The doner kebab is absolutely fantastic! We happened into the shop during our lunch break and were more than pleasantly surprised. I can't remember ever having a better doner kebab.

Unfortunately, the doner kebab cost €8, and there's almost no meat left in it. If we're going to pay more, why not add more meat? Do you want to retain customers or lose them? You're cutting corners.

Good location. Had a plate for €13, a good portion. Could have been more, but I'm a greedy and greedy person. The fries (the very thin ones) were soggy, which is a shame. Interestingly, they don't serve red or white cabbage, which allows the meat flavor to come through better.

The döner was just okay. The chicken döner was the best of the three times I've been there. But the tables and floors were so dirty and greasy that I slipped several times while walking. I don't think I'll be going back.

We were at Ağa Kebab today, and I have to say, it's absolutely delicious. I had a doner kebab with veal and salad, plus roasted vegetables, and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious. The combination of vegetable sauces and the salad was truly amazing. The guys at the shop are very nice and friendly. I'll be back next time I visit Aachen or while passing through the Netherlands. If you don't have high expectations for a quick kebab, you at least expect the staff to be able to accommodate simple requests. I clearly stated that I wanted it without vegetables. What did I get? Of course, the complete opposite – vegetables everywhere, and the spicy sauce almost burned my mouth off. Conclusion: Anyone who values ​​taste, customer service, or even a rudimentary level of effective communication should avoid Aga. A waste of time and money.

We went to Aga as a small group to get food because it was nearby and I'd heard good things about it. When we found out they only accepted cash payments, one of us went to get some money and a few of us bought drinks, but we didn't all know what we wanted (my friend, for example, was feeling a bit sick and wanted to keep checking on her Coke). When we finally ordered, we were the only customers who hadn't ordered yet, so at least there shouldn't have been any time pressure when ordering. I was told they were out of chicken, and when I tried to think about it, the employee was visibly annoyed, frustrated by my friend's question while I was thinking. The employee rolled his eyes and said that if I had ordered earlier, I would have still received chicken. When I then wanted a meal, he got annoyed again because I already had the drink (I should have had another one, right?). This employee ruined our mood and appetite so much within five minutes that we almost wanted to cancel the order. This was my first and last time at Aga, as the food didn't blow us away. Soon, we'll only be going to Kreuzberg.

In terms of taste, it's one of the best kebab shops in Aachen, but I still wouldn't recommend it. For the price, you get child's portions. The Dürüm is a complete disgrace: €7.50 for a cigar börek (it's not much bigger), less than 100g of meat, not even a handful of salad...a real shame. On top of that, I had massive stomach problems and diarrhea afterwards.

In a word, a disgrace! Disrespectful towards customers!!! Sloppy and very greasy doner!!! The employee who took the order was very rude, he did not even have the patience to give me my order, he scolded me and took another customer's order without taking my order. Even though I told them not to put cucumber in the doner 3 times, the doner with cucumber came. While there are so many places that provide good service, you should definitely not go to a place that does not appreciate its customers.

It tasted really good, one of the four sauces was a bit spicy - I thought it was very tasty, my girlfriend found it too spicy. The tables look a bit scuffed up, but everything was very clean. (One pane of glass was cleaned so well that I overlooked it at first. Luckily it was a safe spot!)

I recently visited this Donair restaurant and I have to say it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. As soon as I entered, the staff seemed uninterested and barely paid me any attention. When I finally got my order, the sandwich tasted terrible - completely bland and dry. When I politely raised this, the staff was extremely rude and dismissive, as if I was the problem. To make matters worse, they simply threw my sandwich in the trash and didn't offer me anything as a replacement, even though I paid for it and even gave a tip. It was obvious that they don't care about customer satisfaction. I definitely won't be coming back and I absolutely can't recommend it to anyone!

I would actually give it 5 stars, but this is the third time I've received my falafel bag with cheese, even though I specifically ordered it without.
