Extremely unfriendly employee at the McDrive! On October 31, 2025, at approximately 11:10 PM, we were approached without a greeting and in a condescending tone. After just two minor changes to our order (still on the intercom), the employee became aggressive and rude. When we confronted him about it, he literally said that changed orders "annoyed" him—and even confirmed that he treated all customers this way! The man was about 45, overweight, with white hair, a white beard, and a Slavic accent. We've been here many times before, but after this experience, we'll never come back. Absolutely disrespectful behavior.

We have never experienced such terrible customer service as at this McDonald's. The man at the counter on October 31st around 11 pm treated us in a truly demeaning and humiliating manner. My friends and I were shocked that someone who didn't know us spoke to us so disrespectfully. His behavior was so outrageous that we abandoned two-thirds of our order because we just wanted to leave quickly. We will never visit this branch again.

By far the worst McDonald's in the entire area and the worst I've ever experienced. The employees just stand around idly, and all the tables are filthy and disgusting. The food is ice cold, and they ALWAYS forget something when you order; it's exhausting having to constantly check everything. Honestly, the only solution is to completely replace the staff…

Unfortunately, you have to check what's in the bag right away; items you ordered are missing. It's a takeout from the McDrive, the food is only lukewarm, and the fries aren't crispy. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience.

I went to McDonald's again today and ordered a chocolate McFlurry with chocolate sauce from the vending machine. The problem: This was the third time I got vanilla with chocolate sauce, even though I had ordered chocolate ice cream and it was indicated on the vending machine. • 1st time: It can happen, I thought. • 2nd time: I thought it was pretty cheeky to just give me something else. • 3rd time (today): The employee said it was sold out, even though it was listed on the vending machine. I asked what we should do. They just told me they were out of the product. My reaction: I politely asked again for a solution. I was then told to "speak up." I simply said that I was looking forward to the chocolate ice cream. The whole team then stood there and turned against me. I didn't get another ice cream, nor did I get my money back. My conclusion: 1. It's incredibly annoying to simply receive the wrong product three times instead of being honest or offering me something else. 2. The employees were rude and didn't help me. Because of this poor treatment and the incorrect orders, I can't recommend this store!

Unfortunately, the tables are almost always sticky, and I wonder if the kids' slide has even been cleaned since it was installed. The food, and the dessert, never tasted good either.

Eating in is generally okay—although the tables are almost always sticky and dirty. When picking up (at the drive-thru), something is almost always missing (sometimes one of two burgers, sometimes the fries, sometimes just the sauce you ordered). So it's best to check the bag carefully before leaving! If you ask for a receipt when picking up so you can complain if necessary (because something is missing again), you might get an extra burger—but still no receipt.

☆☆☆☆☆ Honestly, I know what to expect at McDonald's, but this time it was an experience, even by McDonald's standards. The food: as always... just like McDonald's tastes. Except it looked as if someone had stomped on the burgers as they walked past and then, offended, stuffed them into the paper. That's not exactly appetizing. And the cleanliness? Absolutely fantastic. I immediately had flashbacks to the Bonner Loch in the 90s, only at least I wasn't paying for the ambiance.

I want to drink coffee from a cup, but it's impossible. I only get one after repeated requests. At Meckes, I find it impossible. I speak to Scheffeln, and behind the boss there's an employee stabbing the box with a large knife. Why? The boss is very unfriendly.

We ordered 4 McFlurrys from the McDrive, and NONE of them contained the topping combination listed on the bill! There were literally only 3 Smarties in one McFlurry. That's a real disgrace! The last time I was there, we didn't get exactly what we ordered either. We had a long discussion with the employee at the McDrive. It was about the coupons. We just left it alone because the employee didn't understand us. I work in the restaurant industry myself, and I find it truly incompetent that they can't get such simple orders right.

Clean, and the coffee is finally delicious. You don't get that often at McD's anymore.

Very unfriendly employee and not good service.

The best McKinney I've ever visited in Germany. I live nearby and occasionally come here late at night, so it's not a one-time experience. 95% of the time, the food is ready in less than 5 minutes and always hot. I've never received the wrong item, and I've never been short of anything. The employees are also extremely friendly (I haven't experienced that at any other McKinney). The atmosphere in the store itself isn't that nice. Often dirty tables, etc. - but in that respect, it's just another McKinney. I highly recommend this one!

Nevertheless, I expect the quality of the food and the cleanliness won't suffer too much. What I also noticed: The staff seemed overwhelmed, which also affected the atmosphere in the store and the service. All in all, a very disappointing visit. I hope that things will improve here in the future.

One of the slowest branches I know. It often takes 20 minutes for a simple order to be completed. This is also because the order is often simply pushed away and then forgotten.

I was there again today and was disappointed again. My order was incorrect even though it wasn't busy. On top of that, all the garbage trucks were full and the few guests left their tablets on the table, where would they go? I changed two tables myself because either the table or the seats were covered in smudges. I had the feeling that little attention was paid to hygiene and cleaning. It's also unacceptable that guests leave their seats so dirty. I'm already a rare guest, but I think it will be even less so now. What a shame.

Impossible service shortly before closing time I was at the McDonald’s on Königsfürther Straße over 40 minutes before closing time – more than in time to eat there in peace. Despite this, I was not given a tray on the grounds that the shop had already been cleaned. When I asked, the food was still only served to me in a paper bag. When I sat down at a table to eat in peace, the staff asked me to leave - I was no longer allowed to sit in the restaurant, even though it was still officially open. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I really hope that the franchisee is informed about what is happening here with paying guests. It cannot be the case that guests are checked in and thrown out well before closing time. I won't be coming back here any time soon.

Actually, I should give 0 stars and report the branch to the health department. My husband and I were in the store with our two children to get something to eat when my son vomited on the bench. Everything was full and we didn't have any bags or towels with us. My husband immediately went to an employee, explained what had happened and asked for cloths and water etc. to clean, whereupon we were ignored. I then went back and asked for cleaning products, whereupon I was told the branch didn't have anything like that. I then became a little clearer and threatened to leave it like that and take photos publicly because there has to be cleaning products in a restaurant that hopefully also wipes the tables. I was then given a bag and an employee came to me with a spray. I roughly wiped everything off with what was served and the employee sprayed exactly 1 squirt and then wiped it roughly and left the spray on the table. It was beyond unhygienic and grossly negligent. Such behavior is intolerable. This branch should be closed and the employees should be trained in hygiene practices.

I was at McDonald's 10 minutes ago. I ordered a Big Mac and it was the worst Big Mac meal I've ever eaten in my life. The patty was dry. The sauce tasted burnt. I was there after a visit to the cinema with friends and my son. I waited a long time for my order and the burgers already looked unappetizing, fruit nonsense and ice cream were out and the Minecraft toys weren't available either. The tables outside looked bad, dirty and not cleared. But the worst thing was that I took a Mc Chicken home for my daughter, where we saw that the bread was moldy (photo available). I am really very disappointed... I would have preferred to save the money.

Missing products upon delivery and multiple late deliveries. When ordering again, I waited for over 1 hour and was referred to Lieferando when I called the restaurant and simply hung up without saying goodbye. Very unfriendly. The one missing product was made up for, but unfortunately the multiple, severely delayed deliveries were not.

Change your opening times, they don't match. I've been standing in front of closed doors more often now, even though Google says you're open.

After a 14 hour day at work, I just wanted to eat something quickly. - what was ordered was: large fries, mayo, MC chicken, Mcflurry and Cola Zero. - I got: large fries, ketchup, chicken burger, no ice cream and Cola Zero. When I mentioned the deficiencies, I was just grinned and answered with "yes, ok, yes". It simply took almost 25 minutes until I received my entire order correctly and then the ice cream machine suddenly broke down. Interestingly, this was called forward by one of the people who was frying the burger with the words: "No ice cream, the machine makes wrmmm"

Overwhelmed staff and dirty tables.

We went to the drive-thru and ordered a McSmart meal, a McSundae and a McPlant meal using a coupon. Ordering took forever and we had to repeat everything several times. That's why we asked several times whether everything on one menu was plant-based, which was confirmed. In the end we ended up with a Big Mac without sauce instead of a McPlant, a burnt cheeseburger, Coke instead of a Diet Coke, cold fries (albeit with hair in them) and the McSundae was completely forgotten. We then got it after asking twice, but the BigMac was no longer replaced with a McPlant on the grounds that that wasn't possible and that we had probably ordered wrong. My worst experience at McDonalds so far. McDonalds is now simply too expensive for such a cheap service.

We were there for the first time today and have to contradict the reviews. It's Sunday, it was late in the afternoon and busy and we were amazed at how quickly the order was ready. It took less than 5 minutes for 3 menus. Sure - a straw and mayo were forgotten, but that's absolutely human and can happen! We then went to the counter and they apologized. In general, the employees there were very friendly and I didn't necessarily find it dirty. People come and go and a young man was busy collecting things that others left lying around instead of putting the tray away. It's not the employees' fault; but of the impeccable customers. We'll be back! :)

There's ONCE in ages when you go back to Mcdoof and your order isn't complete, which unfortunately I only noticed when I got home. You're just getting ripped off everywhere.

I don't even know where to start... A very simple order with these shake fries included, which shouldn't be rocket science. However, with 5 products you obviously miss the sauces, the powder and the bag for shaking. The chicken burger was only half wrapped... The fries (2 large ones chosen to share from the menu) were half filled and definitely corresponded to a small portion in terms of quantity. And then the statistics are clearly botched: the order is received and is immediately stated as “ready for collection”. After 8 1/2 minutes the incorrect order was ready. Well I don't know why but a lot of mcse lately are really dropping in quality. Unfortunately, the employees speak little to no German, which makes it difficult to communicate.

Just been to Mc Drive. Blonde lady with ponytail and glasses who gave me the food and drinks at the second counter is impossible. She didn't close the lid of the drink properly, so the cola dripped down my shirt. When asked about this, she simply turned around without apologizing. That's not possible!! On top of that, the fries are totally over salted.

Why are the numbers displayed directly on Ready for collection if they are only available after 20 minutes? Really ridiculous, probably so that the time is officially adhered to by the employees who work there, no wonder

Unfortunately it's the dirtiest McDonald's I know, we go there often because we live nearby. The places are all completely dirty and you have to clean a table yourself with a cloth. The toilets are a disaster. On two days in a row the women's toilet and sink were smeared with poop. No one cleaned them and there was no toilet paper for days. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was an absolute disaster. It is located on a good corner where you could actually go, but please urgently change the cleanliness.

Instead of St.Augustiner, the driver drove to Augusta Street. The delivery was correspondingly cold. Thanks to Lieferando you can follow the tour. When asked about the wrong drink, his two words were: Message Lieferando.
