I would give zero stars if I could. At 2:30 PM, I was made to wait over 10 minutes for my food at McDonald's drive-thru. I was told to wait in the cold in the parking lot. No communication whatsoever. Absolutely unacceptable. Outrageous. But the operator who took my order was nice.

I come here every Thursday and always order the same meal, the Cheeseburger McSmart meal. And every single time, at least one thing is missing. I understand that this job is hard, but it can't be that difficult to give me two cheeseburgers. That's not my main problem, though, since the service is friendly and they're happy to prepare the missing food. My problem is the food itself. Why does my burger look like it just lost to The Rock? On top of that, these self-order kiosks are slower than my bedridden grandma, and that's quite an achievement. I wouldn't normally complain about these prices, but they're not what they used to be. For these circumstances, I find the prices quite unjustified. Of course, this particular branch isn't to blame, but please change the wording of the chicken burger and stop using cardboard instead of meat (for context, I just mean that the meat has a cardboard-like consistency and isn't actually made of cardboard). Disaster. I ordered takeaway food and it was all cold, like it was leftover from last week. Never again.

I ordered at 7 PM, and at 10 PM I received a message that the order had been canceled. After waiting three hours, this is such an outrage that I don't know what to say.

A plus was that it was still quiet in the morning. The double chicken burger was quite hot, so fresh and therefore very edible. The employee seemed slightly annoyed when asked who was operating the McCafé. We placed our order at the terminal, and I thought you could also order at the counter. (My mistake). As someone who works in customer service, I know how to treat guests/customers differently and remain friendly and polite even under stress (which I didn't notice in the store). All in all, I'd say it was okay. For a quick bite – yes, but at least for us, that's all we expected.

The worst McDonald's ever. I ordered food through Lieferando. The employee on the phone said he couldn't do anything, that it was the Lieferando drivers. He said he couldn't do anything, he repeated that a hundred times on the phone. But maybe the driver would come, the man told me. And if not, I should call again. When I said they couldn't do anything anyway, he had no answer. Never again!

McDonald's, of course. The restrooms are often very dirty. This isn't because they're not cleaned enough, but because the customers don't know how to behave.

You spend 35 euros and get cold food. Then you leave. You complain, and the owner even complains. The staff gives you stupid looks. It's a disgrace. The last time I ate there.

I waited 10 minutes for my order. Then it said I could pick it up. When I picked it up, the employee said the pineapple dumpling would take 4-5 minutes. Great! I waited a total of 20 minutes for a burger, 9 nuggets, a pineapple dumpling, and an ice cream... even though it was the third order on the display... organization is something else entirely. The ice cream is also a joke in terms of quantity for the price.

Super friendly staff was just here...very, very helpful. I had problems with my coupon. The chicken nuggets were super, super hot, and the classic chicken was just as hot. Everything was super fresh and really delicious. And you've served me the hottest chicken nuggets and classic chicken in 48 years at this branch. Amazing and super delicious... thank you so much. Oh, and the young lady's friendliness with which she brings the food to your car is so sweet. Thank you so much for that too.... Respect.

It's getting worse every year. Nobody really speaks German anymore, which wouldn't bother me, but the burgers are nothing like BigTasty bacon, and the fries have been lacking salt for the past three months. I had to eat the good stuff yesterday, see picture:

I ordered a takeaway McFlurry earlier and was very disappointed: The cup was less than half full of ice cream. That's really outrageous! I pay €3 for a McFlurry, but I get less ice cream than I get with a €2 McSundae. That can't be right!

Whoever sat in the drive through on July 31st at 8:30 p.m. should probably stop doing that in the future. We were charged for a wrap we didn't want, my M Burger was a Big Mac, and the seasonings on the McShaker fries were missing. That's an unreasonable number of mistakes for a single order.

Very dirty and slow. After a 5-minute wait, I went into the restaurant. Waited there for another 15 minutes. It smelled musty inside, and there were a few flies buzzing around. The food counter was also completely filthy.

Absolutely outrageous. I had to wait almost 1.5 hours for 6 garlic nuggets. After asking several times whether they hadn't been forgotten, I was assured that they would be ready any moment. But only when absolutely EVERYONE else of the 50 visitors had received their order, even those who had ordered an hour later than me, and only then, after AGAIN asking, was I given my nuggets, which were no longer warm. I understand that it was busy at the time and the staff were understaffed. But I didn't have a huge order myself, just 6 nuggets and to wait 1.5 hours for them shows that my order was clearly overlooked and this is a clear sign of incompetence and unprofessionalism. Anyone who shops at this McDonald's should therefore expect to be simply forgotten. Absolutely not recommended.

I was just at the McDrive because I really wanted to try the new Mango McFlurry from their current promotion. I got my ice cream and wanted to eat it right there in the parking lot. It was just a much too soft/liquid mush. I told the employee that there must be something wrong with the ice cream machine; it was much too liquid. "Yeah, okay, thanks," was his response. No apology or even compensation. Wordless

Went there just for a caramel coffee. They served me something else after a extremely and painful long wait.

Just don't do it. The incompetence rate there is 100%. Just go somewhere else, bro. There's a much better kebab place right next door.

Chaotic organization at the drive-thru! Not the first time. Avoid at all costs. If you want to eat here, it's better to park and order inside. It's much faster. I've never witnessed such incompetence at any other McDonald's, anywhere. It's happened repeatedly, regardless of the time of day.

Restaurant not clean and food cold!

It's really not difficult to work at McS. But for some people, even that seems too complicated.

The air conditioning doesn't work—it's a sauna inside. The staff doesn't greet you, and you don't hear any "thank you" or "please." The toilets are completely dirty and disgusting—everywhere smells of urine. The kiosks almost never work.

I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's in Bad Godesberg. The staff was unfriendly and seemed stressed, my order wasn't taken correctly, and the food was neither fresh nor properly prepared. Furthermore, the dining area was messy and dirty. For a business of this size, I expect significantly better service. I will avoid this location in the future.

Waited for the order for 30 minutes. Ventilation does not work in the summer. It feels like it's in the middle of +30 and you want to run away. There are about 12-15 tables on the street and only one has an umbrella from the sun. And that place is always occupied.

Formerly my employer (Hahne System Gastronomie) next to the school, it's now a place where I like to take my kids. Friendly staff, delicious food, great, new and modern play options for children. Top! Negative: The drive-thru is a disaster. It used to take me less than 5 minutes. Now I wait for up to 15 minutes, and then they don't sell me breakfast because it's too late (5 minutes). Why can't I get breakfast if the employee is just too slow? So, something urgently needs to be done about the drive-thru. Addendum May 2025 What has happened to McDonald's? Dirty tables and chairs. Sticky floor, the table signs covered in ketchup. Poor from me. It could be better. People, at these prices, you can at least expect cleanliness.

After half an hour, they finally brought our order, but that wasn't all we ordered. The drinks weren't drinkable, and the ice had simply melted and turned into water. And we had to ask for everything three times.

Food as usual, so far good. But why isn't a single table wiped clean before the next guest arrives? You sit in the dirt while you eat. The restrooms are similarly disgusting and unhygienic.

Very, very, very serious advice: Unless you are immortal and somewhat masochistic and have an unlimited amount of life at your disposal - DO NOT go to this store. I repeat: GO. NOT. IN. THIS. LOAD. (And I'm not talking about a one-time experience, but about every single visit ever. And yes, I'm a bit masochistic.)

Either people here are not aware that poor quality will sooner or later cost the location and thus their own job, or McDonald's is such a bad employer that the employees don't care. It's up to you to judge. In any case, the conclusion is: important parts of the order were forgotten, the burgers were mashed together (similar to the soggy fries) and my wife had stomach cramps after her meal. We paid €25 for this and have not yet received any response to our complaint from customer service. Unfortunately, this confirms my decision that we rarely visit the chain anymore. Every kebab is cheaper and better than the one experienced here.

I'm shocked!!!!! Happened to me for the first time. I wanted to quickly eat something and order at the checkout when the gentleman with the headset spoke to me and said please order at the terminal. I answer no, then he tells me then you have to wait 10 minutes until 12:00. Parking lot not full, no queue, only 3 people ordering at the terminal. Where are the days when you were served immediately and then asked what else you wanted!!!!!!! Apparently they are doing too well!!!!! Left without having achieved anything. Now I just drink my coffee and have to continue working. Will never eat there again.

I only used the drive-thru. Fries were lukewarm and flabby. Drive-in and out a bit confusing via the parking lot.

The order machines keep hanging up after we tried to place an order at two machines for 10 minutes. It didn't work at the checkout with the app either. The cashier couldn't help either. Then, annoyed, we went somewhere else to eat. Apparently they don't need our money here! Went there again recently, unfortunately again very disappointing. Burgers and fries were cold, drinks were non-carbonated. It's a shame that you can't give minus stars. By far the worst branch in Bonn and the surrounding area.

This McDonalds is absolutely feral. Everytime I go here it's like opening pandoras box. Their self order terminals are running on 60's era moonlanding level hardware, insanely slow, crashing a lot, and buggy. I wouldn't be surprised if they are powered by a hamster in a wheel. The staff is an absolute wild card, sometimes cool, sometimes just gone like a ghost town. And now the food, I mean it's McDonalds so what do you expect? Well, once I went with 3 of my friends which all ordered a milk product and all of them coincidentally in the following week got severely ill with gastrointestinal issues. I am talking one fainted, the other had a fever and the third one got hospitalized for a week and had to get a colonoscopy. It was all fine in the end but damn was I lucky to have not ordered dairy there. That only happened once though so it must have been a fluke but God Damn it fix those terminals, they're worse than the food poisoning.

Unfortunately, this McDonald’s has gone extremely slack. The service is terrible, the employees seem unmotivated and not on task. The waiting time takes forever and the products are sometimes left for far too long before you get them. In addition, the floor is usually pretty dirty and the rest of the place isn't really clean either. Compared to before, unfortunately no longer recommended...

The dirtiest McDonald's I know, especially the tablet cash registers are extremely greasy... Disgusting! That's not possible. Wiping the display every hour should be a given, but it's not done. When asked, the answer is mushy, which fits with the general friendliness, because the employees are always stressed and pouting. Food is made sloppily, there is no advertised standard! You especially notice this with Mc Flurry and Co. Toppings are not made as specified but rather according to your mood and when the caramel sauce runs out there is none at all or just a drop... Getting new sauce in the warehouse is probably too big of a challenge for the employees. The boldest thing is when you order extras for expensive money, e.g. extra topping like 2x Oreo or double caramel, then you get exactly the same normal ice cream as without an extra charge! Fool! Apparently the workers don't even read the order. When asked, there is always a stupid comment or nothing at all, then everything is denied! Great, that's what I call top customer loyalty! The ice cream thing is apparently a global problem, because you get cheated in every other store, in almost the same way, at least in the Bonn area. You could say what are you getting upset about, but my point is that if you pay a lot of money you can get what you want! It's not too much to ask but McDonald's denies everything. Conclusion: Really dirty shop, good on the surface but when you look closely, really disgustingly unappetizing, all employees are unmotivated and absolutely unqualified! Management cares more about their own makeup than their work. And placing orders is like playing the lottery blindly. Well, what more could you want, if you want to eat really badly, go home angry and think about everything again in the evening, then you've come to the right place! Come here and let yourself be metaphorically... a customer who will never eat there again wishes you a lot of fun...

The disabled toilet could not be used because there was a ladder set up inside. Normal women's toilet smelled extremely like urine and the floor was slippery. Unfortunately, we are ALWAYS missing something. This can often be solved. But it's just annoying when you constantly have to report to the front desk or by phone. Yes, there are stressful days. Yes, mistakes can happen... but most of the time we get the food, the employees chat a lot, have fun at work and that's how it should be, but please don't neglect your work because of it. This is the last time we've been there and we'll just move on.

Waited more than 30 minutes for my food. The food was already cold and half of it was missing. When asked, they said that the food was “fresh”… The bags were also rummaged through, then it was claimed that the missing products were there (so I was indirectly accused of embezzling something).

Since the Monopoly campaign, I've unfortunately noticed that something is always missing from my orders. Since the campaign, it has happened more often that drinks are forgotten, for example. Otherwise the quality is as usual, but the frequency of errors mars the experience somewhat.

Absolutely catastrophic! The driver didn't even ring the bell and the order never arrived. When I complained to the boss, I was completely ignored - no help, no goodwill, nothing! I have never encountered such poor service. Just don't order here, it's a waste of time and money!

I just called because our drink and a cheeseburger were missing. Then the man started insulting me and threatening me with the police. I have called 5 times and said that. I tried to explain to him for several minutes that it wasn't me, but he didn't calm down at all and continued to threaten me with the police. Really nice employees, aren't they?

Shockingly bad. Had two Royal TS as a double menu for lunch today and have been shitting my heart out ever since.

The food is fine: warm and usually prepared quickly. The service is okay (almost 3 stars) and depends heavily on the respective operation. The tables are often dirty/greasy. On Wednesday, the old trays were stacked over two tables on the first floor.

One of the most incompetent McDonalds I've ever been to. It can't be that they can't give the customer the order completely every time. So seriously, I've never had such a craving for nuggets. What are the incompetent employees doing? They can't manage to give me the order I want, which made me write this feedback. Not recommended. 7.99 euros free mc's given. Very incompetent employees. Hunger for nuggets is nothing to be trifled with, never where a lot of anger is felt. Good luck, I won't come back and won't recommend the store.

The staff was friendly but the burgers looked like they had been dropped, the fries had no salt and were soggy from the day before and the coke had more water and the tables were sticky. Sunday afternoon 3 p.m.

Unfortunately my burger was cold, but it seemed to be the only one of 3...Staff were friendly and worked quickly...It's actually a 2-story branch, but the upper floor has been cordoned off for ages, and seats downstairs are rare. ..

Food is good and quick like in every McDonald's. Friendly staff, but a bit overwhelmed that day. The toilet facilities were a complete disaster that day. Sink clogged, wet all over the floor, the urinal wasn't hit that often, the toilet bowl was dirty and there was toilet paper all over the floor. That day was just disgusting. I hope it's not always like that. There is a need for action here.

The service is top. There are so many employees working here every day, and they are all very friendly and competent. Even the otherwise soggy fries are crispy here and the milkshake machine is always in operation here. The atmosphere is very modern for a McDonald's branch with digital order boards. I only miss the old characters that used to be at McDonald's, such as Ronald McDonald, who unfortunately no longer exists.

Unfortunately, the food was not tasty. I know that the food in all establishments should be the same, but for some unknown reason, the food was not tasty. The sauce in Bigmak was wrong. The cheeseburger in the Happy Meal was kind of crumpled and tasteless. Damage.

Everything was great, but a cheeseburger for €2.29 is tough :D
