**Unappetizing food and questionable explanation** I went to Burger King today and got a burger that looked anything but appetizing. The meat was covered in strange spots that the staff said were supposed to be protein. I was even shown how to prepare the meat, but to be honest I highly doubt this explanation. The burger just looked inedible and that should never have been given out to a customer.

Actually the worst Burger King I've ever visited. Would give less than one star if possible but unfortunately this function is not available. The parking lot looked cleaner than the Burger King itself. There was rubbish on the floor everywhere, leftover food and that was the last time I ate anything, probably forever. The only positive thing was that you didn't have to wait long for your order. 8 chili cheese burgers and 2 double cheeseburgers were ordered and we didn't wait 5 minutes but that's what they looked like. Never again !

Not only was it anything but fast food and we stood in the drive-thru for 30 minutes, the ChilliCheeseNuggets were hard and old, don't you believe me? Very very very poor customer service and very long waiting times, even after 10 minutes I was addressed with a “one moment”. The foreman was rude and didn't even look me in the eye during the conversation. He is about 1.87 tall and has white hair below his right ear.

Wanted to give this Burger King another chance, but it was even worse than last year: All places dirty and/or littered, upper floor cordoned off. Air conditioning is running, so other customers also found it cold. I usually like the burgers. This time ALL the vegan patties were burnt. According to the employees, this is “normal” and they stick to the 3 minute frying time. The branch manager accepted the complaint and swapped the burgers, the first patty of which was black again, swapped again. The remaining patties were no longer quite as black as before. Because I was so hungry, I started eating the burgers, but then I finally lost my appetite. Ate dessert at the competition next door. What else has to happen for things to improve?

Although I complained to Burger King GmbH and informed them about the conditions of the branch, I was only referred to the branch manager but as you can see, he doesn't seem to care about any of this... Quoting my complaint about this branch: Good afternoon dear Burger King team, I am shocked by the conditions of the branch in Bonn (Bornheimerstr. 230, 53119 Bonn). I visited the branch yesterday, and at first it's not clear from the outside what a worrying condition this branch is in. The only thing you notice from the outside is that the large Burger King logo has faded and can hardly be read. As soon as you enter the branch you notice how dirty this branch really is, the door handles are sticky, the windows are extremely smeared and urgently need to be cleaned. The garbage containers are full and are only emptied when the tables are full of tablets. The tables are so dirty that you hardly dare to sit at a table because you can see the grease stains on the tables with your naked eyes when the sun or light shines on them. The employees in the branch do not feel capable of doing this work, apart from how the customer is treated here does not correspond to the motto the customer is king... There are also no straws or napkins in the display. The toilets are not accessible here and are a health hazard, the smell that is constantly there is unbearable, there is no soap and no way to dry your hands because the hand dryer is broken here too. I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like if you know what overall condition this branch is in. We ordered. One of the expensive burgers was missing, there was no sauce and the fries and onion rings were cold and therefore totally soggy. Customer service? Nope. We are supposed to check the order in the presence of the delivery person (so that the next ones have even colder food and the poor guy gets shit on there) otherwise we have no claim to anything. If there were 0 points, I would give the Buger King.

Where should I start! The burger was completely burnt, the hot brownie with ice cream was completely melted and the ice cream soup was everywhere, we paid too much or the cashier added too much to the bill and showed no understanding. Let's start with the food, there is almost no sauce on the burgers. There was very little salad pressed on it. With the chili cheeseburger, the jalapenos were all put together in a pile and not distributed neatly and there was hardly any sauce on them either. The service leaves a little to be desired. You are asked what you want and you want to order directly and then the waitress just goes away to wipe... Well, now the ambience, it just looks very old. It's a shame actually... you could do more with it.

Zum Restaurant kann ich wenig sagen, ich war noch nicht vor Ort. Allerdings hatte ich gestern bei Burger King bestellt. Die langen Lieferzeiten waren mir bekannt trotzdem dachte ich mir "Solange sich der Fahrer innerhalb der 2 Stunden auf den Weg macht bin ich da gerne bereit zu warten." Nunja besagte 2 Stunden sind vorbei es war nun nicht mehr halb 9 sondern halb 11.. Und immer noch keine Meldung vom Restaurant oder vom Live Tracker... Ich habe dann noch einmal eine halbe Stunde gewartet bevor ich mir dann den Ofen vorgeheizt und einfach eine Pizza reingeschoben hatte. Nach insgesamt 3 Stunden kam der Lieferant dann auch... Ich hatte ihm dann gesagt dass es mittlerweile 3 Stunden nach Bestellung sind und ich das Essen nicht mehr haben möchte. Er ist dann gegangen mit den Worten "schon wieder einer"... Alles in allem kann ich hier nichts zum Essen sagen da ich dies nie bekommen hatte*. Fakt ist aber 3 Stunden Wartezeit sind einfach zu lang... Burger King schreibt sogar selber, dass man am besten vorbestellen sollte... Vielleicht sollte man aber einfach mit BK Delivery nochmal einen Schritt zurück gehen, überarbeiten und das ganze dann Funktionierenden raus bringen...

Weiss nicht warum sich burger King so viel mühe macht schlecht da zu stehen, die Tische voll mit tablets verklebt ins gesamt nicht gut ,das essen ist auch nicht wirklich lecker, das Auge ist mit > hier macht man besser beide Augen ZU! Der schlimmste BK im Umkreis. Wartezeiten sind extrem lange. Das Personal kann nix dafür, da sie offensichtlich unterbesetzt sind. Die können einem nur leid tun. Die Gäste benehmen sich wie Affen, drängeln sich vor und versauen den ganzen Laden. Keine Beleuchtung außen, innen keine Strohhalme, servierten oder Salz / Pfeffer. Kann nicht mehr lange dauern bis der dicht macht.

Wenig los bestellen an der Theke sehr schlecht Mitarbeiter schlecht ausgebildet vorallen Freundlichkeit fehlt Sauberkeit der Tische und Sitzgelegenheiten schmutzig man steht an der zwei Meter weg und wartet auf das Essen man sieht wie daß Essen auf den Tablett geworfen wird für mich war es das letzte Mal hier gewesen zu sein habe fast 22euro ausgeben für zählt leider Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit schade hier nicht mehr

Es gibt keinen schlechteren Burger King. Man müsste denken, dass dieser Laden mal ein Upgrade bekommt, aber das passiert nicht. Selbst der Whopper war kaum essbar, weder von der Zusammenstellung noch vom Geschmack. In den USA wäre dieser Laden längst geschlossen worden, aber die Qualitätsstandards hier sind anders. Grundsätzlich finde ich den Whopper ein klasse Produkt, aber nicht dort.

Das Essen ist halt Fast Food, da brauchen wir nicht groß drüber reden. Es schmeckt entsprechend. Der Service ist etwas langsam und vergisst zum Teil Sachen oder verwechselt Cola mit einem Shake. Trotzdem sehr freundlich und Einsichtig.

Dauert ewig bis man sein Essen bekommt. Totale Zeitverschwendung.

Wenn man stundenlang auf sein Essen warten will, ist man hier genau richtig. 😞 Wir sind dann um die Ecke zur Konkurrenz und waren dann immer noch schneller dran. 🍔🍟

Kollegen streiten sich beim Wooper Zubereitung....

Heute über Lieferando bei Burger King bestellt. Dieser Laden ist einfach das letzte... Die Bestellung kam nach 3 Stunden vollkommen kalt an. Natürlich wurde die Bestellung meinerseits nicht angenommen. Auf Nachfrage ob der Fahrer mit meiner Bestellung drei Stunden unterwegs war, kam als Antwort er sei alleine. Somit wurde es bestätigt: drei Stunden mit einer bereits bezahlten Bestellung herumgefahren unf am Ende umsonst, schade... Beim Versuch jemanden Telefonisch in dem Laden zu erreichen verzweifelt man, wenn jemand dran geht kommen Aussagen wie: das Essen ist unterwegs und es wird aufgelegt. Wenn überhaupt jemand dran geht. Mit Paypal bezahlt und jetzt kann ich gucken wie ich mein Geld zurück bekommen. Nie wieder!

Warten seit 3 Stunden auf unser Essen. Niemand geht ans Telefon. Bei den letzten Malen wurde immer etwas vergessen. Warum bietet man dann Lieferservice an, wenn es offensichtlich nicht funktioniert?!

Gestern Abend essen bestellt Lieferant echt sympathisch und freundlich Essen war wie folgt Der Crispy Chicken war recht gut Der Whopper Jr war auch recht gut Recht gut im Sinne für ein Schnell-Restaurant Dann die Pommes kalt und fast komplett roh Die Nuggets kamen in einem unappetitlichem dunkelbraun und haben nach altem Fett gerochen (geschmeckt haben sie jedoch relativ gut) Der Whopper unter aller Kanone Der langweiligste Burger den ich gegessen habe Kein Geschmack, lieblos belegt, die Sauce musste ich erstmal suchen, kein Käse Bei dem long Chicken tut sich nicht viel zum Whopper Dafür 35€ ausgegeben So schnell bestell ich da nicht nochmal

Ziemlicher Durchschnitt bzw. genau, wie man es vom Franchise erwartet. Der Plant-based Nugget-Burger war jedoch überdurchschnittlich gut. Nimmt ironischerweise kein American Express - und die Payback-Nummer muss Ziffer für Ziffer händisch eingetippt werden!

Bei meinem Besuch gegen 12:00 Mittags war die Filiale angenehm sauber, die Bedienung an der Kasse nett und konzentriert und sowohl Burger und Fritten waren ohne Mängel und haben entsprechend den BK-Vorgaben richtig gut geschmeckt. 👍

Mit dieser BK Filiale geht es seit Jahren nur noch abwärts, insb. was den Zustand des Gebäudes angeht.

Drecksladen mit Drecksmitarbeitern. Würde mich schämen Menschen so ein essen zu geben. Und um dort eingestellt zu werden, muss man aus der Schule geflogen sein weil man seinen Lehrer geschlagen hat. Nie wieder burger penner

-sehr nette Dame am Drive- In, hatte zwar am anfang die Pommes vergessen, aber nach dem Hinweis gab es die Pommes und einen guten Tip von ihr nämlich das nächste mal auf ein Menü zurückzugreifen, da würde man eher sparen;) -Parkplatz war viel frei und wir konnten in Ruhe essen -Die Burger 🍔 sowie Pommes 🍟 waren noch heiss uns frisch:)

Mitarbeiter geht mit Zigarette hinten in die Küche rein. Warme Cola erhalten weder gekühlt noch hatte sie Sprudel noch Eiswürfel das war das letzte Mal, dass ich ihn so ein Laden gegessen habe.

Unglaublich was sich die Mitarbeiter erlauben. Wurden gestern beleidigt bei einer einfachen Frage bezüglich Inhaltsstoffen. Werde nun andere Wege einreichen müssen.

Burger King ist mein Lieblingsburger. Ich habe es in Österreich, in der Tschechischen Republik, in den Niederlanden und dieses Mal zum ersten Mal in Deutschland und speziell in Bonn probiert. Ich muss leider sagen, dass es mir nicht gefallen hat, in diesem Lokal Burger zu essen, da die Zahl der Mitarbeiterinnen sehr gering war und es daher lange Wartezeiten gab, zusätzlich zu der mangelnden Sauberkeit des Lokals und, was am wichtigsten ist, dem Mangel der Freundlichkeit des Arbeiterin bei der Kasse. Es machte mich traurig, dass ich meinen Hunger ertrug und einen langen Weg zurücklegte, um Burger King zu finden, aber am Ende war ich schockiert.

Katastrophe. Wir wurden nicht bedient. Ca. 15 weitere Gäste warteten vergeblich auf ihr Essen. In der Küche herrschte Streit unter den Kollegen so dass nur ein Kollege in der Zubereitung blieb. Einer versuchte sich um Drive In und Laden zu kümmern. Auf Nachfrage was denn los sei wurde geantwortet dass es da immer so ablaufen würde. Nie wieder.....

Ich bin gebrochen absolut unfreundliches Personal wir sind am bestellen und der Kassierer sagt uns einfach wir sollen schneller machen. Darauf hin warten wir 20 min auf unser Essen wir sind einfach gefahren bodenlos sowas wirklich. Direkt gegen über zum MCs gefahren viel besser.

Es ist nicht normal für eine Bestellung dass man fast 25 Minuten warten muss. Nur Bestellung…..

Toiletten dreckig, Herrentoilette hatte keine Seife mehr. Bei der Zubereitung der Speisen wurden keine Handschuhe getragen, ein Burger der mit Käse belegt wurde, obwohl er ohne Käse sein sollte, wurde kurzerhand ausgepackt, der Käse herunter genommen und dann wieder neu verpackt. Bis zu diesem Schritt waren 6 Hände an dem Burger. Sorry Leute, aber das geht gar nicht!!!!!!

also das noch FAST food zu nennen ist eine massive übertreibung, dabei ist kaum etwas los. wenn man 15min+ auf sein essen warten muss, kann ich auch in ein normales restaurant gehen! für die mittagspause überhaupt nicht geeignet.

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Ich war heute das erste Mal hier und Bedienung war freundlich und auf Zack, das Restaurant und die Toiletten waren sauber und das Essen super lecker und definitiv frisch. Mein Fazit: Unvoreingenommen mal hin und sich selbst ein Bild machen.
