Although the food was very tasty and the staff was very friendly, there are only three stars. The formerly white bar stools are so dirty and broken that I no longer want to eat there. This doesn't work with light-colored pants. The unpainted walls look dirty. That doesn't add up.

Went there with my wife late at night and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a lot of fun chatting with the employees. I think the kebab is very tasty and the portion is more than adequate for the price. Personally, I can only recommend everyone to come and eat here.

We had a wonderful dinner at Sultan Kebab, which we came to on a recommendation. The carefully prepared kebab plate with very special sauces and seasonal salad was extremely filling and delicious. The kebab shop is clean, the staff is friendly. I recommend it too.

For those who love German kebab, this is a perfect alternative. As someone who comes from Turkey, I was initially biased towards German kebab, but even I enjoyed this kebab. The seating area is a bit small, actually sufficient, but there are a lot of customers :) Friendly staff and delicious kebab - I can only recommend it!

Best kebab in Aachen. I eat here regularly and also did an internship at this place and the employees were always really nice and funny. The kebab also tastes delicious and I find it very relaxing to eat at this spot after school.

Really outstanding kebab in my opinion. Well-selected ingredients and one of the few kebabs with a fruity note. The waiting time has always been short and the service has been friendly. Every now and then warm non-alcoholic shots are given out for free, which are really worth it. Aggression and disorganization are mentioned in many reports, but I didn't come across them.

The food is normal the prices for students are almost fair, but the service is not good enough, they don’t serve the food from heart I didn’t get the feeling of comforting in the place .

I just love this kebab from Sultans Of Kebap in Pontstrasse, Aachen! The meat is always perfectly seasoned and super juicy, and the bread is fresh and crispy. The portions are also large and absolutely fair for the price. The service is always friendly and quick, no matter how busy it is. If you are looking for the best kebab, you should definitely stop by here!

The kebab at Sultan of Kebab was really exceptionally tasty. I was particularly impressed by the wholemeal flatbread - crispy on the outside and wonderfully soft on the inside, which gave the whole kebab a perfect base. Not only was it a healthier option, but it also contributed a full-bodied, savory flavor that complemented the other ingredients beautifully. The meat was juicy and well seasoned, the sauces were perfectly balanced and the fresh vegetables gave the whole thing a crisp freshness. Each bite was a harmonious combination of textures and flavors.

Side salad unfortunately without dressing, so very dry. Fries good, chicken skewer delicious.

I used to enjoy eating a kebab there after a cold drink or two. However, last night (night of September 15th, 2024) the service was extremely unfriendly. After an initial discussion about the queue (he had forgotten to take our order and was then of the opinion that we had pushed ahead), the shift manager gave his employee the instruction in Turkish to serve a few more customers before us and also gave the instruction not to us to give the student discount. The shift manager was apparently unaware that we understood him. This behavior was highly unprofessional and should never happen to a customer.

The boss with a gray beard, relatively old, is extremely disrespectful and rude.

SO WEIRD My wife and I went to the restaurant and inquired about the types of meat they offer. Out of nowhere, an employee confronted us aggressively and shouted, "Why don't you ask the manager? Or get out from the door." We were surprised by his sudden hostility and didn't understand what triggered it. As we were leaving, right away two men approached us aggressively, with one of them still hostile and ready to fight. I tried to defuse the situation by calmly asking, "Calm down, what's the problem?" but they continued to threaten us. I decided to walk away, but unfortunately, they then turned their attention to my wife, still ready for a confrontation. They insulted us and even tried to physically attack us. We stood our ground verbally until other guests who had witnessed the incident intervened, allowing us to leave safely. Later, I was shocked to learn that the first man had behaved similarly towards other customers. Apparently, he had misunderstood our question about the meat types, thinking we were asking if it was halal, but that doesn't justify his behavior. If this man is mentally unstable, why has he been employed there for so many years? This restaurant doesn't feel like a restaurant—it feels more like a gang than a team of employees. I've never experienced anything like this before.

Actually one of the best kebabs in Europe. There used to be a sultans of kebab in Brussels, but it is gone. I made a 1 hour detour just to eat there.

Saturday 10:30 p.m. on Pontstrasse... A post on Insta lured us to "Sultans of Kebap" and it was the right decision! I chose an Adana Dürüm in the menu and guys I can tell you, fresh, hot, and super seasoned. The service was super friendly, the shop was very clean and we will definitely be back. Thumbs up keep it up...

You experience chaos and confusion here. You order. Then you will be ignored. Others are preferred. You will continue to be ignored. Simply rude. The kebab isn't good enough to warrant this hassle.

Very good kebab and kebab related stuff. Sometimes there are some rather unorthodox combinations and ingredients that you wouldn't expect in a kebab, but they still go well.

I ordered the lamb teller. The portion size was good. I feel the sauce quantity was less. The lamb teller actually doesn't have all lamb meat. They add the beef/chicken depending upon your choice. I ordered without drink and it costed me 13 euro for the meal with student discount. The taste was good.

Unfortunately you have to wait a long time and it is also relatively expensive. Employees seem very annoyed and are unfortunately not that friendly. But because of the student discount and the delicious food, you can still go there.
