Worst experience at McDonald's in years. We stayed at the McDrive in Wesseling, never again! Long waiting times, the fries were completely spoiled and hard, like they had been fried twice, inedible and had to be thrown away. The cheeseburger cheese was almost raw. Big Mac, Cola ok. Too bad about the money. Service at the McDrive (cash register and food delivery) was nice but far too slow. You can't keep up with production despite medium customer volumes, poor management.

Burgers were cold and the fries on 2 menus were forgotten. Unfortunately we only noticed it when we got home.

A normal McDonald's staff didn't seem very motivated and rather annoyed. But still everything is good. The most important thing was true. The food and drink were tasty and it was clean and well maintained

The most disgusting store ever! Not a single table was cleared or cleaned. When asked, he answered me. What should I do! The store was almost empty and the employees were wandering around haphazardly. This can be understood in stressful situations. One point is already too many.

I chose my favorite Mac meal: Mac Rib Menue for €6.99. The food was even brought to my table. The food was good and still hot. The premises were very clean. I will come again.

The toilet was dirty, including no soap. The outside area was completely dirty, every table was so dirty that you couldn't sit at it. When I asked if the tables could be wiped down, all I got was an annoyed eye roll. And no, the tables weren't cleaned, even 30 minutes later. And no, it wasn't busy. The only plus point, the food came very quickly. But the entire store urgently needs to be kept clean and the friendliness of the staff is really subpar.

Products are missing from every order and now we have been indirectly accused of “theft”. The manager said she knew for sure that she gave everything right, but didn't care and gave us the products again (products that we paid for and didn't receive the first time).

Absolute disaster. I don't understand how it can happen that you order something and the result is a completely different order. €30 was paid and only a maximum of €15 of food was given out. Absolute impudence. Never again

You suddenly feel like having a burger and drive through half of Bonn to a Mc that runs 24 hours a day. It's supposed to be open and I see it's closed. Not even any information online.

The employees are not familiar with the term fast food. I've already sent food back twice because the time wasn't kept. This morning the saleswoman didn't understand any German, the food wasn't on the table after 5 minutes, despite the time being indicated, she only understood the train station. Sorry, I'm at a loss for words. Please close your shop

Double storey McDonalds with 24/7 service, clean and well organized.

A normal fast food shop. The lady who served me was okay, but overall the quality has deteriorated significantly.

Overcrowded and quite full. This is probably due to the free WiFi and sockets on site. McDonald's is never really empty but I find it extreme here. Staff and facility is good.

Bought and ate a meal a few hours ago, got up at 4:50 with the most severe stomach pain and just threw up.

Very dirty, both the dining area and the toilets... Tables and benches are full of leftover food from previous visitors... During peak times, a terminal didn't work and there are simply no table stands for service, so you can't choose this option... MC's food is becoming increasingly bland, fries were undercooked and cold, as were cold burgers etc etc... what a pity, what a pity... isn't there a manager here?... as an employee you should be ashamed of yourself and as an AG even more so

It was too quiet for my liking and the food tasted good for a fast food restaurant the service was good.

Unfortunately, in the middle of the night, no other restaurant nearby was open. Basically a regular McDonalds. However, I noticed how dirty the entire store was. The tables weren't cleaned, there was trash everywhere on the floor. The toilet wasn't clean either. The vouchers in my app were not valid here either. Overall the visit wasn't worth it.

Unfortunately, one has to say that the price/performance ratio is no longer right if, for example: If the burgers were the same size, it probably wouldn't matter if you had to pay 50 cents more, but smaller and more expensive can't be possible, that's ripping off customers. This is how you lose customers, but it doesn't seem to matter. The cleanliness of the toilets leaves a lot to be desired and the service gives the impression "Oh no, another customer"

What can I say, it's just a McDonald's. But what I wanted to get rid of is that I missed certain things in my bag for the umpteenth time. I've never said or written anything about it, but today it's the limit. The fries were missing again when I wanted to eat at home with my family. Last time it was the toy for the children. Explain to your children that they don't have any toys with their junior bag. I'm just speechless.

We had dinner here in the evening. The fries were cold, as was the burger. The toilets were very dirty. I cannot recommend this McDonald's.

Hi, this Mc' Donalds is no longer what it used to be. The last 4 visits there was always something missing or not right - no curly fries / no paid extra patty / no cheeseburger and now the most annoying thing - no toys from the Happy Meal - I'm standing there in front of my son like an idiot with a Happy Meal without toys. Then once fries were missing, I opened the bag right in front of the counter and looked in and saw that there were no fries in it. Then 10 different hands from the cash register and waitress put things in the bag and mix them all upside down and crookedly and look for the fries. In the end I got one. It's better not to order food from you anymore.

Despite the voucher campaign, everything went very quickly. The fish burgers were hot, everything was good.

We ordered breakfast 5 times Egg and Bacon 4 were fresh and the 5th was old it was very difficult to bite off the roll. I find something like that really unfortunate.

The BicMac was tasty but the bun was totally soggy. I had food on hand. When I told the staff this, they simply turned their backs on me. Great service.

The children were happy. MCes is always a highlight for the children. And when the children are happy, we as parents are too. We will be back.

Unfortunately, McDonalds has reduced the burgers and salads. For me and my son it is no longer as interesting to eat there as it used to be. The outdoor area isn't as nice anymore either because they have covered everything. But as I said, you can't please everyone.

Nice place to spend weekend mornings. The place wasn't very packed, ample parking within the restaurant compound. Food is consistently great.

The food is okay, but unfortunately the staff are completely out of place. There is a very large language barrier, so even the simplest questions are met with blank faces. English is also a problem. The food may be okay, but the overall impression leaves a lot to be desired. Mistakes often occur during special promotions that can only be resolved through discussion. For example, I wasn't given any sauce for the Shirin David ice cream, even though the sauce was visible in the promotional pictures. The same goes for the glasses - you choose them at the machine, but you get different ones. You will also be insulted if you mention that something is missing from your order. The waitress doesn't let you finish and portrays you as a liar. They refuse to look into the bag because the employees are sure that nothing is missing and that you are supposedly lying. This cannot be clarified due to the language barrier. The employees with headsets in McDrive in particular are often unfriendly and stressed. However, it is worth noting that the managers are often friendlier and speak German well.

Want to sell mc café go normal café... then don't know how to use the machine... in the end it's the café please and no crema... the script failed here... the district manager should get some steam, they need that... servants

One of the best McDonald's I've visited so far. But McDonald's food doesn't get more than 3 stars from me.

Divided into two levels. So there was enough space and after a tuning meeting you could chat with dozens of colleagues about the day over a good little snack. Very neat and well organized

The store probably makes thousands of extra dollars a year because they don't sell the goods. Ordered two curly fries and only got one - always check your order when you order takeaway!

The employees at this branch don't feel like talking in the morning and can't easily answer your questions

Food is completely fine. Service and cleanliness okay. However, you put people at the checkout who don't speak German and don't understand even the simplest orders. When you get your food to the table, something is always missing or the cola is with ice even though you ordered without ice. This is really annoying now.

Service was quick. However, the burgers were cold and therefore unfortunately not edible.

All you can expect from fast Mc. Donald.

McDonald's is always good with children. The service is very nice. Always something going on at peak times. Location at the Bonn distributor and opposite the fire department, always something interesting for small children.

Laughs at the customers and also laughs in the kitchen and seems very much like they did something with the food I got (spitted) or something else that I don't think is right and is really bad

Kleiner MC Donalds. Er war nicht voll. Essen wurde recht schnell zubereitet. Toiletten waren soweit sauber., das Personal war freundlich. Parkplatz war klein aber ok, die Ausfahrt ist nicht unbedingt tiefergelgte Autos freundlich. Sonst alles gut.

Silvester...Personal unfreundlich....Burger sehen aus wie "zusammen geklatscht".... Tische schmutzig...

Echt schockierend. Morgens um 9 Uhr noch überall Müll, nicht gelehrte Rückgabewagen und 3/4 der Tische und Sitze schmutzig. Nein, es ist hier total ruhig und ich bin der einzige Kunde - Zeit zum Saubermachen wäre also...

Habe leider öfter jetzt schon das falsche Essen bekommen. Sowohl die Schichtleitung, als auch die Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich! Das Positive in diesem Lokal, ist das saubere Ambiente.

Der Big Rösti Raclerte ist schon irgendwie eine Verarsche. Habe mich auf einen Burger mit Raclettkäse gefreut, welcher auch in der Beschreibung steht. Stattdessen wird Emmentaler benutzt.

Bei McDonald's immer gutes Essen da kann man gar nichts falsch machen

Wir waren zu Dritt im MC Dive in. Haben 10 Teile bestellt. Das war so verpackt, dass man keinen Überblick hatte, ob alles vorhanden war. Ich habe am Schalter gefragt, ob wir alles haben. Es kam ein unfreundliches : Ja Zuhause stellten wir fest, dass 3 Teile fehlten. Sehr unprofessionell.

Essen ok Personal geht so nicht zuhören das man das essen mitnehmen möchte und dann noch pampig werden

Das Personal im Saal war höflich und kompetent. Der Saal ist schmutzig. Die Wasserhähne in der Damentoilette funktionieren nicht.

Super schneller Service am Tisch. Sehr sauber. Gerne wieder.

Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt aber darußen und drinnen waren die Tische und der Boden dreckig, das essen ist schnell und warm angekommen was mir ebenfalls sehr gefallen hat.

Ich habe noch bei keinem Mc Donalds dieser Welt so schlechte Burger bekommen!!! Absolute Frechheit was hier rausgegeben wird. Am Liebsten wäre ich nochmal hingefahren und hätte die Burger hinter die Theke geschmissen. Die Zeit war mir aber dann zu schade. Ich kann nur jeden warnen dort zu essen!!! Ich hoffe mir bleibt die Lebensmittelvergiftung erspart!!!

Ging schnell. War ok für McDonald's

Habe einen Royal mit 2 Extrapatties (also Trippleburger) bestellt, bekam nur einen Royal mit einem extra Patty. Schon das zweite Mal!!! Leute, das finde ich echt mega besch***en, da ich mich besch***en durch euch nicht nur fühle, sondern tatsächlich 2 mal besch***en wurde. Dass ihr im McDrive immer sowas macht... Habe null Vertrauen mehr in euch!

Mc Donalds ist bekanntermaßen McDonald’s. Man weiß, was man bekommt. Daher absolut in Ordnung. Der Service ist teilweise leicht verwirrt. Nett - aber man sollte genau nachsehen, ob wirklich alles bestellte/bezahlte herausgegeben wird. Das Ambiente ist in Ordnung. In der Regel sehr sauber und die Spielanlage ist schön und lädt eher mal zum Essen vor Ort ein.

Freundliche Bedienung, frisch zubereitetes Essen und wirklich heiß. Gerne wieder 👍

Mega schnell. Service war Etwas komisch in der Kommunikation an der Kasse, allerdings die Dame die das Essen ausgeben hat, war sehr freundlich.

MC Donalds halt. Mal besser , mal schlechter zubereitet. Ambiente langweilig.

Bei Mc Cafe auf die Bedienung 10 min gewartet. Nach mehren Anfragen ob jemand kommt würden sind wir immer wieder vertröstet das gleich einer da ist. Der Kaffe und dss Kuchenstück war soweit ok.

Eines der wenigen MC-Restaurants wo man auch noch am Tresen bestellen kann. Gerade für die älteren Semester doch sehr angenehm.

Essen war ok wie immer. Leider war das Restaurant ziemlich unordentlich .

Katastrophe, da kann das Restaurant nicht viel für, aber die Besucher waren schon grenzwertig. Es war in der Woche, abends 22:00h und es waren Kinder unter 5/6 Jahre in dem Restaurant als Besucher. Ebenfalls standen Teenager vor der Tür (geschätzt 13-14 Jahre) in einem Aufzug bei dem man durchaus andere Gedanken bekommen könnte, als von einem McDonalds Restaurant.

Mein Freund hat gestern Abend um ca. 22:15 beim drive in seine Bestellung aufgegeben, beim Abholen 3 x nachgefragt, ob alles drin ist und was war letztendlich…..die Chickenteile fehlten dann zuhause, 5 € geschenkt…. nicht das 1. Mal! Man sollte tatsächlich jedesmal die Tüte ausräumen lassen, was bei den unfreundlichen Mitarbeitern noch zu größerem Ummut führen würde….!! Um 23:00 fährt man auch nicht nochmal durch die ganze Stadt um zu reklamieren. Also 4-5 Teile zusammenzupacken scheint sehr schwierig zu sein, vielleicht auch Methode….

Service ist ok eigentlich auser das mann sein essen kontrollieren muss ob alles da ist und wenn es mal voll ist ist öfter passiert das sachen fehlen und mann muss den Kassenbuch zeigen und sagen habe kontrolliert und die so schauen sie nochmal nach und ich so ist kein Burger 🍔 da und dann habe ich den mit widerwillig bekommen aber sonst zu Frieden

Essen wie immer, Service von sowas von unfreundlich. Ist aber bestimmt darauf zurück zu führen das der Laden Rand voll war.

Pommes roh, Hygiene Regeln in der Küche werden nicht beachtet. Auf Essen gehustet. Spielzeug aus happy Meal auch nicht mehr verfügbar. Kein TischService. Unhöfliche Ansprache als man reklamieren will. 2.9.2023 um 02:00Uhr. Würde hier die Angestellten dringend schulen. Habe nur mein Getränk getrunken. Essen bekommt draußen die Tonne.
