz durch das Fett gezogen. Sah aus wie nur geräuchert.

Das Essen bei Burger King in Detmold ist okay, da kann man echt nicht drüber mecken ☝️... Was mir allerdings persönlich sauer aufgestossen ist, ist die Tatsache, dass man da an so einem doofen Automaten seine Bestellung eingeben und bezahlen muss 😯🥴.. und nicht mehr wie früher am Tresen bestellen kann.. ich finde das persönlich echt doof.. zum Glück ist das beim Drive-In nicht so, da kann man immer noch persönlich bestellen... Irgendwie fehlt die Interaktion mit dem Personal( meine persönliche Meinung) 🖖

Der Laden hat natürlich nicht bis 6 Uhr auf. Kann also keine Bewertung abgegeben, da ich wegen denen leider nichts mehr essen konnte.

Zum.wiederholten male keine vollständige Bestellung aber vollständige Bezahlung. Sehr dreckig, sei es der Laden oder Umgebung. Drive in sieht aus als ob man durch ne Gosse fährt. Ratten laufen durch den Drivein

Einfach nicht zu empfehlen. Die Pommes war steinhart, anscheinend wurde die Pommes öfter frittiert. Die Burger waren nicht frisch zubereitet, sondern einfach nur alt und hatten einen ekligen Geschmack. Nie wieder!!!

Unfassbar !!! Für 3 burger über 20 Minuten gebraucht!! Und es war nix los!! Ausserdem ist überall um das Gebäude Müll...da sollte mal jemand die Küche genau untersuchen!! Hatte n big King mit extra Zwiebeln und habe mit röstzwiebeln bekommen !! Ekelhaft

Essen ist ganz gut und frisch zubereitet (sehr heiß) Überaus freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Räumlichkeiten, so wie die Tische und Stühle machten einen sauberen Eindruck.
