On Sunday, June 1, 2025, it was very busy shortly before 10 p.m., and the numerous staff present (especially at the drive-up counter) were obviously completely overwhelmed. A full 20 minutes of waiting time, no bill, no napkins, and instead of the mayo we ordered, we got ketchup.

Wouldn't recommend it. The toilet was very unhygienic and dirty, and the ChiliCheese burger had an indefinable smell.

The floor resembled an ice rink, completely greasy. There were no straws left, and the tables and chairs were dirty.

Ich habe keine Lust auf Kunden und auf Arbeit Immerhin von sechs bestellten und bezahlten Artikeln waren dann 4 in der Tüte. Und immerhin von den fehlenden Artikeln waren wenigstens die Sossen dabei. Da kann man nur zur mangelhaften Kundenorientierung gratulieren und nein Schulungen unnötig. Schliesslich will man ja bei der Bewertungsskala unter 2,0 kommen . Ich vermute dass klappt auch in Kuerze. Glückwunsch !!!
