We were passing through there... once and never again. Very dirty. In the women's restroom, there was feces in front of the toilet, dried and extremely smelly. The rest of the place was also dirty. Trash everywhere, dirty tables and chairs. The tablet return and trash can were so full that you had to put everything next to it. Please change something, this is disgusting.

One of the better McDonald's restaurants. Clean, friendly, and modern.

Once again, we encountered a dirty restaurant. The staff were inactive even though the tray cart was full and overflowing. It was difficult to find a clean table! (Drinks spilled on the table, dirty floor, dirty chairs).

I got the citizen and there was the unexpected there were 3 flies in my citizen so outrageous

Very often, the fries were forgotten, and with the sauces, it's really a 50/50 chance of being forgotten. It's really not very clean. I'd say this McDonald's is just doing its job.

Dirty, disgusting... I'm at a loss for words. Not recommended. You get your food on dirty trays. The restrooms are a disgrace.

I have never seen burgers like this, they look awful - they look like they are not a McDonald's restaurant. I do not recommend stopping here.

It's truly one of the most disgusting and dirty McDonald's branches I've ever seen in my life. Not a single table was clean; every chair and seating area was covered in filth. The ordering terminals were so dirty you could barely touch the display. The restrooms were disgusting. A truly horrible experience... you're supposed to leave here feeling full, not disgusted. 😅 It's a normal weekday... not even full or crowded.

The food was okay. I can't fault it. But the cleanliness of the place is appalling!!! Filthy, dirty, the restroom lobby stinks... etc. It wasn't busy, and there were at least four employees present. But they'd rather stare into space or chatter than pick up a rag.

Sorry, the nuggets weren't quite fresh, the tables were half clean, and the return cart was full. I've seen clean restrooms at McDonald's, but the doors and handles in the entire restaurant were beyond intimidating. Instead of chatting at the counter, maybe they could have cleaned up. The place was almost empty, so it certainly wasn't due to the crowds. Once and never again!

A McDonald's like any other. I've been here a few times, like the chain everywhere. The drive-in entrance is a bit hidden.

We've never seen such a dirty and noisy McDonald's. Also, they were out of fries, which we unfortunately didn't notice until we were on the way. Since we were traveling with a baby, we didn't want to sit at the completely filthy tables, so we decided to eat in the car.

Actually, it's typical. The restrooms are smelly and dirty. Table service isn't offered. The food is okay. Typical MC.

The food is like any other Mac. The tables, seats, and floor are greasy and dirty. The restrooms are a disaster. The wall tiles and floor are completely filthy. I don't even want to talk about the urinals. The patio decorations consist of almost rotten birch trunks. The place is very poorly run and dirty.

I was at the McDrive today. The service was different than usual and rather brusque. No greeting, just a "What's your order?" was thrown at me. It wasn't much better at the checkout... neither "please" nor "thank you," let alone "have a nice day." Nothing. The food: an absolute disaster. There was far too little sauce on the burgers. The McCrispy was so dry that it was inedible without a drink. Dear McDonald's team, please retrain the employees here.

The most disgusting McDonald's I've ever been to. Everything is filthy. The restrooms stink beyond belief. The play area is also filthy.

Overall, it was okay, but the seats were sticky, the chairs were dirty, and the tables were dirty. We had to clean them ourselves. In my opinion, hygiene is very important, as is the cleanliness of the restaurant.

The last few times, everything was complete. Old: The last drive-through order (~€25) was also missing a small fries. That makes 3/3. Once is annoying, twice is noticeable, and three times in a row it's hard not to think it was intentional. Otherwise, I'm actually satisfied. But this justifies one star.

Finding a clean table is difficult. When you're looking for a clean table and a clean seat...it's impossible to find.

Unfortunately not. I've rarely experienced anything so dirty. The toilet was a filth. The toilet itself was full of urine, the sink was clogged with toilet paper. The floor was covered in urine and definitely hadn't been checked for hours. Not a single seat in the restaurant was cleaned. It was me, as a guest, who had to clean the seat and the table. There were no seat numbers when ordering. Then, McRipp, where are the cleaning wipes? You don't use them and don't put sauce on them, and of course the onions fall off. Royal ts. I don't know why, but my husband has never left anything lying around. He said it's not possible... I also had an apple turnover, which was okay. The honey mustard wrap and cheese were stuffed in the bottom, so there was only wrap and cheese halfway down. Dry. Sauce only on the top part. It's a shame I don't like going there anymore, but I'm breaking the habit. Horrible!

I was traveling alone and wanted to use the restroom first, then buy food. The restroom was smeared with feces, the hand dryer was broken, there were no hand towels, only very thin toilet paper, and no trash by the sink. Given the poor hygiene conditions, I couldn't in good conscience eat there anymore.

The men's restroom is flooded, the cappuccino tasted like yesterday's, everything is littered, and the burgers are cold. A truly well-rounded affair.

Very disappointing visit – unfortunately, I don't recommend it. One of the most unhygienic McDonald's branches I've ever visited. The tables, chairs, and the entire interior seemed severely neglected – there seems to be a massive lack of cleaning here. Even when cleaning is done, unfortunately, there's no sign of it. The food was also not up to the usual standard: The fries were obviously overcooked, and the burgers looked carelessly cooked and unappetizing. The taste was barely any better. If I could give it zero stars, I would. It's a real shame – I hope fundamental improvements are made soon.

We placed our order with the lady. Then a man acted like a real "kitchen" and prepared our order. NO GLOVES, NO CLEAN HANDS. He put everything on the burgers, even the warm meat, without gloves or washing his hands beforehand. I asked the lady at the cashier, but she didn't understand a word. Then I spoke to the next lady, and she said, "We don't have gloves!" I'm lost for words. We didn't eat the burgers! The restaurant was completely filthy, from the floor to the tables. We couldn't put the tray in the cart because all three carts were overflowing. There was already trash in front of the carts. The floor was sticky, and the tables were littered. We certainly won't order from there again.

Apparently the employees have no desire to work at all. The service is lackluster and the conversation with customers is just as lackluster. Burgers are thrown into bags, so that they are completely flat and fall apart when you take them out. The same goes for assembling the burgers. You just throw everything in a pile, put the lid on, and the burger is ready. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had a negative experience at McDonald's in Roth. It used to be much better. So if you don't feel like working, maybe you should find something else.

More expensive than other branches

8/10 orders are missing any sauces and dips. Even if you are regularly made aware of it, nothing changes. Staff is mostly friendly.

Recently you have to look for the sauce on the McRip. Now it tastes completely dry, boring and bland. Now you pay even more for it. :-) Mc Chicken, RoyalKäse and RoyalTS...they were great compared to now. The burgers now seem somehow "lifeless" (they used to be much juicier), despite the ever-increasing price increases. :-( ...has been tasting remarkably great again since mid-January 2024. Conclusion: So it's possible. Finally the same thing again. Sauce on the McRip was again in short supply. The austerity measure is now too expensive for us because it doesn't taste that good...and we don't gamble anymore. (In my opinion, the meat also contains "flax, or is it cartilage?" very finely chopped. You can tell when you chew) Quality is not, at the now very high prices.

Unfortunately it's always dirty! No matter whether tables, benches, floors or toilets. Table service is also not possible as there are no signs posted.

The vanilla shake only tastes like milk and not like vanilla. And the Minecraft only tastes like chocolate.

Very old McDonald's but still in good condition, it went very quickly (I once ordered 20 Chicken McNuggets in less than 2 minutes) it was completely empty

My son and I's meat was almost raw, they had forgotten the toy in their happy meal - when asked, they responded by rolling their eyes! The toilet seat is on the floor next to the toilet - the hand dryer doesn't work either!!! Once and never again...

After 6 years of 4 stars, I now have to go down to 2.. I was there several times last week and every time (!) something was forgotten in the Minecraft menu.. be it the drink, the cheeseburger or something else.. just a shame

I will definitely not go to this branch again because the Happy Meal was ice-cold, including the burger and fries. The burgers were poorly prepared and squashed. The nuggets were old and new. There were no paper towels for wiping hands. Not recommended!

Massively upset again! Once again, the son didn't get ANY toys with his Happy Meal! The service was very unfriendly and didn't understand anything, let alone understand him and the order was wrong again. We got the wrong burgers again. And it didn’t taste like it was supposed to either!

During our visit, we unfortunately discovered that it was not possible to quickly choose a seat. Although fairly empty, neither the tables nor the seating were clean. The worst MC in the area. Burgers are constantly cold, the tables and the entire restaurant are dingy. Snacks are advertised everywhere, fish for example 3 euros costs 4.99€ here. There are also no double pack menus from the app.

Not a good experience. The boss/shift manager was rounding up the employees the whole time. The mood was accordingly... Fries and curlies were limp, the burgers were warmer than hot. The bacon on the burger was also very chewy. It didn't taste good and was heavy on the stomach.

Very cold interior. You know that from McDonald’s, you probably shouldn’t stay long. But in Roth it is extreme. Today it happened to us for the third time in a row (!) that the fries were served completely without salt. I don't even know how it works. When I asked, I received a blank look and two bags of salt. Which of course no longer works with the now lukewarm fries. The lack of cleanliness has already been reported enough here. I can only agree with that.

No heating in the restaurant? It was really freezing cold. The fries were also completely unsalted and cold.

We were hungry around 4 p.m. and wanted to eat something quickly. When we came in I was immediately shocked at how dirty the store was. All of them, really all the tables, and also many of the seats, were really dirty!!!! There was rubbish on many tables. The garbage truck was so full that people had left their leftovers on the table next to it. Horrible....the whole store.....really bad. I can't give no stars, but this restaurant really doesn't deserve a single star.

After a long time we were forced to go to McDonalds again. 😪 - The food was consistently lukewarm, so it didn't taste good - the place was ice cold, garnished with lots of dirt - no table service, the staff unfriendly - definitely not for us anymore, McDonalds is now too expensive for that.

It was so freezing cold that you had to keep your thick winter jacket on! Unfortunately you can't eat comfortably like this! The staff was visibly annoyed and/or bored with the guests! Roth should take Greding as an example! The place is usually full and the staff is always friendly and accommodating and it is always clean. What you can't exactly say here! Then you'd better get a kebab!

If you don't check in this branch you will be cheated. Every time I checked the order, everything was in the bag. 2 × not checked, 2 × not everything in the bag. I'm not sure if that's intentional or if the work there just isn't focused. A telephone complaint leads to nothing; the blame is placed solely on the customer. I can only advise everyone to check everything and always, as trust in this branch is gone. What a shame!

Unfortunately there is only this branch in Roth. By far the dirtiest branch I know. Floor tiles often “stick”. The tables are often still full of signs of wear from previous eaters. Let's not even talk about the chairs. Tablet storage spaces are usually full and are replaced very often, if at all, perhaps once an hour. Close your eyes and keep your eyes open, hoping that at least there is something resembling hygiene in the kitchen. I now use the drive-in more often again.

McDonald's. Heating is probably a foreign word here. Ice cold that the guests leave straight away. Very unfortunate.

Today, on a 3° rainy Saturday, I thought I'd go to the Mac's with your wife, sit in comfortably and have a hearty meal again. It would have been nice if Big Mac and fries were lukewarm and the worst thing in the place was it was as cold!! McDonald's now also has to save money on heating.? There were also two people sitting at the next table like us, wearing anoraks and winter hats.

This is not a McDonald's standard, I have worked there myself but I have never seen such a dry McRib... simply impossible for the money you leave behind! The McRib patty was not in the sauce; the sauce was applied externally to the burger bun. Simply not affordable for the money that is required!

I'm wondering if they'd like to finally change something in this branch? I keep trying... but every time we wanted to eat there, it was just dirty EVERYWHERE... the chairs, benches, children's play area... the floor. Things have often been forgotten at the drive-in. Very annoying. I don't know of any other McDonald's branch that is so dirty. Employees just stand around instead of cleaning during idle time.

Fries were cold and unsalted, my burger was served in the wrong packaging. The latter is not the world, but it detracted from the overall experience. The table next to us was dirty and the prices were frankly outrageous. €7.49 for a Big Tasty Bacon? Since when does a burger of Mecce's quality (if you can even call it quality) cost as much as a pizza?

The dirtiest McDonald's I have ever entered. I hope I don't get a rash. Everything really sticks here. The entrance area, the tables, the floor and the ketchup on the wall. Even the electrical outlets seem to have rabies. Only allowed to enter with a valid tetanus vaccination...

Always have to check my order because something is either missing or wrong 🙃. The staff is usually friendly and will make it right once informed.

All tables were very very dirty. Had to clean the place with our own wet wipes to be able to sit there.

We went to this restaurant for the first time. When we arrived there were only 2 guests present. All tables dirty, chairs dirty, children's corner dirty and I don't want to say anything about the toilets... just terrible. No food should be sold here. The hygienic conditions are extremely poor. The staff is also very unfriendly.

This was by far the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to. But not only that, the food was cold and definitely not fresh. The shaker fries came with powdered sugar and cinnamon and sugar. Just terrible!

Burgers are getting smaller and smaller, but that seems to be the case everywhere at McDonald's these days, unfortunately the quality leaves a lot to be desired :/ Unfortunately, MC Sunday ice cream doesn't taste like it used to - no cream/milk - just water...? Definitely one of the better ones. Burgers are just the same as always. Too much sugar, too much fat, not enough joy when eating. Nobody will be happy at Macces, but you know that. The ice cream at Mc Flurry is outstanding and therefore worth mentioning (more of a Mac topping, since nothing is stirred here anymore...). The ice cream maker is either better or better adjusted. My first cold Mac Donalds ice cream in 40 years… Cool! 😂🙋🏼‍♂️
