Horrible Treatment (Sat. July 7, 2025) I've never felt so disrespected as I did at this McDonald's!!!

Service is terrible. I've given this branch several chances to prove itself and have been disappointed once again. It's very sad that only the same demographic works there. Doesn't McDonald's stand for diversity? German skills are mediocre, rather poor. They give out fresh produce first and simply put yours aside instead of replacing it if it's the same. They take out the first product and put the new one aside, rather than leaving it on the side for 10 minutes. With a business like this, the head office shouldn't be surprised why the numbers are declining.

The McDonald's employee who served us was a real... None of us misbehaved, and yet a friend was thrown out. I'll never go here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

I ordered food. I then waited 25 minutes for my food, even though it wasn't busy. The fries sat in the bag for about 15 minutes until the burgers were ready. The employees kept disappearing into the back areas, so no one was up front.

Very disappointing. I ordered a menu with a toy/game that was not available, but no one informed me. Also, I specifically wanted Nutella and received a different chocolate spread I didn’t ask for. Poor communication and careless service. I also lost a lot of loyalty points for nothing.

If I could, I'd give it 0 stars. It's really annoying when something's missing even when the store isn't busy. Everything's been good so far, but when even an order with a meal and an extra 20 chicken nuggets gets messed up, it's just sad.

We waited over 15 minutes for two drinks and an apple turnover. The first employee we spoke to didn't show any interest in us, even the third time, not even a glance, even though she was standing only 30 cm in front of us. Hello, on April 22, 2025 I went shopping for lunch. I ordered a salad with honey mustard dressing, a Fanta, nine chicken nuggets and a large portion of fries to go. The chicken wasn't cut properly and the cucumbers were practically whole. I sent a video showing this.

The place is dirty, filthy, stinks, bad service. They didn't give us what we ordered. The manager was rude and used foul language. Employees lied about giving us the food in the order. Don't go near.

I wanted to get my menu (12.90!!!!) Have a straw. The answer: "I don't have any".... Whatever that means, in whatever language. What I find really bad, however, is that the customers come after me got, to the milkshake. I would clearly be lied to!!!!!! And when I consider how the master of the German language looked at me, I assume that I was discriminated against here as a homosexual!!!!!! Absolutely unacceptable – a mouse in the restaurant! I recently ate at McDonald's and was horrified to discover that there was a live mouse in the dining room. Under no circumstances should something like this happen in a food establishment. It reflects very poorly on the cleanliness and hygiene of this location. The McDonald's looks pretty worn out. The facility should be renewed. It doesn't look particularly inviting for a meal in the suburbs. We had to wait a long time for the order. There weren't that many employees there, I only saw three.

This Mcdonalds is the worst in all of North Rhine-Westphalia. The food was served to us cold. We were still missing a fries and a chicken burger. When we said this at the checkout, the manager portrayed us as liars and wanted to ban us all from the house. My only issue is the toilet- to enter there you have to get code from receipt, so it means you have to be a customer. But then there is person waiting for 1 euro for using the toilet, but you are informed about that cost only after you use the toilet. It's basically rackeetering in city center.

Very rude guy in the toilets!! He wanted 1€ after he let us in and he didn’t informed us, that we have to pay for the toilet before we went in. The staff is VERY rude and nervous, the customers were slipping on wet stairs and no one cared about it, and most importantly, there was a suspicious person in the toilet who COLLECTED 1€ from each customer and when notified, no one in the staff would do something to stop this racketeering. I eat here often because of its proximity to the bus station. The food is consistently good (as you would expect from a McDonald's). The employees are also friendly and help customers with problems, for example with the electronic ordering process, which has actually become more common since the MC Donalds app was changed because many people confuse this MC Donalds in their app with the MC Donalds at the main station (this is Poststraße) . However, I can't say anything about the frequently mentioned problems with the toilets, as I haven't had to take advantage of this offer yet. Overall, I would say that the MC Donalds on Poststrasse is an absolutely positive example of this franchise in Bonn.

Good waiting time. Cleanliness wasn't good but OK. Food was worse than other McDonalds. The fries in particular had no salt at all. I also had a whole block of ice in my Sprite. Food and atmosphere are great, place is clean and staff are professional. Only thing you absolutely must not do in this place is go to the toilet. There is some toilet mafia down there that very aggressively demands 1 Euro or else they get angry and follow you. Very weird and also feels really illegal.

Ich habe noch nie einen so schlechten und ekelhaften McDonald's-Laden gesehen. Diese McDonald's-Toilette sagt, dass sie für Kunden kostenlos ist, dann gibt es dort unten einen afrikanischen Mitarbeiter, der dich aufhält, nachdem du die Toilette als Kunde benutzt hast und dann eine Nutzungsgebühr von 1 Euro erzwingt. Wenn man das dann dem anderen Personal meldet, ignorieren sie es einfach. lol. 🤮

Ich muss hier alle paar Jahre mal im Suff wieder hin, um mich davon zu überzeugen, dass es tatsächlich so schlecht ist wie ich in Erinnerung habe. Ist es! Die Mitarbeiter sind aber teilweise sogar bemüht, das Ambiente liegt irgendwo zwischen Strassenstrich und im Umbau befindlich. Mein Tipp: Meiden wo immer es möglich ist!

Die dreckigste Filiale fue ich he gesegen habe, essen teils fehlerhaft und kalt. Mit 4 Personen rum stehen und quatschen aber keinen Lappen benutzen können 🤮

Saubere Filiale nettes Personal viel durchlaufendes Publikum war in der Schulzeit öfter da Essen!😘
