Tolles, authentisches Restaurant mit tollem, schnellem und hilfsbereiten Service. Klein aber fein. Man bekommt zu jedem Gericht eine kleine Karte mit einem Gedanken zu dem Teller. So weiß man auf jeden Fall, was man bereits schon mal hatte. Tolle Idee.

Sind an einem Montag spontan hin und nach 3 Minuten warten haben wir bereits einen Platz bekommen! Die Ramen haben fantastisch geschmeckt, besonders das Fleisch und Ei dazu. Würzige und perfekt abgeschmeckte Brühe. Preislich auch sehr fair, kann ich nur empfehlen!

Es ist immer sehr voll, aber wenn man ein paar Minuten wartet, bekommt man so schnell wie möglich einen Tisch. Und für diese Ramen wartet man wirklich gern.

Der absolute beste Ramen Laden, in dem wir waren. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und sind durch Zufall hier gelandet. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich höflich, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man hatte richtiges "Japan Ramen Geschäft" Flair. Die Ramen schmecken wirklich unterschiedlich, gerade das Chashu und das eingelegte Ei waren absolut perfekt. Ich habe keine negativen Punkte und wir würden, wenn wir nochmal in Bielefeld sind, auf jeden Fall hingehen. Wenn man 5 Suppen auf der Stempelkarte hat, gibt es einen Bubble tea oder ein Crepe bei Sjs Crepes. Tolle Sache, wirklich :) Arigatou Gozaimasu!

Der Laden ist total süß und ich liebe einfach alles daran! Das Essen ist fantastisch und die Leute, die dort arbeiten, sind sehr nett. ☺️ ! 🌟

Korrekt das ich eine Stunde für nichts warte aber die 5er Gruppe die erst 10 min da war vor mir als erstes dran kommt ehrenmänner die Gruppe war übrigens genauso groß wie meine

Authentisches kleines japanisches Lokal mit leckeren Ramen. Der Service ist auch immer sehr zuvorkommend. Am Wochenende und gegen Abend wird es sehr schnell sehr voll und man muss dann draußen länger anstehen. Ich gehe hier deshalb am liebsten Mittags und unter der Woche hin. Dazu sollte man wissen, dass es sich hier um eine sog. yatai-Imbissbude handelt. Ein übliches Konzept aus Japan, in der sich solche Lokale u. a. auf Ramen spezialisieren und dabei teils wie kleine Restaurants anmuten, es aber im Grunde nicht sind. Deshalb ist es auch nicht vorgesehen, hier nach dem Essen groß weiter zu verweilen, denn die Tische sollten eigentlich wieder zeitig für die nächsten Gäste frei werden.

Ich liebe das Essen! Die Stempelkarte ist auch bald voll... aber, leider kann man die Toppings nicht austauschen. Man kann sie weglassen muss dann aber für alles was man dann stattdessen dazuhaben möchte extra zahlen. Ich mag leider diesen Schweinebauch und auch das Hähnchen nicht. Tofu als Ersatz geht kostenlos nicht, obwohl die Kosten seitens des Restaurants dafür geringer sein müssten. Stattdessen soll ich nochmal draufzahlen 😅 das fühlt sich nicht so schön an, da ich wirklich begeistert von den Ramen bin. Ich wünschte nur es wäre möglich das etwas kundenfreundlicher zu gestalten. Das man keine Lust auf Diskussionen hat verstehe ich - ich habe ebenfalls in der Branche gearbeitet - aber Tofu anstatt Schweinebauch? 🥲 bitte??

Es ist super hier bei sj ramen die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich hier das essen ist super lecker und wer sich schon immer mal gefragt hat wie onigiri oder dangos schmecken sollte unbedingt hier hin kommen

Erstes mal dort gewesen und die Chashu ramen probiert, waren sehr gut und die ipads zum bestellen am tresen haben sauber funktioniert

Ich bin schon seid Eröffnung dort Ramen essen gewesen und es war und ist bisher immer noch der beste Ramen, den ich gegessen habe. Vor allem der Tantan Ramen ist mein absoluter Favorit. Dazu noch Gyoza mit Hähnchen, die ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen sind. Ich habe schon sehr viele andere Ramen Restaurants besucht, aber keiner kam an diesen hier ran. Das Ambiente ist wunderbar mit dem Dach aus Holz und den Japanischen Lampions. Dazu die Theke als Holz und die Anime Figuren. Über die Gastfreundlichkeit brauch man nicht viel sagen, die ist wie in Japan, besser geht es nicht. Wir sind weiterhin bei unseren Trips auf der Suche nach einen Ramen, der an diesen hier ran kommt, aber dafür müsste man wohl nach Japan selbst reisen.

EIn richtig toller und uriger Laden. Ist super authentisch mit einem sehr erfahrenen Ramen-Chef. Die Bedienung ist immer sehr zuvorkommen und es schmeckt einfach unglaublich lecker. Die Beilagen kann ich auch nur empfehlen(z.B. Gyoza). Die schmecken einfach alle immer gut. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen, weise aber auch darauf hin, dass es zu Stoßzeiten voll sein kann.

Es ist der leckerste Ramen, den ich kenne. Ich esse gerne hier, auch wenn es oft voll ist. Das ist aber nur ein Indikator dafür, dass das Essen lecker und daher beliebt ist. Manchmal muss man was länger warten, das kann anstrengend sein. Im Restaurant ist es für mich etwas laut, aber das ist bei mir etwas schwierig, ich bin etwas empfindlich. Joa. Alles in allem Sehr lecker, und wenn man mit engen Räumen keine Probleme hat, dann sollte man hier auf jeden Fall vorbei schauen. Lecker!

Extrem freundliche Bedienung, das Essen ist authentisch und wirklich lecker. Ein wenig eng und man muss ein bisschen Wartezeit mit einplanen, aber es lohnt sich!

Wir lieben diesen Ort! Immer wenn wir in der Nähe von Bielefeld sind, gehen wir dort Ramen essen. Selbst wenn wir nicht in der Nähe sind, fahren wir manchmal extra wegen der Ramen in diese Stadt. Außerdem gibt es dort im selben Gebäude auch hervorragendes Eis.

Ein authentisches und vorallem leckeres Restaurant. Das Preis Leistung Verhältniss ist sehr ausgewogen und die Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich. Das einzige Manko sind die begrenzten Sitzmöglichkeiten. Besonders wenn man drinnen sitzen will und oder mit einer größeren Gruppe essen will muss man mit längeren Wartezeiten rechnen. Das Warten zahlt sich jedoch aus. Ein Besuch in diesem oder in dem Partner crêpe cafe ist den Besuch wert.

insgesamt fand ich mein ersten besuch hier sehr gut: ) die suppe selber von den udon war nicht ganz so mein geschmack, aber das ist ja mein ding. die bedienung war extrem nett, haben mir gezeigt wie das tablet funktioniert und nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist. das kartengerät lief in den moment nicht und ich + ein paar andere müssten etwas länger warten, bis ein neues kam, jedoch kriegten wir dafür ein kostenloses getränk. war um ungefähr 12:10 auf ein dienstag alleine da und hatte keine wartezeit. super platz, werde nochmal kommen 💕

Ein kleiner Ramen Laden, relativ I'm Zentrum von Bielefeld. Ich persönlich würde empfehlen ca. 15-30 Minuten vor der Öffnung dort zu sein, da sich dort eine Schlange entstehen kann. Dennoch war der Service sehr freundlich und das Essen super lecker. Die Preise sind angemessen für ein Ramenrestaurant. Wie schon erwähnt, der Laden ist sehr gut besucht und dementsprechend kann es auch relativ laut werden. Ich würde das Restaurant definitiv wieder besuchen :D

Falls ihr ein authentisches Ramenrestauranterlebnis haben wollt, dann besucht diesen Ort unbedingt! Ich hatte die Tonkotsu-Ramen und Tokyo-Ramen mit Gyoza. Absolut lecker. Eins der besten Chashu auch, die ich in meinem Leben hatte. Auch der WC-Raum ist super toll, was merkwürdig ist zu sagen, aber die, die mal drinnen waren, sollten wissen, wovon ich rede. Ich hätte mir nur gewünscht, dass die Tonkotsubrühe bisschen milchiger wäre, an dem Tag sind in der Brühe paar Fettstücke rumgeschwommen (was normal ist!!!), aber die Brühe sich damit verbinden sollten zu einer milchigeren Brühe. Ansonsten komme ich wieder! Lecker :)

Ich war mit einer Freundin hier, an einem Montagnachmittag, -abend. Wir hatten keine Wartezeit und haben direkt einen Tisch für zwei bekommen. Ich hatte Chashu-Ramen: Fleisch mega zart, alles super lecker und auch echt sättigend. Der Cheesecake danach war auch richtig gut, schön karamellig. Absolute Empfehlung Service war total freundlich, entspannt und zugleich immer schnell da. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Es sind auch Essenplätze für Einzelpersonen vorhanden. Absolute Empfehlung. Würde ich nochmal wiederkommen :)

A review from my 2024 visit and a return visit in 2025! You should definitely go! The chashu, which was a problem a year ago, has been replaced with real meat instead of bacon. And the noodles no longer smell like flour. The broth is delicious, and the service is top-notch!! ===================================== The service and atmosphere are very good. However, the taste was disappointing. The broth was decent, but the noodles ruined everything. The noodles smelled so strongly of flour that they were difficult to eat. Perhaps it was the overcooking of the noodles, but the texture felt like raw noodles. I also ordered the chashu ramen, but the taste and texture were disappointing, closer to bacon than chashu. Hello, I was in Japan earlier this year (including Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto). Upon entering the restaurant, I immediately felt transported back there. Very authentic. The food (Osaka Red Tasty + Gyoza) was absolutely delicious. The service was very pleasant and friendly; I'll definitely be back.

Absolutely a 10/10 restaurant, no matter what you order it always tastes amazing.

The staff is incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is very authentic, and the food is fantastic. What more can you say? Definitely worth a visit. Especially on weekends, I'd recommend allowing some extra time, as there can be a wait due to the limited seating capacity. But the wait is absolutely worth it. A big shout-out to Sergej; I've rarely experienced such a friendly and attentive server :-)

After being recommended coming here by many people I decided to check it out for myself. I’m not an expert in japanese food but everything tasted rather bland, I didn’t feel the miso that was supposed to go in there and even tempura was really tasteless. The staff was nice and warm. I personally don’t like this atmosphere where everything you want to put inside costs extra. To me, it goes without saying that ramen includes an egg. To me, it goes without saying that soy sauce in an East Asian restaurant should be on a mini table tray and will not be charged. Being denied even a glass of tap water, is also not very friendly and makes me think it is just another brand just aiming at customer and money accumulation. Mehr Schein als Sein!

We've been here many times and have never been disappointed. Every bowl is bursting with flavor – perfectly balanced broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and fresh toppings. You can tell they pay attention to detail. The staff is always polite, attentive, and organized; everything runs smoothly. The price is right, and the wait times are short. For us, it's the best ramen shop around – highly recommended!

I first ate here last year on my birthday, and it was fantastic. Since then, I've been a regular, albeit irregular, customer because I travel quite a distance to eat here. I've practically worked my way through the entire menu and have never been even remotely disappointed; on the contrary, every bowl of ramen has been a delight. I also discovered Genmaicha here and have been drinking it with my ramen ever since, instead of Kirin. For me, the food is pure comfort food, and the staff and atmosphere are (in my opinion) very authentic. After a long work week, I sometimes drive here just for a good portion of ramen.

The food is absolutely delicious and the service is first-class. I dropped my chopsticks and they brought me new ones without me even having to ask. The staff is friendly and not pushy. The restrooms are very clean and tidy.

Until now, everyone said the best ramen outside of Japan was in Helsinki. Since authentic chefs are at work here, I'm really looking forward to my first bowl of ramen and will definitely stop by whenever I'm in Bielefeld. I also find the competition between Tokyo and Osaka interesting... I'm curious to see which one wins my favorites list. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to try a bowl of ramen today, but I did have a quick chat with the two very friendly chefs. I hope this place becomes a Bielefeld institution and soon surpasses the Finnish ramen restaurant in popularity – even though it looks a bit unassuming from the outside and you really have to look closely... Best of luck! Update: I've since dragged my family here, and we were able to choose between different ramen bowls and try a variety. The selection of different stocks and flavors is clearly noticeable. I love the variety, and the ramen we tried was delicious! I'm already looking forward to the winter season, because that's when my favorites come! I absolutely love going here; the ramen is delicious, and the portions are really good for the price. Everyone who works here is super friendly, and you always feel welcome. Sj Ramen is always the first restaurant I recommend to people who have never been to Bielefeld.

Absolutely fantastic. We did have to wait 10 minutes outside (but that's typical for Saturday nights), but the food was amazing and arrived super fast.

I've been to the restaurant in Osnabrück on the Kamp Promenade a few times. A lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. The ramen served there is simply unbelievably delicious.

I grew up in Bielefeld but discovered this shop when I moved to Kassel and was back in Bielefeld for a visit. This was the second time we drove from Kassel to Bielefeld just for the ramen, and it was definitely worth it. After ordering, you get a card with information about the ramen you've chosen, and the service was just as friendly as last time. I'm sure we'll be back soon, especially on these colder days! You can not only see it, you can taste it too. The service was amazing, so sweet and friendly. Since the restaurant is very small, we had to wait a few minutes, but it was so worth it! The ambiance is small but pleasant. The small, private areas are particularly well-suited for those who are more introverted or simply prefer minimal social interaction. The tablet is easy to use. The service is pleasant and friendly. The food looks great and tastes wonderful. At peak times, you can expect a wait. But that's a good thing for the restaurant. The wait times are a result of the high number of visitors.

Highly recommended! The food is always excellent. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. You even get a VIP card if you go there often. Of course, a larger restaurant area would be desirable, as more and more people should be going there!

Super Tasty Ramen and friendly Staff. Just be aware this is not the biggest place, so you might need to wait a little or have a Plan B. Either, it’s totally worth checking if there’s space.
