Nerve-wracking. You order via Lieferando, McDonalds is just 3km away. Delivery time: as quickly as possible, then it says 60 minutes - we are now 90 minutes further and according to Lieferando they still need 36 minutes. I would have been faster even on foot. Absolute joke. Over 2 hours for a McMenu. It's not because of Lieferando, I order from them more often. If only I had ordered somewhere else - somehow it never works with this Mäkkes. The employees have problems reading an order with 5 items correctly. Really not recommended. ..... incredible. In the last 10 minutes another 20 minutes of waiting time was added. I would like the food BEFORE 3:30 p.m., otherwise the driver can take it back and I will book the money back via Lieferando and you can eat it yourself. Hammer-bad service - I've never experienced it before. We've been waiting for a burger menu since 1:30 p.m. - now it's 3:00 p.m. and you answer the phone KEEEEEIIIIIIINER...now 3:40 p.m. and still no food.

So even that is really bad for mecces 20 nuggets and only 14 in there?? Big fries and only half full ?? The new chicken burgers with half the sauce thrown in and only half the sauce on it? Really bad even by your standards. Do you assume that if you take it with you (drive) you won't get annoyed?

There's ONCE in ages when you go back to Mcdoof and your order isn't complete, which unfortunately I only noticed when I got home. You're just getting ripped off everywhere.

I don't even know where to start... A very simple order with these shake fries included, which shouldn't be rocket science. However, with 5 products you obviously miss the sauces, the powder and the bag for shaking. The chicken burger was only half wrapped... The fries (2 large ones chosen to share from the menu) were half filled and definitely corresponded to a small portion in terms of quantity. And then the statistics are clearly botched: the order is received and is immediately stated as “ready for collection”. After 8 1/2 minutes the incorrect order was ready. Oh yes, the atmosphere is quite nice.

I came for 20 nuggets and 2 McChicken... I got a Bicmac with fries and coke... I don't know why or how. I had to wait 20 minutes because of the many people. Just been to Mc Drive. Blonde lady with ponytail and glasses who gave me the food and drinks at the second counter is impossible. She didn't close the lid of the drink properly, so the cola dripped down my shirt. When asked about this, she simply turned around without apologizing. That's not possible!! On top of that, the fries are totally over salted.

Rarely have I experienced such audacity. Order in the branch at the terminal to take away, no other orders are being processed. Waited 12 minutes for a simple chicken burger (the waitress called back to the kitchen three times to remind). Meanwhile, the other two burgers we ordered and the fries were already in the bag... the entire time. After my comment that the fries had been in there for ten minutes, they were replaced and remained in the bag for the rest of the time... Result: after a two-minute drive home I had a warm burger and two ice-cold burgers with cold fries. My highlight while waiting, however, was when an employee held a package of nuggets under his nose, made a face, and shoved it under the nose of a colleague, who then just nodded. The nuggets were still put in a bag and sold at the drive-thru. All I can say is: delicious 🤮

Well I don't know why but a lot of mcse lately are really dropping in quality. Unfortunately, the employees speak little to no German, which makes it difficult to communicate.

Why are the numbers displayed directly on Ready for collection if they are only available after 20 minutes? Really ridiculous, probably so that the time is officially adhered to by the employees who work there, no wonder

Good Macces in Bonn..Much cleaner, faster and more reliable than other branches..Somehow it tastes better here too. 🤷‍♂️

The dirtiest McDonald's we have ever seen, employees unmotivated (e.g. no clean seats but 4 employees chatting privately), food from the day before (we were the first on Sunday) was still on the tables outside, parking lot dirty, women's toilet completely under any criticism , I also took photos, unfortunately I can't upload them

Unfortunately it's the dirtiest McDonald's I know, we go there often because we live nearby. The places are all completely dirty and you have to clean a table yourself with a cloth. The toilets are a disaster. On two days in a row the women's toilet and sink were smeared with poop. No one cleaned them and there was no toilet paper for days. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was an absolute disaster. It is located on a good corner where you could actually go, but please urgently change the cleanliness.

Instead of St.Augustiner, the driver drove to Augusta Street. The delivery was correspondingly cold. Thanks to Lieferando you can follow the tour. When asked about the wrong drink, his two words were: Message Lieferando. Wanted to order something at the checkout. New employees. No support from the team leader. I gave up after 15 minutes. There is no proper training here. Unfortunately, the new employee and customer were unlucky.

Essen heute bestellt naja heute wars mal sehr schlecht ehrlich zusagen erwarte ich bei MCD garnichts mehr, aber Bestellungen sollte man in der lage sein richtig zu gestalten.. Heut mal den Plantburger Probiert was soll ich sagen da war Bacon drauf esse auch Fleisch deswegen war es mir egal.. Fritten bestellt ohne Salz was soll ich sagen sie waren kalt und gesalzen… Getränk bestellt ohne Eis aber eis war drinne. Heut war einfach alles falsch…

Nach einem Durchhänger hat sich das Restaurant positiv verändert. Schnelle und freundliche Bedienung, schnelle Lieferung und das Essen ist auch richtig heiß. Toiletten etc. sind sauber. Nix zu meckern. Ende 2023 hat sich der Service nochmals verbessert.

Mc Donalds ist in die Jahre gekommen und hat an Anziehungskraft deutlich verloren. Ist eben ein typischer Fast Food Laden in welchem man natürlich auch nichts großartiges erwarten darf. Für gerade mal so zwischendurch sicherlich okay...aber mehr auch nicht denn dafür sind die Preise mittlerweile echt zu hoch...

Als wir das Restaurant betraten war die Sitzbank beschmutzt, wahrscheinlich von Kindern der vorherigen Besucher, die kleinen Fußabdrücke waren sichtbar. Bei der weiblichen Restaurantleitung reklamiert…dreißig Sekunden später wurde mit einem Lächeln von der Dame der Platz picobello nass gereinigt… Das nenne ich Service und Leidenschaft ❤️‍🔥 für den Job. Diese Dame verdient den Orden von McDonalds Employee of the year!!! Die Bestellung kam ebenfalls prompt von derselben Dame ebenfalls mit einem Lächeln, obwohl das Restaurant bis zum letzten Platz besetzt war und sich eine Schlange im Eingangsbereich bildete… sehr vorbildlich der Einsatz der Dame…

Sehr gut dass es Plätze mit Steckdosen gibt aber leider an so hohen Art Regalen. Etwas ungemütlich. Kaffeesoezislitsten leider zu teuer.

Ich habe ein Eis Getränk bestellt und da war fast nur Karamell drinnen, nicht einmal Eiswürfel so wie es üblich ist. Musste fast kotzen. Das tut mir echt leid für den Laden, aber es ist nun mal 1 Stern wert ich habe fast 5€ dafür bezahlt.

Service is wirklich klasse. Unglaublich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Essen. McD halt. Geht so. Der neue Big Mac war leider eine Enttäuschung. Generell ein sehr schöner McD. Bitte nicht nur die Tische abwischen sondern auch die Sitzgelegenheiten.

Hunger gehabt mehr nicht... Dreck wie überall

Sehr gut, nur toilette müsste mehr gesäubert werden.

Allzeit zufrieden mit diesem Lokal. Abends ab 21 Uhr zu empfehlen. Ruhig ist es dann und Frisches Essen erhält man.

Ich habe Zöliakie und bestellte ein Bic Mac Menü ohne Brot. Daraufhin wurde eine neue Fritteuse mit frischem Fett für meine Pommes befüllt und die Schichtleitung hat die Herstellung des Burgers überwacht um Kontamination bestmöglich auszuschließen. Das Essen war heiß, alle waren sehr zuvorkommend und das Restaurant war gut besetzt, aber sauber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Gegen 16 Uhr im Laden gewesen. Es war überhaupt nicht viel los. Alle freien Tische waren total verdreckt und die Bänke haben geklebt. Sehr schade. Essen ist halt wie immer bei MC Donalds.

Alter.... Das ist der schnellste mc Donalds, den ich je erlebt habe. Da wird "fast food" ernst genommen.

Hir wird man regelmäßig um sein bezahltes Essen geprellt! UNBEDINGT jede Bestellung nochmal selbst überprüfen!

Der Burger 🍔 war leider total verbrannt, leider erst zuhause gesehen. Beim nächsten mal wird wieder kontrolliert. Sonst aber zufrieden.

Leider zu wenig vegetarische Gerichte,..der Trend war ja schon länger abzusehen. Das Konzept scheint zu stimmen. Das personal gibt sich sehr viel Mühe. Aber am Essen müsst ihr etwas ändern. Sicherlich eine Frage an das Management in der Führungsebene. Beste Grüße.

Viel Platz, sauber und eine kleine Trasse

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig und das im Innen, wie im Aussenbereich. Ich hoffe in den Zubereitung Rãumen sieht es besser aus. Klar an dem Tag, als ich dort war, war das Wetter schlecht, aber Ordnung halten und versuchen die Sauberkeit zu waren, sind auch in so einem Lokal das oberste Gebot.

Eben MC Donalds .... Man will es nicht, tut es sich aber trotzdem alle paar Wochen mal an 😆👍

Der McFlury war gut. Das Ambiente könnte verbessert und gemütlicher gemacht werden. Der Service war eher chaotisch, als koordiniert.

Leider war das Personal unterbesetzt und die Burger lauwarm.

Die Tische waren sehr dreckig. Der Bestellautomat hat nicht funktioniert und als der Leiter (Typ mit dem Hemd) gerufen wurde, hat er mich nicht verstanden. Er sprach sehr schlechtes Deutsch und war nicht hilfsbereit. Die Dame (vermutlich Russin oder Ukrainerin) war super unhöflich und hat das Essen vor mir auf den Tisch geschmissen. Dazu waren noch die Pommes kalt und haben nach Pappe geschmeckt. Der Betreibsleiter scheint also sehr inkompetent zu sein. Die Mitarbeiter sahen verhetzt aus. Ein Stern ist also zu viel. Würde ich niemals empfehlen!!!

Nicht empfehlenswert! Das Essen täuscht nur als ich da war haben die ersten 2 Bisse von Burger geschmeckt doch danach hab ich nur noch mit zwang gegessen! Nach dem Essen klagen mir Bauchschmerzen und so stark das ich sogar zum Arzt musste . Am liebsten würde ich Garkein Stern geben !!! Fingernägel im Burger sowie lange Haare ,ekelerregend. Mein Bruder erlitt eine Lebensmittel Vergiftung da er einen Bigmac gegessen hat der bestimmt auf den Boden gelandet ist. Deshalb im groß und ganzen würde ich Ihnen das Mc Donalds auf keinem Fall empfehlen!!!

Der Laden ist ganz ordentlich. Sonst kann man auch drauf verzichten.

Im Großen und Ganzen ein McDonalds wie man ihn erwartet. Genug Parkplätze und eine recht gute Erfüllung der Normen der Fastfoodkette.

Bin kein großer Fan von McDonald's, wenn ich aber dann gehe, bin ich meistens in der Beueler Filiale. Die Filiale dort ist immer sauber und die Angestellten immer cool und freundlich. Für mich mit Abstand die beste Filiale in Bonn

Das Essen ist dank Systemgastronomie gut. In diese Filiale bekommt man keinen Strohalm, da dieser "abgeschafft" wurde. Komische, beim Milchshake bekommt man einen und in jeder anderen Filiale auch. Trotz mehrmaligen fragen bekommt man nur eine schnell "haben wir abgeschafft" antwort. Ok, ein Kunde weniger.

Брали еду на вынос 31.05, заказ 129. Во-первых при раскрытии пакета куда персонал складывал все набор они его на половину порвали, но упорно продолжали складывать пока он у них не порвался полностью и все содержимое выпало. Во-вторых мы хотели заказать макменю с акционными стаканами и ни одного стакана не было, а мы заказали на 50 евро. В-третьих по приезду домой обнаружили что mcwrap chicken caesar просто не положили.

Essen lecker leider gibt's bei der App immer Probleme und man konnte uns vor Ort nicht weiter helfen. Gratis Pommes juhu doch Einlösen kann man den Gutschein nicht. Toll Mc Donalds ...

Das es das beste beste McDonald's der Stadt ist, ist schon traurig und spricht leider nichtehe für den guten Standard der hier mal war. Sehr schmutzig egal ob draußen oder drinnen und die Sanitäranlagen bräuchten auch mal wieder Zuwendung und nicht nur in der Reinigung. Personal ist bemüht freundlich zu sein aber meist ist nur der Frust. Hoffe es ändert sich wieder.

Selbst 1 Stern ist zu viel! Sehr schmutzig, schlechter Service, schlechte Qualität, Nuggets, Bürger und auch Pomes kalt! Mitarbeiter sind leider auch sehr unfreundlich gewesen! Wir haben uns beschwert, der Mitarbeiter von Mc: ,,Was soll ich machen?'' Nie wieder hier!

McDonald’s ist McDonalds. Liegt nicht an der Qualität, aber uns wurde weniger gegeben als wir bestellt haben. 2 Mcsmenus haben wir bestellt, keine Soßen waren dabei eine Pommes fehlte auch. Für den Preis 20€ ist das schon echt ärgerlich!!!!!!

Fast wie immer, nur das die Bedienung im MC Kaffee sehr unfreundlich war und ich einen gefrohrene Muffin bekommen habe. Sollte den einfach etwas stehen lassen der würde ja gleich auftauen.
