Best shop in Detmold, great food, great employees, great prices and great interior design. The store is only recommended! I'll definitely come back there again. 👍

Been there several times over the years, but always only at midday. Never in the evening. I was there again for lunch at the end of March and can't report anything negative at all. These sometimes bad reviews about the food are really a mystery to me... I can't even begin to understand them. Are some of them fake reviews? The food was really very good. There was a large selection and everything was warm/hot. The service person who served us was very nice and chatty. All in all, I have no idea what there is to complain about here. The “ambience” outside on the terrace is of course a complete disaster. It is urgently important to put things in order here and make everything nice and clean. As the saying goes, you don't get a second chance to make a first impression. That will definitely put some people off just by looking at it. Unfortunately, there is a 1 star deduction from the overall performance.

Very "clocky" cozy place - no frills. The food is good, home-style, very tasty and you'll really feel full! We'll be back!

Clean gastronomy and friendly and nice service. The portions of the food tasted good. But.....the schnitzel was moldy. For this price! The quality of the meat is more for a backyard snack bar. Then Wednesday is advertised as schnitzel day.
