Worst motorway rest stop I've ever been to. Traffic system confusing and chaotic. Better go to the next one!

Like everywhere else: far too expensive

The shower stinks and, from the looks of it, is never cleaned. It's a shame to ask for 3 euros for it.

Excellent roadside restaurant as you expect on a highway. Wifi works fine and free.

Unfortunately the construction site is outdated

Difficult because I pay a lot of attention to food hygiene. The staff tries hard, despite the obviously advanced age and the temporary rush.

The small parking lot is difficult to find a place after 4:00 p.m., it's terrible to get out of the parking lot in the morning

The Burger King there does not accept Sanifair vouchers that you have saved in Google Wallet, despite the fact that saving in Google Wallet is recommended on the Sanifair posters hanging there.

A rest area to take a break during your journey, with a gas pump next to it. The interior of the place and the toilets are clean (payable, and refunded if you consume). Note the outdoor terrace located at the back of this establishment, quiet, where you cannot hear the highway. There is a self-service restaurant (sandwich, some pastries, drinks), rather quick, but expensive, and a Burger King. At the exit of this rest area, the road is in a pitiful state. When will there be a renovation? (Visited early September 2024)

Currently (09-2024) work is taking place on this section of highway. Please note that the entrance and exit may be different than usual. There is a BurgerKing and sanitary stop in these Serways. It was very busy on the highway at the time of my visit, but very quiet inside. Visited the toilet and it was extremely clean. Not that I would eat off the floor, but it was really clean! Worth a visit if you are tired of traffic jams or want to make a sanitary stop.

This rest stop is disgraceful, especially the toilet. The water was so hot that I scalded my fingers. I then spoke to a Sanifair employee who simply said he was not responsible. YES WHO ELSE?! 😡🤬

View of a clean rest stop, unfortunately in the near future it will either be torn down and rebuilt with significantly more truck spaces or rebuilt further up after the curve near Kieselbronn. I once asked someone from Niefern. As well as It is currently too confusing and far too small for trucks. I'm often on site because I'm interested in the construction work. Good for short-term parkers who want to go for a little walk is direct access to the countryside.

Parking is no worse, but not better than others in Germany. To take a shower, please prepare a cash deposit; car keys are not accepted. Cabin 1 had no toilet paper at all! And no matter how hard I tried, no water came out of the shower. I had to get dressed again and go get the key to the second cabin.. At the checkout, the staff didn’t say hello or even apologize. And the key to the first cabin was given to the next driver in front of me, instead of taking action...

You can tell the age of the rest stop.

DO NOT stop here if you need time to rest at night. The place is closed so no restrooms and time is only 2 hours. Drive for 4 more minutes and stop at the rest area with bathrooms and spaces to park or 7 minutes to the 24 hour McDonald’s where you can get a bite and bathroom break.

Despite the terrible construction site around Pforzheim, this rest stop is really very nice!! I only took a short break and didn't stay longer, but I can still recommend it for a longer stay. The rest area is very large and not very winding. There are some nice, quiet places to take a break and the landscaped park with playground is also very relaxing!

Fine for the toilet and refueling, but note that in addition to a shop and coffee bar, there is only a Burger King for hot food.

Outdated rest stop. Inconvenient for wheelchair users. The toilet for disabled people was an imposition.

Asking for Passport for shower. Rude and unprofessional. Only government and government officials can ask for ID. Every person have rights for privacy!

I have concerns about the introduction of €1 toilets, even if a credit is given. An increase in the price of coffee by 1 euro would destroy the attractiveness of the 1 euro voucher. I think this is an ill-advised measure.

Currebtly there is a huge highway construction site and the parking lot is horribly designed. The highway stop is small but fully ok with enough food options. Toilets will cost you a small fee.

Very high prices, no coffee machine, toilet 1 euro (which you get reimbursed if you use it first and then buy it). Tables partly unclean.

Only toilets, Serways Shop and Coffee Fellows are open. You probably don't do business with travelers on Sundays anymore.

give a wide berth. Renovation, little space, unfriendly service and an ID card or passport is required to shower. I asked the cashier to give me his ID while I showered - he refused. I also refused. I don't know which drivers agree with this, but they've probably forgotten what GDPR is. The cashier has no right to check our personal documents. Maybe Serways should do something about it so the driver can use the shower normally.

Staff friendly, unfortunately the toilets are in a terrible state in the evening.

Currently absolutely a catastrophe due to the large construction site. Refueling is extremely expensive at this rest stop. When I filled up the liter of diesel came to €2.11! cost. Outside the motorway, the liter costs €1.69.

Has everything a rest stop should have. It is commendable that the changing room is free to enter.

Es gibt definitiv angenehmere Raststätten. Das Personal wirkt überfordert, und die Bestellautomaten funktionieren nicht richtig. Ich war noch nicht einmal zur üblichen Mittagszeit dort, und trotzdem herrschte ein ziemliches Gedränge. Wenn man einen Bärenhunger hat: ganz okay. Ansonsten lieber weiterfahren.

Ausgeschildert .war das sich dort ein Nordsee Restaurant befindet. Dieses war aber geschlossen ohne das es eine Info darüber gab. Der Burger King war völlig überfordert.

Sauberkeit im Restaurant sollte verbessert werden

Wir haben kein heißes Wasser mehr gehabt und unsere Tochter die 1 ist , hätte Hunger. 3,50 ist eine Frechheit. Arbeite selber in der Gastro und weiß das die Preise sehr hoch sind aber für heiße Wasser finde ich es unglaublich frech. Nie wieder. Und wenn ihr Richtung Pforzheim geht bitte nicht hier. Hoffe das ihr zu macht. Einen schönen Tag

Im großen und ganzen okay, Mahlzeiten sind relativ einfach gestaltet....

Durch die Baustelle leer, es biegt keiner ab ,auch die wiederauffahrt ist komplizierter. Ein Wunder das hier noch kein Geisterfahrer gemeldet wurde

Raststätte wie viele anderen eben auch.

Für eine lange Fahrt lässt sich hier aufjedenfall wieder der Magen füllen und die Vorräte für die Weiterfahrt wieder aufstocken. Burgerking ist auch mit im Haus was mega ist. Hier findet jeder irgendwas zu essen und zu trinken.

Schöner Rastplatz mit sauberen Toiletten.

Es ist halt eine Autobahnraststätte. Wirkt gepflegt.

Die Ein und Ausfahrt sind kurios. Die Raststätte als solches ist recht schön und sauber.

Leider nicht so freundlich behandelt worden , vielleicht aber einfach einen schlechten Tag gehabt, auch viel Baustelle dort

Schnitzel und Pommes war lecker, Bedienung freundlich.

Typische Autobahn Raststätte. Toiletten trotz 1€ Gebühr nicht sehr sauber! Mein Tipp: Die Toilettenanlage der Tankstelle am Anfang der Raststätte. Bis jetzt immer sauber! Da gebe ich sehr gerne ein Trinkgeld!

Die Toiletten haben, dafür dass man dafür einen Euro bezahlen muss, eine automatische Spühlfunktion, die jeden erschrecken, vor allem Teenager wie mich, die als Kind ein Trauma davon bekommen haben. Schade, ich dachte auf Serways sei Verlass. Denn bei Serways ist mir so etwas noch nie passiert.

Schon die Zufahrt war aufgrund der Autobahnbaustelle ziemlich umständlich. Man sieht der Anlage richtig an, dass die in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Anlage ist ziemlich klein und heutigen Anforderungen nicht mehr gewachsen. Da die Raststätte in den nächsten Jahren aus verkehrstechnischen Gründen geschlossen werden soll, sind keine Renovierungen mehr durchgeführt worden. Sonst das übliche Raststättenzeugs. Geringe Qualität zu überteuerten Preisen und lustloses Personal. Beriets um 21 Uhr gab es nur noch ein kleines Snackangebot und Kaffee zum Mitnehmen aus dem Automaten.

Onverzorgd tot vies. Traag in bediening. Teveel medewerkers die rond lopen maar niets doen. Vieze vaatdoeken worden gebruikt om tafels af te vegen. Bah.
