Ein ganz normales McDonald mit warmen Burgern

In einer Landgaststätte habe ich das Essen schneller bekommen. Personal bei mäßigem Andrang (4 Kunden) restlos überfordert, ansonsten in gewohnter Qualität

Da die Autobahn gesperrt war, nahmen wir die erste Option mit einem Wickelraum. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, denn es gab dort einen guten, großen Wickeltisch für Babys bis 30 kg. Wir bewerteten es als guten Zwischenstopp, um etwas zu essen und die Toiletten zu benutzen. Außerdem standen zwei Kinderstühle zur Verfügung.

Wir waren vor etwa 3 Tagen hier essen nach einem Anstregenden Tag. Wir kamen spät abends an, Parkplätze und Restaurant fast leer, dennoch hat es mehr als 10 Minuten gedauert bis wir unser Essen bekamen, natürlich kalt. Wir sind gegangen, da wir uns nicht auf die dreckigen Sitze setzten wollten, und als wir Zuhause ankamen um endlich zu essen, stellten wir fest das sie uns erstens einen Falschen Burger eingepackt haben, und bei der 20 Box Chicken Nuggets waren bloß 18 Stück drinnen. Grauenhafter Service, ich verstehe das manchmal ein kleiner Fehler unterläuft, aber hier, Zwei auch noch? Die 18 Nuggets okay okay, man erzählt sich, aber beim Burger die Falsche Bestellung? Nein Danke.

Typischer Mc Donalds. An manchen Tagen sehr frisch zubereitet und an manchen Tagen ist das Essen kalt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Irgendwie wirkt es dort nicht besonders sauber. Die Frauentoiletten stinken, es gibt nur einen recht dreckigen Handtrockner und die Toillettensitze halten nicht richtig. Die Deko ist sehr sehr alt. In den Vasen sind Kaffeebohnen und verschiedene Pulver ausgeschlachtet und es würde eig gut aussehen, wenn es nicht eklig alt wäre.

Ein extrem schmutziger Laden. Die Toiletten (Damen) waren das dreckigste WC was ich je gesehen haben. (Dagegen ist jedes Berliner Bahnhofsklo sauber) Gegessen haben wir dann dort lieber nicht

Also da muss ich sagen das alles schmutzig ist die Toilette die Tische Mensch kümmert euch doch bisschen darum

Donut definitiv vom Vortag. Habe Ersatz bekommen, aber die anderen alten sind in der Vitrine geblieben. Coke ohne Eis wird nicht aufgegüllt, sondern man bekommt einfach weniger. Tische, Stühle, Toilette ih bäh - mehr sag ich nicht.

Echt guter Service, sehr gutes Essen und gute innen und außen Einrichtung

Extrem schlechter Service! Haben offen und keiner fühlt sich für den Drive' in zuständig lieber unterhalten sich die Mitarbeiter da niemand im Geschäft ist. Schlechter geht es nicht. Dann bestellt man einen Cheeseburger und statt Rindfleisch bekommt man vom MacFresh das peddy! Da sollte mal der Geschäftsführer gedanken machen!

Eis ist echt nicht gut und viel zu lange Wartezeiten 20er Nuggets und 20 min gewartet ,es war nicht viel los

Für ein Restaurant der Kette der goldenen Möwe recht schön gestaltet, Essen ist für Megges-Verhältnisse echt gut.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung bei McDonald's. Das Restaurant war deutlich verschmutzt und wirkte insgesamt ungepflegt. Das Essen war wie gewohnt durchschnittlich für McDonald’s, aber die Sauberkeit lässt hier stark zu wünschen übrig. Ich würde diese Filiale daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

Jedes 2. Mal bekommt man eine fehlerhafte Bestellung. Entweder es fehlt etwas oder es sind die falschen Burger drin. Teilweise falsche Burger in der richtigen Verpackung. Keine Ahnung was hier schief läuft. Irgendwann nervt es. Leider halt der einzige McDo weit und breit. Einfach nur schade ...

Basic McDonalds, nichts besonderes, nichts schlechtes.

Habe 2 Happy Meals und Kaffee bestellt. Kaffee wurde vergessen. Milch wurde vergessen. Anstatt Naruto habe ich Boruto Uno Karten bekommen. Es war außerdem keine einzige Serviette in der Tüte. Jedes mal wenn ich dort bestelle, fehlt etwas.

Hab mir heute 3 Happy Meals zum Mitnehmen genommen. Durfte aber dann wo ich zuhause angekommen bin feststellen das bei allen das Trinken(Capri-Sonne) und der Fruchtquatsch fehlt. Jedenfalls sind wir enttäuscht

Wir waren eine Stunde nach Öffnung da. Alles soweit in Ordnung und fast sauber. Es irritierte nur der Verpackungsmüll vom Vortag auf der Außenterrasse. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Ja, wenn es in der Toilette 🚽 nicht so stinken würde, wäre alles super.

Essen war OK. Leider war dass Herren WC sehr verschmust, und roch wie in einem U-Bahn WC in Nürnberg.

Online bestellt und bezahlt, trotz personalisierten Burgern in der App mit Aufpreis nur normale Burger bekommen! Zeugt schon von Betrügerischen Handeln da dafür ja Aufpreis berechnet wird! Wenigstens ist das Personal so freundlich und lächelt dich an wenn man beschissen wird!

Wir haben vegane Nuggets bestellt und die nicht vegane Variante bekommen. Das haben wir erst herausgefunden nachdem wir ein paar probiert hatten. Als wir zurück gefahren sind wurde sich überhaupt nicht entschuldigt, stattdessen wurden wir noch angepampt dass das ja mal passieren kann und uns wurde dann die Scheibe vom Schalter vor der Nase zu gemacht. Extrem unprofessionell und unfreundlich, sehr schade.

Orders are constantly wrong. Either the wrong type of burger is ordered, or it's listed as being without tomato due to an allergy, but what's actually on it is tomato, and you have to throw the whole thing away... the service is really, really bad at this McDonald's.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the long wait times at this McDonald's drive-thru. I only go there for my child out of necessity. You wait forever at the intercom just to be allowed to place your order. They only process one car completely before letting the next one in. So you end up waiting ages even though there's only one car in front.

The Big Mac Meal and Cheeseburger Meal were both served cold. After complaining, we received the hamburgers first and had to wait for the fries. It felt like they just put our fries back in the fryer to reheat them. The second batch of buns was cold again. And if anyone says McDonald's tastes the same everywhere, I have to disagree. I've traveled extensively in Europe and the USA. The disgusting taste of this food was a new experience I could have done without. The restrooms stank like a predator's den. Even one point for zero – I'm never going there again – is too much!

Every time we order something at the drive-thru here, something's missing. Whether it's sauce, burgers, or anything else. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Unfortunately, Schwabach is the nearest one, otherwise we wouldn't have stopped ordering from here a long time ago...

It seems the staff are a bit overwhelmed. You can't really go wrong with the food... but it would be nice if it were cleaner.

A small, classic McDonald's right next to a gas station. It's well-maintained, the food is prepared quickly, and the employees are friendly. Overall, a recommendation. 😊

Unfortunately, I have to report that by 11:45 a.m. on Mondays, ALL tables and seats (leather banquettes) are dirty. We found a spot somewhere in the middle. It was just about okay. It was amusing to watch incoming guests moving from table to table to get clean seats. The restrooms were a disaster. It's best not to park at the restaurant. DENTS GUARANTEED!!! The manager should get a refresher on his culinary skills. We'll drive past it next time.

Just without sauce, what's the point????

This is my third time here since the new owner. It's constantly dirty; the tables and seats are completely covered in filth. They should consider hiring a new cleaner, if they even have one. The lattice potatoes are cold.

One of the dirtiest branches, toilets in terrible condition, a tray cart already collapsed. Other branches can do better. (Review from 2024) In 2025, toilets still littered, soap dispensers broken, restaurant poorly cleaned (electric sockets smeared with sauce, for example), etc.

Typical fast-food restaurant – occasionally very busy, with correspondingly long waits. A bit small for the crowds, but always friendly and helpful staff. Very good, even employees of different nationalities are given a chance and provide good service. Unfortunately, it feels like the prices aren't really that cheap anymore since the post-COVID era. As a fast-food restaurant, it's more expensive than, say, a pizza to go... Almost €60 for three people: a restaurant with service isn't that much more expensive. It's a shame.

Used to eating there, but it was very dirty. It started with the restrooms, where most of the chairs, benches, and tables were sticky, so you had to search for a place to sit down. Not nice at all. The staff, however, are extremely nice and friendly. They just need to pay more attention to cleanliness.

Thanks for the quick and hot food. I didn't even have to wait 5 minutes at 6 p.m. The restroom was great, too.

All the seats are dirty. The outdoor area is small.

After a very long time, we were back at this MC branch. It was a Monday evening and not very busy. The food was okay. And unfortunately, as many have written before me, it's extremely dirty! Every table, every chair, and every bench was dirty, greasy, and smeared. The tray cart was so full that you had to leave your tray on the table. My husband's clothes were "stuck" to the bench! This is by far the dirtiest branch I've ever seen.

Unfortunately, it's happened to me several times now that I've ordered something at the drive-thru, and yet again, it's not the right stuff I ordered. Last time, a cheeseburger was missing, the sweet and sour sauce, the fries were only half full, and we ordered without ice cubes. Both drinks, of course, came with ice cubes. Now, two days later, I order black pepper sauce with my nuggets and get a completely different one. I also order the lattice potatoes, but instead of ketchup, I get the obligatory cream, even though I was told they were included. And those were just the items from this week.

NEVER AGAIN!!! After waiting 7 minutes for the pineapple parcels, we just wanted to eat our half-cooked and limp fries and were annoyed that we didn't have any ketchup or mayo. When we asked, we were told, "That's not available with fries." We noted that we had two large meals... no ice cubes with the Coke, of course, because that would have been more effort. Napkins are also overrated, of course, because you can lick your fingers to make sure they're clean. If you want mayo with your fries, order a chicken burger, because it has mayo worth 10 fries. According to the Stiftung jagu Check (Jagu Check Foundation), I wouldn't even give the place a 1 because it's a joke for my money.

The fries were often forgotten, and with the sauces, it's really a 50/50 chance of being forgotten. It's really not very clean. I'd say this McDonald's is just doing its job. Four sauces forgotten again... that's the last time. I'd rather go to Burger King in Schwabach.

Parking is available nearby. + Accessible: Entrance, restroom, and parking are available. + Service: Fast and uncomplicated; two of the restroom tickets were accepted without discussion. + Food: Typical McDonald's, with burgers, fries, and more. NEGATIVES: - Restrooms: You have to pay for access to a vending machine. Therefore, you should do this before purchasing. - Service quality: Variable, sometimes unfriendly or unmotivated staff.

Mcdonalds that works well, the only problem is that the Mc Drive is not easy to see, otherwise everything is good

We were passing through there... once and never again. Very dirty. In the women's restroom, there was feces in front of the toilet, dried and extremely smelly. The rest of the place was also dirty. Trash everywhere, dirty tables and chairs. The tablet return and trash can were so full that you had to put everything next to it. Please change something, this is disgusting.

Once again, we encountered a dirty restaurant. The staff were inactive even though the tray cart was full and overflowing. It was difficult to find a clean table! (Drinks spilled on the table, dirty floor, dirty chairs).

It's truly one of the most disgusting and dirty McDonald's branches I've ever seen in my life. Not a single table was clean; every chair and seating area was covered in filth. The ordering terminals were so dirty you could barely touch the display. The restrooms were disgusting. A truly horrible experience... you're supposed to leave here feeling full, not disgusted. 😅 It's a normal weekday... not even full or crowded.

The food was okay. I can't fault it. But the cleanliness of the place is appalling!!! Filthy, dirty, the restroom lobby stinks... etc. It wasn't busy, and there were at least four employees present. But they'd rather stare into space or chatter than pick up a rag.

Sorry, the nuggets weren't quite fresh, the tables were half clean, and the return cart was full. I've seen clean restrooms at McDonald's, but the doors and handles in the entire restaurant were beyond intimidating. Instead of chatting at the counter, maybe they could have cleaned up. The food is like any other Mac. The tables, seats, and floor are greasy and dirty. The restrooms are a disaster. The wall tiles and floor are completely filthy. I don't even want to talk about the urinals. The patio decorations consist of almost rotten birch trunks. The place is very poorly run and dirty.

I was at the McDrive today. The service was different than usual and rather brusque. No greeting, just a "What's your order?" was thrown at me. It wasn't much better at the checkout... neither "please" nor "thank you," let alone "have a nice day." Nothing. The food: an absolute disaster. There was far too little sauce on the burgers. The McCrispy was so dry that it was inedible without a drink. Dear McDonald's team, please retrain the employees here.

The last few times, everything was complete. Old: The last drive-through order (~€25) was also missing a small fries. That makes 3/3. Once is annoying, twice is noticeable, and three times in a row it's hard not to think it was intentional. Otherwise, I'm actually satisfied. But this justifies one star.

I was traveling alone and wanted to use the restroom first, then buy food. The restroom was smeared with feces, the hand dryer was broken, there were no hand towels, only very thin toilet paper, and no trash by the sink. Given the poor hygiene conditions, I couldn't in good conscience eat there anymore.

Unfortunately not. I've rarely experienced anything so dirty. The toilet was a filth. The toilet itself was full of urine, the sink was clogged with toilet paper. The floor was covered in urine and definitely hadn't been checked for hours. Not a single seat in the restaurant was cleaned. It was me, as a guest, who had to clean the seat and the table. There were no seat numbers when ordering. Then, McRipp, where are the cleaning wipes? You don't use them and don't put sauce on them, and of course the onions fall off. Royal ts. I don't know why, but my husband has never left anything lying around. He said it's not possible... I also had an apple turnover, which was okay. The honey mustard wrap and cheese were stuffed in the bottom, so there was only wrap and cheese halfway down. Dry. Sauce only on the top part. It's a shame I don't like going there anymore, but I'm breaking the habit. Horrible!

The men's restroom is flooded, the cappuccino tasted like yesterday's, everything is littered, and the burgers are cold. A truly well-rounded affair.

Very disappointing visit – unfortunately, I don't recommend it. One of the most unhygienic McDonald's branches I've ever visited. The tables, chairs, and the entire interior seemed severely neglected – there seems to be a massive lack of cleaning here. Even when cleaning is done, unfortunately, there's no sign of it. The food was also not up to the usual standard: The fries were obviously overcooked, and the burgers looked carelessly cooked and unappetizing. The taste was barely any better. If I could give it zero stars, I would. It's a real shame – I hope fundamental improvements are made soon.

We placed our order with the lady. Then a man acted like a real "kitchen" and prepared our order. NO GLOVES, NO CLEAN HANDS. He put everything on the burgers, even the warm meat, without gloves or washing his hands beforehand. I asked the lady at the cashier, but she didn't understand a word. Then I spoke to the next lady, and she said, "We don't have gloves!" I'm lost for words. We didn't eat the burgers! The restaurant was completely filthy, from the floor to the tables. We couldn't put the tray in the cart because all three carts were overflowing. There was already trash in front of the carts. The floor was sticky, and the tables were littered. We certainly won't order from there again.

Apparently the employees have no desire to work at all. The service is lackluster and the conversation with customers is just as lackluster. Burgers are thrown into bags, so that they are completely flat and fall apart when you take them out. The same goes for assembling the burgers. You just throw everything in a pile, put the lid on, and the burger is ready. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had a negative experience at McDonald's in Roth. It used to be much better. So if you don't feel like working, maybe you should find something else.

More expensive than other branches

8/10 orders are missing any sauces and dips. Even if you are regularly made aware of it, nothing changes. Staff is mostly friendly.

Recently you have to look for the sauce on the McRip. Now it tastes completely dry, boring and bland. Now you pay even more for it. :-) Mc Chicken, RoyalKäse and RoyalTS...they were great compared to now. The burgers now seem somehow "lifeless" (they used to be much juicier), despite the ever-increasing price increases. :-( ...has been tasting remarkably great again since mid-January 2024. Conclusion: So it's possible. Finally the same thing again. Sauce on the McRip was again in short supply. The austerity measure is now too expensive for us because it doesn't taste that good...and we don't gamble anymore. (In my opinion, the meat also contains "flax, or is it cartilage?" very finely chopped. You can tell when you chew) Quality is not, at the now very high prices.

Unfortunately it's always dirty! No matter whether tables, benches, floors or toilets. Table service is also not possible as there are no signs posted.

The vanilla shake only tastes like milk and not like vanilla. And the Minecraft only tastes like chocolate.

Very old McDonald's but still in good condition, it went very quickly (I once ordered 20 Chicken McNuggets in less than 2 minutes) it was completely empty

My son and I's meat was almost raw, they had forgotten the toy in their happy meal - when asked, they responded by rolling their eyes! The toilet seat is on the floor next to the toilet - the hand dryer doesn't work either!!! Once and never again...

After 6 years of 4 stars, I now have to go down to 2.. I was there several times last week and every time (!) something was forgotten in the Minecraft menu.. be it the drink, the cheeseburger or something else.. just a shame
