It's a KFC in an industrial park. Nothing more, nothing less. Very quiet at lunchtime. Pleasant. The staff is friendly, too.

It's always quite busy, and you have to wait a while for your order. But the staff is always friendly.

Absolutely disappointed... We ordered chili cheese fries and only got a tiny bit of it and not even any cheese sauce (see attached picture). I watched my colleague scrape out the last bits and at first I thought she was cleaning up, but then they packed me something like that made me angry. On top of that, my food was cold, really cold, and I'm not sensitive to that sort of thing.

Here I like to treat myself to a bucket of hot wings. The side dishes are varied and go very well with the chicken.

I have been a guest in this branch many times and so far I have rarely been disappointed. Even then, I was always personally helped on site by the manager! A good restaurant

They have seriously taken the spicy chicken parts out of the range. Bad decision, ended up being the best thing on the menu. Now KFC is just expensive but nothing special anymore. Even the hot wings are weak and only taste like fat, not a bit spicy or seasoned in any way. It's hardly possible for me to write my review in such a way that it can be posted... The cleanest Kentucky we have ever been to. As soon as we walked in we noticed that there was nothing stuck to the tables or lying on the floor. Very tasty food, good taste, breading of the chicken pieces delicious. Unfortunately, the portions have become smaller, large fries are only available in the size of a medium portion and the coleslaw salad, which costs over 4 euros, fits in the size of a medium-sized palm. Pepsi Cola is only available as a sugar-free version. The counter staff seemed listless, some tables were dirty, even though there were enough staff present. The ambience is still very nice, the rooms are air-conditioned. We'd be happy to visit this branch again, but if you're really hungry you'll have to dig deeper into your pockets.

The worst burger I've ever eaten. The cheeseburger consisted only of a flat bun, dry meat and a dollop of cheese sauce. The sauces for the food were all wrong. Definitely the last time there.

This is absolutely the best KFC I've ever been to. Compared to the two Saarbrücken branches, this is a completely different world. The store is clean from top to bottom, even the toilets are cleaner than my own (at least when I visited). The food was prepared quickly and you don't have to be disgusted by dirty and greasy tables.

Very friendly service, the food tastes great and you can leave it for the price. The ambience is so olala, it looks like it used to be in a train station restaurant. I can reassuringly recommend it.

The meat part was lukewarm, the fries were old. When I complained about the chicken parts, the staff kindly sent me to my seat and brought me my food. When my food came, I didn't have the impression that I was getting fresh chicken pieces, only two of them were new (fresh) and the rest seemed heated to me. I've been a KFC customer for 35 years, I know my way around.
