This branch is one of the smaller Burger King locations. It's usually quite quiet there, but you can almost always get a table. The wait at the drive-thru is also usually short. The wait time for your food is typical. There's plenty of parking available.

What I experienced here was absolute impudence. We went to the Burger King in Bonn almost an hour before closing time. Instead of taking orders as usual, the employee took each order individually, prepared it, and only then moved on to the next customer. The result: a 40-minute wait just to be allowed to order. The employee was consistently unfriendly, irritated, and condescending—not just to me, but to all customers. Zero customer service, zero respect. When we finally got our food, he immediately announced: If we're not out by midnight, he'll throw us out. He did this in a tone as if we were some kind of problem, non-paying customers. No apology for the wait, not a friendly word—just snippy, rude comments. Two minutes before midnight, he was back in front of us and, without any courtesy, kicked us out, saying his boss wanted to close immediately. That's not how you talk to customers, period. Conclusion: Terrible service, rude staff, long wait times, and zero appreciation for guests. Anyone who wants to be treated like that is welcome to go here – everyone else should avoid this place.

Great food, yes. Fast service? Definitely not, UNLESS using drive-through. We come here often because the food is good and consistent. However, if you're in a rush, this place isn't ideal unless there isn't a line. It's chronically understaffed, and the wait times can be surprisingly long, even when there aren’t many customers. One time we've had to wait up to 30 minutes just to place an order, even with only 3–4 people ahead of us. Other times are shorter, but it depends on the hour of the day as well as if the worker is new. There are no self-ordering stations (not a deal breaker for me. I'm fine without it), and they only take one order at a time. Meaning they fully process one customer or group before even acknowledging the next. It slows everything down when the line is very long.

One star is too many. With our children there, the high chair, the tables, and everything else were so dirty and greasy that we barely had any appetite. The food was cold and warm, just thrown together without any system or appreciation for the food. The fries were also ice cold, and the chicken nuggets tasted like they were three weeks old. I am shocked by this service. I ordered at 10 p.m. today and by midnight nothing had arrived. Nobody answered the phone even though I called at least 15 times. However, since I had already paid with PayPal, I was not going to take it easy not to get my order, so I went there in person. On the way I came across the driver who was coming towards me and wanted to finally bring me my food. He apologized and explained what was going on, so it's not his fault, but the other employees are just a disgrace. Nobody answers the phone when I've had 15 calls and they can't even let you know if it's taking longer. By the way, the food was cold and I also got the wrong burger, which I couldn't eat because it had bacon on it. Thank you very much for nothing, and you shouldn't order from or eat at this stupid branch.

Absolute disaster! There was only one vehicle in the drive-thru when I arrived. I decided to order in-store. A young man was in front of me who had ordered a children's meal and a Whopper meal. After his order, he was ignored for a whopping 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, I asked (having not yet placed my order) if it would take longer. I received a questioning look and the answer was about 5 minutes. I politely declined and left the store. It's ridiculous for any business to take 25 minutes for two meals and then simply not accept the people behind them. This is a far cry from fast food and the Burger King concept I'm familiar with. I would not recommend it. If the store had been full, I would have completely understood. But this was absolutely terrible, dear BK team.

People always tend to compare McDonalds in terms of speed and price. I'm more relaxed now and give people time.....But to be honest: the hut is full because there's a basketball game, there's a huge queue. Unclear which cash register is occupied, card reader broken (without notice), drinks lukewarm, newbie behind the counter with a two-man crew. It wasn't my first time here, so I'm used to the reduced speed at this location. But this time it topped everything. Definitely not a model branch. Burgers are good, but the combination is definitely too expensive.

On weekdays at 11:30 a.m., as the only customer in the branch, so completely stress-free. When we entered, we immediately noticed the need for renovation. The service was friendly. Disappointing Visit – Not a Recommendation I recently went to Burger King at the Telekom Dome in Bonn and was unfortunately anything but satisfied. The meat on my burger was partially burnt, giving it a bitter taste. The lettuce smelled unpleasant, almost spoiled – to be honest, it pretty much ruined my appetite. The cheese was only half-melted and still cold in some places – overall, the burger seemed carelessly prepared. This isn't how I imagine fast food – even for a quick snack, I expect a certain level of quality. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. I will definitely not visit this location again.

If possible, I would like to give zero stars. After over 11/2 hours the driver arrived with food in a bag that had no insulation. The food was cold at the bottom and not even lukewarm at the top. I then had to be told that this was normal with fatty food. He left 5 minutes ago. It's cold outside. He is new and just the driver. I was so taken aback by such stupid sayings that I paid it. The employee in the branch then became really rude. That's normal when there's so much to do. No empathy, no apology. Told him that it had already happened in the summer when it was 30 degrees. No reaction. I then asked him how long he had to work for 20 euros and he definitely had to work on his customer friendliness. FYI, I've already complained to Burger King customer service once. No apologies, no interest in customer service... CONCLUSION OF THE FOOD: THE CORONATION WOPPER Patty burnt, buns soupy and dried out on top. Nuggets like they were fried again. THAT’S IT!!! With the competition you know how to deal with customers better!!!!

The wait at the drive-thru and the fact that card payment hasn't worked for months are absolutely unacceptable. Such problems can usually be resolved with the relevant bank or branch within a day or a week at the latest. This gives the impression that something is being concealed - perhaps the actual sales figures are being manipulated or something is going on “next to the cash register”. I would strongly recommend bringing this condition to the attention of the relevant authorities. It is simply unbearable to have to wait a long time at the drive-thru only to find out that card payment is not possible - and that has been the case for a year! Especially in today's world, when cashless payments are standard, this seems more than backwards. In addition, the waiting times are a disaster. I expect fast and uncomplicated service from a fast food restaurant - after all, “almost” is in the name. Instead, this restaurant should probably be called “slow-time food”. All in all, a disappointing experience that doesn't live up to the standards of a modern fast food restaurant. There is an urgent need for action here!

Unfortunately, Burger King employees still don't know the difference between vegetarian and vegan. When I asked which of the plant based burgers were really vegan, the lady at the service said they were all vegan. It says veggie on it. Now I'm standing at the counter and have to google it first. Here I learned that the long chicken is really the only vegan burger. The menu cost just €9.90 and was ready in three minutes. The fries were cold and the burger wasn't even lukewarm. So both cold. I ate it and didn't complain. Otherwise the food would have been thrown away. For me, a reason not to go there again. Sorry

The “good” news first: The order was complete and no one had any problems with their stomach and/or intestines afterwards 😂. Otherwise there is unfortunately nothing good to say and it's really a wonder that the shop is still open. The furnishings are already too shabby for bulky waste, the building is a complete demolition hall and outside advertisements, drive-in counters, etc. really give you end-of-time vibes. I don't really know how Burger King's business model works, but the fact that the umbrella name Burger King still allows the name to be on it is crazy. If you order online, you have to take a lot of time! After waiting for over an hour, the food was still not there in the specified time slot. After asking over the phone, the food should arrive any moment. 10 minutes later it happened - and it was pure disappointment! King menu, churros and children's menu. Everything cold, bland, tasteless. Visually not a nice appearance! The whole thing for a mere €27 was for the garbage can. But the best thing, besides the cold food, was that 4 items were missing from the ordered delivery...churros without sauce, half of the children's menu was not included and was not delivered even though it was promised! So conclusion; once and never again! We also need to work urgently on staff and service. Especially at Basket's home games, which are usually sold out with 6,000 fans, you have to be prepared for a large crowd! You're better off somewhere else!

Chill Cheese Nuggets were soaked to death in oil and absolutely underdone, a soft mass of breading and unfinished cheese, disgusting! King Wedges I have no idea, old, from yesterday, I tried to get rid of the taste with the cola after the first bite, it didn't work, absolutely disgusting! Ordered online 2 1/2 hours ago... 40 minutes it said that the food would be there shortly - no food in sight, tried to call and no one answered the phone - suddenly an SMS came from Lieferando that the order had been canceled and the money was back via Paypal there…. 3 minutes later the bell rang after 2 1/2 hours that the order was there. The food was ice cold and the money was returned. Driver is angry about it and I quickly made spaghetti... After a stressful day at work. Where you think you're ordering early and the food finally arrives, it's a complete disaster and this is the second time it's happened like this... Terribly organized when it comes to delivering. Not recommended!!!

Die Burger die da waren, waren mit so wenig Soße, dass man sie suchen musste und vom Geschmack gar nicht zu spüren war. Es war nicht das erste Mal, dass die Ware nicht vollständig der Bestellung entsprach, aber sicherlich das letzte Mal, dass wir dort waren. Burger King am Basketsring absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Hiermit möchte ich Beanstandungen hinsichtlich der Qualität und Hygiene in Ihrem Restaurant vorbringen. Am 02.11.2024 konsumierte ich einen Burger, bei dem das Fleischpatty offensichtlich nicht frisch war und offenbar mehrere Stunden in einer Warmhaltepfanne aufbewahrt wurde. Zudem war der allgemeine Hygienestandard im Restaurant sehr bedenklich. Es waren verdreckte Tische mit eingetrockneten Speiseresten zu beobachten und die Sitzbezüge wiesen sichtbare Schäden auf. Besonders besorgniserregend ist, dass die Burger mit bloßen Händen zubereitet wurden, ohne dass erkennbar Hygienemaßnahmen eingehalten wurden. Aufgrund dieser Umstände entsprach der Geschmack und die Qualität des Produktes keinesfalls dem dafür verlangten Preis.

Worst BK in Bonn and the surrounding area. Take a detour to Bornheim. There is the best BK in the region. Hard Berg has poor leadership. Food doesn't taste good, shop is dirty and shabby. Without Basket's visitors the place would already be closed

Guys, what happened here... I have been visiting this restaurant for many years, but it will soon no longer be acceptable. Tables are completely dirty, lamp inserts are hanging out of the ceiling without bulbs and the waiting time is getting longer and longer. You can still live with the waiting time if the quality and cleanliness are good. Unfortunately, in my opinion, this is no longer guaranteed. Food is prepared without gloves and the tables are in a disgusting condition inside and even worse, outside. Totally smeared with dried ketchup and other leftover food. If something doesn't improve quickly, the guests will stay away...

Employees were all friendly on August 18th at 7:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the taste and appearance of the food were not what you would expect from BK. All 6 soft drinks were no longer carbonated. The seats and chairs are absolutely unacceptable. Very unkempt and no money seems to be invested anymore. We didn't feel comfortable.

Unfortunately I have to give one star to be able to rate it. Absolute juice shop, the staff incompetent and just stupid and above all lazy. We are told there are no shakes and then the customer behind us gets one. Also unfriendly and arrogant. Absolutely zero recommendation. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store unless you like being ripped off. Just sad.

I was driving through this city and we stopped to get something to eat. I've never seen such an ugly and dirty Burger King. The chairs were sticky, the tables were too, and I don't even want to talk about the restroom... a complete disaster. As a bonus, my family and I had stomach aches and diarrhea for two days after eating there. I can't recommend it. Avoid this place for your health!

Extremely unfriendly employee at the McDrive! On October 31, 2025, at approximately 11:10 PM, we were approached without a greeting and in a condescending tone. After just two minor changes to our order (still on the intercom), the employee became aggressive and rude. When we confronted him about it, he literally said that changed orders "annoyed" him—and even confirmed that he treated all customers this way! The man was about 45, overweight, with white hair, a white beard, and a Slavic accent. We've been here many times before, but after this experience, we'll never come back. Absolutely disrespectful behavior.

I would give zero stars if I could. At 2:30 PM, I was made to wait over 10 minutes for my food at McDonald's drive-thru. I was told to wait in the cold in the parking lot. No communication whatsoever. Absolutely unacceptable. Outrageous. But the operator who took my order was nice.
