McDonald's, after all. There's not much to describe. But the fries were unfortunately cold.

Unfriendly and unhelpful. I couldn't figure out the app and the coupons. Instead of helping me, two employees insulted me and refused to give me food. I don't recommend this McDonald's.

The service just doesn't care. They are unfriendly and rude. However, not all of them. Besides, it's dirty here. Especially outdoors. The tables, chairs and floor are dirty - very disgusting. I wiped my table with a napkin. The napkin was black afterwards - without any exaggeration. The employees try very hard NOT to see this. Shame on McDoof.

A McDonalds like many. Since the employees changed, everything is there when picked up. Employees are also very nice. The ambience is McDonald's. Old review: One of the worst McDonald's. Ordered via app today around 9 p.m. The employee complains loudly about ordering a McFlurry and iced coffee. Asks me why I would order something like that and refuses to accept a 50 note. The order was missing fries and sauce. When you order via the McDonals app, you still have the greatest chance of receiving the right products.

After a 14 hour day at work, I just wanted to eat something quickly. - what was ordered was: large fries, mayo, MC chicken, Mcflurry and Cola Zero. - I got: large fries, ketchup, chicken burger, no ice cream and Cola Zero. When I mentioned the deficiencies, I was just grinned and answered with "yes, ok, yes". It simply took almost 25 minutes until I received my entire order correctly and then the ice cream machine suddenly broke down. Interestingly, this was called forward by one of the people who was frying the burger with the words: "No ice cream, the machine makes wrmmm"

Worst MC D ever. Slow, unfriendly, don't speak German. Was yelled at and then apologized. Burgers cold...no wonder they're as slow as they are. If you understand them. Skilled workers gather here. Drive somewhere else

Overwhelmed staff and dirty tables.

We went to the drive-thru and ordered a McSmart meal, a McSundae and a McPlant meal using a coupon. Ordering took forever and we had to repeat everything several times. That's why we asked several times whether everything on one menu was plant-based, which was confirmed. In the end we ended up with a Big Mac without sauce instead of a McPlant, a burnt cheeseburger, Coke instead of a Diet Coke, cold fries (albeit with hair in them) and the McSundae was completely forgotten. We then got it after asking twice, but the BigMac was no longer replaced with a McPlant on the grounds that that wasn't possible and that we had probably ordered wrong. My worst experience at McDonalds so far. McDonalds is now simply too expensive for such a cheap service.

I get disgusting nuggets and ask that they be removed and that I “just” get a cheeseburger for them and am simply rejected.

Wrong food and drinks were delivered and after a complaint over the phone there was a discussion, I was shouted at and the lady simply hung up. Friendly customer service is something else

Unfortunately, this McDonald'S has really completely failed. The service is terribly bad. The cleanliness is like a train station toilet. The food is always cold and incomplete. The employees don't understand you well. Unfortunately, this is really the worst McDonald's in Germany.

It's just McD, but when it comes to parking in connection with the drive-thru, something needs to be improved and clean tables would be nice... 🖖

We were there for the first time today and have to contradict the reviews. It's Sunday, it was late in the afternoon and busy and we were amazed at how quickly the order was ready. It took less than 5 minutes for 3 menus. Sure - a straw and mayo were forgotten, but that's absolutely human and can happen! We then went to the counter and they apologized. In general, the employees there were very friendly and I didn't necessarily find it dirty. People come and go and a young man was busy collecting things that others left lying around instead of putting the tray away. It's not the employees' fault; but of the impeccable customers. We'll be back! :)

Delivery time: as quickly as possible, then it says 60 minutes - we are now 90 minutes further and according to Lieferando they still need 36 minutes. I would have been faster even on foot. We've been waiting for a burger menu since 1:30 p.m. - now it's 3:00 p.m. and you answer the phone KEEEEEIIIIIIINER...now 3:40 p.m. and still no food.

There's ONCE in ages when you go back to Mcdoof and your order isn't complete, which unfortunately I only noticed when I got home. You're just getting ripped off everywhere.

I don't even know where to start... A very simple order with these shake fries included, which shouldn't be rocket science. However, with 5 products you obviously miss the sauces, the powder and the bag for shaking. The chicken burger was only half wrapped... The fries (2 large ones chosen to share from the menu) were half filled and definitely corresponded to a small portion in terms of quantity. And then the statistics are clearly botched: the order is received and is immediately stated as “ready for collection”. After 8 1/2 minutes the incorrect order was ready. Just been to Mc Drive. Blonde lady with ponytail and glasses who gave me the food and drinks at the second counter is impossible. She didn't close the lid of the drink properly, so the cola dripped down my shirt. When asked about this, she simply turned around without apologizing. That's not possible!! On top of that, the fries are totally over salted.

Rarely have I experienced such audacity. Order in the branch at the terminal to take away, no other orders are being processed. Waited 12 minutes for a simple chicken burger (the waitress called back to the kitchen three times to remind). Meanwhile, the other two burgers we ordered and the fries were already in the bag... the entire time. After my comment that the fries had been in there for ten minutes, they were replaced and remained in the bag for the rest of the time... Result: after a two-minute drive home I had a warm burger and two ice-cold burgers with cold fries. My highlight while waiting, however, was when an employee held a package of nuggets under his nose, made a face, and shoved it under the nose of a colleague, who then just nodded. The nuggets were still put in a bag and sold at the drive-thru. All I can say is: delicious 🤮

Unfortunately it's the dirtiest McDonald's I know, we go there often because we live nearby. The places are all completely dirty and you have to clean a table yourself with a cloth. The toilets are a disaster. On two days in a row the women's toilet and sink were smeared with poop. No one cleaned them and there was no toilet paper for days. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was an absolute disaster. It is located on a good corner where you could actually go, but please urgently change the cleanliness.

Instead of St.Augustiner, the driver drove to Augusta Street. The delivery was correspondingly cold. Thanks to Lieferando you can follow the tour. When asked about the wrong drink, his two words were: Message Lieferando. Essen heute bestellt naja heute wars mal sehr schlecht ehrlich zusagen erwarte ich bei MCD garnichts mehr, aber Bestellungen sollte man in der lage sein richtig zu gestalten.. Heut mal den Plantburger Probiert was soll ich sagen da war Bacon drauf esse auch Fleisch deswegen war es mir egal.. Fritten bestellt ohne Salz was soll ich sagen sie waren kalt und gesalzen… Getränk bestellt ohne Eis aber eis war drinne. Heut war einfach alles falsch…

Nach einem Durchhänger hat sich das Restaurant positiv verändert. Schnelle und freundliche Bedienung, schnelle Lieferung und das Essen ist auch richtig heiß. Toiletten etc. sind sauber. Nix zu meckern. Ende 2023 hat sich der Service nochmals verbessert.

Mc Donalds ist in die Jahre gekommen und hat an Anziehungskraft deutlich verloren. Ist eben ein typischer Fast Food Laden in welchem man natürlich auch nichts großartiges erwarten darf. Für gerade mal so zwischendurch sicherlich okay...aber mehr auch nicht denn dafür sind die Preise mittlerweile echt zu hoch...

Als wir das Restaurant betraten war die Sitzbank beschmutzt, wahrscheinlich von Kindern der vorherigen Besucher, die kleinen Fußabdrücke waren sichtbar. Bei der weiblichen Restaurantleitung reklamiert…dreißig Sekunden später wurde mit einem Lächeln von der Dame der Platz picobello nass gereinigt… Das nenne ich Service und Leidenschaft ❤️‍🔥 für den Job. Diese Dame verdient den Orden von McDonalds Employee of the year!!! Die Bestellung kam ebenfalls prompt von derselben Dame ebenfalls mit einem Lächeln, obwohl das Restaurant bis zum letzten Platz besetzt war und sich eine Schlange im Eingangsbereich bildete… sehr vorbildlich der Einsatz der Dame…

Sehr gut dass es Plätze mit Steckdosen gibt aber leider an so hohen Art Regalen. Etwas ungemütlich. Kaffeesoezislitsten leider zu teuer.

Ich habe ein Eis Getränk bestellt und da war fast nur Karamell drinnen, nicht einmal Eiswürfel so wie es üblich ist. Musste fast kotzen. Das tut mir echt leid für den Laden, aber es ist nun mal 1 Stern wert ich habe fast 5€ dafür bezahlt.

Service is wirklich klasse. Unglaublich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Essen. McD halt. Geht so. Der neue Big Mac war leider eine Enttäuschung. Generell ein sehr schöner McD. Bitte nicht nur die Tische abwischen sondern auch die Sitzgelegenheiten.

Sehr gut, nur toilette müsste mehr gesäubert werden.

Allzeit zufrieden mit diesem Lokal. Abends ab 21 Uhr zu empfehlen. Ruhig ist es dann und Frisches Essen erhält man.

Ich habe Zöliakie und bestellte ein Bic Mac Menü ohne Brot. Daraufhin wurde eine neue Fritteuse mit frischem Fett für meine Pommes befüllt und die Schichtleitung hat die Herstellung des Burgers überwacht um Kontamination bestmöglich auszuschließen. Das Essen war heiß, alle waren sehr zuvorkommend und das Restaurant war gut besetzt, aber sauber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Gegen 16 Uhr im Laden gewesen. Es war überhaupt nicht viel los. Alle freien Tische waren total verdreckt und die Bänke haben geklebt. Sehr schade. Essen ist halt wie immer bei MC Donalds.
