McDonald's in Bonn

Rude staff. We arrived early in the morning and were rudely asked to leave the area where we had sat because the staff had forgotten to close off the first floor. They made it our problem. Not recommended.

I waited 45 minutes for my order today, only to find half of it was missing when I got home. The other half was cold. Never again! Worst McDonald's ever!!!

Pretty good for satisfying a quick hunger.

Where do I even begin? The staff doesn't speak German. My bread from Berger was cold and from the refrigerator, even though we waited so long. Half the fries were already gone, and I certainly won't be coming back.

Crowded and quite full. Probably due to the free Wi-Fi and power outlets at the seats. McDonald's is never truly empty, but I find it extremely so here. The staff and decor are good.

Friendly staff, clean and well-maintained. The food is exactly as it should be. For me, the absolute downside is the fact that there's no wheelchair-accessible restroom and no effort is being made to find a solution. Conclusion: Only suitable for wheelchair users if you don't need to use the restroom!

I ordered food through Lieferando on Sunday, and this branch seems to be located near where I live. According to the delivery tracking, it took 60 minutes before anyone even bothered to process my order. It took another 45 minutes for the order to be prepared. The only positive thing was the nice Lieferando delivery driver, who was so nice during the delivery that you can hardly be mad at him, and he couldn't be blamed for it.

24-hour McDonald's! It's very hectic during peak hours, and orders can get mixed up.

20x3 nuggets and a few burgers ordered via Uber Eats: The nuggets were yellowish inside, hardly tasted like McDonald's nuggets and more like cheap frozen nuggets from the supermarket, extremely bad

I can't believe it... we're often on the go, and Macces is a perfect choice... but... the McDrive (pre-ordered with the app) has always been faulty. Sometimes the milk and sugar were missing, sometimes a burger, and there were almost always communication problems, even though I ordered in advance. BUT... the Macces here did everything right. No waiting time (please pull up), nothing was missing, the food was piping hot, too... and all served with a smile. TOP! Trust in Macces restored. 🫶

I'm disappointed. When we entered this establishment around midnight to satisfy our cravings for stacks of meat-filled food, we were in for a nasty surprise. The meals were prepared relatively quickly and, apart from the usual dryness inside, were more or less satisfactory. What took our breath away was the condition we found the restaurant in. The floor couldn't decide between slippery and sticky and simply decided to be both. Furthermore, the excessive amount of salad didn't make the floor any more appealing to the touch. Aside from the usual things like disastrous restrooms and overflowing tray stations, it's basically a normal fast-food restaurant of this type. Would gladly return!!!

This morning I was looking forward to breakfast at MC, but it didn't work out because the lady working there is absolutely rude. She isn't even able to understand the situation and her answers are so unfriendly that it simply puts you out of the mood. The input device didn't print my order receipt correctly. The price on the receipt was wrong and it had bacon on it. When I complained at the cash register, the friendly lady didn't understand me. I mentioned it about 10 times that the order was wrong. Instead of looking at her own device, the argument started. I'm not stupid, am I? I know what I ordered and what I didn't. Then the lady from the drive thru came around the corner and PULLED OUT A SECOND RECEIPT WITH FORCE. Well, that was my order. Then I had to let this lady tell me to take out the correct receipt next time! OK, that's absolutely not okay. The machine gives me the receipt. My receipt was sticking out of the compartment by 2cm. I can't stand the fact that I have to PULL IT FORCEDLY. I'd say the receipt machine is incorrectly configured, and the roll isn't dispensing the receipt correctly. This isn't my first time ordering at MC!!!!!!!!! I didn't have breakfast. I've forgotten. Since I can't reach anyone at MC right now, I'm posting this review. I usually always seek out a conversation because I'm self-employed!!!!!!!

Clean and pleasant shop. I forgot to pack a burger when ordering, but it was delivered right away without any hassle. I'd be happy to come back 👍

Quite slow. Wanted the towels, so we went to towels menus. It was nowhere mentioned that they only come with a large menu and within the towels menus you could choose small aswell which looked like you get towels with a small menu. That was not the case, they didn’t even wanted to give me one or two towels for the 4 menus I ordered.

So, we got there around 3:00 a.m., and I was a little disappointed because my Happy Meal had a Smurf instead of a Squishmellow. As if that wasn't tragic enough, they simply forgot to put my cheeseburger (consider it costs €2.50) in the bag. I'm a little annoyed, but anyway, the food itself was delicious.

It's shameful that a chain like McDonald's in Germany doesn't offer gluten-free buns for their burgers. My daughter couldn't eat there, and a group of eight of us had to go elsewhere for dinner.

The staff can't or doesn't want to understand or speak German, which makes communication difficult. There's new furniture outside, but the play area is closed, which we don't understand. The restrooms are very dirty, and the food tastes just like it always does.

It's just a McDonald's, so there's not much to say about it. It's clean, the staff is friendly, and it has two floors.

I ordered 4 McSandays. All 4 had hardly any sauce, if any at all, and there was no mention of a full cup. The cup was only less than half. After complaining, they didn't say that it was far too little, they instead yelled at me.

Just went to McDonald's and ordered less than half the ice cream sundae. The staff are unfriendly! If you complain, they even give you a hard time. They're ripping you off!

A completely normal day at a McDonald's! With completely normal food and drinks! Delicious!!

I'll first talk about McDonald's itself, then about McDonald's Around the World and the food itself. The McDonald's itself was one of the better ones I've been to. It was pretty empty, but with two floors, there was plenty of space. There wasn't an indoor playground, but there was a large outdoor playground. The downside was that there were only two self-service kiosks, and the restroom was a bit hard to find at first glance. There wasn't much variety in the interior design or seating options either. Mostly only four-seater seats. From the outside, though, it was one of the cooler McDonald's I've seen. There's also a coffee stand in the store. Now, the food. I ordered a meal from the new McDonald's Around the World. A really cool promotion to try McDonald's products from around the world. Okay, okay. The fries weren't warm, and some burgers were dry and not fresh. You can't really say the drink was bad, so that was good. All in all, it's totally okay, you can do it.

We bought at the drive-thru. Fast service.

Today was truly disappointing. I was just there and ordered ice cream and a milkshake. The ice cream was fine. We ordered a chocolate milkshake and got an ice cafe. Our son tried it and said it tasted weird. Then we tested it and felt really ripped off. How can you not get the simplest orders right?

Average McDonald's, you could say everything was the same as always. Average food, with an average wait time, but the employees are helpful. On a positive note, the restrooms were exceptionally clean! I can recommend this average McDonald's.

I ordered a vegan burger at the drive-thru and got one with meat... that's not acceptable, such a crappy place.

Unbelievable how the manager at drive-thru acted. Just because we spoke English, she stopped responding completely. When we drove up, she straight up refused to take our order and said she wouldn’t process it and they laugh at us over the disk. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable behavior from someone who claims to be in charge A advise, be more gentle with the customer. It won’t hurt anybody, if you can’t speak in English it’s ok, we could translate it by our self then.

Very long waiting times and the food was cold

The food was good, but when I used the app to buy a free ice cream, which costs 500 points, I was deducted 1000 points.

We just waited more than 30 minutes for our food! Slow food is probably now the new fast food. There weren't any napkins on the tray either and there wasn't anything more than a brief sorry.

The ice maker turns off too early every day. At 1, even though it's online, it's available 24 hours a day. Additional guidance was occasionally required for more demanding tasks. This means that employees are a bit slow-witted. This is very annoying when you want to have ice cream after work and the ice cream machine is always off.

During the Easter coupon season there was a chip holder for the car with a double pack meal. After it was already empty in another McDonald's (which I can completely understand), we used the McDonald's app to look for a McDonald's where we could still theoretically order it online and came across this crappy McDonald's. When we got there, we were also able to order our menu using the order taker and add the chip holder when I picked up the order or. We were given a horrible smelly abyss of disgusting McRib shower gel for which I would never have ordered this double pack menu. An unparalleled impudence, I'll never go here again. To make matters worse, the ice cream machine was broken again.

Only one star because, unfortunately, you can't give zero stars. The staff barely understood German. My cappuccino was lukewarm. There was no toilet paper in the entire men's restroom. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. When I complained, the waitress just smiled at me, turned around, and chatted with the female colleague. Great service. As I was leaving the restaurant, I quickly looked back into the men's restroom to see that there was still no toilet paper. They've lost me as a customer.

I really feel bad for the employees. A very tall man (think the branch manager) spoke to an employee in an impossible and disrespectful manner. The McDonald's was busy at the time, and other guests even noticed his behavior. I hope he reconsiders his behavior towards his employees, otherwise I will avoid this store in the future.

Last time we were there in the evening and ordered menus and the waiting time was quite long. Unfortunately, the food arrived at our table very cold, where we are used to something different. You can tell that McDonald's is constantly changing their staff, making it more and more difficult to get a hot meal. The staff are mutually annoyed when you miss cold burgers or half of the food. Talking about cleanliness, I would say it is very dirty. If we want to eat at this McDonald's, we have to clean the table ourselves because the staff gets annoyed when you ask if they can clean the table. The toilets in particular are not cleaned properly. If you could give stars, they would get one star.

Food was prepared quickly and everything was complete. We were there late at night, so it wasn't full. We ordered takeaway at the terminal. The mediocre rating is based on the fact that the employee slapped the food on us without saying goodbye and went straight to the kitchen. In a service-oriented service, I expect at least a "good evening or goodbye" but it's a shame that that's no longer common practice

We had bought take-out in a bag from the restaurant for the family. At home we noticed that a bottle of apple juice and a large chip were missing. No one answered my call from the phone number on the receipt. So I called up the web feedback form that was also printed on it. After endless requests for private information, "thank you very much" came and I realized that it was anonymous feedback. *Aargh* So I sent an email to the address also printed describing the problem. After two weeks with no response. McDonald's ignores me because they can. Therefore only two stars from me.

I've gotten chicken nuggets several times at the drive-thru instead of plant-based nuggets, even though they were clearly ordered as plant-based. Always exchanged last time. Worst experience at McDonald's in years. We stayed at the McDrive in Wesseling, never again! Long waiting times, the fries were completely spoiled and hard, like they had been fried twice, inedible and had to be thrown away. The cheeseburger cheese was almost raw. Big Mac, Cola ok. Too bad about the money. Service at the McDrive (cash register and food delivery) was nice but far too slow. You can't keep up with production despite medium customer volumes, poor management.

A normal McDonald's staff didn't seem very motivated and rather annoyed. But still everything is good. The most important thing was true. The food and drink were tasty and it was clean and well maintained
