Waren zufällig in der Mittagspause dort: was für ein tolles Erlebnis, alles wird täglich frisch zubereitet und die Falafel waren die besten, die ich bisher in Deutschland gegessen habe! Ein weiteres Highlight ist, dass das Brot direkt vor Ort im Ofen gebacken wird. Was mich zudem beeindruckt hat: uns wurde aufgrund unserer Eile zu einem eigentlich etwas billigeren Gericht geraten. Die Mitarbeiterin war unglaublich freundlich und trotz des großen Andrangs die Ruhe selbst! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Was soll ich sagen? Ein Service, der immer seltener wird: köstliches, selbstgebackenes Brot, Sauberkeit und ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen.

Ein nettes, kleines, familiengeführtes Dönerlokal. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Essen ist lecker. Sie backen ihr eigenes Brot und haben sogar Baklava. Man kann hier frühstücken, zu Mittag oder zu Abend essen oder einfach nur einen Snack zu sich nehmen. Die Linsensuppe ist hervorragend.

Sehr geehrter Jo Bo, bevor man eine negative Bewertung veröffentlicht, sollte man sich bitte zu 100 % sicher sein, dass die geschilderten Punkte auch tatsächlich stimmen. Zunächst einmal ist es richtig, dass ich der neue Inhaber bin. Der vorherige Inhaber war jedoch mein Onkel, daher ist das Geschäft praktisch in der Familie geblieben. Es hat sich also grundsätzlich nichts Negatives verändert. Unser Fleisch wird nach wie vor jeden Tag mit viel Liebe frisch selbst vorbereitet. Wenn Sie möchten, können Sie sich davon auch gerne persönlich überzeugen. Auch das Brot wird jeden Morgen frisch von meiner Frau gemacht. In vielen Punkten ist die Qualität heute sogar noch besser als früher. Deshalb kann ich mir vorstellen, dass es für Sie vielleicht ungewohnt wirkt, wenn Sie längere Zeit nicht mehr bei uns waren. Kartenzahlung ist bei uns selbstverständlich möglich. Daher kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, wie Sie zu dieser Aussage kommen. Zum Thema Parken: Die Parkplatzsituation war hier schon immer etwas schwierig, auch bereits zu Zeiten des vorherigen Inhabers. Das war also keineswegs erst jetzt so. Auch das bezahlte Parken gibt es dort schon seit langer Zeit. Gerade als angeblich langjähriger Kunde sollten Sie das eigentlich wissen. Ich bin als neuer Inhaber leider nicht in der Lage, die Straße nach meinen Wünschen umzubauen. Natürlich hätte ich es auch lieber, wenn das Parken kostenlos wäre. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Usta Kebab

Ich weiß nicht wo der Typ war ich gehe jeden Tag da essen und kann mich gar nicht beschweren karten Zahlung ist möglich und top essen

Update: Es scheint einen neuen Besitzer zu geben. Die Produkte sind (teilweise) nicht mehr hausgemacht. Es gibt kein selbstgebackenes Brot mehr. Der Döner ist nicht mehr so ​​gut wie früher. Deshalb nur drei Sterne. Nur Barzahlung. Der Besitzer ist aber freundlich.

Das Essen war leider von sehr schlechter Qualität, und ich bin danach sogar krank geworden. Die Sauce konnte den Geschmack nicht überdecken und hat das Gesamtbild eher verschlimmert. Leider nicht empfehlenswert

Ich habe kürzlich bei Usta Kebap in Aachen gegessen und muss ehrlich sagen: Das ist ohne Zweifel einer der besten Dönerläden, in denen ich je war. Schon beim Betreten spürt man die herzliche und freundliche Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist unglaublich zuvorkommend, arbeitet schnell und tut alles, damit man sich willkommen fühlt. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Der Döner selbst ist wirklich erstklassig. Das Fleisch ist perfekt gegrillt, herrlich saftig und voller Geschmack. Das Gemüse ist frisch und knackig, und alles ist perfekt mit den leckeren Soßen kombiniert. Das Brot ist schön warm und rundet das Geschmackserlebnis perfekt ab. Jeder Bissen zeigt, dass hier Wert auf Qualität und Geschmack gelegt wird. Was ich auch sehr schätze, ist, dass die Portionen großzügig und der Preis sehr fair sind. Für das, was man bekommt, ist es wirklich jeden Cent wert. Wenn Sie in Aachen sind und Lust auf einen großartigen Döner haben, kann ich diesen Laden uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Für mich ist er mittlerweile ein fester Anlaufpunkt, wann immer ich in der Stadt bin. Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team!

Hier gibt es so köstliche, frische Sandwiches mit Kebabfleisch. Wirklich erstklassig!

Köstlicher Kebab mit frischem, hausgemachtem Brot, perfekt gewürzt und superzart. Es gibt auch tolle vegetarische Optionen und frisches, richtig leckeres Gemüse. Der Laden ist sauber und alles wird immer frisch zubereitet. Definitiv einen Umweg wert! Und das Baklava – einfach himmlisch!

Mittlerweile der beste Döner der Stadt, fühl sich im positiven Sinne oldschool an.

We were actually already full when we passed this kebab shop. First, we each ordered a kebab, and when we weren't finished, we each got another one. The quality and taste were simply fantastic. Absolutely recommended.

We ate doner kebab and baklava here. Ayran was served to drink. In principle, the 3 stars could be considered 3.5 stars. The bread was fluffy, the meat was good and not too greasy. I studied abroad in Aachen from Japan for 3 months. I went to several kebab shops, but the kebabs here were so delicious that I only went here from the middle of my study abroad. I think I went there a total of 10 times, and they always serve kebabs that are above the standard.

I've been to this Kebab house almost every other week after moving to Aachen from London in September with my fiancé. This will be a place that we hold dear in our hearts when we think of Aachen. The kebab is out of this world and you can see why it's always busy at lunch and dinner.

In my opinion, this is the best kebab shop in Aachen. High quality at fair prices. Everything is fresh and homemade. The baked goods are also top-notch. The staff is always friendly and cheerful.

Usta Kebab at Karlsgraben is, for me, the first address when it comes to fresh, honest food 🤩. The meat is incredibly tender and fresh; you can immediately tell that quality is paramount here. The salad? Smells and tastes like it came straight from paradise 😇, crispy, aromatic, simply perfectly👌 balanced. But what really blew me away: the lahmacun with doner meat😋😋. This dish is a poem: crispy dough, spicy meat, perfectly combined. You really don't find anything like it!🤤 The atmosphere is also perfect: cozy, inviting, and authentic. You immediately feel comfortable and welcome. A clear 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, passion is in every detail here. I'll definitely be back!

A friend told me to check this place out when I told him I prefer to eat at simple places, and I'm very glad I did! As soon as we stepped through the door, we were warmly welcomed by the smiling proprietor who greeted us in Turkish, correctly assuming my Turkish was considerably more well-utilised than my German. After exchanging some pleasantries, we ordered two large plates of döner meat and fries, with salad and chilli sauce and cacık yogurt sauce. It did not disappoint, as it was well-prepared meat and not simply leftovers scraped off the factory floor and put through a mincer. Everything was moist, but not soggy, and crisp but not overcooked. We washed everything down with some ayran that hit the spot, and the owner treated us to some baklava on the house before wishing us safe travels. The restaurant was kept extremely clean and there were a steady stream of customers throughout the period we were eating there, but it was never rowdy and (as I was also travelling with a child) was a family friendly environment. I look forward to visiting again the next time I'm in Aachen!

Dear usta kebap team, for me you are the 2nd best kebab in the Aachen district, I always take the large kebab bag (because I find the bread incredibly fluffy and crispy.) You never skimp here, but what I actually think is best is that you put the salad and sauce on it last, so that the kebab isn't completely mushy and soggy. Conclusion: it's very worth it. Your shibainu.ps I don't think the wooden tables are particularly nice (that's why, for the ambience 😊 only 3 stars)
