My only issue is the toilet- to enter there you have to get code from receipt, so it means you have to be a customer. But then there is person waiting for 1 euro for using the toilet, but you are informed about that cost only after you use the toilet. It's basically rackeetering in city center.

Very rude guy in the toilets!! He wanted 1€ after he let us in and he didn’t informed us, that we have to pay for the toilet before we went in. When we told him, that we didn’t understood the sign in german language and that we don’t have the cash he started to yell at us and didn’t wanted to let us leave! Terrible experience!!

It's a typical McDonald's. Only low educated people that give a shit about the environment, animals and their own health work and eat here.

Me and a friend ordered a menu and only got a mini burger! That's not possible for 10 euros just for a mini burger!!!!!!!Which was still cold!

The staff is VERY rude and nervous, the customers were slipping on wet stairs and no one cared about it, and most importantly, there was a suspicious person in the toilet who COLLECTED 1€ from each customer and when notified, no one in the staff would do something to stop this racketeering. Definitely will never visit this place again.

I eat here often because of its proximity to the bus station. The food is consistently good (as you would expect from a McDonald's). The employees are also friendly and help customers with problems, for example with the electronic ordering process, which has actually become more common since the MC Donalds app was changed because many people confuse this MC Donalds in their app with the MC Donalds at the main station (this is Poststraße) . However, I can't say anything about the frequently mentioned problems with the toilets, as I haven't had to take advantage of this offer yet. Overall, I would say that the MC Donalds on Poststrasse is an absolutely positive example of this franchise in Bonn.

Were disturbed while eating by a homeless man who then almost broke the tables because he didn't get anything... Apparently the employees don't even throw him out... terrible. I chose to eat in a restaurant and didn't even get a tablet. Instead we had to eat out of a bag and use it as a tray.

Good waiting time. Cleanliness wasn't good but OK. Food was worse than other McDonalds. The fries in particular had no salt at all. I also had a whole block of ice in my Sprite. You need a code to get into the toilet and you only get it if you order something. But if you have to, you don't need to order anything - the door is open all the time. Very bad experience as I ordered by mc Donald’s app and paid online by paypal and at the counter they told me the payment is not there and I have to pay in the restaurant which I paid in the restaurant and then I was charged by the app as online order and also in the restaurant for the same order. Food and atmosphere are great, place is clean and staff are professional. Only thing you absolutely must not do in this place is go to the toilet. There is some toilet mafia down there that very aggressively demands 1 Euro or else they get angry and follow you. Very weird and also feels really illegal.

Ich habe noch nie einen so schlechten und ekelhaften McDonald's-Laden gesehen. Diese McDonald's-Toilette sagt, dass sie für Kunden kostenlos ist, dann gibt es dort unten einen afrikanischen Mitarbeiter, der dich aufhält, nachdem du die Toilette als Kunde benutzt hast und dann eine Nutzungsgebühr von 1 Euro erzwingt. Wenn man das dann dem anderen Personal meldet, ignorieren sie es einfach. lol. 🤮

Ich muss hier alle paar Jahre mal im Suff wieder hin, um mich davon zu überzeugen, dass es tatsächlich so schlecht ist wie ich in Erinnerung habe. Ist es! Die Mitarbeiter sind aber teilweise sogar bemüht, das Ambiente liegt irgendwo zwischen Strassenstrich und im Umbau befindlich. Mein Tipp: Meiden wo immer es möglich ist!

Die dreckigste Filiale fue ich he gesegen habe, essen teils fehlerhaft und kalt. Mit 4 Personen rum stehen und quatschen aber keinen Lappen benutzen können 🤮

Saubere Filiale nettes Personal viel durchlaufendes Publikum war in der Schulzeit öfter da Essen!😘

Als ich auf Klo ging, und danach rausgehen wollte , wurde ich vom Toilettenpersonal nicht durchgelassen, weil Ich Ihm kein Geld geben wollte. ( ist keine Pflicht), da man nur wenn man was kauft die Toilette benutzen kann und extra ein Code angeben muss an die Tür. Der hat mich und meine Eltern auf seiner eigenen Sprache beleidigt. Das macht er immer bei mehreren glaube ich. Ich finde es nicht gut das so ein unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter bei euch arbeitet

Es ist mit einer der schlechtes McD. Die ich kenne, die Leute sprechen fast kein deutsch , was noch geht ! Aber das schlimmste sind die WC Anlagen ,sie sind dreckig und stinken und zu allen Überfluss stellt sich der WC mann einen noch in den weg das man noch 1 Euro dafür bezahlen soll ! Ob wohl es zu der Pflicht gehört das die WC Anlagen für Kunden kostenlos sein müssen , und sauber sein sollten ! Also MC was macht ihr , ihr bezahlt den Mann und der presst noch mal bei den Kunden Geld ab !

Al estar en un sitio tan céntrico, cerrar más tarde que otros restaurantes y cerca de la estación, está muy concurrido. El local se veía algo sucio y desordenado, pero debe ser difícil mantenerlo en buenas condiciones con tanta afluencia de gente. No tuvimos que esperar mucho para recoger nuestro pedido y estaba todo como esperábamos.

McDonald's in Bonn. Was soll man geschmacklich sagen. Überall auf der Welt die gleichen Burger und der gleiche Geschmack. Nicht gesund aber wenn man mal unterwegs oder in unbekanntem Terrain ist, weiss man immer wo man hingehen kann. Wie gesagt schmeckt überall auf der Welt gleich.

McDonald's eben. Genau so gut oder schlecht wie überall. Man weiß immerhin was man bekommt (in diesem Fall Frühstück, wegen der frühen Stunde offenbar tw. vom Vortag) Vorsicht hier: Der Boden ist wirklich EXTREM glatt wenn er frisch gewischt ist.

Das Essen hier ist OK aber schnell zubereitet, aber das Essen da ist sehr unordentlich in es ist sehr laut im Laden es sei denn man geht hoch, einmal haben die mein Big Mac vergessen. Ich empfehle diese fast food restaurant nicht wenn man ein schönes Essen haben will und Ruhe haben möchte, aber wenn du schnell was da essen willst und du wirklich knapp an Zeit bist ist das eine sehr gute Wahl!

Nice restaurant, quite clean inside. Service was fast even though it was a weekend and there were surprisingly few visitors. Сегодня забирала заказ с собой. Коробка для бургера помята, я уже молчу о виде бургера. Вместо соуса "сладкий чили" мне дали горничный соус. А пончик вообще хотели положить без упаковки. В прошлый раз мне забыли поставить один яблочный пирог. При всем этом в остальных Макдональдсах проблем нет.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Half of the menu turned out to be unavailable, despite the screen saying it's there. Poor toilet, requires a code from the check + 1 euro fee, which I've never seen in any other McDonald's. Definitely do not recommend visiting.

Why is cleaning lady in WC so angry?

The cleaner of the WC didn’t allow me to use the wc without paying for it and I paid for my meal and my kid’s meals! So the use of the WC should be included! She was rude and argued with me in front of my kids and in front of the other customers! She cannot speak German.

Diesen Laden werde ich nie wieder betreten. Alles verdreckt und unfreundliches Personal. An der Toilette wurde man aufgefordert 1 Euro zu lassen, obwohl wir dort Gäste waren und ich ihm das auch sagte. Der Angestellte hat die Leute sonst nicht durchgelassen, ohne das Geld. Die Toiletten waren übrigens zudem völlig verdreckt!

Ich war gerade 13.05.23 gegen 2:25uhr in dieser Filiale gerade zuhause angekommen die Hälfte fehlt mein Filet o fish nicht essbar sehr kalt und hart hab auf meiner App keine Punkte bekommen weil mein Zettel eventuell nicht einboniert wurde weil ich meine Nummer selber sagen sollte und habe keinen Abholzettel erhalten unmöglich

Leider war auf unserer Pommes-Verpackung ein schwarzer Fleck, und wir haben keine Ahnung, ob das Schimmel war oder was.
