No. The store was chaotic; the staff were completely overwhelmed and couldn't keep up with orders. And there was a long black hair under the fries—disgusting.

Ambience is standard McDonald's. Service is fast and good, as always. The World Burgers are a disappointment. The Samurai looks like a starving geisha. The Philly Cheese Stack is a lackluster double patty with a bun. And for €8.69.

This time it was very annoying, and also the last time at McDonald's. We ordered vouchers: 2x Classic Meals with extra sauce, salad, and bacon; we got a burger with extra sauce and salad. 1x Chicken Burger with no extras; this one had bacon on it. The lettuce on the burger was so poorly distributed that the extra salad we ordered ended up in the wrapper. The Coke Zero tasted stale. The fries were, well, salty. The food arrived quickly, but here, quantity counts over quality.

Coca-Cola is terrible. It's not strong enough and looks like it's been open for three days. For me, it's like drinking sweetened Coke for an hour, which isn't carbonated and is too expensive.

Don't come on Sunday, it's too crowded, too loud, too hot. P.S. I'm home now after waiting 20 minutes. My food was OK, apart from the sauce on my McCrispy Spicy. I'm allergic to mustard, and it wasn't very spicy. The nuggets were also alkaline and fried for too short a time.

Normally, everything's great there, but tonight my sister and I were there, and we saw someone smoking while cooking. I'm a smoker myself, but I still find it extremely disgusting that someone smokes while cooking! That's completely unacceptable and unhygienic. I hope they look into it and take action against the person in question.

I'm really angry and disappointed. On a quiet Wednesday, the team managed to mess up my entire order. Ordered: 2 classic meals, extra small fries, and an iced caramel latte. Received: No extra fries, no caramel in my coffee, and two regular Big Macs instead of a Chicken Big Mac. Paid for extra pickles – got nothing. There were enough staff there, but everyone preferred talking to each other instead of paying attention to orders. This is simply disrespectful. It's not the first time, but definitely the last for me.

We ordered two takeaway meals via the app. Since it was a Sunday, it was extremely busy, as if there were no tomorrow. It wasn't a problem for us; we're happy to wait an extra five minutes, but the fries were still a bit raw and undercooked. Unfortunately, we didn't realize this until later.

McDonald's food is getting worse

I don't understand how it can have such a low rating. I've been to many McDonald's around Europe and have had great service. The staff were friendly and I was outside and they started offering ice cream to everyone who was there. It was a nice gesture that deserves the 5 stars I'm giving it 🙂

Minecraft menu, opened at home, no figure in it. If you call them specifically, they will promise you that the figure will be put aside and that you can come by in the next few days. If you come back three days later you hear from the boss, "No, we don't have any figures" and you don't even check. Very annoying!

The McDonald's in Neckarsulm is a really great place to hang out with friends or have something delicious to eat after school. The atmosphere there is really cozy and relaxed. The seats are comfortable and it is always nice and bright and friendly. You just feel comfortable there! The service is always great too! The people who work there are mostly very nice and helpful. Ordering is always quick and you never have to wait long for your food. If you have a question or need something, they are always there to help. I think that's really good! And the food, yes, it is simply delicious! No matter whether you fancy a juicy burger, crispy fries or a sweet milkshake – there is something for everyone. The burgers are always freshly made, the fries are nice and salty and crispy, and the drinks are nice and refreshing. There are always new things to discover on the menu, which I also think is cool. My conclusion: The McDonald's in Neckarsulm is a great place to have a relaxing time and enjoy delicious food. The comfortable ambience, friendly service and delicious food make it one of my favorite places for a quick and good snack! I can only recommend it!

Well, when it comes to food, it's really good for local standards. Comparable to Polish taste (a little). The burger is fresh, delicious. The fries are a bit stale, but compared to what you can find, they're great. Over-salted, but maybe someone added salt twice, because they were standing for a long time.

Ordered two McSmart meals with cheeseburgers at the McSmart Drive-In: Coke and ketchup were okay; fries were very greasy and extremely salty; cheeseburger patty was very thin and very dry, ketchup/mustard sauce was barely present, and the bun was dry (the delicious buttery taste from before was completely missing). The meal started at a nearby cinema. I ate one cheeseburger because I was hungry, and took the second one home and heated it in the microwave. I gave the fries to the birds, but they were apparently too salty. Last time I went there! It's gotten much worse in recent years... Not recommended!

Terrible experience!!!! I ordered the menu via monitor, forgetting to choose the drink included in the price paid. When the food was delivered to me I pointed out that I was missing the drink and the waiter told me that since I hadn't chosen it I wasn't entitled to it even though I had paid for it because it was included in the price of the menu. The mistake was that on the page to choose the chips you also have to choose the drink, I didn't notice and I sent the order forward. I would like to point out that in Italy the pages for choosing drinks are separate and you cannot forget to choose the drink as in this case. I ordered and paid separately for another drink, paying 4 euros, after which I informed the room manager of what had happened and he pretended not to understand me, I spoke English because I'm Italian, his response was that he didn't speak English. I was here very often when I was young. Visually not much has changed, unfortunately the parking spaces are still quite clumsy. The food is still good. The ambience has of course now adapted to that of the other branches. Order at a terminal and not at the counter like before. Unfortunately, some places show that they are older. Nevertheless, you can eat well here and the cleanliness is also great.

I don't even know where to start... I haven't been to McDonald's for a long time and wanted to eat like before. I found the perfect option in the menu: chicken burger (even 2) and french fries! What a disappointment I was when I saw what was brought to me. Look at the photo, find 10 differences. There was only a cutlet and sauce in the bun, the salad almost all fell out. Also, apparently they forgot not only about covid, but also about hygiene. There was no soap in the toilet, and it was dirty. The hand antiseptic was also empty.

Everything was fine, the employees are friendly, but McDrive still takes too long. In my opinion it is not the fault of the staff or the processes themselves, but also of the customers themselves. A car takes about 4-5 minutes to order and then pay. It's completely normal for conversations like "I would like... um..." and "Code B-A-1-2, no no... P not B" to arise while things continue to pile up at the back and the wait annoys everyone. My tip: order everything via the app while you wait. This saves you having to talk over the microphone and select the menu. Payment is made via Paypal and you can go directly to the pickup counter. It's not just the person slowing down the order, it's us too. So I can't understand the negative comments that are upset about the speed. The food for me was standard and therefore okay. Unfortunately, I don't understand why you can't swap the meat pattie for a veggie pattie in a chili burger. Everything is there!!! Totally inflexible when it comes to that sort of thing. Was on March 26th, 2019 at around 9 p.m. Update: 2024.12.05 I may have chosen the wrong menu in the app, but noticed it at the checkout. The cashier told me he could change it and asked me for what! Then I get the wrong product. When complaining at the checkout, the store manager is unreasonable. I took my money back. This is not how I imagined this visit to be. Too bad. ☹️

The service is not very interested in you

Usually stop for a quick breakfast or just coffee, the service is impeccable but they would make the leap with a diversified part of the menu, for example protein shakes or wholemeal croissants with protein creams... just an advice

The restaurant is great, only on my last visit were the men's toilets and all. But now I was back and lo and behold everything is perfect again as usual.

Please verify everytime the order. This is the 3th time i order someting to takeaway and when i get home i find that a whole order is missing of . Tonight i have orderd 3 Salads, 2 Happy meals , 6 cheesburgers and 1 Crispy Chicken Big menu . To my surprise the Crispy Chicken menu is missing totaly.
