We ordered takeaway from the car counter, when we checked we found that a burger had been forgotten, so we circled around to the counter again. The waitress was very friendly and gave us the burger and a cookie as compensation.

It's dirty, the food is not tasty and it doesn't look like KFC but a dog food stand. I don't recommend it

Delicious chicken in different variations. Unfortunately, these fries were not good. Drinks can be filled and refilled yourself.

Two burgers were forgotten when ordering in advance at the DriveIn, unfortunately only noticed at home when I opened the bags. Very annoying, that simply shouldn't happen, especially if you order in advance via the app.

Today I visited the establishment. I made the order through the app, but upon arrival I had to go to the cashier to pay and only after that they started preparing the order. From the order, only vegetarian nuggets and cheese “nuggets” were tasty. Two veggie burgers were not included in the order. The fries are cooked and rubbery, not crispy. A bucket of chicken wings was thrown in the trash, they were very dry and had been deep fried several times. The chicken nuggets are also dry and tasteless. The classic burger contains a small piece of chicken and one thin strip of green salad. We noticed that part of the order was not included in the package when we arrived home. We didn’t turn back because we live 10 km away. Wasted money. I don’t recommend visiting the KFS restaurant in Neckarsulm at all.

My children and I had dinner there yesterday afternoon. Actually, I should have suspected beforehand that the food couldn't be good. The tables were dirty, the soap dispensers in the toilets were empty, and I had to throw away my Pepsi Max because it was inedible. Unfortunately my burger wasn't edible either. Since the breading was darker than usual, I figured it must be done. The end of the song: After about six hours my body went on strike. I had to spit all night and had diarrhea. By the way, I kindly pointed out the dirty tables and the lack of soap to the ladies. I just hope they didn't want to repay me that way.

Chicken box was weird... As if they had been warmed up again... They were also more lukewarm than hot. Not recommended...

Thanks to Amer, the Filial manager, he saved the situation, but the higher management should reconsider the dimensions of the crispy strips up to KFC INTERNATIONAL standards. Once again, my 5 stars are only for Amer and his kind and nice team. Well done Amer! Thank you.

Went there on Saturday evening and were surprised immediately after ordering by a completely overwhelmed system and service. The service no longer knew which orders they had processed and then started barking at the customers about what they had ordered. The food was as you would expect from this chain. Just a fast food snack bar. The hot wings, which were neither spicy nor had much meat, were a nuisance. But 80% breading. I didn't think the ambience was that bad. For me, I won't be visiting this place again anytime soon.

I haven't eaten so badly in the last 10 years. Once and never again. Ugh devil.

After eating I had strange stomach problems again... Never ever again.

The burgers were served like they were for dogs. So that you could eat them, you had to fold them again yourself. Never thought I would experience something like this at KFC. Very unfortunate.

The dirtiest KFC we've ever been to. The tables were completely dirty. Even after complaining to the staff, only the packs and trays were cleared from the table but not wiped down. The high chairs were disgusting. Even the toilets were dirty. If the restaurant looks like this, we don't want to know what the kitchen looks like. The health department should actually stop by here.

I came in and my order was visible on the screen.]] Here in Neckarsulm I ordered two crispy cheeseburgers. I was looking forward to the crunchy one. I was bitterly disappointed. The crispy parts were drowned in ketchup. Wonderfully visible in the pictures.

If I wanted to eat cold ones, I'd go to the market to get some rolls. Every time burgers are cold every time I have to ask them to warm them up. Today was the last time I was here. It's better to go 800m further to MCDONALD'S

Today I got something to eat from KFC for the first time in a long time. What can I say, that was definitely the last time. We got 3x boxes of 10 + 2 cabbage salad + 2 corn on the cob + 1 small hamburger. There were only 9 pieces in a box of 10, the bun of the hamburger was very hard as if it were 3 days old and what can I say, both herb salads were missing. I'm now 2x2.99€ poorer but one experience richer. I'll never go into this store again.

Nicht gut! Parnade löst sich vom Fleisch viel Fett am Huhn, pommes nicht knusprig. Fa sind wir besseres von KFC gewohnt. Hierher gehen wir nicht mehr.
