Employees were all friendly on August 18th at 7:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the taste and appearance of the food were not what you would expect from BK. All 6 soft drinks were no longer carbonated. The seats and chairs are absolutely unacceptable. Very unkempt and no money seems to be invested anymore. We didn't feel comfortable.

Unfortunately I have to give one star to be able to rate it. Absolute juice shop, the staff incompetent and just stupid and above all lazy. We are told there are no shakes and then the customer behind us gets one. Also unfriendly and arrogant. Absolutely zero recommendation. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store unless you like being ripped off. Just sad.

We've been waiting for our delivery for almost 2.5 hours I received a confirmation of my order by email and the obligatory feedback email We still haven't received our order yet. It's crazy, what an impudence, I'm looking forward to tomorrow when someone in this dirty shop wants to explain to me how something like this can come about

No service at the drive-in counter, even after waiting 5 minutes. Then place the order at the checkout window only to find that card payment is not possible. Should then come to the restaurant and get in line again. After 15 minutes in line, I was able to extrapolate from observing the way things were done that it was still worth cooking for myself and I headed home.

All employees hardly speak English. There are no special offers if you ask. Some of the people were cold and the patty was dry

I bought fried wings and fries. The wings were good but the melted cheese they gave on the fries didn't have a good flavor, it wasn't the normal flavor they used to.

Had the crispy chicken burger. The taste was great but unfortunately it had a few hairs in it and we're not talking about 1-2 hairs here, we're talking about 4-5...

Food was good, waiting time was abnormally long. 25 minutes and only 4 people in front of me. The person at the cash register wasn't attuned either and took forever to take an order... Maybe it was also because it was around 40 degrees in the restaurant. Abnormally warm...

Stood at the drive in for 5 minutes with no response. Then a voice came from the loudspeaker asking them to drive forward. Then standing at the open window after 3 employees saw you, I drove away after another 10 minutes without being served. Then rather Mäces if things have to happen quickly.

Please just close it. What a nasty junk shop.

There were four of us there. I was the only one who didn't eat anything. Everyone else has food poisoning.

When I look at the other reviews, I ask myself: Is it still possible to eat here or is the place currently being run down? Two of the three things I wanted were out (Curly Fries and King Fusion Oreo). And there's hardly any sauce on the burger, making it far too dry and tasteless.

If I think my place is dirty then I'll go to Burger King hardberg first. Then I know that my apartment is not dirty at all. The offer is similar to that of a free market in a war zone. You only get what is available. Today the cheeseburger was out and the nugget burger was out. How this is supposed to work is a mystery to me. The staff tries hard but is visibly leaderless. It's a shame that the Wallraf team didn't check the dirty place. But Burger King Germany doesn't seem to care either. You also get more napkins than fries. o_o I would have liked to give minus stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. Therefore one star.

Waited at the company for delivery for 2 hours. After trying to reach someone by phone for an hour, we were told that you didn't have a driver. No more !

Worst Citizen King ever! Ordered food, waited 2 hours for it and no response. Called several times and was pushed away. then finally get someone on the phone so that you can then be told to wait another 1.5 hours!? 55€ order!

Because of the proximity to the hotel and massive hunger there. Although I read the Google reviews beforehand. Unfortunately, the reviews were right. Two employees in the store, very slow service, long waiting times. No order terminals. Overcrowded tablet station, sticky floor, generally not a very clean impression in all areas I saw. Food so-so. Cola cold, burger lukewarm, little salad, hardly any onion and sauce (Big King), fries, well. It's a shame that those responsible don't seem to read the Google reviews.

I was in this Burger King around 12:30 p.m. on the holiday (Ascension Day, May 9th, 2024) and ordered a Cheesy Bacon Lover Beef Double and a large fries. The fries were great - not too crispy, not limp, perfectly salted. But the burger... a disaster. The cheese slice didn't even melt, the patty was barely at room temperature, so it was almost raw - ditto the bacon strips. All of this carelessly slapped into the bun. Burger King promotes this $11 burger with a blazing ad that suggests you're getting a hot, delicious fast food product for your money. My copy was miles away from that. Sure: I would have had to return the item. But why do you go to a fast food restaurant? Because you're in a hurry... Waiting again wasn't an option. Note: At the time I ordered there was only one other guest present besides me - so stress couldn't have been the reason for this disaster food. Someone just wasn't in the mood. The service employee should have noticed the poor quality of the burger when it was handed out - but again, none of that happened. I accept something like that, but because it's happened to me for the third time in a few weeks at different locations, I have to post it. You won't be seeing me at Burger King for a long time...

It was Father's Day on the drive on Thursday, I wouldn't say it was busy, but the 3 employees were totally overwhelmed after receiving the order. They first checked whether everything was there and I was allowed in again because a citizen was missing. Then I would first have to discuss the fact that I hadn't received it In the end, it's better to hire new, motivated employees...

April 24, 2024 Very bad... Extremely dirty tables, the lady gossips about colleagues to customers and is otherwise very unfriendly. Was completely overwhelmed and was unfortunately very slow. In general the shop seems dirty, no napkins, rubbish lying around. The store could do so well. But with 5 customers you know that you can leave because it just takes too long.

Very unfriendly and confuses staff. Food was OK. Had to wait 30 minutes for my food even tho the place was empty.

BürgerKing Bonn was disappointing on its last visit. The long wait of 12 minutes to order and the inedible food were disappointing. In addition, there was no option to pay by card and the lack of ordering terminals, which further impacted the visit. It was particularly disappointing that the issue of card payment was only brought up after we had ordered, as this was not signposted. Improvements in service, quality and transparency are urgently needed.

I've gotten something from this Burger King many times. My order was incomplete at least 9 times, 3 of which I only noticed when I got home... the more expensive burgers were missing several times... still the highlight today... the burger wasn't right wrapped up and lying half spread out in the bag and the 2 packs of chilli cheese fries were on the side so that the cheese also leaked out... how can it be that you use your head so little and don't care how they do Food is packaged/wrapped.... I've given the shed lots of chances and been disappointed time and time again...never coming back

Shortly before Christmas: 2 kitchen helpers. 1 has no gloves on at all and the other is occupied, plays on his cell phone with gloves on and continues immediately. disgusting! The older shift manager sees it and doesn't do anything. Let everything go back straight away. The shift manager also notices this: it doesn’t matter. No “sorry” or a conversation with the employees. I've seen a lot, but I've never experienced anything so unfriendly and, above all, slow. Unfortunately I don't know the name. A lady from India who barely spoke German made half of an order wrong or forgot it. Food was cold, she was very unfriendly and annoyed. How can it be that you have to wait an hour in line for your turn? There was a cheerleading championship next door and people were standing outside. Nevertheless, only 1 cash register was served, those at the back were talking instead of letting several citizens in, every single one was done. Never again

I was there last night around 7 p.m. because unfortunately there was a line up to the entrance (about 5-6 orders in front of me). I waited almost 45 minutes until it was my turn and also waited another 10 minutes for the food (which isn't a bad thing). Unfortunately the service is always overwhelmed. Almost all employees worked in private clothes. One of the employees had an AirPod in his ear (apparently the Bl as he acted). Food was also only lukewarm and of course totally loveless and the bag was slapped and of course crushed. Overall, definitely not recommended. The holding company should take another look at the branch and clear things up

It's just Burger King, I don't say anything about it

Before Corona, this BK somehow ran better. Unfortunately, it is currently quite dirty and it takes quite a long time until you get your order. Finally, I always notice that the display is mostly empty. Not even the classics that are frequently ordered are in stock there. Somehow you have had the feeling for a long time that you are getting leftovers. It's as if they always replenish their supplies when the Baskets have a home game or another event taking place in the adjacent Telekomdome and on the days in between they use up the old leftovers. Basically I wouldn't have a problem with it if you couldn't taste it. But unfortunately on some days you notice that the products are no longer fresh. I won't say anything about the toilets. They themselves know that they have a cleanliness problem.

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Based on the negative reviews I expected the worst but it actually worked. Maybe we went to Burger King on a good day, but the food was quite good, the service was quick, the staff was friendly and I don't have any major complaints about the cleanliness. I didn't use the toilet, so I can't comment on that. Overall a good experience.

A pity. Bought for €23.00, was hungry for chicken wings and they were missing. 3.99 thrown out the window. Been there again today for a long time. Service always lousy. 2 people in front, waited 20 minutes. Don't know what to order so I don't get pickles on the burger. Saying please without a cucumber is probably not enough. Although the employee said please when handing it over...without cucumber...until I took a bite of a cucumber slice on the first bite and it didn't get any better.

The shop is dirty, the windows are smeared, there is rubbish lying around. Toilets resemble a rest stop. Staff... well

I went to Burger King today and it was really frustrating. I waited at the drive-thru for a full 25 minutes and no one came. When I went into the store, the two ladies were sitting comfortably at the table and were on their cell phones. I found that really disappointing. It would be nice if the staff were more attentive. Will never come there again Actually 0 stars!!!

Sunday lunchtime 12.30 p.m. Eating well. Service? None but the cleanliness in this restaurant is a disgrace, we are glad to have gotten out and not still stuck to the floor. But the women's toilet was an imposition. No toilet paper was the least of the evils. Even if the "mess" was from the carnival event the night before, you can't open a restaurant with toilets like that. Never again!

The perspective is missing. I was in this Burger King about a year ago. You can excuse it with Corona, but it was really dirty. The playground was closed and there was dirt and rubbish. Today, after the last time... the floor is extremely sticky, Unfortunately, the seller made mistakes several times, but he wasn't particularly friendly either. The ambience can only be explained with a picture. Compared to Mac Donald's 1 km further, you can still see the size of the citizens, but the "restaurant" is just as clean, as if you were taking it with you and eating it while walking

Sorry but in my opinion this is the worst BK I've ever been to. Dirty, coupons are not accepted. Card payment doesn't work every 2 days. Last time Big King ordered rolls from XtraLong but that doesn't work at all. And old bread rolls too!! This Burger King is a case for the health department and consumer protection! Don't let yourself be offered that and get on the owner's bag!! This Burger King should really be closed! These are my feelings after several attempts at eating there.

Der zweitschlechteste Burger King zu dem ich je gegangen. Nur der Burger King in Bad Neuenahr ist noch schlechter. Die Wartezeit ist unglaublich lang. Dann wurde auch noch unsere Bestellung verkackt. Da fahre ich das nächste Mal lieber nach Rheinbach.

Es dauert einfach zu lange bis man sein Essen bekommt. Auch wenn die Sachen angeblich immer frisch hergestellt werden dauert es einfach zu lange.

Ein BK wie jeder andere nur dass es hier meist sauber ist und man bekommt was man bestellt. Das dann auch noch idR frisch und lecker. Lieferservice zuverlässig und schnell und immer sehr nett.

Haben dort eine kurze Pause eingelegt. Wurden von einer nicht so munteren Bedienung sehr gemütlich bedient. War ok aber ich werde Dort nicht noch einmal einkehren.

Die Cola war nicht kalt, dafür war es im Restaurant sehr kalt, ohne Jacke hielt man es nicht aus.

Essen war nicht richtig warm, Salat war schon welk. Fritten waren mehrfach frittiert.

Einmal sehr langes warten im Drive, keiner wusste warum. Abends um ca. 21.30 Uhr. Einmal waren Mittags um 12.00 Uhr keine Rösti mehr da obwohl gerade frisch im Programm. Die Info kam erst als ich bezahlt hatte.😳

There was a 1st league basketball league game next door, the restaurant was full and the plave was served by 2x people only! Do the managers not pay attention to peak days here? Tables are not very clean and the trash bins and trays overflowing... Burgers as usual...

Dreckig ohne Ende, Bedingung komplett überfordert. Nach der Reportage gestern, wundert es mich nicht wieso das Essen so schlecht schmeckt. Ich werde nie mehr dort essen. Burger King sollte komplett geschlossen werden.

Dreckig, unfreundliches Personal und auf Covid Regeln wird überhaupt gar keinen Wert gelegt. Am schlimmsten ist jedoch der Lieferservice. Mehr als 2 1/2 Stunden Wartezeit. Ein andere Lieferung wurde vom Restaurant telefonisch storniert, es wurde jedoch kein Geld erstattet. Geht gar nicht.

Wir kommen grade aus der Filiale am Baskets Ring....Telekomdom.... Schlimmer geht nimmer.... Bestellt haben wir 2 Menues plus 2 Extra Burger- zusammen 36Euro- ....es ist ja ein Fast Food ....wird frisch zubereitet...nun gut Gewartet haben wir gut 20min...wobei unser Getränk schon vorher fertig war,womit das dann schon mal gut angewärmt war....Essen kam dann- Mayo hatten wir dazu bestellt....war aus- hat man uns dann später mitgeteilt. War bis jetzt - sagen wir mal- noch ok... Wir fangen an zu Essen....Kalt....gehn zu der Service Kraft...die meinte..es könne nicht sein... Möchten gern ,das sie den Burger noch mal warm macht,und stellen Burger - mit den Pommes...auf die Theke Unter protest nimmt diese den Burger....der dann nach 2min zurück gebracht wird an den Tisch...ohne Pommes.. Da war dann das Maß voll... Wobei ich noch dazu sagen muss...das Service Personal war durchweg sehr unorganiesiert und wenig Motiviert... Wir wollten dann unser Geld zurück... Es wurde dann längere Zeit rumm diskutiert....wobei wir den Geschäftsführer sprechen wollten- das war dann auf einmal die Servicekraft....gut...kann ja sein Wir wurden dann irgendwann ziemlich ungehalten....dann kam noch ein Miarbeiter aus der Zubereitung dazu.... Der zunächst auf Deutsch und dann auf Englisch einmischt.....wobei er davon ausging das wir das nicht verstehn...Da wir der Englischen Sprache mächtig sind....wollten wir zum guten Schluss dir Polizei holen....das ging garnicht... Bis wir dann doch unser Geld zurück bekommen haben Was ist da los????? Und nein....es war kein Stress und der Laden nicht voll...und nein...wir waren auch ganz freundlich am Anfang..... Irgendwann ist dann aber auch gut In diesem Laden von Fast Food oder Service zu sprechen......der reine Hohn.....

Das ist kein Schnellrestaurant, sondern ewig unterbesetzt! Dauert alles ewig. Und die die arbeiten,sind nicht die schnellsten!

Dieser Burger King ist nicht zu empfehlen. Mal abgesehen von den seit Jahren andauernden und wiederkehrenden Hygieneproblemen bei Burger King im Allgemeinen, ist diese Filiale nicht gut. Es riecht schon im Umkreis von 300 Metern nach altem Frittenfett. Die Produkte liegen häufig schon lange Zeit in der Ablage zwischen Küche und Kassenbereich. Entsprechend sind die Burger teilweise trocken und hart. Der Getränkeautomat war auch nur eingeschränkt nutzbar.

Friendly (English speaking staff), very good food and nice establishment.

Eine Inderin ißt einfach von den Pommes worin sie aufbewahrt werden.Leckt sich dann die Finger und ißt wieder daraus!So was ekliges habe ich noch nie erlebt.Und das eine Mitarbeiterin vor einem Kunden daraus ißt was für Kunden ist geht gar nicht! Werde dort nie wieder hingehen!

Wir hatten bisher noch nie Beanstandungen. An Peach: Man nimmt keinen Hund mit in ein Restaurant. Du beklagst Dich darüber, dass das „unhygienisch“ sei, ohne zu kapieren, dass es eher umgekehrt unhygienisch ist. Man, man.

Essen war nicht warm da es nicht unter dem Wärmehalter lag, sonst war es ok, Service war freundlich, gute Parkmöglichkeit, leider dürfen Hunde auch ins Restaurant, fand ich recht unhygienisch und das bellen störte auch, digitale Bestelltafeln gibt es dort noch nicht

Soweit war alles gut aber leider wurde es erlaubt das ein größere Hund im Restaurant geduldet wurde.

Столы не убраны. Я сел за стол, на котором была картошина, крышка от емкости с соусом и рваная салфетка. Официант принес мне заказ на подносе и поставил его прямо на мусор на столе... Бургер был отличный, вопросов нет. Картошка так себе, на 3 из 5. Кетчуп принесли не в емкости, а в мелкой пачечке, который мне некуда было выдавить, чтобы макать туда картошку. В итоге выдавил его на салфетку и макал картошку в размякшее месиво из кетчупа и бумаги. Но последнее, что меня добило - это кока-кола абсолютно без льда и не охлажденная, комнатной температуры. Да еще и разбавленная водой, возможно даже 1 к 1. От этого я был просто в шоке! Сделал пару глотков этой невкусной жидкости и пошел вон из этого неприятного местечка. Сейчас строчу этот плохой отзыв и жалею, что не высказал все это вашим работникам. А не высказал потому, что я не конфликтный. А не трус, как вы могли бы подумать. Я вон и в качалку хожу. Короче - все плохо, товарищи.

So schnell hatte ich bei einem Burger King noch nie mein Essen! Und....., ich habe einem neuen Lieblingsburger! Der Bacon King ist einfach ein riesen Ding und....! Er besteht quasi nur aus Fleisch und Bacon! Dadurch kann ich ihn ganz einfach Zuhause nochmal in den Ofen packen und heiß machen!! Das Brötchen wird wieder knusprig und der Burger schmeckt mir besser als frisch!! Einfach lecker!!

Schon fast dreist kalte Pommes rauszugeben mal ganz abgesehen von kalten Burgern - vielen Dank wir kommen nicht mehr wieder

Ich war heute bei Burger King und war enttäuscht über den Service. Es schien, als müsste ein einzelner Mitarbeiter eine sehr große Anzahl von Gästen bedienen, was zu längeren Wartezeiten führte. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn die Personalplanung verbessert würde, um den Kunden einen besseren Service zu bieten. Ich hoffe, dass dies in Zukunft berücksichtigt wird. Leider werde ich unter diesen Umständen nicht zurückkehren

Waren gestern abend da und war besser als wir erwartet haben. war ziemlich sauber, wurden schnell und freundlich bedient, essen war in weniger als 3 minuten da. essen selbst war okay, bikini bottom burger ungenießbar aber glaube das liegt eher an den Rezept als diesem spezifischen burger king. ansonsten war alles okay

Essen war gut und frisch, allerdings eeeewig gewartet (15 min) um beim drive in überhaupt bestellen zu können, obwohl vor mir nur 1 Auto war und ich die ganze zeit schon am Schalter stand

Das Essen war bei unserem Besuch am Samstagabend o.k. Im Gegensatz zu vor knapp einem Jahr waren die Burger recht frisch und auch warm (vorher waren die so hart, als wären die 5h alt). Was jedoch verwunderlich war, war dass das Brötchen des Big King sowie unseres Chicken Nugget Burgers aus dem Brötchen von jeweils einer Hälfte des Long Chicken stammte. Ich hab‘s zwar lieber so und frisch als hart und alt wie vorher, jedoch kann es doch nicht so schwer sein, qualitative Ansprüche seitens BK auch mal an seine Kunden weiterzugeben! Da hat Wallraff vermutlich doch recht…

Komme gerade vom Drive In. Sehr unfreundlich die Dame am Schalter und unverschämt was man bekommt beim Fish King ,Hamburger und Chesseburger. Brote bzw Buns wurden in 2 geteilt!!!!!!!! Ekelhaft zubereitet und Brot war abgestanden und verdreckt!!!!!! Landete alles im Müll!!! Nie wieder!!!!!! Heute um 19:45 Sonntag der 6.8.2023

Leider gibt es keine Bildschirme um seine Bestellung auf zu nehmen. Die Mitarbeiter ignorieren gelassen den AndrangDie an Kunden der bis draußen vor den Parkplatz steht. Sauberkeit siehe Foto. Bei der Bestellung wurden einzelne Artikel vergessen Müsst ihr wissen

5 Big King zum mit nehmen bestellt. Leider wurde ich nicht drauf hingewiesen dass es nicht mehr Das passende Burger-Brötchen mehr gibt . Wurde ohne zu fragen das vom Xtra Long verwendet. Was die Größe des Bürgers dementsprechend verkleinert hat. Geschmack war gleich und lecker . Aber kleiner als Normaler Big King .

Burger kam zwar warm, jedoch war der Salat sichtlich nicht mehr frisch und alles andere als knackig. Auf meinen Wunsch hin wurde nach längerer Diskussion ein neuer Burger gemacht, diesmal frisch. Schade…
