Burgers were old and dry, service was pretty unfriendly

The Albanian colleagues who work there at night constantly insulted me in Albanian from the kitchen when I ordered at 4 a.m., and one of them in the kitchen happily smoked his cigarette in peace 😂 good service. There is only one person there at night who is friendly and says the customer is king. Never again after the night shift (preparation for 2 burgers =16min)

Not recommended for vegetarians. I found several meat nuggets in my Plant Nuggets box.

Prijzen goed vergeleken met nederland. 24/7 open dat is fijn. Ik vind het slecht dat ze geen crossaintjes op voorraad hebben in de ochtend. Het uiterlijk is echt slecht. Het is niet uitnodigend en geen chille banken ofzo. Eten was snel genoeg klaar.

I was just there with my son. He had received a toy of his choice with his Happy Meal. Since he already had the toy, he wanted to exchange it, but the woman at the checkout absolutely didn't want to exchange the toy. So my children and I had to leave the store very disappointed and puzzled. Never again!!!!!

My sister in law ordered a coffee, and went to check on her daughter, while that 1 minute time the guy came and cleaned the table and throw away her coffee. We asked for another one, and the supervisor was very rude, disrespectful, didn’t want to give us another one.

The poppy seed is not what it used to be, the dishes are tasteless, the potatoes used to be tastier, the atmosphere (eat quickly and leave, that’s the feeling.)

We ordered a Smart Menu. Orders were brought to us. My cheeseburger was badly mashed. Half of the ketchup was on the inside of the packaging. It looked very unappetizing. I turned to a restaurant employee: "Please replace this cheeseburger with a new one." The employee sent me to the administrator at the counter. He replied that the cheeseburger was okay and didn't exchange it. I left the cheeseburger on the counter. For the first time, my order was not replaced at a McDonald's, even though this is common practice worldwide. I was very dissatisfied and hungry. I think this is very incompetent on the part of the restaurant's administrator. After all, the customer is always right and wants to receive good service and the quality of his purchase.

Their chips are delicious. A serene meeting place.

There is a person who works in the evenings and whose language is not German. His treatment is very bad and unkind, and there is a person who works at Uber. He made him wait for 15 minutes without asking him the name of the order.

The man from Africa who works at the toilet is an absolute disaster. Loud and totally disturbing. Doesn't do his job properly and wants money. When he points out that he should talk normally, all he gets is a completely stupid statement like “I talk like that.” Come on if you don't feel like it. Nobody needs you.

Rarely have I seen so much incompetence in such a small space. 3 of 4 order terminals were broken and you could only pay at the checkout but not order. The staff was completely overwhelmed and served the wrong food.

McPlant ordered, got meat. And not for the first time. Given the prices, that's just audacious. I'll probably avoid it in the future, because apparently it's too much to ask to get what you ordered.

I would like to share an unpleasant experience at a McDonald's restaurant. On May 16th I was visiting the restaurant at Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz 1, 53111 Bonn, when I was informed by a toilet service employee that I had to pay in advance to use the toilets. The tone and manner of address were unfriendly and intrusive. In my opinion, such measures are unheard of. In this day and age, big chains like McDonald's should ensure that all guests are treated with respect and such situations do not occur. It would be desirable for McDonald's to talk about this internally and ensure that such incidents are avoided in the future.

I ordered online and picked it up. I only noticed later that things were missing where I was at home. The curly fries and the sauces for the Chicken Mc Nuggets were missing. Didn't feel like going back.😓😓

I ordered from UberEats at 10:00 p.m. and no food arrived. They are scammers. I called. I was told my food would arrive in 10 minutes. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Please don't order. They are scammers!!!!!!!😡 😡😡

I ordered 5 chilli cheese nuggis.. Got 4 normal ones in the bag.... I'm angry & sad.... Wanted chilli cheese nuggis... I also checked whether everything was in the bag... it was, but I can't expect that I'll get normal soothers in the chilli cheese box... I have 3€ and saved up the voucher for 4 normal soothers... Cheeky.. & also cheeky that the guy at the toilet always wants extra money... & we better not even talk about the ice cream machine...

I ate an MC coffee + a cookie + drank the coffee there in the morning. Let's face it, McDonald's is very expensive. When it comes to sitting at the tables, it should be said that sitting at the tables is no fun for overweight people. But it tastes very good, but it doesn't fill you up either. A kebab at a Turkish restaurant is something different. I don't want to say that I don't get full at Mac Donald, the only difference is that after 3 hours, at least I'm hungry again. And I have to say again to get full, eat a kebab.

Disgust. I came for breakfast, if there is a guy there for service, it’s better to go to another establishment. I paid for a plastic coffee cup. He refused to give it to me, but then he finally got over it and gave it to me, but then I was disappointed. The latte was caramel, and I generally hate added flavors, second: the burger was not the same. He simply brought me someone else’s order, but this twa..na refused to change the order even though it was not touched at all.

Preferably zero stars. The department head was really very unfriendly! Unfortunately I don't know his name because he didn't think he had to share it, probably too afraid of losing his job. Ordered food, nothing arrived, you call and a department manager who doesn't speak German answers the phone and doesn't want to give it to any other employee. Just disgusting!!!!!!!!.. where is the health department?!!!!!!! I ordered a cappuccino. Instead of frothing fresh milk, they took out the milk jug from the drawer, which was still filled with old milk. He then frothed the old milk and shook it into my cappuccino. I asked the employees why they don't clean this milk jug and use old milk. His answer was that he only cleans the milk jug once a day.

Wanted to get a coffee and a croissant. McDonald's wasn't able to accept a 100 euro bill. Then I was opposite in the bakery.

Super warm and quick meal preparation. But unfortunately the benches are too close to the table and you sit very cramped.

I found it annoying to be forced to change my position twice because I was standing in the wrong place in the employee's eyes (first at the closed checkout and after ordering I sat on one of the benches in view of the checkout). When he called my number, I came and took the food. He said scornfully: "Next time you stand there." I didn't know that as a customer I had to take orders. The curly fries we ordered were very soggy and only lukewarm. I ate them immediately after leaving the store, so I didn't have them in the bag for an hour. I was hungry so I just ate them. It was tasty but disappointing because they were limp and not hot. It was somehow better here.

The food is good, as good as McDonald's can get. Fries are crispy, burgers are warm!!! I decide rating them 5 stars only because they know food should be warm!You try that one in Friedenspl. then you know what i mean, always cold and dry even in daytime. Don't know if the quality would reduced during middle night. Never been here that late. But in the day everything fine.

Today, March 23rd, 2024, I ordered a menu with French fries at 3:55 p.m. When I got to the checkout I was served a menu with a salad. When I complained at the checkout, the Indian manager told me that I had made a mistake with the order and categorically refused to swap the salad for the fries. He demanded that I pay 3.99 euros for a portion of French fries. I refused and returned the salad and even had to pay the full order price of €10.24. Thank you McDonald's for your customer service. My four year old son ate his meal without his portion of french fries!

Fries were good. Burger put together very sloppily. Cleanliness ok. Why do you have to pay in front of the toilet!?!? and then the toilets are far from clean???? Food was brought to say "Enjoy your meal and have a nice day" but it wasn't enough. The McDonald's experience is continually deteriorating, what a shame! This doesn't just affect this restaurant.

McDonalds has been my favorite for years and has been since childhood. Very relaxed for lunchtime and the shop is clean. The employees wipe the tables as soon as you leave and are friendly. ... If some customers sorted their trays better and didn't look like they had been thrown up, it would be nicer and easier for the staff to clean up. The guests always forget that humanity is also important...

So I was eating there on Tuesday, February 13th, 2024 around 11:45 p.m. and I'm really horrified at what's going on. The warm lamp to keep the products warm was simply off. No wonder why the food is usually only lukewarm or not cold and southern music was coming out of the kitchen very loudly which could be heard throughout the whole store. I think I'll inform people about this sort of thing because it's just nonsense

I've already eaten at many McDonald's branches and can therefore say somewhat objectively that this branch sucks. 1. super unclean. I don't know who is responsible for the interior, but they definitely don't do their job. Even though the interior is already very small and the upper floor is mostly closed. 2. poor service. After several requests, the salesman (!) still didn't understand what I wanted from him, a bit of salt for the fries. Just to mention the two Most pressing arguments. I really hope that something will change in the near future, otherwise I don't see a future for this place (even for a McDonald's)!

Essen war frisch. Hat aber wie Pappe geschmeckt. Das einzige, was einen Eigengeschmack hatte war der Ketchup. Hatte den McPlant. Vllt mal Bk nach Rezept für plant based essen fragen idk. Laden war sauber, aber auf die legendäre von Rüpeln kontrollierte Toilette hab ich mich trotzdem nicht getraut.

Einfach nur ekelhaft haben nen alten burger bekommen habe ihn gegessen weil ich ungerne essen weg werfe paar stunden später musste ich mit magenkrämpfen wach werden und schnell aufs klo rennen musste ca 8 mal kotzen ich hasse mc donalds ab sofort und essen nie wieder in dieser drecksfilale ich werde auch das ordnungsamt darüber informieren

Eigentlich meide ich MC aber aus Not mußten wir etwas essen also besuchten wir das Restaurant es war eine Notlösung das essen ist noch immer so teuer und schlecht und zu wenig wie vor jahren es hat sich nichts geändert

Dafür das der Laden 24/7 geöffnet ist war es sehr sauber das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam und die Tische sind sehr oft gereinigt worden.

In der zeit wo wir auf das essen gewartet haben, wollte mein Mann schnell aufs Klo. Also sowas Unverschämtes ist meinem Mann ja noch nie passiert. Er wurde schon vor dem Klo abgefangen und genötigt kleingeld raus zu rücken. Wir geben gerne was wenn die Klo's sauber gehalten werden aber das man so bedrängt und genötigt wird vorher schon was hinzulegen ist unverschämt. Ich werde auch die Zentrale und den Inhaber mal von den Machenschafften in Kenntnis setzen.

Die unten bei WC afrikanische stehende Person ist unfreundlich. Er sagte mir : haben Sie Toilette sauber gehalten ? Ich kontrolliere es. Was für ein absurde Service? Warum muss trotz dieser Unfreundlichkeit 50 cent bei WC Bezahlen. Nie wieder bei MC Friedensplatz

Ganz ehrlich, früher war es persönlicher, netter, freundlicher und das Essen war deutlich besser. Schmeckt alles nur noch laberig.... wirklich nur noch zu not wenn man feiern war und nix anderes mehr auf hat...

McDonalds Monopoly war früher geil. Einfach Kaffee gewinnen. Aber mittlerweile ist das nur noch mit App, das ist miese. Aber die Filiale war gut.

Am 10.10. dort gewesen, selten einen so heißen BigMäc und Pommes bekommen. Sowohl die Dame bei der Bestellung, als auch der junge Mann (der ganz besonders) der die Bestellungen fertig gemacht hat, waren fix und verdammt freundlich.

Sehr inkompetente Mitarbeiter, vergessen mein halbes Essen einzupacken.

Man hat sich viel Mühe gegeben. Aber es ist tatsächlich nicht der beste Mc Donalds wenn es um den Kaffee Bereich geht.

Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter die offensichtlich NICHTS von Service verstehen, sind Assozial und beleidigen Ihre Kunden. Nach Nachfrage, fehlte eine Süßsauer-Sauce und eine Pommes. Erst wurde behauptet, es wäre alles auf Video und ich hätte die behaupteten Waren schon aus der Tüte geholt(Lach).... Ich war damit einverstanden das man das Videomaterial kontrollieren kann, doch siehe da, auf einmal war die Kamera kaputt......

Am 16.09.2023 besuchten wir mit einer Kindergruppe von 10 Personen die MC Filiale. Die Bestellung der Menüs erfolgte digital über die App. Die Mitarbeiter von von MC waren sehr zuvorkommend und wickelten die Bestellung schnell und unkompliziert ab. Fehlende Produkte wurden durch die Filialleitung schnell gebracht. Das Ärgernis begann, als ein paar Kids auf Toilette wollten. Das Thema wurde hier schon mehrfach beschrieben. Ein junger Mann, sitzend in einer Ecke, mit Musikkopfhörern auf den Kopf und nicht als Mitarbeiter erkennbar verweigerte den Zutritt zur Toilette ohne Vorlage des Bons. Nichtkunden müssen zahlen, Kunden von MC hätten freien Zugang. Die Zuständigkeit für die Toilette läge nicht bei MC Donalds, sondern bei Ihm/ einer Fremdfirma. Sofern dies den Tatsachen entspricht, sollte MC Donalds sich schnellstmöglich von der Fremdfirma, oder diesem Personal trennen. Die Weigerung seinen Namen zu nennen und der unangemessene Umgang mit Kunden und in diesem Fall Kindern sind sehr befremdlich.

Same wie Jane Austin, ebenfalls gerade als Gast hier und wurden von der eingewanderten Fachkraft aufgefordert Geld fürs WC zu zahlen. Solange MCs daß hier nicht unter Kontrolle bringt, würde ich das Lokal meiden!

Danke an den Herren, der mir gerade eben mit gutem Gewissen 2x Netzkartoffeln verkauft hat. Die lagen wohl vorher min. paar Stunden rum, wurden immer wieder erwärmt, so dass ich am Ende auf kalte, harte und staubtrockene Kartoffelstücke rumbeißen durfte. Da sich das irgendwann wie ein auf Knochen kauender Hund anfühlte, habe ich die McEnttäuschung in die Tonne schmeißen müssen. Ich hoffe, dass ich im Nachhinein keinen McDurchfall bekomme. GEHT WOANDERS ESSEN - WIRKLICH!

Service super, der McMuffin war aber verbrannt und hat auch so geschmeckt. Die Putzfrau war der Hammer, sie wollte nicht, dass ich mit meinem 4 jährigen Sohn zusammen auf Toilette gehe o.O sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt

Ich habe To-go bestellt. Es wurde ein Burger vergessen und auf dem McPlant war anstatt des McPlant Patty ein Fleisch Patty drauf.

Meine Freundin wollte nur kurz auf die Toilette. Wir waren zu 6. im Geschäft. Wir haben alle etwas zum speisen beordert. Meiner Freundin wurde es von einem sehr unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter der Filiale untersagt die Toilette zu benutzen. Absolute Unverschämtheit!!!

Ich wollte als Gast die Toilette benutzen, die laut Schild kostenlos ist (ist in Deutschland auch normalerweise üblich) & sollte 50ct bezahlen. Ich hatte kein Bargeld & bin danach aus dem Laden. Der unfreundliche & penetrante Mann kam mir bis nach draußen gefolgt & wollte Geld von mir! Wo sind wir denn hier gelandet???

Es war erstmal total dreckig Innendrin obwohl kaum was los war. Wenn man nach dem Essen auf Toiletten gehen wir wird Mann dumm angemacht dass man einen € zahlen soll. Darauf habe ich gesagt dass ich hier gerade essen war und ich doch dann wohl auf Toilette gehen darf. Darauf hin wollte der Kollege meinen Kassenzettel sehen. Wer verwahrt denn bitte seinen Kassenzettel vom McMenü. Nie wieder esse ich hier. Sucht euch vernünftiges Personal.

Dort arbeiten jeden Tag täglich, jede Woche und wöchentlich verschiedene schwarze und dunkelbraune Afrikaner als Toiletten Putzer ! Die sitzen stundenlang herum zwischen durch werden dort in diesem McDonald's die 2 Damen und Herren Toiletten gut sauber gemacht ! Die größte Frechheit von denen ist das die Geld verlangen von den verschiedenen McDonald's Kunden in Höhe von ca. 0,30 € Euro bis 0,50 € Euro denn wenn man wirklich ernsthaft Dankbar ist und Respekt vor unserem Deutschland hat, dann kann man diese kleine Arbeit und Tätigkeit ohne Geld dafür zu verlangen machen aus Dankbarkeit gegenüber Deutschland das man Ihnen allen die Möglichkeit gegeben hat hier unbefristet, dauerhaft wohnen und leben zu können ! Dadurch hat man auch eine sehr gute Lebensperspektive für die Zukunft bekommen für ein wesentlich viel besseres und insbesondere vor allem gutes Leben ! Denn die sind fast alle Asylbewerber oder Flüchtlinge die hier bei uns in Deutschland alle eine sehr gute soziale finanzielle Unterstützung erhalten ohne jemals vorher hier zumindest gearbeitet zu haben und bekommen trotzdem automatisch das gleiche wie ein Hartz IV Empfänger auch Hartz IV das sich mittlerweile neu Bürgergeld nennt ! Achtung es wird in dieser McDonald's Filiale trotz Videokamera Überwachung gestohlen, diese negative Erfahrung und Erlebnis hatte ich selber erlebt dort wurde mir mein neues Smartphone das zum Glück Gott sei Dank ohne Mobilfunktarif Vertrag von einem dunkelbraunen Afrikaner mit Rasta Haaren gestohlen, der noch behauptet hatte als ich ihn darum gebeten hatte mir Mal sein Smartphone zu zeigen ! Trotz das es identisch genau wie mein Smartphone aussah die gleiche Firma, das gleiche Modell, gleiche Größe und die gleiche Farbe hatte behaupte er das wäre sein Smartphone, konnte ich das nicht 100% prozentig beweisen und zu diesem damaligen früheren Zeitpunkt mein neues damaliges früheres neues Smartphone vor 2 Monaten erst neu gekauft ! Passen Sie bitte selber gut auf sich auf das Ihnen dort nicht auch ein Eigentum in dieser McDonald's Filiale am Bertha - von Suttner - Platz in Bonn - Zentrum gestohlen wird ! Es wird dort von einem der verschiedenen Toiletten Putzer mit einem afrikanischen Migrations Hintergrund das ich ein schwarzer Afrikaner an jedem Wochenende Fr. und Sa. häufig laute afrikanische und Rap Musik in dieser McDonald's Filiale aus einer Musikbox gehört ohne dabei Rücksicht zu nehmen auf die verschiedenen anderen McDonald's Kunden ! Die sich dadurch wiederum belästigt fühlen, das geht mittlerweile zu weit denn der kann hier nicht machen was er will ! Ich bitte Sie hier höflichst und freundlich, das etwas dagegen unternommen wird damit das in Zukunft zukünftig ein Ende hat an den Geschäftsführer gerichtet der für diese McDonald's Filiale zuständig ist Danke ! Die verschiedenen paar wenigen Afrikaner die dort als Toiletten Putzer arbeiten dürfen sich scheinbar alles erlauben ohne Rücksicht auf die verschiedenen anderen McDonald's Kunden zu nehmen und das mit welchem recht überhaupt ?! In Zukunft zukünftig werde ich diese Fastfood McDonald's Filiale meiden, woanders hingehen in eine andere McDonald's Filiale, wo man sich wohl fühlen kann und auch die Sicherheit für alle verschiedenen Kunden gewährleistet ist !

Der letzte Laden...Bestellsystem wurde vom den Angestellten nicht genutzt, falsche Anzeigen bei der Ausgabe und es wurden die Kunden scheinbar wahrlos abgearbeitet, wenn was fertig war einfach in den Raum gerufen. Körnung, mein Sohn hat seine Bestellung gar nicht erst bekommen, angeblich nie eingegangen, obwohl er die Bezahlung per Paypal nachweisen konnte! Bin seit Jahrzehnten regelmäßiger Kunde bei MC, so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt!

Für 50Cent eine durchaus zweckerfüllende öffentliche Toilette.

Ich wurde als Kunde bei der Toilette abgefangen und mir wurde gesagt, dass ich 50 Cent zahlen soll. An der Toilettentür steht dann aber, dass die Toiletten kostenlos sind und ich mich bei den Mitarbeitern melden soll, wenn ich nach Geld gefragt werde. Das habe ich dann gemacht und darauf bekam ich „Ja das macht der halt manchmal“ als Antwort. Was ist das denn bitte? Sowas ist mir noch nie passiert.

Hamburger mit extra Nötigung? Für 50cent ist das hier möglich! Wer es als Kunde liebt bei dem Toilettenbesuch von einem ausgewachsenen Mann in der Toilette eingekesselt und nur unter Zahlung rausgelassen zuwerden ist hier gut beraten. Ich finde für das Gefühl als Frau einem zweikopf größeren Mann in der Toilette festgehalten zuwerden zahlt man auch gerne das Lösegeld…Ähhh… ich meine den Servicepreis von NUR 50cent. Alle hier geschilderten Erlebnisse berühren auf wahren Ereignissen.

Ist halt mcdonalds, da sollte man nichts erwarten.
