The kebab at Sultan of Kebab was really exceptionally tasty. I was particularly impressed by the wholemeal flatbread - crispy on the outside and wonderfully soft on the inside, which gave the whole kebab a perfect base. Not only was it a healthier option, but it also contributed a full-bodied, savory flavor that complemented the other ingredients beautifully. The meat was juicy and well seasoned, the sauces were perfectly balanced and the fresh vegetables gave the whole thing a crisp freshness. Each bite was a harmonious combination of textures and flavors.

I just love this kebab from Sultans Of Kebap in Pontstrasse, Aachen! The meat is always perfectly seasoned and super juicy, and the bread is fresh and crispy. The portions are also large and absolutely fair for the price. The service is always friendly and quick, no matter how busy it is. I used to enjoy eating a kebab there after a cold drink or two. However, last night (night of September 15th, 2024) the service was extremely unfriendly. After an initial discussion about the queue (he had forgotten to take our order and was then of the opinion that we had pushed ahead), the shift manager gave his employee the instruction in Turkish to serve a few more customers before us and also gave the instruction not to us to give the student discount. The shift manager was apparently unaware that we understood him. This behavior was highly unprofessional and should never happen to a customer.

The boss with a gray beard, relatively old, is extremely disrespectful and rude.

SO WEIRD My wife and I went to the restaurant and inquired about the types of meat they offer. Out of nowhere, an employee confronted us aggressively and shouted, "Why don't you ask the manager? Or get out from the door." We were surprised by his sudden hostility and didn't understand what triggered it. As we were leaving, right away two men approached us aggressively, with one of them still hostile and ready to fight. I tried to defuse the situation by calmly asking, "Calm down, what's the problem?" but they continued to threaten us. I decided to walk away, but unfortunately, they then turned their attention to my wife, still ready for a confrontation. They insulted us and even tried to physically attack us. We stood our ground verbally until other guests who had witnessed the incident intervened, allowing us to leave safely. Later, I was shocked to learn that the first man had behaved similarly towards other customers. Apparently, he had misunderstood our question about the meat types, thinking we were asking if it was halal, but that doesn't justify his behavior. If this man is mentally unstable, why has he been employed there for so many years? This restaurant doesn't feel like a restaurant—it feels more like a gang than a team of employees. I've never experienced anything like this before.

There were 4 of us, we went there at night. The staff was very polite and friendly! Food was really delicious! Would definitely go there again for more!!

I go there to eat with my cousin every now and then and find the kebab view very tasty 😋 but sometimes there is too much salad in it which bothers me a bit. Otherwise great and enjoy eating there!!!

Actually one of the best kebabs in Europe. There used to be a sultans of kebab in Brussels, but it is gone. I made a 1 hour detour just to eat there.

Saturday 10:30 p.m. on Pontstrasse... A post on Insta lured us to "Sultans of Kebap" and it was the right decision! I chose an Adana Dürüm in the menu and guys I can tell you, fresh, hot, and super seasoned. The service was super friendly, the shop was very clean and we will definitely be back. Thumbs up keep it up...

You experience chaos and confusion here. You order. Then you will be ignored. Others are preferred. You will continue to be ignored. Simply rude. The kebab isn't good enough to warrant this hassle.

Very good kebab and kebab related stuff. Sometimes there are some rather unorthodox combinations and ingredients that you wouldn't expect in a kebab, but they still go well.

I ordered the lamb teller. The portion size was good. I feel the sauce quantity was less. The lamb teller actually doesn't have all lamb meat. They add the beef/chicken depending upon your choice. I ordered without drink and it costed me 13 euro for the meal with student discount. The taste was good.

Unfortunately you have to wait a long time and it is also relatively expensive. Employees seem very annoyed and are unfortunately not that friendly. But because of the student discount and the delicious food, you can still go there.

Die zwei netten Kerle, welche beide Profis am Spieß sind, haben mir einen wirklich herausragenden Döner zubereitet. Nicht nur kulinarisch wird hier auf höchster Ebene gearbeitet sondern auch in Sachen Witz und Sympathie kam ich voll auf meine Kosten. Das mehr als schnelle Bezahlsystem hat meinem ostdeutschen Herzen den Rest gegeben. Klare Empfehlung ;)

Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett und man fühlt sich sehr sehr gut behandelt. Sie sind auch sehr Hilfsbereit und "beraten" einen sehr gut. Der Döner ist sehr voll und der Salat darin schmeckt auch frisch. Sehr lecker!. Ich glaube es ist der Döner mit den meisten Sitzmöglichkeiten in dieser Straße. Es wird oft durchgewischt und daher auch relativ sauber. Das Ambiente ist sehr gut. Ich werde öfters kommen, mir gefällt es dort am Besten.

Hab leider zum wiederholten Male innerhalb kürzester Zeit Magenprobleme und Durchfall bekommen. Frage mich, ob es an der Hygiene liegt, in anderen Dönerläden passiert mir das nicht. Kann leider nicht mehr hier essen.

Der Döner hat nicht geschmeckt. Brot war zur Hälfte gefüllt, dazu mehr Salat als Fleisch und kalt serviert. Der Salat war alt und hat nach Pappe geschmeckt. Das Fleisch war auch nicht frisch.

Der Falafel-Döner war nichts besonderes, der Service jedoch war gut.

To be honest, I did see rat once in this place, which shows how unhygienic the place can be, but I am giving five stars because the staffs are very nice and u can sit there to eat. The tables are clean and they even have price reduction for students.

A kebap-hoz a fokhagymás és a csípős szósz nagyon finom. Van borjú hús is, mi azt választottuk. A menühöz kifogyhatatlan pohár jár. Jó zene szól, vidámak a kiszolgálók.

Guter Döner, netter Service. Brot war bisschen sehr hart und Pommes haben nicht so gut geschmeckt. Kann man mal machen, wenn man in der Stadt unterwegs ist.

Die Speisen in diesem Restaurant werden außergewöhnlich sorgfältig zubereitet. Der "Chef de cuisine" ist ein sehr liebenswürdiger am Kunden orientierter Mensch, der auch kulinarische Sonderwünsche erfüllt. Eine solche Küche muss man in Aachen erst einmal finden.
