McDonald's in Emmendingen

Coke didn't taste like Coke at all, mostly just water and the burger was very small, you could eat it after just one bite, otherwise it was quiet👍

The food itself is good; I hadn't had any bad experiences until a few days ago. Sunday evening, I went to the McDrive and ordered two cheeseburgers and one with a side of mashed potatoes. When I got home, I ate both cheeseburgers, and while I was eating them, I tasted something sour in both cheeseburgers. It wasn't like usual, so I didn't eat the whole thing, but I still ate some. After a few hours, I felt completely ill. The next day, they said I had food poisoning, a fever, and everything else. Well, something like that should never happen, whether it was fast food, a restaurant, or anything else. Never again.

Parking in front of the door is difficult; you have to park behind a gas station. McDonald's food is the same everywhere else, I think.

3 stars for the restaurant, 1 star for the DriveThru. At least the sauces and toys are usually missing from the children's meals. Toys are often out of stock, too. Update 2025: When asking questions, you're not always treated kindly, sometimes even rudely. In a "regular" restaurant, that would be absolutely unacceptable to me. On the other hand, sauces have been missing less frequently lately when ordering via the app.

For months I haven't been able to get ice cubes in my drink. They should have come with it. I don't cancel my order. It was funny at first. But not now in the summer. When I ask, I get excuses like a colleague placed the order and can't bring me any. Another time the machine is cleaned. What's the point of that? At least in the summer and at the latest when I ask. Then from now on it should also be shown on the order terminals that there are none. Like a few years ago with milkshakes. But back then it was the service contracts that meant the customer had to suffer.

Logical food from these places, fast and friendly table service. Everything is fine.

This store used to be a lot better, especially when it comes to service.

I've gotten takeout twice. Once I got the wrong burger, and once I got one burger too few. Unfortunately, I didn't notice both times until I got home.

We ordered 6 McSundaes. All the sundaes were half full. After a complaint, the employee came with a kitchen scale and weighed the ice cream, saying it couldn't be more than 100 grams.

I'm usually always happy, but today too many things went wrong with the Happy Meal. The hamburger and fries were missing, just like the toy. The Big Mac was wrapped up in a regular package even though I ordered a double Big Mac. The fries, including the curly fries, and everything else were cold. We took it to go, and there wasn't even a proper Happy Meal wrapper; it was just put in the bag. I've rarely been as disappointed with the McMeal in Emmendingen as I was today.

You can also order plant-based products. The service is friendly. It's also clean.

Fast food once a year is enough. Restrooms were clean, the McDrive ran great, but the food isn't good at all. I'm just saying iceberg lettuce. When will this company finally learn its lesson? I'd rather make my hamburgers 🍔 at home.

I actually like going to McDonald's every now and then, knowing what I'm getting. But why the fries there in Emmendingen fell apart so mushy the second time? It doesn't taste particularly good, which is a mystery to me. They're usually the same everywhere. What they do with them in that branch is a mystery to me. The Big Tasty was okay. But unfortunately, the fries weren't.

A normal Mac, problem is the parking lot when there is a lot of traffic no P. Today clean and fast service

Food standard but often overwhelmed staff. Check the order when taking away. Very often a lot of things are forgotten.

We ordered plant based nuggets and curly fries. The employee pointed out to us at the counter that these were not vegan but vegetarian because they were fried in the same fat as meat. I pointed out to her that in this case they weren't even vegetarian. McDonald's probably sees things differently. Afterwards she said that in her opinion vegan and vegetarian dishes were just a pipe dream. So anything but a friendly experience.

Everything was wonderful except the pickles

They obviously seem to be saving money on staff. No 'hello' as a greeting, no 'goodbye' when leaving. Stressed behavior towards customers. That was it previously unimaginable.

I would like to add to the other reviews that there is a lot of dirt around this "establishment" with the logo on it. So thank you for letting our neighborhood be so polluted 👍🏼

Staff sullen, no interest, bad location

The ambience is perhaps a little dated but that does not detract from the food etc. and the service is quite fast thanks to the payment machines where you also order. This saves you a lot of money and you can leave things out or order something extra, which also makes it easier for the waitress.

If you order takeaway food... just ALWAYS check! There is ALWAYS something missing. This is extremely annoying...! …

It's just MC. Donalds, has never been my store. The children wanted to go there. There isn't much food for me that I really like. Burgers too small and way too expensive. Always recommended Fishmac (now Filet o'Fish) Egg McMuffin (now MC. Egg). Fries at McDonald's have always been a disaster.

Unfortunately there is no terminal and the employees are a bit stale, but that's understandable given the job, otherwise pretty good, food was hot and neatly put together

Worst McDonald's there is to eat, just like the staff, there are certain people who work there and intentionally give me stale fries. The service was unfortunately inattentive, the food was lukewarm, the fries were hot, the shop was unclean, not to mention the tables. Too bad!!!

I was there around 11 a.m.... had to wait about 10 minutes in the drive-in before I was sent to wait another 5 minutes... everything would have been bearable if the food had been hot afterwards... once and never again

For me, McDonald's is number one when it comes to fast food... my favorite is Mcrip. But McDonald's has always had way too much ice in its drinks with a mango 😁 it's clear why 😉... in some branches the service from the staff is poor always the best... But if you know where to go, everything is very good... except Coke, there's too much... oh, I already said that 😁😁😎😘 the slogan still applies: "McDonald's is simply good" 😎

We got a €64 order for free because it sat around for 20 minutes without anyone picking it up!

About Lieferando The M ordered as a menu, unfortunately not everything came. Coke was forgotten twice and only fries instead of Mac Fries

I recommend that everyone always check the order on site, it can't be that half of the order is missing, you pay for €60 and the bag only contains food for €30

I've just been there and the employee was extremely unfriendly and rude and unprofessional. I'll spend my money elsewhere!!!!! Think about what kind of chicks you hire would rather paint their nails than work in service.

Lady at the first McDrive window was unfriendly

Even though there was nothing going on, after more than 10 minutes no one took care of the order and instead preferred to sort the bags...

I asked nicely for a bag with handles and was not understood several times by a stronger, blonde employee, who once understood, instead of asking nicely what I meant, he decided to make fun of me. I feel very sorry for this person, he's at his wits end with his job, he came across as if he didn't want any of this anymore :( I think he also has problems with himself because he came across as really very sad.

Unfortunately, it often happens at the moment that one or two things are missing when you pick them up. Today was a portion of fries. That really annoys me. You trust that everything is there. Don't go there again.

The food is a 3/5 and yes, I ordered happymeal and didn't get any toys! + I ordered 6 nuggets but only got 4!!!!! There are nice but also unpleasant people there, just don't mind

...moderately friendly order placement at the outside counter. I find the menu to be quite expensive, although I can already see that, especially since the fries were nice and fresh and hot, but the burger had probably been lying around for a while because it was still lukewarm. Sure, you could take another lap through the drive-in to complain, but that's not an option when it's busy. I probably won't go there again. Bon appetit to everyone who doesn't care about that :-)

Für den schnellen Hunger schnell durch den DriveIn und durchaus auch mal in Ordnung. Heute jedoch lange Wartezeiten, ein überfordertes und vermutlich auch dezimiertes Team in Privatkleidung. Die bestellte Cola landete zur Hälfte auf meinem Schoß da der Deckel nicht richtig drauf war und roch nicht nach Cola sondern penetrant nach Pfirsicheistee. Was es schlussendlich war konnte ich nicht rausfinden da es nach keinem von beiden schmeckte. Heute ein wirklich schlechter Besuch. Ich hoffe die Probleme können behoben werden.

Essen einfach Ekelerregend!! Uraltes Frittenfett,Cola Sirup war leer also dementsprechend war die Cola ,hat aber keiner interessiert

Habe hier in der Mittagspause gegessen. Man kann hier durch die vielen Coupons viel Geld bei den sowieso schon sehr günstigen Preisen. Auch das beliebte Monopoly ist wieder da. Nur die Toilette ist hier leider oft sehr dreckig und an den Pissoirs gibt es keine Abtrennungen. Allerdings gibt es hier sehr freundliches Personal und keine langen Wartezeiten.

Wir waren mit dem ketcar im drive in und wurden unhöflich gebeten den drive in zu verlassen. Eine frechheit, da viele auch mit dem Fahrrad dort etwas bestellen. Nun werde ich diesen McDonalds meiden.

Das kann doch wohl nicht wahr sein. Zum wiederholten Mal wurde wieder was vergessen. Meistens wenn man im Drive-In ist. Entweder der Burger beim Menü oder das Spielzeug beim Happy Meal. Was soll man den Kindern schon wieder erzählen??? Die sich so auf das Spielzeug oder das Süße gefreut haben??? Es kann doch nicht sein dass ich jedes Mal meine Bestellung kontrollieren muss. Und jedes Mal anrufen und sich beschweren damit man einen Gutschein bekommt darauf habe ich auch kein Bock.

Wo bekomt man nach 00:00(Feierabend) noch etwas zu essen?Probiert mal wieder Mac.Für lange Zeit wieder von der Liste gestrichen!!!

Für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch, gehe ich hier bei Gelegenheit wenn es auf meiner Route liegt, durch den Drive In und nehme mir was zum Essen mit. Diesmal Gabs Royal TS und Big Tasty Bacon zusätzlich Pommes Cola und noch 2x Cheesburger. Soweit war ich bis jetzt immer zufrieden mit MC Donalds. :) Auch dieses mal habe einen Abstecher in den McDonald's in Emmendingen gemacht habe mir einen McDouble Chilli Cheese, einen Doppel Cheeseburger und einen Chickenburger geholt. Es hat ganz gut geschmeckt, die Preise sind mittlerweile echt gesalzen, 2,49€ für einen normalen Cheeseburger das ist schon viel.

Eine falsche Bestellung wurde rausgegeben ich bin noch mal rein gegangen es war ihr Fehler aber sie haben es nicht umgetauscht bitte da nicht hingehen 😑

Nuggets waren alt und Pommes versalzen

Tafels en bankjes waren vies. Alles plakte. Afval van de vorige mensen stond nog op tafel. Toiletten waren schoon. Verder net als een andere mc donalds

Fast 30€ bezahlt, und uns wurden wohl lauwarme Pommes eingepackt welche daheim kalt waren und Geschmacklich wie 1 Stunde alte Pommes geschmeckt haben.(10min fahrt nach Hause) Wir waren absolut begeistert. Und auch sonst haben die Burger absolut unterirdisch geschmeckt. Das war unser letzter Besuch hier, nie wieder kommen wir hier her.

Mcd wie immer Qualität des essen war sehr frisch zubereitet. Der Service war nicht so gut obwohl zu dieser Zeit nichts los war . Ansonsten gerne wieder dort

Essen kennt man, wie immer halt 😃 aber Personal ist super mega freundlich, da haben sie tolle Leute eingestellt. Daumen hoch, erlebt man nicht so oft.

Meine Meinung hat sich bestätigt! Nach ewigen Zeiten ließ ich mich breitschlagen mal wieder zum Mäces mitzugehen. Und es kam wie es kommen musste: der Fraß ist nicht zu genießen und ist sein Geld nicht wert! In Zukunft gehe ich wieder zum Dönermann oder zu einer lokalen Imbissbude - da bekomme ich etwas rechtes für mein Geld.

Sehr geehrtes McDonald's Team, ich möchte Ihnen hiermit meine Unzufriedenheit über meinen letzten Besuch in Ihrer Filiale ausdrücken. Die Qualität der Speisen und der Service haben mich enttäuscht. Besonders enttäuschend war die Qualität der Pommes. Sie waren weich und hatten keine knusprige Textur. Das hat mir den Genuss stark beeinträchtigt. Zusätzlich wurde mir auch das falsche Getränk ausgehändigt. Solche Fehler sollten in einer etablierten Fast-Food-Kette vermieden werden. Darüber hinaus war der Kundenservice sehr kühl und distanziert. Das Personal zeigte wenig Interesse an meinen Anliegen. Als zahlender Kunde hätte ich mir eine freundlichere und aufmerksamere Bedienung gewünscht. Es ist bedauerlich, dass ich solch eine enttäuschende Erfahrung machen musste. Sehr beschränkte Parkmöglichkeiten, sonst alles wie immer.

Die penner haben meine schönen Smoothie mit 80% Eis vollgehauen und den Becher nicht mal ganz voll gemacht 🤌

Stand jetzt muss die Bestellung muss leider JEDES Mal kontrolliert werden da sie nie stimmt. War schonmal deutlich besser
