Amazing! We came by with a youth group at 4 p.m., which was unfortunately early. But the owner invited us in anyway, and we had a fantastic meal with 11 people! From schnitzel to baked potatoes to homemade pelmeni, everything was there, and everything was delicious. Thank you for the friendly service; the boys enjoyed the ice pops as a gift ☺️

The Ivo restaurant in Detmold is simply fantastic! The food is a delight – every dish impresses with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. We were particularly impressed by the fresh salad bar, which offers a diverse selection. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which makes the visit even more pleasant. A perfect combination of delicious food, great service, and an inviting atmosphere. Highly recommended, and we'd love to return!

10/10 Very good pizza in a cozy atmosphere if you sit inside, and a lovely atmosphere outside in the beer garden. The service is great, always attentive and friendly. The pizzas aren't typically Italian, but they're excellent. Personal recommendation: Fresh salad with Knojo dressing, Pizza Inana with corn, and for dessert, the yogurt, caramel, and pistachio ice cream cake 🤤 If you're still a fan of freshly tapped beer, you'll definitely get your money's worth here!

One of the best shops in Pivitsheide Everyone was very nice and, above all, the food was perfect, even when on the go!! Thank you for bringing Pivitsheide back to life!! I don't think there's any need to say more!!

The service, cuisine, and wonderful ambiance right on the water are simply outstanding. There's no other way to put it! The kitchen serves traditional Palatinate specialties – but with a modern, fresh touch that's perfectly suited to Detmold. Young, creative, but always authentic. It's nice to see that the cooking here isn't just cookie-cutter, but is done with heart and soul. The drinks selection is a real highlight – especially for wine lovers. If you can't find a suitable tipple here, you probably just don't drink wine. The selection is well-thought-out, high-quality, and perfectly matched to the dishes. The service? Top-notch! Always attentive, professional, and fast. And even if something doesn't go quite right, the team always has a solution ready and ensures that you, as a guest, feel completely at home. That's exactly what you want in gastronomy. I'd like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the entire team. You can feel their passion in every detail. The Palatinate wine taverns are still young – but I'm sure they will become firmly established in Detmold. If you're looking for good food, great wine, and a truly comfortable atmosphere, this is the place to be. A definite recommendation!
