I stopped by Estima today completely spontaneously to try the menu, and I'm absolutely blown away by this restaurant. The food was very fresh, delicious, beautifully presented, and the craftsmanship was of a very high standard. I especially have to emphasize the service, which was truly outstanding. The knowledge of wine and food components, including some product information (e.g., Iberico, skate, etc.), was conveyed unobtrusively but thoroughly. It was very refreshing to see that service is not just a top priority at this establishment, but is lived with passion and heart. ❤️

What good is the best chef, what good are the most stars, if humanity falls by the wayside? I had a strong human need and was rejected with absolute arrogance. That's unacceptable. Restaurants in the area were much friendlier and were paid based on the order and the sales. I will never set foot in that restaurant again.

We were a group of 15 hungry adults and experienced great service. Friendly, joking and well organized. The food was sent for everyone in a very short time frame, respect to the kitchen! It was consistently delicious and some also enjoyed dessert. A nice evening. We didn't expect that. Thanks.

Our experience was okay. I went there with my friends on a Monday night. Although it's a tapas restaurant, three of the tapas dishes on the menu were unavailable. I will definitely warn against the grilled octopus. As soon as he bit into it, there was a pop. There was probably a layer of hot steam or water beneath the surface, which burned my friend's lips, and he now has a cut on his face. He was offered ice, though! The service was pleasant, but it's a bit expensive for what they offer. I don't think we'll be back.

A true gem for anyone who appreciates Hessian hospitality and good apple wine! The ambiance is rustic and cozy, just what you'd expect from an apple wine bar. The apple wine is homemade, fresh, and of excellent quality – you can still taste true tradition here. The food is also a highlight: hearty, regional specialties, lovingly prepared and served in generous portions. I would especially like to emphasize the friendly service – warm, attentive, and always cheerful. A place you'll always want to return to. Highly recommended!
