McDonald's in Bonn

We wanted to order something using the app, but it only worked if we entered our credit card details or used PayPal. Card payments weren't even accepted anymore. Thanks a lot 🤨 We cancelled the order and bought something at the bakery next door.

MICE!!!!! Unfortunately, a very bad place. The food was cold and there were two mice running around... I ended up throwing the rest of the food away... truly disgusting :(

I'm completely satisfied with the food and the service so far and have nothing to complain about!

The food is the same as anywhere else, but the downside is there are no free restrooms. So, admission is 1 euro per person or child.

A very cool McDonald's, much better than the one on the next street. The burgers, fries, everything is delicious. There are not many people, there is a lot of space. I recommend it.

Dirty hs.. Staff are totally unfriendly!! You can't order anything personally at the checkout!! They send you to a machine!! The staff, or rather the manager, should be fired!!! Filth!! This store is simply disgraceful!!! These employees are simply catastrophic!! I ended up leaving the store without eating!! Never again!!! Other stores are usually fine, but if I had to rate this chain and my last visit, I have to say that you must avoid this store at the main station in Bonn!!

Definitely the better McDonald's at the main station. Cleaner and usually not as crowded as the one on Poststraße. Note: No private restrooms.

Fancy a McMouse? While I was waiting for my takeaway burger to be prepared, a four-legged customer in the shape of a mouse pushed her way to the front. After asking the silent staff three times whether there was a mouse problem, I finally got confirmation (from the shift manager?): Yes (!), when it gets cooler, the mice come in... Enjoy your meal 😳

The food has always been hot, fresh, and prepared quickly! What I also noticed was that a "special" gentleman recently found a job there. Even though a lot of things seem new to him, he's working hard and has found a job there! Thank you for that!

We were there this morning around 10:30 a.m. We ordered at 10:37 a.m. and didn't get our food until 10:50 a.m. This is anything but a "fast-food" restaurant... We ordered two things and didn't even get the right thing. The pineapple turnover was an apple turnover. They didn't even pick it up with tongs, but fished it out of the oil with the packaging. The first burger was simply thrown in the trash in front of us... My bacon on the burger was already past its prime... You had to listen to loud conversations, but preparing food wasn't an option??? Really? Such a shame!!!

Only ice cream. Edible. Okay. It's 32 degrees outside - I thought I'd cool off with ice cream at McMansion - nothing could be further from the truth. It's even hotter inside than outside. The air conditioning isn't working.

Aside from the less-than-healthy and less-than-high-quality food at McDonald's, which even the new products from McDonald's around the world can't change, a cute mouse visited us today while we were eating at the restaurant. I like animals, but this combination doesn't fit at all and is simply disgusting! On top of that, McDonald's is simply not a place for vegetarians. The selection is pitifully poor (even compared to competitors like BK). I see an urgent need for action on both of these points!

The food and drinks were McDonald's quality. However, there were problems with the takeaway order. Although the food was ready according to the display, it was sitting somewhere, but it wasn't served until after four requests and after showing the number. This could be improved. STALE FOOD REALLY BAD... I ordered a Mc Chicken classic after a very long friendly conversation with the staff and finally I was able to select the chicken classic. However, it was a Takeaway and the store barely had 5-6 customers at around 19:45 uhr. Just because there were no many customers they gave me a STALE FOOD. NOTHING WAS FRESH. PLEASE THINK ABOUT THE HEALTH SAFETY FOR THE CUSTOMERS. Thanks.

For a burger, you have to order at Terminal 1 and then pay at Terminal 2 to get it at Terminal 3. Sounds like a drive-in. But it is the “normal” ordering process.

My train arrived, and one of the employees brought me my order while I was supposed to wait in the train door. They were so fast (the train left on time, don't worry). Sweet little ones 💖

What a deck booth, all the tables were full of trash and dirty. As if it were a huge loss to hire someone to clean. Eating on site was not possible because all the tables were full of tablets. All I can say is that the toilet is like Slim's home. Inside was a dark man waiting for everyone who had gone to the bathroom and had no idea about it. Currently, all employees at McDonald's branches are unable to properly put an order consisting of 2 products into a paper bag. It couldn't get any stupider or more incompetent. I even assume this is intentional. Thanks for the worst service in the world.

Ordered 2 chicken burgers, got one. I waited a really long time because nothing was going on at all. Hair in the burger and burger carelessly thrown together (found half-packed in the bag) I've never seen less sauce on anything. Nothing whisked... At least the store looks pretty good, I would say. I don't know whether the hygiene is that good. There really shouldn't be hair in the burger. And such errors in such simple orders are not ok either.

Best McDonald's in Bonn City and the surrounding area! ..and I've already tested them all. Always fresh, delicious food, super fast service. Friendly staff. Most of the time it happens very quickly because it is usually very empty. Clean place and you can always find a good seat. I always go here and enjoy being here. It's also a good place to pass the time when you're waiting for a train.

I have never received my food so quickly at McDonald's. The food tasted good. The location is great, literally on one of the platforms of Bonn Central Station.

The McFlurry tastes like rotten milk! The burgers are limp and taste really bad. Service extremely unfriendly! Atmosphere, loud, not nice. Really not recommended.

Very nice employees! Once when it was busy I couldn't take my food with me in time without missing the train. This was later replaced by the shift manager. Very accommodating!

Unnecessarily rude employees insulted me racially and made my order extra slowly. It was a sandwich who takes 20 minutes for a sandwich and there were 3 people in the McDonald's since it was early in the morning. Never again, I didn't even get my money back and NO food.

I really enjoyed having my breakfast here. The McMuffin Sausage and Egg tasted sensational. Everything was to my satisfaction. Due to the hectic hustle and bustle, which is normal on the railway track at the main station, I had to order my cocoa again and it was then served hot. All in all, a good place to enjoy a delicious breakfast!

Due to the location right in the main train station, it is often very crowded and, depending on the staff, not entirely clean. But it has never been dirty/disgusting during my visits. The burgers and fries were of normal chain quality and there was never anything missing. I wouldn't necessarily eat there, but it's always fine to take away.

There are also electronic displays for self-ordering and payment for convenience. The hall is not very spacious, but there are free seats (both on sofas and on bar stools). Orders are made quite quickly. Among the cons: the tables are not always clean; the lack of a toilet is disappointing.

The staff seems untrained! The coupons that are in the app will not be accepted! When you order an espresso at MacCafe, sometimes you don't even get a saucer for the glass of water that has to be served with the espresso - you almost have to persistently ask until it is served lukewarm. It always seems to be understaffed because it takes an awfully long time to be able to order.

Ein typischer Bahnhofs Mäcces bei dem man nicht viel erwarten kann. Es gibt zum Glück ein McCafé hier und der Cappuccino mit Hafermilch ist völlig okay. Der Kakao hat auch geschmeckt.

Sauber, Essen hat optimale Temperatur, Personal ist freundlich und effizient.

Softeis wurde lieblos angerichtet und mit Gabel serviert. Der Herr an der Ausgabe/Kasse hatte überhaupt keine Lust auf seinen Job. Dann sollte man sich einen passenden Job suchen.

Essen Standard, es gab allerdings keine Softdrinks mehr, was man erst beim bestellen erfahren konnte an Theke und Terminal! Nicht so smart...

Oh je, wir haben noch nie so unfreundliche Mitarbeiter erlebt…haben am Terminal bestellt. Als unsere Nummer aufgerufen wurde, schmiss die Mitarbeiterin uns die Tüten auf den Tresen, murmelte irgendwas unverständliches und würdigte uns dann keines Blickes mehr. Auch auf unser Tschüss, schönen Abend keine Reaktion. Abgesehen davon war die Bestellung fast kalt, was auch erklärt, warum sie innerhalb 5 Minuten fertig war. Ein Mal und nicht wieder.

Keine Toilette, dann muss man sie nicht sauber halten🤣, ansonsten Meckes halt , ist so aufgebaut das man nicht lange bleiben möchte, ungemütlich und kalt ,

Es gab um 17 Uhr einfach keine Getränke mehr außer Wasser!! Ein no-go! Außerdem war auf meinem Cheeseburger eine kalte Käsescheibe drauf, die nicht ansatzweise geschmolzen war. Warum McDonalds nun die App-Coupons nur noch zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten anbietet, finde ich unverschämt - dann können sie es gleich lassen.

Laden ist ganz okay. Hatte eine unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin erwischt... kommt vor, war trotzdem nicht toll.

War heute (23.11.23) gegen 16 Uhr dort. Habe ein McMenü mit dem Mc Crispy, Pommes und einem Snack Salad bestellt. Erst im Zug habe ich gemerkt, dass mir die Pommes nicht eingepackt wurden. Sowas sollte nicht passieren, ich bin sehr enttäuscht!

Unglaublich freundliches und kompetentes Personal!! Sehr locker, spaßige, humorvolle aber vor allem professionelle Arbeitsatmosphäre!! Die Kollegen lachen mit einander, haben sehr gute Laune und das bei Hochbetrieb zur Mittagszeit!!! Die gute Arbeitsatmosphäre strahlt automatisch auf die Kunden über!! Ich war schon in sehr vielen McDonalds-Filialen, aber das war mit großem Abstand die beste!! regional, deutschlandweit und international!! Ich bewerte immer sehr kritisch, aber das war fantastisch!!!

McDonalds wie alle anderen. Man weiss, was man bekommt. Ambiente ebenfalls ähnlich zu allen anderen, Lage am Bonner Bahnhof 1a.

„Fast Food“ ist was anderes: Die Zubereitung zweier Cheeseburger hat so lange gedauert, dass ich ohne das Essen zum Gleis musste um den Zug nicht zu verpassen …

Wenn ich ein Spezialitätenrestaurant erwartet hätte, wäre ich hier falsch gewesen. Aber für schnelle, nicht wirklich kostengünstige, leichte oder gesunde amerikanische Systemgastronomie war's the place to be. McCrispy mit Curly Fries und Barbecuesauce mit Softdrink als Menu - noch unter 10 Euro - vorab, per Handy bestellt, fliegend abgeholt und fertig. Über den Rest lässt sich streiten ...

Ist halt n Fast Food Kett, meistens mit freundliche Bedienung.

I got real meat instead of veggie , and they said upstairs is closed even though they didn’t put the barrier up. So after you sit upstairs they chase u away instead of just putting up a sign that upstairs is closed.

Belästigt die Gäste mit Plakaten und Flyern einer politischen Kampagne, die sich nur als ideologisch beschreiben lässt.

Mitarbeiterin war Recht unfreundlich. Bestellung wurde nicht korrekt ausgeführt. Ein Besuch der sanitären Anlagen kostet selbst für Gäste je 50 Cent.

Irgendwas scheine ich falsch zu machen, dass ich schon bei zwei verschiedenen mcdonalds statt den gewünschten plant based nuggets geschredderte hünchen bekommen hab.

Gratis anaphylaktischer Schock und eine unfreiwillige Pause vom Veganismus? Kein Problem! Super Plant Burger mit Sonderwünschen bestellt und schon nach 1min fertig… Moment ist das möglich? Ich sage nein! Burger war ein alter aus der Auslage, die Zwiebeln gegen die ich allergisch bin wurden halbherzig mit den Fingern aus dem Salat gepickt. Der Burger hat aufjedenfall Druckspuren die dafür sprechen dass der Burger nochmal geöffnet wurde (siehe Foto). Beim Käse und der Soße wurde nicht mal versucht was zu berichtigen, wahrscheinlich weil der Käse komplett am Patty festgetrocknet war. Kein Rücksicht auf die eigentliche Bestellung. Irgendwas zusammen geworfen. Kalt und ecklig serviert. In der Bahn die Tüte geöffnet, obwohl das ist falsch, denn diese öffnete sich von unten her selber, denn die Soße frass sich durch den Tüten Boden. Den 5€ Burger durfte Ich wegschmeißen!! Mega!!

Achtung kein WC, dafür muss man in das Bahnhofs WC natührlich gegen Gebühr.

Gleiches Klientel wie auf den Bahnsteigen. Junkies, Assis, einige sehen aus wie Nuts, männlich und weiblich...schlimm. Eine Frau , die vor mir saß, hat ihre Klamotten mit pafümiertem Wasser eingesprüht von Rossmann (Balneo). Das stank so schlimm, daß mir die Luft weg blieb...grauenhaft.
