My name is Holger Büscher, I am one of the former employees who is apparently to blame for the failed family Christmas party, as described in the review. I enjoyed working in the brewhouse for many years until a new chef came along and told me in a conversation that the service I provided was, quote, terrible. In the years that I worked in the brewhouse, I met many great guests who were always very satisfied and praised the service. Now a Christmas party seems to be going wrong and the blame is being placed on the former employees who……strangely……were not there. I have always seen a complaint as an opportunity for the entire team. Maybe we should be honest here and question whether employees were overwhelmed. I have nothing to blame myself for, I have always done my work conscientiously. It's not acceptable at all that something like this is now being blamed on former employees. Guests are dismissed as liars and former employees encourage guests to give bad reviews. Here I ask for a clarification and an apology to whoever commented on the review. The disappointed former employee!!! P.S. Maybe former employees are treated this way because you quit yourself! And last but not least, fake reviews are now being given here to cover up the embarrassing mistakes. The whole thing is very believable!'

Everything was okay. It's not enough for 5*.

We were there with a group and were given a separate room especially for ourselves. The waitress did a good job. Everyone enjoyed the food.

Yesterday we celebrated our 40th high school anniversary in the brewhouse and were completely satisfied. The buffet and the rooms were very nicely arranged and the service was unobtrusive but always there and super friendly. Many thanks to the whole team!

Waited far too long for the food, fried potatoes were swimming in oil, soup was lukewarm and not recommended

Nice, rustic brewery with great home-brewed beer and other home-made drinks. We came across this brewery as tourists. Nice welcome from the two service staff. Our little dog was also welcome. There was a delicious greeting from the kitchen (bread with garlic sauce) The food was plentiful and tasted great, Viennese-style schnitzel with paprika sauce and Cordon Bleu were homemade and baked beautifully. There was also a home-distilled schnapps on the house! Absolutely delicious! Strangely enough, there wasn't much going on tonight. But the “locals” are definitely out and about too! We'd love to come back!

Danger ! Yummy !!! We had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant and absolutely loved it! As soon as we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff. The service was simply first class - attentive, courteous and always with a smile. The food was an absolute highlight: We ordered the dry aged beef as well as a vegetarian dish: spinach dumplings and the dessert of the day, and everything was simply heavenly! The quality and taste completely convinced us. The ambience of the restaurant is also great - rustic and cozy at the same time, you immediately feel at home here. P.s The dark beer is highly recommended. Particularly practical: There are great parking options right in front of the door. An all-round successful visit that we would happily recommend! We have known the restaurant for many years and have always enjoyed eating and drinking here. However, on our last visit we were disappointed: the schnitzels were not tasty and the menu was significantly shortened. Therefore, we cannot recommend a visit at the moment.

We celebrated our wedding on July 6th, 2024 in the Cherusker Hall in the brewhouse. We were very happy with everything, so we were able to really enjoy the day. It was important to us that the food was purely vegetarian. All of our suggestions were taken up by the service team and implemented flawlessly, so that we, including our guests, were very enthusiastic about the delicious food. Worries and concerns are probably normal when planning a wedding, but the team was able to address and address most of these concerns. The ambience in the half-timbered village is really nice, it's easy to reach by car and if you're having a wedding in the chapel, you don't have to travel further to the ceremony location. We also found this to be very practical. We would definitely recommend the half-timbered village and the brewhouse for larger celebrations! Notes on the photos: We made the decoration ourselves. For example, we were provided with tree slices and tea lights from the half-timbered village.

We know the gastronomy - but we haven't been there for a long time and it will stay that way: it's no longer possible to eat: the schnitzel wasn't cooked through: prices are too high... sad but true - really bad quality

We were able to host and celebrate our wedding in the brewhouse on June 21st, 2024! The Sudhaus team implemented all of the planning with us excellently and even small wishes were fulfilled on the day of the wedding. The chapel was lovingly prepared according to our wishes. The subsequent champagne reception was also well planned and the staff made every effort to serve all guests politely and with kindness. The wedding table was very lovingly set and all the guests were very impressed by how beautiful the brewhouse ambience actually is. The wedding dinner was prepared in the form of a buffet and was also praised by all the guests because it tasted really good. The highlight was a ladies' and gentlemen's bar, which was excellently stocked by the Sudhaus team!! And this was enthusiastically received by all guests. We would like to thank the entire Sudhaus team again, whose calm, composure and competence contributed everything to us being able to celebrate a great and unforgettable wedding!!!! I don't understand your concept. You have really great meat, but you serve it with ready-made side dishes and sauces that don't taste good. Calling whole, unpeeled potatoes that have been briefly tossed in the pan as fried potatoes is a hit. You can make spaetzle fresh in 10 minutes, so you don't need any convenience. Even an apprentice can make a tasty basic sauce. It's a shame, the location is actually great. Think about it, there is a lot of room for improvement. Addendum based on the owner's answer: The “small” rosemary potatoes were more like large baking potatoes (I’ll take a photo next time) and lacked flavor despite the nutritional value. When I order fried potatoes, it's because I like eating them and not because of the vitamin content. Convinience: The spaetzle served was definitely straight from the bag, the sauces were ready-made. I would have liked to express my criticism to the owner if he had been there.

I was a guest at a wedding. The ambience was very nice, but there were significant problems with the food and service. Far too little food for the number of guests and in some cases not the dishes that were listed on the menu. I felt very sorry for the bride and groom, something like that simply shouldn't happen...

Unfortunately, I was first served an inedible steak. The repair for a new steak took a little long, but the steak was very tasty afterwards. The service was not consistently convincing.

Beautiful ambience, good service and delicious food!

I got to know the location as a guest at a wedding reception. The premises and decoration were impeccable. Unfortunately, she couldn't score points in the important points of service and event management when it came to food. Unfortunately, not all of the promised components of the buffet were served, not the right cutlery everywhere and, last but not least, unfortunately not enough quantities were served, so that the majority of the guests came away empty-handed with the main course if they had previously only devoted themselves to the starters. Many tables waited in vain for bread that was promised on the tables. You could see that the wait staff was trying hard, but unfortunately they were overwhelmed and not very friendly. In addition, the choice of access was unfortunate, as there were two entrances available at the beginning, although one of them, where the table arrangement could be found, was blocked by the bar after a short time. This caused confusion for some guests.

My wife and I were invited to a private celebration with around 80 guests. From the outside everything was very impressive and beautiful. Unfortunately we had to realize that this was one of the few points that were reasonable. There was a large buffet where we discovered that what was on offer wasn't what was on the menu. Meat was dry / pasta was simply soaked in fat... (inedible). Last but not least, there was far too little and unfortunately the follow-up was served far too late or not at all. My wife was pregnant at the time and of course she wanted to drink non-alcoholic cocktails. But the joy quickly faded because they were far too sweet... no matter which one the bartender made for us. For these reasons, the restaurant doesn't deserve this star rating for me...

Hallo liebe Rezensentenleser:innen, wir waren vor Ort für eine private Veranstaltung und wurden von warmem, lieblichem Ambiente begrüßt. Leider hören hier auch schon die positiven Aspekte zu unserem Besuch auf. Das Essen wurde per Buffet angerichtet, doch leider waren einige Sachen fehlerhaft und, man kann es leider nicht anders umschreiben, zu wenig. Nachgelegt wurde auch nichts, man hat dann angefangen, sich von Brot zu sättigen, welches direkt auf unseren Speisetischen serviert wurde. Hierfür sollten Dips am Tisch gereicht sein - auch diese fehlten, und wurden letzten Endes in den Buffet Raum geliefert. Auch zu wenig, und leider wieder ein Gang mehr nötig. Die Krönung des Ganzen betitelte sich allerdings der Nachtisch. Dieser wurde sehr schön angerichtet und in kleinen Gläschen, wiedermals im Buffetraum, serviert. Mit Esslöffeln, die wiederum nicht in die Gläser passten, super. Da nun keiner wirklich satt war, dachten wir uns, wir gehen halt an die Theke. Dort wurden wir anhand unserer Bestellung eines Aperol Spritz mit den Worten: „Das ist gut, das ist auch das ‚einzigste‘, was ich kann“ begrüßt. Ein Gin Tonic musste der Fachkraft für Thekenangelegenheiten auch noch bei gebracht werden, von uns als Gästen. Es gab allerdings auch einen fähigen Cocktailmixer, der jedes Mal einen perfekten Gin Basil Smash zubereiten konnte. Chapeau und Daumen hoch, er rettete unseren Abend! Alles in allem würde ich diese Örtlichkeit jedem empfehlen, der schon Gegessen hat und auch keinerlei Ansprüche an den Tag legt und nur Gin Basil Smash oder Wasser trinkt.

Hello dear review readers, We were there for a private event and were greeted by a warm, lovely ambience. Unfortunately, this is where the positive aspects of our visit end. The food was served as a buffet, but unfortunately some things were faulty and, unfortunately there is no other way to describe it, too little. Nothing was refilled either, we then began to fill ourselves with bread, which was served directly on our dining tables. Dips were supposed to be served at the table - these were also missing and were ultimately delivered to the buffet room. Also not enough, and unfortunately one more course is needed again. The cherry on top of it all, however, was the dessert. This was beautifully presented and served in small glasses, again in the buffet room. Great with tablespoons that didn't fit into the glasses. Since no one was really full, we thought we'd just go to the counter. There we were greeted when we ordered an Aperol Spritz with the words: “That’s good, that’s the ‘only’ thing I can do.” A gin and tonic also had to be brought to the specialist for counter matters by us as guests. However, there was also a skilled cocktail mixer who could make a perfect Gin Basil Smash every time. Chapeau and thumbs up, he saved our evening! All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone who has already eaten and has no demands and only drinks Gin Basil Smash or water.

A very cozy inn with friendly service. The outdoor area invites you to linger and take a short walk. The food was great and definitely sufficient. I'll be back.

Thank you very much for my aunt's beautifully organized wedding on Friday. Location, food & service were great!!! Keep it up!!!

The half-timbered village is super beautiful, you can sit well in the restaurant and outside. There is a small playground for children with swings, seesaws and carousels. There are also goats, sheep and chickens on site to look at. The food was good, as was the service.

Our practice team breakfast took place in a room in the brewhouse that was just the right size. The horseshoe-shaped seating arrangement left enough space for communication and changing places. The service was quick and very attentive. The food was so rich that we (felt) we could have gotten by with a third of the amount. There was EVERYTHING. Bread, brown bread, rolls, croissants, butter in several variations, sweet spreads, cheese and sausage platters, salmon, antipasti, roast beef, salads + sauces. Orange juice and piccolos were on the tables and you could drink your own orange juice. Coffee was standard, specialty coffee and tea as well as water could be ordered. Honestly, the tables have bent. We are not a team of lumberjacks, but rather health-conscious medical assistants and doctors :). It was therefore particularly good that we received a large number of take-away boxes and even paper carrier bags without asking. There was so much left that packing up and distributing it became a part of the program. However, since we were still hiking in the open-air museum for several hours, storage in the cars was not optimal in sunny weather. It would therefore have made more sense not to bring as much to the tables, but to deliver more if necessary. Because what has left the kitchen cannot come back. Thank you for the top quality in hospitality, ambience and service. Most of us saw the Liebhart half-timbered village for the first time (recommended by the DT open-air museum). And everyone was thrilled. Beautiful is no expression at all, and everyone wants to go to the Christmas market :) .

I've been to this restaurant several times now and I'm always surprised at how incredibly good the service and food are. In the summer in the wonderful beer garden and admire the wonderful lights. The food is simply great and everyone's wishes are catered for. But it's wonderful inside too. I would be happy to come back and would be happy to recommend the brewhouse

We were in the brewhouse with a group of 15 people. When we entered the location we were thrilled. The ambience is a dream! But this dream shattered, unfortunately. The restaurant wasn't too crowded. Nevertheless, we had to wait quite a long time until we got the menu and finally the first drinks. As it is in a brewery, you try a few beers. Unfortunately, for some of us these were not our taste. Not as bad as Paderborn, but still a bit thin in taste for us. We then switched to wine and soft drinks. After the meal, there was suddenly no service staff to be found in the restaurant or bar. We would have liked to have switched to cocktails, but then decided to pay instead. The highlight here was the service staff when it came to billing. He gave the impression that he had taken certain substances. The behavior was absolutely not appropriate. Inappropriate words were used several times. He also sat in our eldest’s seat. When she came back to her seat, the waitress asked: "Do I have to get up now? I don't want to get up." We're really a relaxed group, but this behavior wasn't acceptable at all. The toilets were very clean. All in all were somewhat disappointing. ---- After my review, I contacted the brewhouse upon request. They reorganized their personnel and initially accepted the criticism gratefully in order to improve. I adjusted the review to be positive, but then an email followed with what I thought was a personal attack: ### What's wrong with me is that I want to harm small businesses like that. There are lives of committed employees behind the review and they are trying to destroy them for no reason. Restaurants are giving up in droves. And I can now count myself as one of those nails in the coffin. One hopes that at some point I would have the opportunity to have my existence dependent on someone like me. ### Unprofessional

We were there as a group. The food was good and the atmosphere was just lovely. What should be highlighted is the exceptional service. Everyone very attentive.

The steak was split in half and then drowned in sauce. All around there were limp “fried potatoes” mixed with onions and some greens. Indefinable. I just wanted to eat an honest steak. For just under 30 euros that was a 6, expressed in school grades. No recommendation!

The FOOD was SUPER DELICIOUS - the service was actually very OK too! ACTUALLY only because a visit to our table in the meantime would have resulted in more drink orders. Otherwise the service was very attentive. Maybe it was simply due to the fact that there was a closed group in the next room and two waitresses on Saturday evening (even with the best will in the world) couldn't manage it alone... We would be happy to come back at any time to eat from the unusual menu and enjoy our stay there...

Unfortunately this time it was more of a letdown. Due to illness there are only a few dishes on the menu exactly 5 and one of them is not available. OK whatever goulash with potatoes ordered for almost 20€ I think the pictures say it all. The goulash was tasty But the portion is a joke. But the beer was good.

Unfortunately not as usual anymore. Portions shrunk by at least a third, but there was more to see. Overall, the plate seemed like a finished product, the sauce was virtually non-existent. All in all, I would no longer recommend this. It's a shame, really a shame.

I haven't experienced such a bad evening in a long time, The service was poor, every time someone new came to the table who didn't even know the names of the drinks. Well, that wasn't even the big problem. FILET ordered as it was on the menu, a rump steak came, the staff said that it was not a fillet and unfortunately the rump steak was not edible. Staff apologized and said he would ask in the kitchen, came back with a choice of new fillet or dessert on the house. Of course I decided on the new fillet. After asking the staff four times where the food was and waiting for over 60 minutes, someone finally came to tell me that there was no more fillet and that I had a choice of dessert on the house. First of all, thank you very much for that 👍🏽 you could have said it straight away and not made the customer wait 60 minutes. Likewise with the bill, a waiting time of almost 30 minutes! (There were only 2 tables occupied just by the way) It was nice that I didn't have to pay for the fries and salad that was included in the menu and I got a bottle of wine on the house. Overall, an absolute disappointment, a real shame.

Were there again for a long time. Had dinner as a family in a very relaxed atmosphere. Even in-laws were at peace. It was a completely new team but super nice and competent. Food was great. Would love to come back. Clear recommendation from me!

Auf meine ausführliche E-Mail an zwei verschiedene Emailadressen mit der Beschreibung der Geschehnisse habe ich bis heute keine Antwort bekommen. Die E-Mail habe ich nun an eine dritte Emailadresse gesandt. Ein gutes Management kann keine Kundenmail unbeantwortet lassen. Ich warte. Update 20.12.23 Immer noch keine Antwort auf meine Email. Sehr schwach. Schade um das Sudhaus. Die misslungene Weihnachtsfeier am 17.12.23 habe ich organisiert. Einer unserer Gäste hat bereits eine Rezension dazu verfasst. Das Sudhaus Team hat eine Antwort dazu geschrieben die ich so nicht stehen lassen kann. Aber. The inn disappointed in many ways. The gloomy ambience seemed uninviting. The service left a lot to be desired, with long waiting times and disinterested staff who gave the impression of being overwhelmed. Overall a disappointing experience that doesn't justify a visit

At Christmas we sat in the side room that wasn't decorated for Christmas, which was a little annoying when you saw how beautifully the main room was decorated and how cozy it looked. The next room looked like a meeting room in a hospital, unfortunately. The service rarely showed up and when we were able to order, everything took a long time. We waited 1 hour 15 minutes for the food. I wanted to ask if the chef has retired in the meantime. What was funny was the menu was full of spelling mistakes. The food was served to the wrong people after 1 hour 15 despite the waiter's questions and it wasn't particularly good either. The fried potatoes were steamed potatoes without onions or bacon and were just lukewarm. It's a shame, we were looking forward to the evening.

Hallo Wir waren von Freunden eingeladen und wir müssen sagen.......warum wurde nicht vorher gesagt das es eine kleine Karte gibt? Unserer Freundin war dieses sehr unangenehm......sie hatte es anders in Erinnerung ......alles sehr lieblos.......schade .....

Wir hatten einen Tisch für die Familie reserviert und hatten uns auf die Speisen der Speisekarte sehr gefreut. Leider gab es an dem Abend nur Buffet was nirgends vorher erkennbar war. Selbst nicht bei der Reservierung oder auf der Internetseite. Das Buffet war leider schlecht organisiert. Es fehlte an Tellern und der Nachschub an Speisen ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. !!Darüber hinaus gehören Hunde meiner Meinung nach auch nicht in ein Restaurant!!...zu mal ich selber Hundebesitzer bin. Das gewinsel und Gebelle war sehr unangenehm und hat die Stimmung damit zerstört. Wir hatten einen Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen mit der sich jedesmal erschrocken hat.. Mein Fazit für das Familien Essen ist schlecht. Ich werde das Sudhaus nicht weiterempfehlen und auch nicht noch mal besuchen. Detmold bietet wesentlich bessere Restaurants.

ich war hier fürs Public Viewing jedes Jahr vor Corona einfach nur SUPER GUT DER LADEN auch wenn mir die eigene Bio Cola zu süß war als Cola süchtiger Das eigen gebraute Bier von hier haut dich auf jeden weg.

Wie kann man kurzfristig auf ein Weihnachtsbuffet umstellen, wenn telefonisch, bei der Reservierung, a'la cart zugesagt wurde? Zum Glück haben wir noch kurzfristig einen Tisch in Klüt bekommen, am 2. Weihnachtstag. Da hätte man kurz bescheid geben können. Telefonnummer war ja hinterlegt. Das Essen war immer top, aber der Service ein flop.

Nachdem wir letztes Weihnachten so lecker gegessen hatten und wirklich zufrieden waren,haben wir auch dieses Jahr wieder reserviert. Hatten uns im Internet schon etwas auf der Speisekarte ausgesucht. Leider gab es aber eine spezielle Weihnachtskarte die uns bei der Auswahl schon nicht ansprach. Die dann ausgewählten Speisen haben uns leider nicht wirklich überzeugt. Geschmacklich ehr Kantinen Essen. Der Service war gut und man hat auch versucht uns mit einem Schnaps zu beschäftigen. Aber wir werden wohl nicht noch einmal kommen.

War mit meiner ganzen Familie heute dort und haben uns gefreut darauf, leider ein totaler Reinfall, keine Dekoration auf den Tischen, der Tisch war noch dreckig von davor. 2 Std auf das Essen gewartet und das Essen war kalt und nicht zum genießen. Leider keine Erfahrung diesmal! Nie wieder, echt schlecht geworden! Keine Empfehlung meinerseits!

Ich bitte und warte schon seit anfangs November um eine Rückmeldung von Hr. Liebharts. Das einzige was ich bekomme sind die Rechnungen, aber von Gegenleistungen und Service der unter alle Kritik waren und Verlauf von Feier will wahrscheinlich keiner hören. Ein menschliches Verhalten fällt in allen Bereichen. So wird es langsam verständlich. Nicht nur an Service stolpert so massiv….

Am liebsten würde ich 0 Sterne geben. Am vergangenen Freitag wollten wir unsere Weihnachtsfeier mit 25 Mann dort abhalten. Vor Ort hieß es dann: wir haben Ihre Reservierung vergessen. Nun standen wir da, mit nichts in der Hand. Kein Entgegenkommen oder Ähnliches seitens des Restaurants. Wir wurden einfach im Regen stehen gelassen. Und scheinbar passiert dies ja regelmäßig laut der Rezensionen hier. Nie wieder.

Haben eine Weihnachtsfeier machen wollen mit der familie. Location nicht aufgeräumt,stühle teilweise nass von irgendwelchen Getränken einen Tag vorher, Bestellt wurde Schnitzel Pommes Gemüse und Salat, als Buffet. Mit einer Stunde Verspätung kammen dann nur Schnitzel und Pommes ohne gemüse und salat und es wurde noch nichtmal nachgeliefert bis auf eine trockene salatplatte ohne dressing und gewürz. Zum Kaffee wurden uns für 30 personen nur 13 tassen hingestell., usw.... Also wir waren insgesamt jetzt 4x da im letzten jahr und es wurde von mal zu mal schlimmer. Also wir nie wieder.....

Ein sehr tolles und gemütliches Ambiente, leider war trotzdem das Adventsfrühstück sehr trostlos angerichtet und für den stolzen Preis sehr wenig Auswahl. Brötchen und Brot musste mit der bloßen Hand aus dem Korb genommen werden, Kaffee musste immer angefordert werden... Vermutlich fährt man besser wenn man zum leckeren Abendessen kommt.

Unser Weihnachtsessen hat heute Abend im Sudhaus stattgefunden. Wie erwartet konnten wir das schöne Ambiente und das tolle Essen genießen. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch im Sudhaus. Vielen Dank an das Team😊

Einfach nur TOP! Super Location und tolles Team! Im August 2021 in der Dorfkapelle im Liebharts Fachwerkdorf geheiratet und anschließend Sektempfang und Essen im Sudhaus. Trotz "Corona-Chaos" haben uns Tanja und ihr Team sehr kurzfristig eine wundervolle Hochzeitsfeier ermöglicht. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurden alle Wünsche umgesetzt und die Erwartungen sogar noch übertroffen. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Gäste waren sehr zufrieden und allen hat es geschmeckt. Wir kommen gerne wieder :) Ein riesen Dankeschön nochmal ❤

Fantastische Deutsche Küche wie bei Oma. Top Service und super Ambiente. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, hoffentlich übersteht es daß nächstes Jahr auch noch wenn die Mehrwertsteuer erhöht wird, wäre echt schade drum.

Der Raum ungemütlich, sterill! Personal sehr platt in der Sprache, lange aufs Essen und später aufs Dessert gewartet! 3x die Rechnung angefordert.

Tolles Ambiente und nette Bedienung. Das Restaurant liegt etwas versteckt im Industriegebiet.

Nach einigen Schwierigkeiten mit Terminen und Absprachen, haben wir ein wunderschönes Essen bekommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend.

Hier wird am 26.10.2023 die AfD bewirtet. Mir würde als Normalbürger hier ja das Essen im Hals stecken bleiben… Hat es das Sudhaus so nötig, oder steckt persönliche Überzeugung hinter dieser Entscheidung? (Update - aufgrund des Statements und der Absage an die AfD habe ich die Bewertung auf 5 Sterne geändert)

Leider gibt es keine Pepsi oder Coca Cola Und das Getränk was als Cola Ersatz angeboten wird kann man nicht trinken 🤮

Das Essen war sehr lecker und der Service war gut. Nur die Liebhartz Cola war grausam. Bestelle ich nie wieder.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Lokal indem man genau was was auf den Teller landet. Persönlich finde das Gebäude so schön nur leider überlagern innen die Lichterketten die schöne Details. Ansonsten war es lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Wir waren gestern Nachmittag da und wollten eigentlich nur draußen etwas trinken. Eigentlich gab es dort keinen Service. Sie waren allerdings flexibel und haben uns Getränke und Eis trotzdem draußen serviert. Da das Essen am Nachbarstisch so gut aussah, haben wir uns dann doch entschieden noch etwas zu essen. Allerdings drinnen. Da ist das Ambiente aber genauso schön wie draußen :-) Die Bedienung war super freundlich und aufmerksam und das Essen mega lecker! Nur zu empfehlen!

Wir haben ein Schnitzel bestellt, aber ein Koch hat sich geweigert Essen anzubieten, da er erst ab 17 Uhr essen anbieten will. Der Kellner hat sich sehr dafür engagier, dass wir was bekommen. Es gab Stress in der Küche, aber am Ende haben wir was bekommen

Wir waren am Sonntag zum Mittagessen da, wo sonst immer auch Mittags warme Küche angeboten wurde. Leider hat sich dies wohl durch den neuen Koch geändert. Das Kellnerpersonal war nett und bot uns an, doch warmes Essen zu machen. Darauf hin war eine Lautstarke Disskussion zu hören. Am Ende gabs dann doch leckeres Essen.

Wir kommen schon seit Jahren, oft mit der ganzen Familie. Es hat uns immer super gefallen und sehr gut geschmeckt. Heute waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Am Essen haben wir gesehen, dass ein neuer Koch da sein muss, denn es gab nur noch die Hälfte der üblichen Portion zum gleichen Preis. Dann mussten wir erfahren, dass es demnächst nachmittags keine warme Küche mehr gibt. Damit sind wir raus, denn Kaffee und Kuchen gibt es überall und nach einer großen Fahrradtour oder Wanderung essen wir gerne herzhaft. Schade bis jetzt haben wir allen das Sudhaus empfohlen. Warum ändert man Dinge, die gut laufen?

Lecker essen,tolle Beratung .Wir hatten mehre Sorten essen Beilagen Suppe Nachtisch.Alle Gäste waren begeistert,es gab wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.Wir hatten eine Feier von 20 Personen, Kleine Kinder Babys, für alle gab es auch noch zusätzlich Kinder Menüs angeboten.Danke für diese schöne Feier die nur schön sein kann wenn alles stimmt .Sehr Empfehlenswert .Danke

Super tolle Bedienung, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Essen super top ,in einwandfreien und frischen Zustand.Hier merkt man das das Personal bemüht ist den Kunden rundum glücklich und zufrieden zu stellen .Was dem Personal auch gelingt.Essen wird frisch zubereitet,dazu frisch gezapftes Bier.Einfach lecker!Hier komme ich gerne wieder hin! Absolut mein Favorit.
