Bistro Ab in Detmold

Great place. Relaxed restaurant with very good Asian-German fusion cuisine. Both complement each other wonderfully to create new flavor combinations, without one style dominating. Very nice "plate language." Service is top-notch. The chefs usually come out of the kitchen and bring the plates themselves. This way, you also get to know the people who are largely responsible for the evening. The sommelier has excellent wines on offer. A very relaxed evening with many surprising flavors. Whatever the chefs bring – trust them – it will be very, very good.

One of the best shops in Pivitsheide Everyone was very nice and, above all, the food was perfect, even when on the go!! Thank you for bringing Pivitsheide back to life!! I don't think there's any need to say more!!

Today we went to the most beautiful beer garden in Detmold, which reminded us of a vacation. The waitress was super friendly and very accommodating. We received excellent advice regarding our pizzas. The food arrived quickly and was truly delicious. Amazing and unusual pizza creations that you rarely find anywhere else and should definitely try. Highly recommended restaurant. We would come back anytime ☺️

The Ivo restaurant in Detmold is simply fantastic! The food is a delight – every dish impresses with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. We were particularly impressed by the fresh salad bar, which offers a diverse selection. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which makes the visit even more pleasant. A perfect combination of delicious food, great service, and an inviting atmosphere. Highly recommended, and we'd love to return!
