The food is always freshly prepared because it's very quiet. There's not much pre-cooking and the food is kept warm, which I think is good.

The bread tasted like dry sponge. We just wanted a regular cheeseburger. Of the five, all five were incredibly dry, and the excessive ketchup didn't help either! We got a milkshake here a few months ago and avoided the place after that (the taste was absolutely disgusting). Well, the second time around, it was a no-go. We won't be eating here again. It's the worst Burger King we've ever been to.

Fries & cheeseburgers... I'd just be happy if everything worked out. My last review was criticized. For whatever reason. Now another mistake! Large fries for over €4. What's next? Two small fries, stuck upside down in the bag, which was ripped into my hand. I have no idea if it can be that difficult. I just don't understand.

Guys, wear a hairnet in the kitchen. I can't explain otherwise why there were several long, black hairs on our burgers. We won't be going here again. Simply disgusting.

Unfortunately, we got severe diarrhea for the second time at the Burger King in Emmendingen. The whole family was out of action for two days. How is that even possible these days? You'll never see us again, that's for sure!

We really enjoy coming to the Burger King in Emmendingen. It's very clean, the wait times are always short, even for larger orders, and the food has always been delicious, fresh, and hot. I'd like to emphasize that the service staff is friendly and helpful, and despite the occasional language barrier, communication is always possible.

The best Burger King there is, very modern and clean with a nice outdoor area. The waiting times are also very good.

I would like to express my disappointment that a drink surcharge is now being added to the menu when purchasing a meal. In my opinion, it is misleading to offer a meal that doesn't include the full price, including a drink—especially since many customers assume that a meal always includes a main course, a side dish, and a drink. This change negatively impacts value for money and significantly diminishes the customer experience. I therefore ask you to reconsider this decision or at least provide more transparent information about pricing.

Whenever I go to Burger King Emmendingen and get a cheap or an expensive burger, they're always fresher than at any other. The fries are hot and crispy. The whole place seems to be run by Asians, and they're known for their freshness and orderliness. Service is stripped down to the bare essentials, but that's okay here. The only annoying thing is this Guns n Roses rock radio channel that seems to play the same 10 ballads with Luffy on the electric guitar over and over again. A little variety would be good. A bit of R&B or black music would fit the atmosphere better. All in all, an absolute recommendation... Pay attention to how meticulously each burger is packaged... All other fast food chains could take a lesson from Burger King Emmendingen. Top

I have been here several times and would like to leave a more detailed review. Overall, I think the Burger King in Emmendingen is good, so I give it 4 stars. The food is usually freshly prepared, the burgers are warm, and the quality is good for a fast food joint. The cleanliness inside is usually okay and the staff is friendly. BUT: One point that always annoys me is the drive-in. Although there is often hardly anything going on (often only one or two cars in front of me or even no one at all), it takes a disproportionately long time in the drive-in. Sometimes I stand there for 10-15 minutes without it being clear why things aren't progressing. I would like to see a lot more speed and organization here so that the drive-in lives up to its name. Tip to management: Please take a closer look at the processes in the drive-in - there is definitely room for improvement here! It's your typical Burger King. The food is good. The prices are decent for what you get. However , I visited during a road trip with my dog and they did not allow to have the dog inside. Not to mention that there is no sign at any door that shows you if dogs are allowed or not. When we told the staff about that, they just shrugged their shoulders and did not reply. Very disappointed from this....

Well, how can you review Burgerking? You get what you basically know. However, until now it has always been super clean and tidy in this Burger King and that's why I feel quite comfortable there. So far the food has always been ready quickly, hot and fresh. I'm just wondering how to award points here. It's just Burger King. So I have I did it so that I gave the stars in comparison to other Burger Kings I know. These were definitely worse. I subsequently deducted points for the service. It feels like the shop is always closed in the evening when you want to go there.

Good but nothing special, you can't refill drinks

Unfortunately, you often get something different than what you ordered, and often no dip either. There is usually not enough sauce on the burgers themselves, compared to other Burger King branches.

At the moment it happens more often that you get ripped off by the Burger King chain, you pay for everything but you don't get all of the goods you ordered, whether at the counter or in the restaurant, in my opinion a fraudulent company. But the staff is great, everything is prepared quickly, but the best point in all of this is that this branch has the cleanest toilet, the shop inside is always clean. Respect to the employees and a THANK YOU. Other operators should learn a lot here and use this store as an example.

Yes, it's a Burger King... Unfortunately, the burgers are often stacked chaotically and half of them stick out.

Sorry, but I have to say something here. If you're already hiring staff and don't speak German, you shouldn't put anyone at the drive-in. We go there maybe once a month but people always don't understand us. Please put staff there who also understand German, it's just annoying and the orders are always wrong. Maybe think about it.

Good Burger King branch with very friendly employees.

Burger King rather quiet during my visit. Coming from France, I was able to test recipes only available in Germany. Everything was served hot to me, which was very nice. The only negative point is the wait time for the order, even though there was almost no one there and it was probably the only order being prepared.

Children don't get drinks with their Happy Meal if it's over 35 degrees and the process is customer-unfriendly from start to finish! Once and never again, unfortunately. Poor communication when placing the order and also when paying. When asked twice about the price, they mumbled something to us. Then the window is torn shut in front of our noses and we see the next window that has been taped shut and there is not even a notice about it. Later the window is opened again and we ask where we can get the food, but they didn't understand us even after repeating it four times. Only employees with no or little knowledge of German were working. One didn't understand a word at all and had to get another employee who barely understood more than she did. The Happy Meals were missing drinks at over 35 degrees in midsummer and the entire food was at most lukewarm immediately after receiving it. Never again. This is not the system catering that I would like, neither customer-friendly nor business-friendly. I come from the business myself and friendly communication and interest in the customer are important there and unfortunately that's not possible.

I ordered at the drive-thru: - King of the month "Clubhouse Chicken" with fries & Sprite - Coupon from the app X-tra Long Chili Cheese, crispy chicken, fries & Sprite. I got: - Churros - 1 sprite - Salad -Long Chicken Guys, if you don't feel like it, just say so. But something like that? It doesn't work at all.

Danger! I've often had the size of the side dish mixed up; instead of a 0.5 drink and large fries, I've been given the smaller version several times. Of course it only happens accidentally, the staff is nice. It feels like you save on sauce and preparation time. Bigking very dry and several times, even with double sauce. It's different at Burgerking Freiburg, where the bigking is nice and juicy. Fries like to be soggy. At the current prices I find it outrageous to save on something like this.

You have to wait a while until you get your order. In Offenburg they are much, much faster and much better!!!The burgers are not nicely topped and are barely warm. Above all, the meat was grilled for far too long!!!! A few of the fries were burnt. Then the toilets weren't even filled with toilet paper. When you wash your hands, hot water initially comes out. And on the way home you realize that you have an upset stomach. This is the worst Burger King. The staff should be taught how to cook!!! We also need to work on speed!!! Actually the 1 star is already too much!!! There should be 0 stars for this BK in Emmendingen

Well, try to remain objective: But I haven't had such a meal in a long time! 4 different burgers, each almost inedible. I also got a Cheese instead of a BigKing. Price difference!!! Unfortunately, I only noticed this when I got home. BK is now over - you just have to go back to the big M. Although that's not always better.

Ich mag Burger King, aber nicht in Emmendingen. Burger ohne geschmack und Pommes sah wie Brei aus....Matschig und lauwarm :( Tut mir leid, geht zu den Kollegen und übt noch mal.

Nicht zu empfehlen! Burger und Pommes waren leider nur lauwarm. Aber der Vogel hat der verdorbene Milchshake abgeschoßen. Sowas darf bei Burger King nicht passieren!

Ha bajado un poco la calidad, la primera vez que comí allí, las hamburguesas estaban espectaculares para ser de comida rápida, pero la última vez, me confirmaron que es comida rápida, no estuvieron como las primeras. Lamentable.

Wir waren letzten Donnerstag nach dem sc freiburg Spiel hier abends um 22.00 Uhr . Leider hatte die nette Mitarbeiterin die Getränke der Kinder und die sossen vergessen. Sehr ärgerlich . Essen war trotz dessen gut.

Ich war 5 Minuten vor Ladenschluss vor Ort, wurde die 5 Minuten nicht beachtet, nur um mir Punkt 22:00 zu sagen das der Laden geschlossen hat. Finde ich sehr frech, wenn der Laden bis um 22:00 offen hat, sollte es kein Problem sein kurz vorher noch was zu bestellen.

Alles sehr sauber. Das Essen ist frisch zubereitet.

Wir waren heute zum ersten und letzten Mal in diesem Burger King. Alles sehr dreckig, obwohl nichts los war und man die Zeit gehabt hätte mal den Lappen zu schwingen. Und zum krönenden Abschluss saßen wir alle drei auf der Toilette mit Durchfall. Ekelhaft, so ein Drecksladen! 0 Sterne 🤮

Schöner neuer Burger King in Emmendingen. In den 90er Jahre mussten wir für einen Whopper bis nach Ludwigsburg fahren. 30 Jahre hat es gedauert, bis Burger King endlich in Emmendingen angekommen ist. Erstaunlich gut sind die Plantbase Burger. Da ich ab und zu Junkfood "brauche" bin froh über den neuen Standort.

Wir waren Sonntag Nachmittag im Laden.Bestellung und Bezahlung völlig problemlos am Terminal.Der Laden hell,einladend und sehr sauber.Dank toller Bedienung war das Essen schnell zubereitet und konnte am Tresen abgeholt werden.Burger und Pommes nicht heiß aber angenehm warm.Ausreichend Saucen und knackick frischer Salat.Cola nicht halbvoll mit Eis und nicht wässrig wie bei der Konkurrenz. Saubere und ordentliche Sitzmöglichkeiten ...es war sehr angenehm hier zu verweilen. Vielen Dank und weiter so!Hurra es lebe der Whopper....

Noch nie so enttäuscht worden! Ich bestelle mir die Plantbased Version verschiedener Burger aber alle sind zwar in der passenden Verpackung aber enthalten Fleisch. Wow wirklich richtig schwach

Wirklich sehr gut geführter BK. Sauber, sehr nettes Personal und toll belegte Burger, Pommes top, alles knusprig- echt gut. Kein Vergleich zu dem Laden in FR, der nebenbei erwähnt echt ne Katastrophe ist..Weiter so! :)

Nach dem ich gestern Abend dort was gegessen habe, nun die Lebensmittelvergiftung! Ich kann im Moment das Restaurant nicht empfehlen:( da sollte auch demnächst das Gesundheitsamt aufschlagen.

Leider noch nicht der Standard den man von Burger King kennt .Die Pommes sind ladschig und die Burger nicht richtig warm so das der Käse nicht schmilzt. Die Mitarbeiter freundlich aber noch nicht eingespielt. Fazit noch ein weiter Weg aber machbar .

Beide Burger ware lauwarm bis kalt -schade. Warum kein internet für Gäste? Seit Eröffnung gibt es kein Internet für Gäste. Sollte eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein! Beim ersten mal nachfragen wurde versprochen, dass es kommen wird.

Habe noch nie einen solchen Burger gegessen. Kein Vergleich zu anderen King Filialen. Salat und Tomaten knackig. Sosse ausreichend, wie ich sie noch nie wo anders bekommen habe. Wahrscheinlich hier wirklich alles genau nach BK Vorgaben. Der Burger war frisch der Laden absolut sauber. Ich lasse mich selten zu einem Lob hinreißen. Hier war es angebracht.
