The service is more than a bit rough. Waited at the "please wait to be seated" sign for more than five minutes. Seemed to be wondering what I was waiting for when they called me in, but they eventually sat me at the bar as a solo person, despite a good third of the restaurant being vacant and plenty of small tables available - it was not busy. When they finally got around to taking my order, it took them 10 minutes to tell me that the beer I ordered was unavailable, and when presented with an alternative, brought it in the wrong size. While food was okay, I can't recommend it due to the uninspiring and sub-par service. Take your business elsewhere.

I order here regularly and have always been satisfied. In terms of quality, it's okay for the price, and the quantity is also generous. I usually eat twice from one portion. There is a lot of criticism in the reviews here; Apparently most people just don't know that authentic Asian cuisine can't be compared to ready-made meals from the hairdresser's shop like the all-you-can-eat around the corner. After all, this isn't America!

There are various chip providers in the immediate vicinity here in Trier. This one, right on the main market, is very good. The oil has always been fresh for years, the potatoes, selected locally, are excellent and taste very tasty. Prices are reasonable in such a prime location. I rarely come to Trier without enjoying myself here. A clear recommendation from me.

Friendly service and the food was excellent! The pho bo tasted authentic, just like in Saigon, and the rice and tofu were also delicious. Good prices. I recommend it. :-) Addendum: I came back and tried the crispy duck with peanut sauce. Absolutely delicious!! Thank you.

Very disappointing! I waited over 90 minutes. Food was cold - there was a piece of plastic packaging in the burger?!?! Nice supplier but the rest is just miserable!

I ordered a pizza via Lieferando, with extras and without mushrooms. Paid for the extra garlic oil, didn't get it - mushrooms were wished away - mushrooms were on it. Thanks for nothing.

The food was a complete disaster!!!!!!! The citizens were cold, the bread wasn't baked properly, the fries were white like a limestone wall, the vegetables looked like they had been taken out of the organic waste!!!! Never again 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Absolutely overwhelmed staff even with a small audience. The fries were inserted after 10 minutes of waiting, so that the currywurst was already cold again. Excessive prices, but very small portions. Really not recommended!

One star is still too many – never again! I've been to many McDonald's locations, but this was the absolute nadir of human civilization. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a smell that was somewhere between wet carpet, old frying oil and pure resignation. The floor was so sticky that I thought I would become a permanent part of the decor. The order took over 10 minutes with exactly two other guests in the store. There are no stands for table service and the ordering terminals were broken! When I finally got my food, the burger was cold, the fries burnt and dry. My redeemed coupon for a free Coke was not taken and I paid €1.99 for a Coke in the coupon! The staff looked like they were having an internal competition to see who could look the most bored. My polite “Excuse me?” was met with a “What?!” acknowledged as if I had just interrupted her lunch break (spoiler: the break was permanent). The highlight? There was no soap in the laundry room, the water only ran hot or hotter, and the dryer insulted my hands instead of drying them. Conclusion: If you want to feel really bad again - treat yourself to this place. But otherwise? It's better to drive 10 km further or eat a stone - it's more nutritious and probably more hygienic.

The prices are of course very good, especially compared to similar boxes or the menu at McDonald's. I also liked the hot wings, but somehow there wasn't enough of it for me! The drinks are standard like everywhere else in similar places, I ordered Pepsi! ✌ Convenient location, especially if you have just left the motorway in Pforzheim, but parking was not that easy. I was here at lunchtime. Germany's best-run McDonald's branch: 1) This is the cleanest McDonald's branch I've ever visited. There isn't a crumb on the floor anywhere. Here's why: 2) The staff is extremely attentive. Two employees are constantly checking to see if anything needs to be done. Left-over food trays are immediately removed. Abandoned tables are cleaned promptly. Someone is practically constantly cleaning the floor. The same goes for the restrooms. 3) The food was ordered for self-pickup at the counter. The employee there noticed that I kept looking at the number display and simply brought my food to my table. That's what I call attentive service. My order was ready immediately. I've never received my food so quickly at a McDonald's. 4) The staff greets and smiles at their customers. You're not ignored like usual. The atmosphere is simply great. Yet not noisy even though it was busy. Must be because of the many artistic room dividers? 5) Unfortunately, this isn't the case at all branches: the burgers and fries taste exactly as they should. Not too little, not too much sauce. Warm and delicious. 6) They provided enough napkins. Not too much, not too little. Oh yes, I think that's important 😁. 7) The branch looks super modern. The interior design is perfect. Room dividers with artistic motifs. 8) There's a great café here, incredibly delicious coffee. Lactose-free, oat milk, or almond milk... Caramel? No matter, all wishes are fulfilled. The coffee is served at your table in proper, wide ceramic cups. A barista works at the mc café? She knew so much about the coffee and how it's prepared. The milk foam was creamy and delicious. Yammy. Cheesecake? Delicious! Strawberry shortcake? Fresh and tasty. Forget Starbucks, go to McDonald's. (The photos were taken on a different day)

Horrible Mac, probably the worst... Girls walk around in the kitchen without hats and without uniforms, it feels as if they are in their own kitchen, and not in a public catering facility. The display with the order number does not work, I do not speak German, so for people like me it is important to see your order number and whether it is ready. The room is very dirty, the trash cans are full, I won’t even talk about the toilet. Management should take action and monitor the work of their employees.
