Kentucky Fried Chicken in Neckarsulm

I went to KFC again and I can only say: absolutely fantastic! The management does an excellent job – everything is well-organized, the processes are quick and professional, and even during peak hours the team maintains a clear overview. The food was, as always, fresh, hot, and incredibly delicious. The quality of the products is consistently impressive: crispy chicken, perfectly seasoned, and the side dishes are also top-notch. I would especially like to highlight the friendliness of the staff. You're always greeted with a smile, special requests are fulfilled without any problems, and you generally feel very welcome. A thoroughly enjoyable experience – I'll definitely be back!

I wanted to thank the gentlemen who worked at 1 a.m. on December 6th. I was allowed to stay in the restaurant and finish my meal. Very friendly staff – they all deserve a raise!

Worst KFC I've ever seen. The manager with the long black hair is awful. Totally unfriendly and arrogant. I'll recommend everyone avoid this place. The health department was also notified; all five of us had stomach aches afterward.

Today I went to the restaurant around noon to pick up my order. When I got home and opened the bag, the entire contents of my burger spilled out – the bun in my hand, the rest of the food in the bag. The burger was clearly packed incorrectly: it wasn't lying flat at the bottom of the bag, but rather on top of a bucket, making it so unstable that everything fell out. Furthermore, the cheese balls I ordered weren't melted inside, but hard. Given that the restaurant was mostly empty, they could have taken the time to prepare them properly. The fries were also unfortunately very soggy and bore little resemblance to fresh, crispy fries. The toasted burger bun, which they're currently advertising, was burnt. There was also no ketchup, which isn't a huge problem, but it shows that they weren't careful in the preparation. Additionally, the food was barely warm – even though I was there at lunchtime and didn't have to wait. Another point: the inside door of the restaurant appeared to be broken. When I opened it, I briefly had the feeling it might fall out. Overall, my visit today was disappointing. The quality, temperature, and care unfortunately didn't live up to what I usually know or expect from KFC.

Of all the KFCs I've had, this was the worst. The ketchup was so tight you could only open it with scissors. The meat was dripping with grease. It was more cold than warm. The woman took orders through headphones while she cleaned the tables and floor. Sorry, never again.

This place is badly managed!!! Even upon entering, it's immediately noticeable: the restroom is extremely unhygienic and looks truly awful. The dining area is the same story. Used trays and dishes are scattered everywhere because apparently all the trolleys are full and no one clears them away. Not a good first impression. The cashiers unfortunately don't seem very friendly. Of course, everyone can have a bad day, but I find it hard to believe that everyone would be unfriendly at the same time. The worst part, however, was the food. The fries were cold and obviously undercooked – some were soggy and raw inside. The chicken pieces were also cold. That's simply unacceptable. Add to that a dirty floor and an overall very unkempt atmosphere. To me, it strongly suggests either a staff shortage or very poor management. I don't mean to be a spoilsport, but the food, cleanliness, and atmosphere – nothing was right. I unfortunately cannot recommend this place.

Expensive, slow, poor quality, not very clean

I ordered and paid online, the money is gone from my account, but I haven't received an order confirmation! After clicking "Prepare order," I only got an error message, over and over again. Then I was supposed to call a phone number to cancel, but that number suddenly disappeared, along with all my order information. I called NSU, and they told me to send an email—which I did, but I never received a reply. There was no response via the contact form either, and nobody answers the phone; the line is constantly busy. Even my message on the answering machine went unanswered. Very disappointing and completely unprofessional! This is no way to treat customers.

My car was parked in the parking lot of your KFC branch in Neckarsulm. When I returned, it had been towed. Your employees said they knew nothing about it, which isn't true. I had to get the car back from the police and pay €400 to the towing company. The towing company said that KFC had called them. Please give me a clear answer and also make sure your car isn't towed. ---

If I could, I wouldn't give any stars at all. I was left behind at the drive-thru several times and on top of that, I received the wrong order. An absolute disgrace. A disgrace.

We went through the drive-thru and ordered for €75 – almost all the burgers were missing (worth about €20). That was the last time.

I can recommend the Super Saver Box: 2 breaded chicken fillets with cornflake coating, a portion of fries, a chicken burger, and a soft drink of your choice for €6.99. Conclusion: The price-performance ratio is fantastic!

Visited this place today ( 29th of Oct ) and I have to admit, I wasn't liking the service much The store seemed quite empty, there were barely any customers and no current orders needing to be prepared. I just wanted to order food from the drive-thru here on October 9, 2025, after hearing through the poor intercom. I was told to pull up, so I did, and was then rudely told by an extremely unfriendly employee with long black hair that I should go inside if I wanted something to order. After I told her I didn't understand what she was saying, she told me very clearly that if I wanted something to eat, I should come inside and closed the sliding door in my face. I can't understand, even when you're under stress, how you treat customers like that, when they ultimately pay the employees' salaries.

There was a fly stuck in my burger. It was also cold. There were several hairs on my chicken wing. Absolutely disgusting! We had stomach aches and nausea afterward, even though we hadn't even eaten half! All the tables and even the chairs hadn't been cleaned. There were just crumbs and dirt everywhere. They didn't clean up afterward either. Never again!

The food tastes bland and uninspiring. They only serve Pepsi and Zero to drink. An oasis of aspartame. For those who like it. Not my thing at all, and also the reason I don't come here anymore. At these prices, I can go out for a fancy meal and get a solid selection of drinks tailored to the customer's preferences, not the company's cost-cutting tactics.

Overall, my visit to KFC in Neckarsulm was very pleasant. The food was freshly prepared and tasted exactly as you'd expect from a KFC – crispy, flavorful, and of good quality. The branch itself appears well-maintained and clean, both in the dining area and in the drinks and condiment station area. On some days, you'll notice that it gets a bit busier during peak times, and you have to wait a few minutes for a seat, but that's not unusual for a popular location. Overall, a very solid impression – good food, friendly service, and a decent atmosphere. Therefore, I'm giving it four stars, as things could be a little faster and more organized here and there, but I'll be happy to return.

We've eaten there several times and each time we've mentioned what bothered us. Nobody cares. The food is good these days. The hygiene conditions are unacceptable at the moment. No table was clean, the drinks station was completely filthy, and the ice cube tray never works. The ordering terminal was so disgusting you don't really want to touch it. The restroom was underground—it would just make you sick. When I mentioned it directly to the lady at the cash register, "The cleaner will be right there." It was 3:30 p.m. and they definitely hadn't cleaned the place in a while! There were so many staff standing around that you could at least wipe the table with a cloth... It's a shame they don't take customer feedback seriously. Even if the food was good, I wouldn't want to know what the kitchen looks like when the entire place is in such terrible hygiene conditions.

The restrooms and baby changing room were in a very unhygienic condition. Floors and surfaces were heavily soiled, there was an unpleasant odor, and there was no evidence of regular cleaning. Under these circumstances, we decided not to eat anything and left the restaurant.

I ordered and paid online via the app on-site, but apparently the order never arrived at KFC. The money is gone, and support isn't responding. Yesterday, a Zinger Burger was also missing.

This store is truly a complete joke. I've been there several times, and every time the service has been terrible. They're always understaffed. Today they didn't take any orders at the drive-thru because there were only two of them. Really sad.

It was my first and last time at this KFC... The staff were constantly overwhelmed. There were no trays or straws for drinks. All the seats were dirty. All the dish return carts and the surrounding area were dirty and not emptied. Even the restroom was dirty and had no soap, and some of the faucets were broken.

Unfortunately, I can't give it a good rating. The men's restroom is in terrible condition, and my Zinger was forgotten when I ordered. What's absolutely unacceptable, however, is the waitress getting into an argument with a customer and talking so loudly that you can hear the entire store. Yum lacks training.

You can really tell that the people aren't passionate about their jobs. The food is cold and inedible, the order is wrong, and there are no sauces. Paid-for extras are "forgotten." My friend didn't want her veggie burger anymore because she wasn't quite sure if they hadn't just put a regular one in it. This was my third time there and I've been disappointed every time. Save your money.

Simply awful! On Monday I went to Kentucky Fried Chicken for the first time ever. I ordered three different burgers, one of which was from the menu. The meat was cold and dry, as were the buns. There was hardly any sauce, which made the whole thing even drier. The server at the counter had to find another colleague to prepare the order. Neither employee was clearly keen on doing so, and the result was a disappointing one. I certainly won't be eating anything there again. I was warned by the reviews, but it was so bad... I can't understand how they haven't gone bankrupt yet.

The blonde woman who worked at the counter on the evening of June 18, 2025, was very unfriendly and listless. We weren't asked which sauce we wanted and were spoken to in a very unfriendly manner. My opinion: if you're not in the mood and can't be friendly to customers in annoying situations, then you have no business working in sales. I also found it unhygienic that her hair was down, which meant you often got a hair in your food.

Fast food with 5 star service! I'm really impressed! It's rare to experience such friendly and professional service, especially not in a fast food shop. The employees are consistently nice, attentive and seem very competent. The food was fresh, hot and tasted great! I would particularly like to highlight the branch manager: If there was a small problem, he was there immediately, took care of it personally and solved everything in a very short time; friendly, confident and with a genuine interest in the guest. You don't feel like you're in a fast food restaurant here, but more like you're in a good hotel restaurant. I'll definitely be back, big praise to the whole team!

Ordered a coke and a large fries with mayo; you have to do it at the machine. 3 employees present. There were no other customers waiting for their order, mine was the only one and in my opinion only a customer at the car counter at the beginning. Waiting time for the coke: 2 minutes, because no employee showed up until then. Wait at least 5 minutes for the fries. Feels like 10 minutes. And then I forgot to add the mayo. Sorry, doesn't work at all. Fries were good/normal, hence the second point.

The KFC in Neckarsulm has some good points: the drive-thru is convenient, the food is tasty, and the waiting times are pleasantly short. There are also enough parking spaces and the prices are still within an acceptable range. Unfortunately, there are also clear disadvantages. The store isn't particularly clean, the employees often seem unmotivated, and what's particularly noticeable - there are regular stomach aches after eating. Conclusion: Okay for a quick chicken snack, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and quality!

We wanted to try KFC's vegetarian offering as we have been vegetarian for 5 years. Unfortunately they gave us a meat burger. After complaining, we got the correct vegetarian burger and a cookie on the house (the employee was very nice and apologized several times). Our menu included 2 (which is very little) veggie strips. Here too, one of the two strips was made of meat. We don't want to accuse anyone of intention, but that's just not possible. KFC should think about perhaps making it easier for employees to better differentiate between vegetarian products.

Today I visited the establishment. I made the order through the app, but upon arrival I had to go to the cashier to pay and only after that they started preparing the order. From the order, only vegetarian nuggets and cheese “nuggets” were tasty. Two veggie burgers were not included in the order. The fries are cooked and rubbery, not crispy. A bucket of chicken wings was thrown in the trash, they were very dry and had been deep fried several times. The chicken nuggets are also dry and tasteless. The classic burger contains a small piece of chicken and one thin strip of green salad. We noticed that part of the order was not included in the package when we arrived home. We didn’t turn back because we live 10 km away. Wasted money. I don’t recommend visiting the KFS restaurant in Neckarsulm at all.

My children and I had dinner there yesterday afternoon. Actually, I should have suspected beforehand that the food couldn't be good. The tables were dirty, the soap dispensers in the toilets were empty, and I had to throw away my Pepsi Max because it was inedible. Unfortunately my burger wasn't edible either. Since the breading was darker than usual, I figured it must be done. The end of the song: After about six hours my body went on strike. I had to spit all night and had diarrhea. By the way, I kindly pointed out the dirty tables and the lack of soap to the ladies. I just hope they didn't want to repay me that way.
