The quality is the worst I ever eat in my life never again

The store doesn't look inviting at all! I had a stomach ache after eating. I also asked the unfriendly employee why my order was no longer on the display. He then cheekily told me that he always clicks orders away so his delivery rate (speed) is higher. Employees like that ruin the entire system.

We waited 20 minutes for a shitty mc Flurry. The staff were super unfriendly, the toilets were full of rubbish. The food was quite okay for the place.

I arrive at the store shortly after 10... Two people ahead of me... both receive their orders... then another customer comes in and orders... a total of 20 minutes have already passed. Since I have an appointment at 10:30, I go to the counter and ask how long it will take... I'm told 2 minutes... while the waitress prepares an order... this was the order of the customer who ordered after me... why wasn't my order taken first? Then I get my ICE Caramel Latte... black coffee with ice, no milk, no caramel... cold mini pancakes, and I waited 20 minutes and paid almost 10 euros for that... Never again... I should have gone to the café across the street.

The food is good and fresh but the coffee isn't particularly tasty. It's much better in other branches.

Always busy, the toppings on the burgers sometimes didn't look great. However, due to the high demand, the food is always hot because nothing can be prepared in advance.

The entire store is empty. I order nuggets with sweet and sour sauce and wait just a minute. The staff was nice, but how can you pack a single order with two ingredients incorrectly? Unfortunately, I got sour cream. The restrooms were clean, but very small, and there are no hooks on the doors.

The McDonald's at Bertha-von-Suttner Platz was always my favorite. It was fast, the order was always right, hot, and cooked well. Unfortunately, new staff have been on site for about a month or two, and now, even when it's not busy, half the food is missing, the food tastes stale, or is just thrown in a box, and the burgers are drenched in sauce. Mistakes can happen, of course, but unfortunately, this is a very common occurrence these days.

I ordered 0.25 ml of vanilla shake. How much did I get? Half. Is that normal?

The team is trying very hard, but despite the brutal heat in Bonn (30+ degrees Celsius), as always, there's NO AIR CONDITIONING! It was unbearably hot in the store, an absolute disgrace for the employees. At least I, as a customer, could escape. It's astonishing that this is still possible at McDonald's, or rather, that the franchisee apparently gets away with it. Absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the pricing and the corporation behind it. 😠👎

The pork fillet and egg burger for breakfast is very good

A good mecces restaurant in itself. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is very poor, and I don't think the staff likes their customers.

The food was okay, the service was too. But having multiple homeless people walking past your table begging for money is simply unacceptable. The last man who came begging came too close and smelled terrible. Disgusting, a reason for me to avoid this McDonald's. Beggars should stay out!

Yes, I know - it's just a McDonald's. Not a gourmet restaurant. Nevertheless, the customer is king. And I've been watching this McDonald's deteriorate for over ten years now. For example, for what must be the seventh time, you get served mixed fries that taste of old grease and even older potatoes, or you get cold burgers/the wrong nuggets (I know why I deliberately don't want over-seasoned garlic and pepper nuggets 😉. Not nice when they end up in the bag anyway). The man who keeps hanging around the restrooms, which are still dirty: I understand, it's awful. The feeling of "almost being robbed" is also awful, since your way through as a customer is practically blocked. Maybe I'll bring pepper spray next time. 🤦🏼‍♀️ At the checkout, how you're served also depends on your mood that day. It's becoming impossible to ignore all of this, despite the nightly eating binge.

Very weird McDonald's. There is a man sitting in front of the restroom asking for money, but I asked someone from the staff, they have no idea. He is not an employee, just a random dude asking customers money for using the bathroom and it's always a different man.

Acabábamos de llegar en tren a Bonn y después de algunos retrasos, tuvimos que ir al baño bastante mal. En Europa, hay que pagar para usar los baños, y no tuvimos ningún cambio en nosotros. Afortunadamente, vimos un McDonald's a un corto paseo de la estación y decidimos parar. Teníamos una tarjeta de crédito para que pudiéramos utilizar los prácticos quioscos de pedidos para hacer una pequeña compra para que pudiéramos obtener el código del baño. Dado que la comida en Mc D's en Europa es mucho mejor que lo que se obtiene en América (en serio, realmente, realmente lo es! ) decidimos compartir una pequeña comida de McNuggets de pollo. Era barato (menos de $ 10 ) , y pudimos tomar un pequeño aperitivo y obtener un código para usar el baño! La comida era muy sabrosa! Teníamos un pequeño pedido de patatas fritas que estaban deliciosos. Estas no son papas tradicionales de McDonald's, sino papas rizadas perfectamente crujientes y condimentadas de manera única. Los nuggets eran de pollo de muy alta calidad, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que estaba en un McDonald's. Y tuve que comprar la salsa picante para mojar mostaza, que es única en Europa y súper súper súper sabrosa. No estábamos aquí para cenar, y el baño era agradable y limpio. El código funcionó muy bien, pero tenían un asistente buscando consejos. Es un poco intimidante, y de hecho encontré 50 centavos en el fondo de mi bolsa así que pude dejarle algunas monedas (whew)! Un código de baño era bueno para todos en tu grupo, solo para tu información. No apruebo comer sus comidas principales en McDonald's en Europa, pero es divertido conseguir un pequeño bocadillo solo para ver las diferencias entre las versiones europeas y estadounidenses del gigante de la comida rápida. I ordered something to take away and unfortunately the 6 Chicken McNuggets were missing from the menu. I only noticed this when I got home and was told that unfortunately there was nothing they could do about it.

I'm truly disappointed with my visit to this McDonald's. First, after placing my order and setting a table number, I briefly went to the restroom. There, I was approached by an employee who rudely asked me for money. When I explained to him that I was a customer, he brazenly claimed that he saw me go straight to the restroom without ordering anything. I had to go back to my seat, get the receipt, and show it to him just so I could wash my hands. Absolutely disrespectful behavior! Second, when I returned from the restroom, my table number was gone. I later found it again – it had simply been returned to the ordering machine. Apparently, an employee had simply taken it. What is going wrong here? This kind of treatment of paying customers is absolutely unacceptable. I hope management investigates this behavior and imposes appropriate consequences.

I was here around 5 a.m. today. Until this day, I considered this McDonald's to be the best in town—the staff was always friendly and the food delicious. But the man working last night was simply awful. We ordered two meals on one bill and politely asked for them to be put in two separate bags. He then started yelling and threw the receipt at us. It was loud, unpleasant, and completely inappropriate. I sincerely hope I never have to encounter such an aggressive person in the service area again.

This morning around 11 a.m. I wanted to have my coffee at McDonald's as usual. Unfortunately this time I was very disappointed. A staff member, who is believed to be from Afghanistan, was extremely rude to me. When I told him that the coffee was too cold and that I would like a little more coffee alongside the milk, he reacted very aggressively. He spoke to me in an arrogant tone and simply said, 'No, I won't.' When I announced that I would complain, he just replied, 'Do it.' Neither I nor my relatives will ever go there again.

I have never seen such a friendly staff. Outstanding in terms of service. My friend Mantor is an asset to the customer service of this place. Give that man a raise 😜.

I took a quick break here for some fries to pass the waiting time for my bus. The restaurant is quite ok, but unfortunately the behavior of the guests is less so. Not a good experience if the employees don't say anything either.

So far the store is good, clean, fast and everything is right, the employees at the checkout are very nice. However, the way the cleaning man begs you at the toilets is unbearable. The behavior is very bold and pushy. A reason for me not to go there anymore!

Putzmann was extremely unsympathetic and aggressive, actually deserves less than 1 star. Forbidden us from using the toilet as a guest even though we had ordered. Food itself was OK.

The food was standardized as I expected, but the hygiene condition was not very pleasing but passable: scattered receipts and French fired chips on the floor and some tables were not cleaned in time. But what was unbearable to me was the attitude of servers: one of them asked me to leave while I clarified that i haven’t finished my food: as my transaction record showed I confirmed my order at 1:27am, the server only asked me to leave in name of the time of cleaning at 4:45 am. I proposed that I can stay in the corner for 10 minutes but he insisted to let me go by opening the door gentlemanly, claiming that I stayed there “all the night”. At that time, there were less than 8 people in the restaurant and the client afflux table on google map shows that normally the space is still spacious to allow the following clients. So I didn’t thinks it was a fair and tenable demand. Moreover, I communicated with all the personnel n English all along my staying, however the server in the reception said “xiexie” when he passed food to me without any given context. Judging others by their physicals traits is a pretentious manner to some extent especially in service industry.

The employees are not competent! I wanted to try the new Big Rösti Raclette Burger. Before ordering, I asked the employee in the hall if there was pork there, she discussed this with her colleagues and said that there was no pork there. I placed my order and canceled the extra bacon. But when I opened the burger, I thought the bun was also stuffed with pork based on the smell. I contacted the administrator, who spoke Albanian, several times. There were few visitors in the hall, but he still didn't want to waste his time trying to find out if there was pork there. He replied that there was 100% no pork there. Nobody apologized to me, the administrator is too arrogant for that. It's just that after so long they offered to swap it for another burger and then changed it to a Big Tasty. An employee stood nearby and told the manager that of course there was pork there. It's very strange that only one employee knows about this. They know a place on the site where you can clarify and find information, but they didn't tell me and didn't look for it themselves. He changed the burger, then the conversation was in Albanian and nothing was clear. It is very difficult to live in a world with people without principles. They wanted to feed a man who had made it clear several times that he did not eat pork. I am Muslim and this is very offensive to me. Fred is the best employee after midnight that I have ever met. If everyone was like Fred, the world would be a better place.

Disastrous, they turn off the charging plugs or they don't work, tables are dirty and full of shit without being cleaned and employees who only dedicate themselves to chatting at night…. catastrophic...between customer service and shit I would give the whole thing the least -5 stars

Edit: I'm outraged. There was no Monopoly sticker with my cappuccino, even though it was included in the menu. Unfortunately one star deducted for that!! Fresh chicken is available here from 6 a.m.! Otherwise you will be supplied with the classics around the clock. The restaurant is clean and well-kept and the ambience has its charm. You have a good view of Bertha from most seats. The friendly staff is particularly praiseworthy. Today the nice employee wished me good morning. The fresh chicken was prepared with a lot of love, which you could definitely taste. Always happy again!!

Just noticed how the branch manager. (I think Mr. Arslan) dragged a woman into the bathroom. Just because she ordered 1 cookie and an employee accidentally ordered 2. When the woman pointed out the misunderstanding, the branch manager came over and shouted at her that she should accept it and pay for both cookies. But she only wanted to pay for one because she had only ordered one. He then became aggressive and dragged her into the bathroom. Police came in time.

I saw an employee cough into her hand and then continue to pick up food for the orders without washing or disinfecting her hands. (Corona still exists). When I brought this to the attention of the shift manager, all I got was so what. Shortly afterwards, I was told by a service person that if I didn't like it, I could buy my food somewhere else. Afterwards, they spoke loudly in Albanian. When I asked for the name of the service person regarding a complaint, I was denied the name by the so-called shift manager and instead I was loudly threatened with being banned from the house. The Albanian colleagues who work there at night constantly insulted me in Albanian from the kitchen when I ordered at 4 a.m., and one of them in the kitchen happily smoked his cigarette in peace 😂 good service. There is only one person there at night who is friendly and says the customer is king. Never again after the night shift (preparation for 2 burgers =16min)

We ordered a Smart Menu. Orders were brought to us. My cheeseburger was badly mashed. Half of the ketchup was on the inside of the packaging. It looked very unappetizing. I turned to a restaurant employee: "Please replace this cheeseburger with a new one." The employee sent me to the administrator at the counter. He replied that the cheeseburger was okay and didn't exchange it. I left the cheeseburger on the counter. For the first time, my order was not replaced at a McDonald's, even though this is common practice worldwide. I was very dissatisfied and hungry. I think this is very incompetent on the part of the restaurant's administrator. After all, the customer is always right and wants to receive good service and the quality of his purchase.

The man from Africa who works at the toilet is an absolute disaster. Loud and totally disturbing. Doesn't do his job properly and wants money. When he points out that he should talk normally, all he gets is a completely stupid statement like “I talk like that.” Come on if you don't feel like it. Nobody needs you.

Rarely have I seen so much incompetence in such a small space. 3 of 4 order terminals were broken and you could only pay at the checkout but not order. The staff was completely overwhelmed and served the wrong food.

McPlant ordered, got meat. And not for the first time. Given the prices, that's just audacious. I'll probably avoid it in the future, because apparently it's too much to ask to get what you ordered.

I would like to share an unpleasant experience at a McDonald's restaurant. On May 16th I was visiting the restaurant at Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz 1, 53111 Bonn, when I was informed by a toilet service employee that I had to pay in advance to use the toilets. The tone and manner of address were unfriendly and intrusive. In my opinion, such measures are unheard of. In this day and age, big chains like McDonald's should ensure that all guests are treated with respect and such situations do not occur. It would be desirable for McDonald's to talk about this internally and ensure that such incidents are avoided in the future.

Breakfast was no longer as fresh or kept warm for too long.

I ordered 5 chilli cheese nuggis.. Got 4 normal ones in the bag.... I'm angry & sad.... Wanted chilli cheese nuggis... I also checked whether everything was in the bag... it was, but I can't expect that I'll get normal soothers in the chilli cheese box... I have 3€ and saved up the voucher for 4 normal soothers... Cheeky.. & also cheeky that the guy at the toilet always wants extra money... & we better not even talk about the ice cream machine...

I ate an MC coffee + a cookie + drank the coffee there in the morning. Let's face it, McDonald's is very expensive. When it comes to sitting at the tables, it should be said that sitting at the tables is no fun for overweight people. But it tastes very good, but it doesn't fill you up either. A kebab at a Turkish restaurant is something different. I don't want to say that I don't get full at Mac Donald, the only difference is that after 3 hours, at least I'm hungry again. And I have to say again to get full, eat a kebab.

Just disgusting!!!!!!!!.. where is the health department?!!!!!!! I ordered a cappuccino. Instead of frothing fresh milk, they took out the milk jug from the drawer, which was still filled with old milk. He then frothed the old milk and shook it into my cappuccino. I asked the employees why they don't clean this milk jug and use old milk. His answer was that he only cleans the milk jug once a day.

Wanted to get a coffee and a croissant. McDonald's wasn't able to accept a 100 euro bill. Then I was opposite in the bakery.

Super warm and quick meal preparation. But unfortunately the benches are too close to the table and you sit very cramped.
