The food is usually quite tasty and especially the plant based dishes are extremely well made. The only thing I often notice is that extra added ingredients (or removed ingredients) are not taken into account or only partially taken into account when ordering. So sometimes you get the standard burger even though you've added something. But I also have to say that the employees have been very nice so far and always make the burger again and it's right the second time.

Eating the wrong food is charged twice and when you complain, we are rudely snapped at. And the height. Out of frustration, the child didn't get any toys with the Kids King menu. Really poor performance.

Well, ordering at the terminal is too complicated for me, I'm from the older generation. The food is okay, nothing more. Tables weren't clean.

The last thing.....constantly forgetting to eat, whistling every time and crying in pain when I go to the toilet.

Tastes like any king. There used to be delicious fries and I liked the meat because it tasted like it was grilled. Today the fries are worse than at home and the meat is so thin that all you can taste is bread rolls

Sorry, but I ordered a menu and in all other branches you get ketchup, mayonnaise or another sauce, but here you have to pay €0.50. If you asked, they couldn't answer me and they insulted me. I personally won't go to this restaurant again enter

Unfortunately, I was once again deprived of my honestly earned money. I ordered for just over 80 euros (5 people). Especially at the pick-up counter they said that something was wrong with the drinks, "No, the other drinks are in the bag". Yes, but not all of them! I didn't find 1 large drink and a large chip in the bag. Annoying! Next time we'll check together... hopefully everything will be okay!

This is Burger King! The first address if you want something quick to eat. Food for most people, and there are usually a lot of people there on weekends. You can't ask for more, recommended for a quick meal.

Food tastes like any other Burger King. However, a price correction will be made at the end of the ordering process without any further explanation. You can't redeem the vouchers at the terminal, only at the checkout and you can only pay in cash at the checkout, so no cash, no vouchers. Citizens were fresh but somehow less sauce than at other branches. The tablet stands were not emptied. Instead, three people chatted in the kitchen. The staff is also very unfriendly. I will definitely go to another branch next time.

All in all ok, but the one service person there doesn't work at all. No idea about anything, cheeky and unfriendly. You get what you expect from a fast food restaurant. The food always tastes the way it should and the plant based alternatives are all really good! Nice and fast service. However, something is often forgotten. The restaurant looks clean, but not as modern as other branches in the area.

Unfortunately, Crispy Chicken just looked crispy, but it wasn't :( The chicken nuggets were so crispy that you could hardly bite into them (What was going on?). My fat friend wasn't that enthusiastic. She didn't like the iced tea either . The ice cubes she ordered weren't there either. There were some in my cola that I didn't want. Happened. At least the service was nice. I liked her hair. The plant based things taste better at Burger King. Still, I would lean towards McDonalds. Unless you want to go to a quiet, relatively dark place where the food tastes a little worse than at McDonalds and where there are significantly fewer people there. Then always like the Burger King in Bad Kreuznach.

Incomprehensible. I usually like Burger King and I really like that they have a large selection of meat-free burgers. But there is ALWAYS something missing. ALWAYS. Once you notice it at home, it's too late. Very, very bad service. No more.

Good food, if you want to pay cashless you have to order at the ordering boards, 2 out of 4 didn't work which meant long queues, so only with cash at the counter, I ordered a double wopper menu there, I got one with cheese, which I did I didn't like it, so I complained, even on the one without cheese there was the one with cheese outer packaging, which irritated me, the fries were no longer hot, it's a shame, it could be better!

The employee with the bird's nest on her head and no teeth is very unfriendly... who hires someone like that as service staff?

Sauber, freundliche Mitarbeiter, gibt sehr viel Auswahl an vegetarisch was auch geschmacklich sehr gut umgesetzt ist. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Preise, ich habe für 2 vegetarische Burger und ein Getränk 20 Euro bezahlt , finde ich heftig und konnte es erst nicht glauben, aber hat tatsächlich gestimmt laut Beleg !!

Es ist halt ein Burger King. Kennt ja jeder. Das Personal war nett. Wir hatten einen neuen an der Kasse. Das war aber nicht schlimm und es ging wie gewohnt Recht schnell

Normaler Burgerking alles soweit in Ordnung, ich hasse einfach diese Selbstbedienungs-Terminals aber der nette Mitarbeiter hat sich meiner erbarmt und mich letzten Endes ganz old-school bedient.👍🏼

Dieser Burger King liegt zentral an der Hauptstraße, ist leicht zu finden und verfügt über genügend Parkplätze. Bei unseren beiden Besuchen kamen wir einmal gleich dran und beim anderen Mal hatten wir 5 Personen vor uns. Da dauerte es, bis wir dran kamen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einmal streikte beim Bezahlen die Kasse und musste neu gestartet werden. Hier waren alle Beteiligten sehr freundlich und bedauerten dies außerordentlich. Das Wechselgeld hatten wir dann mit einer erneuten Entschuldigung an den Tisch gebracht bekommen. Da ich das letzte Mal vor Corona in Stuttgart am Hbf einen Whopper gegessen hatte, kam mir der jetzige Whopper kleiner vor, wesentlich kleiner und mit weniger Belag als früher. Auch fand ich das Fleisch früher saftiger und etwas dicker. Die Preise haben allerdings sehr stark angezogen. Für Fast Food einfach viel zu teuer, wenn man es in D-Mark umrechnet, überlegt man kurz und sagt sich, dass man das nie bezahlt hätte, wenn es damals schon so teuer gewesen wäre. Was mir überhaupt nicht gefällt, ist die Tatsache, dass es leider Eltern gibt, die ihre spielende und dabei kreischende Kinder nicht mal zur Seite nehmen und ihnen einen leiseren Ton vorgeben. Beim Essen möchte ich nicht meinen Partner anschreien müssen, wenn ich mich mit ihm unterhalten möchte. Bei manchen Kindern gefriert einem das Mark, so laut kreischen einige. Einen Anlass gibt es nicht, mal will sich nur austoben. Schade, dass diese Menschen so egoistisch sind, sich nicht benehmen können und NICHT an die anderen anwesenden Gäste denken. Schön wäre es auch, wenn die Tische öfters mal abgewischt werden könnten, denn manchmal pappt man doch etwas fest, wenn man seine Hand da drauflegt.

Félicitations ! Les burgers sont parfaitement assemblés, les recettes parfaitement maîtrisées, et les options incroyablement diverses (tous les burgers peuvent être pris en option végétarienne) Même les glaces (King Fusion) sont largement supérieure à la moyenne, mais si on regrette l'absence de coulis caramel/chocolat. Il manque juste des bornes pour commander ! Sans parler allemand c'est compliqué ! Je recommande fortement !

Die Toiletten stinken extrem nach Urin

Essen ist okay. Personal ist freundlich, die Sauberkeit ist nicht so optimal, die Rückgabewagen werden nicht zeitnah geleert. Ausserdem ist es unwahrscheinlich laut im ganzen Restaurant, durch einen innen liegenden Spielplatz für Kinder die sich dort die Seele aus dem Leib schreien. Was die Eltern und auch das Personal in keiner Weise stört. Moderne Erziehung ist in, ohne mich, ich kann auf einen Hörschaden verzichten. Update Juli 2023 - nach längerer wieder einmal dort gewesen, mittlerweile sind auch hier die Preise, wie in allen Fastfood Restaurants utopisch gestiegen und stehen in keinem Verhältnis zur Qualität der angebotenen Produkte.

Die Burger schmecken richtig gut

Die Aufnahme der Bestellung ging sehr schnell, und das Essen wurde auch schnell zubereitet.

Das Essen ist einfach super! Der McDonald's neben an ist richtig schlecht, dazu noch versifft und unfreundlich❗❗❗ Die Mittarbeiter im Burger King sind sehr nett und höflich. Er ist sehr empfehlenswert, dazu haben sie noch eine sehr schöne Ambiente.👍🏼

Es ist Fast Food also kann man hier nichts übermäßig gutes erwarten. Aber tausend mal besser als andere Konkurrenten mit zum Beispiel einem goldenen M. Burger King hat immer gute Gutscheine und das Essen ist dort einfach besser. Wenn es schnell gehen muss dann auf jeden Fall dahin. Und die in Kreuznach sind eigentlich immer fix fertig mit der Bestellung und freundlich.

Was soll man dazu noch schreiben… essen in gewohntem BK Niveau. Aber der Service im Restaurant.. reinste Katastrophe. Sind überfordert 5 Leute zu bedienen und der Wartebereich stank extrem nach Frittierfett.. danach wir ☹️
