So far nothing was missing, it was always quick and the fries were never old

This was by far the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to. But not only that, the food was cold and definitely not fresh. The shaker fries came with powdered sugar and cinnamon and sugar. Just terrible!

Burgers are getting smaller and smaller, but that seems to be the case everywhere at McDonald's these days, unfortunately the quality leaves a lot to be desired :/ Unfortunately, MC Sunday ice cream doesn't taste like it used to - no cream/milk - just water...? It would be good if the staff could do more regarding cleanliness... Tables, toilets... We're just passing through and don't come there regularly - which isn't the case with McDonald's anyway -

Definitely one of the better ones. Burgers are just the same as always. Too much sugar, too much fat, not enough joy when eating. Nobody will be happy at Macces, but you know that. The ice cream at Mc Flurry is outstanding and therefore worth mentioning (more of a Mac topping, since nothing is stirred here anymore...). The ice cream maker is either better or better adjusted. My first cold Mac Donalds ice cream in 40 years… Cool! 😂🙋🏼‍♂️

Unfortunately, the atmosphere was pretty disgusting… no clean tables or toilets.

Nice service for those lazy to have their food brought to the table. However, it's very stupid that there are no more napkins and straws available.

Food is like everywhere else. During the Challenge Roth weekend there was chaos here. Tray stands were not emptied so everything was left on the tables. Seats and tables were extremely dirty. Which is why we packed everything up afterwards and ate in the car. Conclusion: the existing staff couldn't keep up. The waiting time for the food was also unusually long for “fast food” and the MD brand. The challenge occurs once a year and has been going on for 40 years. You could be better prepared/prepared for it

Unfortunately, the hygiene quality has deteriorated significantly. The water at the sink is a sparse trickle and by no means sufficient to wash your hands thoroughly.

You need extra guts to use washroom. Pathetic

This is McDonald's. A lot going on, a lot on offer and unfortunately sometimes not entirely clean or functional. But otherwise good prices for, well, burgers. ^^ Unfortunately, the one in Roth in particular does not have an outdoor children's area. But probably not feasible in such a small area.

The McDonalds isn't even that good.

Incompetent employees, half an hour spent in McDrive..

Employees collected the wrong amount, unfriendly (annoyed) had to wait 20 minutes because they did something wrong and then the food was cold.

Food order was abysmally modest. Apparently they don't respond to changes that are possible at McDonald's and simply forget about sauces. (The mango chilli sauce, like the one in the picture) It just means you have a ...... burger that doesn't taste like anything and apart from the edibility of the sauces, the service is really from another star. You have to know.

Pretty pathetic experience compared to usual. It was dirty. look how much trash was just stacked up.

Forgetting 1 out of 3 products ordered is a really powerful achievement. What you get from your incredibly large order is also greasy, lukewarm and poorly put together. Been there again after a long time - was fooled again and taught better. Will never enter the store again. Seems to be normal here though. Maybe there are rewards for it too...

If you like fast food, you like the MC.

06/30/24 it was hot, and the air conditioning in the room did not work, it was stuffy like a sauna!

On the one hand, the cleanliness of this store leaves a lot to be desired, and on the other hand, customer satisfaction is unfortunately neglected here. After the Big Rösti was without Rösti, we complained about it right at the counter. No problem, mistakes happen to everyone. After all the employees held the thing in their hands and confirmed our findings, a blonde woman suddenly came forward and portrayed us as liars. She made the burger and everything was on it. The tone was extremely rude when I wanted to speak to the manager. Since I don't allow myself to be treated like that, the lady said that she was the manager. Well cheers meal. Customer friendliness looks different. MC Donalds Roth, was better and saw us for the last time today. And I was disappointed again. Two days ago I went to Drive to get a chocolate milkshake. Unfortunately I didn't receive a milkshake but rather a kind of Kaba, that's how liquid it was. At least I got my money back without any problems

Fries didn't taste good, I usually love fries from McDonald's. All tables and chairs were dirty, it was very uncomfortable.

I ordered hamburger without cucumber. Got bread with meat. Without sauces. Juice shop.

Things are constantly being forgotten. Especially if you take it with you.

Table service is a foreign concept here, but once that was sorted out the rest fell into place. Hence the 4 stars despite the annoyance at the beginning.

No people, no stress and still super dirty.

At the place where we ate, there was a completely packed return dish trolley diagonally opposite. Staff stood around bored.

Floors are not cleaned properly? BigMac in a double-cut Big Tasty Bun. Mc Rib Patty was also very questionable with 3 thick cartilages. I have never had international McRibs. Burgers were substandard, thrown together. Fries were OK. Questionable McDonalds experience.

More cleanliness would be desirable

The burger was bad, there were no toppings, the box was dirty and greasy, I almost vomited, the toilets were dirty and there were weird people there, I don't recommend it

Unfortunately it happened AGAIN... Things are missing, last time it was a burger that wasn't wrapped and now it was a wrap - but you still paid for it and it wasn't there! So you really have to control everything, sad!!

Food came quickly, service was friendly! Burgers weren't even lukewarm! In addition, the products are becoming more and more expensive! You have to think about going there!

I picked up an order placed via the app at the DriveIn - the staff was extremely friendly and I felt comfortable. The pickup went quickly and there was nothing that wasn't right.... however, I only found the entrance to the DriveIn on the second attempt.... if someone reads the signs carefully, you might be able to do it the first time 😉 😀

Totally rude employees. I asked for ONE HAND full of wet wipes because my burger was so poorly put together that it fell apart while eating. I only got ONE. Thanks for nothing.

The food was ok, unfortunately fruit squeezes were not available as dessert for the Happy Meal. Unfortunately we can only give one star for service and ambience. The store is so dirty (floor sticks, play equipment in the play area sticky and dirty, leather covers on the seats sticky and stained, to name just the "worst" points of shame). Toilets smell strongly of urine, soap was empty in both the men's and women's toilets. There is no hand disinfection in the toilet, and the container in the restaurant area was empty. There were very few guests during our stay, but the tray return stations were completely full of rubbish and there was no space left to return our tray. It's a complete mystery to me how this store manages to keep the franchise license. We certainly won't eat there again.

I was just getting two vanilla shakes with a friend, we usually get it from Mc somewhere else. We really wanted to do it. The first one tastes like cleaning products, my girlfriend compares it to coffee... I hate coffee and I don't really want to drink cleaning products. The other one was anything but a milkshake. I literally threw €8 worth of it in the trash. The employee was very nice but I think he was gossiping about us, unfortunately I don't understand the language. Otherwise, you can definitely eat something there if you like fast food.

Very friendly staff. The food comes neatly on the tray and not mixed up. Here the guest is still king.

Boy I wanted the McSmart menu and the employee gives me ravioli!!! Wanted fries with aioli.

I ordered an espresso macchiato and there was no milk or caramel in the espresso and when I asked about it the waitress pumped 3x caramel shorts into my espresso cup...

Worn out everything! Changing room is just a room, toilets stink, unclean overall. Belongs to be completely renovated. I'm getting older. Food lukewarm almost cold.

I've been eating there for years now And it still tastes very, very tasty even if you forget something, but only because you have a lot to do in the kitchen... that's not an easy job for McDonald's service Keep it up

Very quick order processing, friendly, smiling staff, food is warm and good.

Recently you have to look for the sauce on the McRip. Now it tastes completely dry, boring and bland. Now you pay even more for it. :-) Mc Chicken, RoyalKäse and RoyalTS...they were great compared to now. The burgers now seem somehow "lifeless" (they used to be much juicier), despite the ever-increasing price increases. :-( ...has been tasting remarkably great again since mid-January 2024. Conclusion: So it's possible.

It's just a McDonald's. 😉 A little old, but still okay.

Wieder mal alte Pommes bekommen. Dankeschön! Neues Update!!!!! 12/23 So mal wieder versucht dort zu Essen!!! Bestellung bekommen.....Pommes wieder uralt,eiskalt einfach eklig. Habe dann ohne Kommentar neue bekommen. Leider war es schwierig einen sauberen Platz zu bekommen. Die Lobby sah aus wie sau! Überall Tablettes und Essensreste auf den Tischen. Sitzpolster voll mit Reste....Tische dreckig....scheinbar gibt es hier keine Lappen in dem Laden. Dafür mindestens 6 Leute in der Küche. Nix los . Quatschen macht mehr Spaß!!! Immerhin wurde der volle Wagen mal geleert. Leider musste ich auf Toilette. Ich musste fast brechen als ich die Türe öffnete. Es roch wie eine Güllegrube und total nach Pisse!!!! SCHÄMT EUCH!!!!!!! IHR LERNT ECHT NICHT DAZU!!!! HABE DIE SCHNAUZE VOLL !!!! HOFFENTLICH BESUCHT EUCH MAL DAS AMT!!!!!!

Für einen McDonalds ist der Service extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen und Getränke sind Mc Donald Standards.

Essen OK, Toiletten nicht gepflegt und stinken... der "wickelraum" ist kalt und viel zu klein!!

...Leider kann ich nicht wirklich etwas gutes über diesen Mc Donald's sagen. Lediglich eine junge wirklich freundliche Dame bringt dieser Bewertung 2 Sterne ein. Das Essen ist nicht gut. Kalte Cheeseburger, alte harte Nuggets. Und die Toiletten sind ebenfalls eine Zumutung. Dreckig, es stinkt und nicht mal der Toilettensitz war richtig befestigt. Katastrophe!

Mich stören überall diese bestellautomaten dadurch dauert alles länger.

Kann ich nur empfehlen sehr leckeres Essen

Im Mc Donalds Roth sind die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und recht schnell bei der Abwicklung. Allerdings lässt die Qualität der Speisen immer häufiger sehr zu wünschen übrig. Ich hol mir mein Essen meist im Drive in, dabei immer die gleichen Produkte. Bei den letzten 3 mal war mein Essen lauwarm, die Cheeseburger waren so trocken, die Patties irgendwie hart, als wären die Teile alt gewesen. Seit über 40 Jahren bin ich Mc Donalds Kunde, aber die Erfahrungen der letzten Jahre hat mich tatsächlich dazu gebracht nicht mehr dort zu essen. (Mal sehen wie lange ich das aushalte ^^) Zum einen die stetig sinkende Qualität, kombiniert mit immer höheren Preisen. Das Abschaffen der guten, alten Shakes verzeihe ich denen sowieso nie!!! Satt werd ich leider nicht mehr von dem Zeug, scheint immer weniger zu werden.

Mittlerweile nur noch die Bestellautomaten...ist halt so... Service kann man das nicht nennen. Des Essen hat immer gleichbleibend Qualität.

Im Mc Drive gewesen ging sehr schnell wie immer alles hat gepasst alles war dabei da war ein nette jung Mann blond am Drive ist sehr freundlich Respektvoll gewesen 10/10

Der Kaffee war okay. Die Toilette war winzig aber sauber.

Muss sagen,für einen Mc Donalds's gar nicht schlecht.Waren beim Drive-in und hatten gerade bestellt,als wir schon zum Fenster 2 gebeten wurden und unser Essen abholen konnten.Das Food ging fast (*badumm tsss*) :D Haben gleich mal gecheckt ob alles drin war und hat tatsächlich alles gepasst.Fast Food ist halt nie besonders hochwertig,deshalb sollte man seine Anforderungen reduzieren und dieser Laden erfüllt sie. Meinem Mann hat's geschmeckt,die Pommes waren etwas matschig,ich fand es ganz "gut" und alles in allem ist diese Rezension lang genug.

Erdbeershake ohne Erdbeergeschmack, Cheeseburger ohne Gurke bestellt, trotzdem mit Gurke zubereitet.

Mit einer der langsamsten MC'es die ich kenne. Essen war ok.

Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Und jetzt werde ich mich zu Wort melden. Jedesmal wenn wir dort was bestellen fehlt entweder Pommes oder die netzkartoffeln die Soßen stimmen nicht und sind zu wenig. Ja was soll na des langsam? Und wenn ich versuche anzurufen dann geht keiner hin. Ist des so schwer alles richtig einzupacken? Deutsches Personal wäre echt von Vorteil…..!!!!!

Dieses Restaurant ist nicht nur bei uns dafür bekannt nicht alles zu bekommen was man bestellt hat. man sollte nicht nicht nur die tische sondern auch die Sitzplätze sauber halten. Sonst ist das essen sehr gut

Guter schneller Sevice, nettes Team. Essen perfekt. Sauberkeit könnte ein wenig besser sein. ( Tische, tablett Ablage) Sonst ok. Tanken , Essen, Reisen. Preislich wird es teurer wegen Inflation.

Die Dame an der Anmeldung sprach gebrochen deutsch Hatte mich nicht verstanden und anstatt nachzufragen bekam ich das falsche. Anhand der Rechnung hab ich bemerkt, daß sie statt Gitterkartoffel ....die ich wollte , die es aber im Moment nicht gibt....sie hat einen Big Mäc in Auftrag gegeben.....habe ich verweigert u bekam dann ohne weitere Information Curry fries anstatt Gitterkartoffeln. Und zuhause bemerkte ich daß Mc crispy homestyle anstatt eines Big tasty bacon in meinem Paket war. Nie wieder Mc Donalds Roth

Da geht man hier her will was bestellen, steht etwa 15 Minuten an um dann sehr unfreundlich mitgeteilt zu bekommen dass man sich hier nicht anstellen soll weil so viel los ist und man soll doch an den Automaten selbst alles eingetragen. Daraufhin habe ich gesagt dass möchte ich nicht ich will normal bestellen, dann sagte die unfähige Frau das geht jetzt nicht mehr. Eine bodenlose Frechheit. Dieser Mc Donalds wird mich nicht mehr sehen.

Also ich bin ja echt extrem selten bei solchen FastFood-Ketten. (Max 1 mal im Monat). Dass ich dann, aber jedes mal aufs Neue mich ärgern muss kann ja wohl nicht wahr sein. EGAL wer hier bedient, ist dermaßen arrogant und unfreundlich! Diese Filiale versagt auf allen Ebenen. Noch dazu kommt, obwohl ich sehr selten dort bin, es jedesmal was fehlt und falsch ist. Statt Fanta gibts Cola, statt Mayo gibts SourCreme, statt Pommes gibts CurlyFries. Unabhängig von Tageszeit und ob was los ist oder ich der Einzige im McDrive bin. Mittlerweile bin ich fest davon überzeugt, dass jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter dort alles mögliche versucht, dass diese Filiale geschlossen wird. Absolutes Versagen aller Mitarbeiter / Filialleiter auf ALLEN Ebenen. Aber auch vielen Dank dafür, denn so fällt es mir extrem leicht, auf so ein „Essen“ zu verzichten.

Zum wiederholtem male der schlechteste Service, den Mc Donalds Roth abliefert. Nie wieder Mc Donalds Roth!! Sehr unfreundliche und arrogante Bedienung im Mc drive. War heute im Mc Drive und wurde weggeschickt, ohne meine Bestellung zu erhalten!! Was ist das bitte für ein Service?? Schämt euch für den miserablen Service! und den arroganten Mitarbeitern!!!! Sofort nach dem reinkommen stellten wir uns an die Theke über der bestellen steht bei der wir dann angewiesen wurde an den Terminals zu bestellen und das auf extrem unfreundliche Art und Weise Nach der Bestellung an den überdemensonalen Handys, find es schon unschön das ich mit nimadem reden kann, wollte ich die cola zu eine Spezi endern die man an den Terminals ja nicht bestellen kann worauf ich sofort abgewimelt wurde das eine enderungen nach dem bestellen angeblich nicht mer möglich sei und wir das hätten an der teke bestellen müssen Das kann ja nicht sein ernst sein Als endich die Bestellung kam was lange genug gedauert hate fehlten von den gerade mal 6 Dingen die wir bestellt hatten gleich mal 2 Wir haben diese zwar nachträglich bekommen aber keine Entschuldigung noch war er sonderlich freundlich im Gegenteil mir wurde die Rechnung aus der Hand gerissen und unsere Burger wurden uns wortlos auf den Tisch geworfen Alles in allem waren die Mitarbeiter faul inkompetent und extrem unfreundlich ich würde empfehlen WOANDERS hin zu gehen
