Terrible! 1. Drinks dispenser Pepsi Zero empty, staff refuses to refill AND refuses to use the dispenser behind the counter (drive-in dispenser) 2. there was missing food, which is already very expensive and unfortunately you only noticed it when you got home!!!!! Bad Kreuznach KFC? Shame on you for your bottomless service!!!! And it's unclean there too!!! Never again ! Hopefully the store will close soon

They have seriously taken the spicy chicken parts out of the range. Bad decision, ended up being the best thing on the menu. Now KFC is just expensive but nothing special anymore. Even the hot wings are weak and only taste like fat, not a bit spicy or seasoned in any way. It's hardly possible for me to write my review in such a way that it can be posted... What the heck, I'll just go to Megges or Burger König.

I don't go here anymore, it's just sad what you get here for your money, you have to order at the "kiosk" ordering center, the FOOD SERVERS are only busy making fun of the customers and inspecting the customers, otherwise they're on their feet in the stomach. The cleanest Kentucky we have ever been to. As soon as we walked in we noticed that there was nothing stuck to the tables or lying on the floor. While we ate, the tables were worn out again and the lamps, etc. were also cleaned. Thank you for being able to sit comfortably in a fast food restaurant and not feel disgusted. Staff is also very friendly. Eat the usual menu.

Very tasty food, good taste, breading of the chicken pieces delicious. Unfortunately, the portions have become smaller, large fries are only available in the size of a medium portion and the coleslaw salad, which costs over 4 euros, fits in the size of a medium-sized palm. Pepsi Cola is only available as a sugar-free version. The counter staff seemed listless, some tables were dirty, even though there were enough staff present. The ambience is still very nice, the rooms are air-conditioned. We'd be happy to visit this branch again, but if you're really hungry you'll have to dig deeper into your pockets.

The worst burger I've ever eaten. The cheeseburger consisted only of a flat bun, dry meat and a dollop of cheese sauce. The sauces for the food were all wrong. Definitely the last time there.

This is absolutely the best KFC I've ever been to. Compared to the two Saarbrücken branches, this is a completely different world. The store is clean from top to bottom, even the toilets are cleaner than my own (at least when I visited). The food was prepared quickly and you don't have to be disgusted by dirty and greasy tables.

Very friendly service, the food tastes great and you can leave it for the price. The ambience is so olala, it looks like it used to be in a train station restaurant. I can reassuringly recommend it.

The meat part was lukewarm, the fries were old. When I complained about the chicken parts, the staff kindly sent me to my seat and brought me my food. When my food came, I didn't have the impression that I was getting fresh chicken pieces, only two of them were new (fresh) and the rest seemed heated to me. I've been a KFC customer for 35 years, I know my way around.

KFC was always our highlight when we were in the area. Unfortunately it was the last time on Sunday. The 3 of us ordered for almost €50 and the food was absolutely inedible. The chicken pieces were extremely dry and stale. The meat in the burgers too. Unfortunately, we all had stomach aches and stomach problems in the evening. The child then tortured himself with it all night long. And after 2 days it's still not really better... The staff was extremely unfriendly that day and seemed listless. It's a shame... But never again!

2 out of 4 times I had a stomach ache and an hour later I had to go to the toilet.

I'm a fan of KFC, but I notice that the quality is increasingly deteriorating. Service and quality of food. Two weeks ago I was in the Czech Republic on business and things were much better there.

Waren zu viert hier, sehr freundlicher Service. Alles (auch WC) hygienisch einwandfrei. Essen lecker, besonders der Coleslaw. Einzig der vegane Burger war nicht gut. (Burger Bun zerfallen, Tomate ohne Geschmack). Ansonsten top!

Essen war früher besser. Dieser Quatsch mit den Terminals.........Habe die Kunden während ich gegessen habe mal beobachtet. Jeder 2. stand vor dem Ding und hat ewig gebraucht bis er sein Menü zusammen gestellt hatte. Total schwachsinnig. Hauptsache weniger Personal.

Das essen war schon mal besser. Einige teile waren nicht durch.

Nach einem Umbau schöner als vorher. Preislich ganz weit oben angesiedelt. Dafür hätte man locker schön essen gehen können aber das war schon immer so.

Das Essen war wie immer Kentucky halt. Wir gehen gerne Mal hin da in der Nähe keiner ist. Das Personal war zahlreich aber nicht sehr zuvorkommend. Leider auch schlecht zu verstehen und dementsprechend würde man auch nicht gut verstanden. Musste teils in Englisch sprechen. Bucket bestellt dann heißt es Hähnchenteile sind nicht genug da ob ich auch was anderes nehme. Obwohl die Auslage voll war. Im Restaurant hat es nach Urin gerochen was extrem unangenehm war. Hätte besser Mal einer geputzt anstatt hinter der Theke Rum stehen. War auch nicht viel los

Schon mehrfach bei Mitnahme nicht das bekommen was bestellt, bzw. es fehlte was!!! Muss ich jetzt direkt vor Ort nachzählen??? Außerdem gibt es die scharfen Sachen leider nur noch eingeschränkt - sehr sehr schlecht!

Essen war zwar gut aber die Mitarbeiter hatten offensichtlich kein bock zu arbeiten. Waren dort zu 4 und bei uns allen wurden mindestens 3 sachen vergessen😅

Insgesamt gut aber haben über einer viertelstunde gewartet um ein Burger zu bekommen (im Drive in)

Kulant und freundlich, sauber und leckeres Huhn, 86 Euro für 4 Erwachsene hat mich aber ein wenig geschockt

Es sind alles Menschen und Fehler können passieren. Aber von 10 bestellungen Im Drive-in 8 mal zuwenig oder falsche Bestellung bekommen. Das ist echt nervig. Vielleicht sollen das keine 2 bis 3 mann machen .

Leider wurden die vegetarischen Alternativen auf Nachfrage als vegan bezeichnet. D.h. das Personal ist nicht ausreichend geschult.
