I have to write this here so management can do something about it. First, we tried to order at the drive-thru, and the employee was impatient and very rude while I was briefly deciding which drink to order with my meal. When paying, I noticed he'd charged me for one meal too many. Then he packed the wrong food, even though he asked me twice if I wanted a beef or chicken tortilla. I couldn't tell from the packaging itself whether it was chicken or beef; I only noticed it with the first bite. So, I wasted my money. I'm only posting this now, but it's not the first time this has happened to me or someone I know. On top of that, the fries were incredibly soggy and dry; they must have been sitting there for a while. So, you could say that everything is just poorly done from start to finish.

The food is okay (I'm not a fast-food fan), as far as I can tell. You order food via touchscreens, pay, and pick up your food at the counter. There's no table service—at least not when we were there. There's an indoor and outdoor play area for children. We sat at a table overlooking a section of wall where a piece of wallpaper was missing. The interior looks a bit like it's stuck in the 90s. It needs a renovation.

The very best Burger King in all of Rhineland-Palatinate, if not all of Germany, if not the whole world!!! The staff are always so nice.

Fries were nice and crispy, burgers were freshly prepared.

I don't understand why people who eat outside but want to save money or receive things for free are upset. I'm only writing my review here because so many people here want to vent their frustrations about their personal lives on others. The lady (blonde) greeted me politely and was very friendly, which has been the case with every guest, and I really appreciate that. My food came very quickly and the food was clean, cooked well, and piping hot, which isn't always the case in other restaurants. I had a comfortable and relaxing meal. Go there yourself and don't listen to others. Everything was great!

The staff in this place is terrible. As a woman, you're not even greeted and are treated like dirt. Even the shift manager seems to think it's perfectly acceptable for his employees to address customers informally and speak aggressively and loudly to them. I've rarely been so shocked and made to feel uncomfortable and afraid as a woman in a fast-food restaurant because of the aggressive behavior of two men behind the counter. I will definitely appeal to a higher authority. Discrimination against women is an absolute no-go in our society, and I won't tolerate it.

By far the worst burgers compared to other Burger Kings.

One star for the friendly staff... Nothing wrong... ordered a burger and then half the bag was missing. You do look in the bag before you leave, but unwrapping the burger completely is probably advisable in the future. Unfortunately, it happens quite often, and it's totally annoying...

The preparation could have been a bit quicker. Unfortunately, the tables and chairs hadn't been wiped down in a while, which I found a bit silly. But otherwise, just a Burger King.

There was no sauce on my chicken chili cheeseburger, the bun was toasted too long, and it was rock hard. The employee was unfriendly, took way too long, was completely clueless, and didn't understand anything.

No worse than other Burger King branches. Ordering at the touchscreen terminal is standard to save on staff. The air conditioning is either overwhelmed or nonexistent, but the tables are always cleaned, so that's okay. The downside is that you can't order ANY water (any kind) here, even though Coca-Cola even offers its own brand, Vio.

Hello, I just wanted my Whopper coupon to be considered plant-based. Unfortunately, the manager at the counter denied this. We had to leave the restaurant because my wife only eats plant-based food. It used to be no problem—you don't feel welcome 😢 Regards

Simply annoying. Ordered items are missing or the items ordered are incorrect. What exactly is wrong with a strawberry shake and then getting vanilla? Can't they read? It's so unmotivated, no one even makes an effort. And it's been going on for a while, not just yesterday. This was my last time here.

The service in this restaurant is completely unmotivated and doesn't give a good impression to customers. The chili cheese fries I ordered came with a drop of sauce on them, even though at least 70% of them were without sauce. When I asked about it and showed them how little was on them, the response was, "That's enough sauce for us. Our boss said we're not allowed to add any more sauce, and if we did, I'd have to pay." They seriously wanted extra money to make sure the order arrived the way it was advertised. This is a disgrace from the boss himself! They should definitely report it to the public, saying that in this restaurant, you don't get the food you see in the advertisements. I've been to many Burger Kings, but this one was truly one of the most disgusting and disrespectful in Germany. PS: They forgot one drink and one sauce.

I placed an order on Saturday evening, June 21, 2025, and paid with a card. After I paid, I was told they didn't have any ice cream, even though I had ordered some. As I said, I had already paid with a card. I then wanted to get the money for the ice cream in cash, but I was told that wasn't possible and that I could choose something else for the value. However, I was only given the choice of a drink or an iced coffee. I had no use for either. Then I asked if they could at least give me something in writing stating that I still had some kind of credit there. They also said that they couldn't do that. I would like to point out that the employee was extremely rude to me throughout the entire conversation. Finally, he said it was my fault because there was a sign somewhere out front saying that they didn't serve ice cream at the moment. Unfortunately, I didn't see it; I have no idea where it was. In the end, I drove and threw almost €5 out the window, or rather, into the drive-through window. I've been a customer there for a long time and have spent a lot of money there; this behavior was an absolute disgrace and the opposite of customer-oriented.

I don't usually give bad reviews...but I was so annoyed - we wanted to eat something with our children at Burger King....my disabled daughter reached over the counter....then an employee gave my daughter a dirty look and made a nasty comment....my daughter (who is very sensitive) started to cry and we left the restaurant without ordering anything...I find that sad.

The music, or whatever else comes out of the speakers, isn't for everyone. I think the acoustics could be a bit more soundproofed. It doesn't beep constantly like at McDonald's, but the chairs being moved and scraped are really loud and really annoying. I think the burgers are better than at McDonald's, but not the fries. The food is okay, and the value for money is good. Can't they do something about the soundproofing? Today, Thursday in June, I was there again. The children's screaming was unbearable.

Unfortunately, this was the first and last time I was here. The staff were friendly enough, but the rest was complete crap. I wanted a long-chicken plant-based burger... they tried to sell me a meal, which I declined. Then they charged me for a regular chicken burger, which I pointed out. Well, we just went to grab something to eat and I thought I wasn't hearing properly. We ordered as normal at the drive-thru, were told to drive up and then waited at the window for our food. Well, it took a little longer, so we looked around a bit in the car through the store's serving window. Suddenly the lady who had just washed the trays (it wasn't Jessi) called her colleague and said, "Whoa, those two of them are looking in here all the time, they really annoy me, dude!" So to be honest, I definitely wouldn't tolerate that kind of behavior as a boss! I hope this rude lady gets a conversation with her boss about how you definitely can't treat guests like that. I really don't have the words for such behavior.

The quality of the food was below what I'm used to from Burger King - the burgers seemed carelessly put together, the vegetables weren't fresh, and the fries were lukewarm and not really crispy. The service also left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed stressed and unfriendly, and the waiting times were surprisingly long even though there wasn't much going on. The dining room was not particularly clean, the tables and the floor in particular needed urgent attention. It's a shame because Burger King actually stands for good taste and fast service. However, there is still a lot of room for improvement at this location, both in terms of the quality of the food as well as the service and cleanliness.

Very unfriendly staff! We came with a dog that we had been allowed to have for over three years and today we are told that dogs are not allowed and that we have to leave the restaurant immediately because all the customers have complained. I wonder who of those who happily stroked our dog?! The other dog was allowed to stay in the restaurant... Well, the food wasn't good anyway and unfortunately half of it ended up in the trash, so we weren't allowed to finish it. Better go somewhere else! In other Burger King branches, dogs are welcome and you even get a bowl 😃 PS to the arrogant employee who thought he was being the hottest with his disrespectful conversation: Dogs are generally NOT forbidden in restaurants. If you work in the catering industry, you should be familiar with the legal regulations 😉

Since the introduction of tortillas, they have not been available here. Too bad.

We've been eating at Burger King off and on for years. Unfortunately, the cleanliness has deteriorated significantly recently...there are leftovers on the floor and the tables are sticky...the children's play area is also very shabby. There are trays with leftovers on the tables outside. Another thing that annoyed us the last time we picked up the drive was that we ordered the drinks without ice and still got them with ice every time...

You can't redeem the vouchers at the terminal, only at the checkout and you can only pay in cash at the checkout, so no cash, no vouchers. Citizens were fresh but somehow less sauce than at other branches. The tablet stands were not emptied. Instead, three people chatted in the kitchen. The staff is also very unfriendly. Unfortunately, Crispy Chicken just looked crispy, but it wasn't :( The chicken nuggets were so crispy that you could hardly bite into them (What was going on?). My fat friend wasn't that enthusiastic. She didn't like the iced tea either . The ice cubes she ordered weren't there either. There were some in my cola that I didn't want. Happened. At least the service was nice. I liked her hair. The plant based things taste better at Burger King. Still, I would lean towards McDonalds. Unless you want to go to a quiet, relatively dark place where the food tastes a little worse than at McDonalds and where there are significantly fewer people there. Good food, if you want to pay cashless you have to order at the ordering boards, 2 out of 4 didn't work which meant long queues, so only with cash at the counter, I ordered a double wopper menu there, I got one with cheese, which I did I didn't like it, so I complained, even on the one without cheese there was the one with cheese outer packaging, which irritated me, the fries were no longer hot, it's a shame, it could be better!
