What has happened more often now is that not everything that was ordered is packed. Sometimes fries or a drink or sauces are missing. Today it was very intense. Ordered three menus with coupons. The Happy Meal was missing ice cream and the additional nuggets. The other menu was missing the fries and the Big Tasty Bacon menu was priced at 14.13 euros instead of 11.99 euros. That doesn't work at all. Speed ​​in processing customers is not the top priority. The quality of service is more important!!!

Ordered via Lieferando the penultimate time at 8 p.m. The food arrived at 2 a.m. after repeated calls but no one answered. Last time I ordered again I had to wait 2 hours for the food even though it was displayed after an hour that the food should be there... So again ordered food came quite quickly but 2 wrong things as I had ordered. No further recommendation to order.

Der schlimmste McDonald's- selbst ein Stern noch zu viel! Bestellung am SB Point nicht möglich, da keine bzw nur zu schwache Verbindung möglich war. An der Kasse lange Wartezeit (knapp 25min) und dann komplette Überforderung des Personals. Die Hälfte der Bestellung hat gefehlt und das was dann ausgegeben wurde, war fast kalt! Von Freundlichkeit am Kunde, wurde anscheinend auch noch nix gehört, da beim daraufhinweisen, sich einfach umgedreht wurde. Nie wieder!

Ich war Abends nach einem Kinobesuch mit meinem Sohn dort. Leider war der Zustand des Ladens eher erschreckend. Der Boden ist sehr klebrig, die Tische sind nicht abgeräumt und auch nicht sauber gewesen. Dabei schien das Restaurant nicht überfüllt. Es haben erstaunlich viele Leute dort gearbeitet. Hinter der Theke war sehr viel Personal. Allerdings hat das nicht dazu beigetragen, dass man schneller sein Essen bekam. Wir hatten am Automaten bestellt und bezahlt. Leider mussten wir etwa 30 Minuten warten. Auch andere die zum Mitnehmen bestellt hatten, musste lange warten und haben daher die freien Sitzplätze besetzt, um nicht die ganze Zeit stehen zu müssen. Hinter der Theke haben mehrere Leute die Burger angefasst, bis sie endlich verpackt wurden. Nach meiner Meinung sollte nur das Küchenpersonal das Essen anfassen aber hier haben scheinbar auch die Kassierer und Bedienungen geholfen. Das Essen war lieblos zusammengestellt und hat Bauchweh verursacht. Ich werden das Geschäft in Zukunft meiden.

Die Mitarbeiter/in verstehen nicht richtig Deutsch und machen viele Fehler bei der Bestellung also sprachlich bestellen ist sehr problematisch!!!

Wollte mir eben Frühstück holen, habe 10 min an der Kasse gestanden und mindestens 20 mal hallo geschrien und versucht mich den 3 netten Damen bemerkbar zu machen die dort waren. Leider keine Reaktion. Schade dann kein Frühstück für mich und kein Umsatz für euch.

Leider kann ich den Stern nicht löschen, müsste dann von vorne anfangen, deshalb ist dieser Stern fürs Personal!

Bin 54 und schon oft in verschiedenen MC Donalds gewesen. So dreckig, unaufgeräumt wie heute habe ich noch keines erlebt. Die Toiletten haben so extrem gestunken, das war nicht von einem Tag. Die Tische extrem klebrig und verschmutzt, das selbe am Boden. Die Mülleimer und die Geschirrückgabe so überfüllt, dass die Kunden alles auf den Tischen liegen lassen. Das Essen war teilweise nicht richtig warm, Sachen fehlten oder wurden falsch geliefert. Das Personal war freundlich. Das war allerdings auch der einzige Pluspunkt. Ich hoffe die Geschäftsführung liest den Beitrag und ändert was, denn diese Filiale ist so kein Aushängeschild für einen solchen Konzern

Oft sehr chaotisch und Burger oft nur lau warm. Es gibt bessere Mac Donalds wie diesen, leider etwas enttäuschend. Jedes mal fehlt etwas wenn man zum mitnehmen bestellt.

Egal zu welcher Zeit man dort hin geht um dort zu bestellen es dauert ewig bis man sein essen bekommt und wenn man es hat sind die burger nie richtig heiß immer nur lauwarm oder schon kalt.

Ich habe noch nie eine Filiale erlebt, die nur im Ansatz Inkompetenz so lebt wie hier in Bad Kreuznach. Ich hatte noch nie eine Bestellung, die zu 100 % erfüllt wurde! Heute war ich auf dem Rückweg einer Geschäftsreise - auf dem Weg zum Haare schneiden und dachte was schnelles auf die Hand - und wieder ein Besuch zum abgewöhnen. Man muss sich beim McDrive immer rechts hinstellen - dann läuft wohl der Zähler nicht im negativen, da es immer ewig dauert! Beim Getränk zu blöd den Deckel vernünftig drauf zu drücken - was das Ergebnis war kann man sich denken und die Pommes vergessen.

Wir waren recht spät da (ca 1 Uhr) es war fast nichts los (2 haben gegessen und 2 waren vor uns) es waren 3 oder 4 angestellte da. Unsere Bestellung war ein Menü und paar kleine Burger (glaub 1 hamburger 2 chees und noch irgendeiner) so zum grund warum 2 Sterne. Ich liebe es ab und zu mal was beim mcdonalds was zu essen! Aber der landen sah aus.. Müll auf dem Boden Maschinen waren dreckig und haben für die paar Teile 30min gewartet.. Und es hat dann auch noch ein burger gefehlt.. Wie schon gesagt es war nichts los und die waren zu 3 oder 4 da hätte man doch ortnung machen können.. Hab mich so darüber geärgert das ich sogar ein bild gemacht habe.. Was man aber auf dem bild nicht sieht das auf einigen Tischen Müll lag und diese wägen wo man sein tablet hin bringen kann auch gesteckt voll waren. Update; es war ordentlicher und mehr Arbeiter da (meiner meinung sogar zu viele)

Wenn die App mal funktionieren würde wäre auch schön .

Tja, ich bin ja öfter mal hier, seit der Umstellung vor Jahren auf das "frisch zubereitet" gibt es ja immer mal wieder kalte Burger. Bei meinem letzten Besuch kamen dann noch sehr weiche, versalzene Pommes und ein falscher Burger in die Tüte. Bitte wieder etwas mehr auf die Qualität achten
