The Ivo restaurant in Detmold is simply fantastic! The food is a delight – every dish impresses with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. We were particularly impressed by the fresh salad bar, which offers a diverse selection. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which makes the visit even more pleasant. A perfect combination of delicious food, great service, and an inviting atmosphere. Highly recommended, and we'd love to return!

We go to East Westphalia once a year, to our old home, and then we always visit the brewhouse. We have always been satisfied! We enjoy a wonderful atmosphere there, whether inside or outside, it is simply enchanting. The staff is sincere, friendly and, above all, everyone seems very warm. One of the reasons we eat here is because we not only like Liebhart's beer so much, but also because all the meat dishes here come from our "own" animals. Clean glasses and tablecloths, sharp knives, sensible chairs - plus friendly service, good food and a nice ambience. Only the location of the restaurant (right on the main street) with limited parking spaces is not ideal. Otherwise everything is good so far

The food was truly delicious. If you want to try a variety of dishes, there are two menus (as of May 2025) with a selection of starters, main courses, and desserts. The service was very friendly. I'd be happy to go back.
