Wir sind zufällig hier gelandet. Zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind sind satt und zufrieden! Das Essen ist überragend! Der Service ist top aber das Essen ist unschlagbar!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Meiner Meinung nach ist es das erste Restaurant in Bielefeld, wo man sich sofort mit der eigenen Herkunft verbunden fühlt. Einfach nur eine Bereicherung für diejenigen, die sich jahrelang gewünscht haben, so ein Restaurant wie Fontana in ihrer Nähe zu haben. Die Mitarbeiter sind einfach nur top Jungs. Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen, sich selbst davon ein Bild zu machen.

Ich liebe dieses restaurant einfach, das Essen ist der hammer, die preise sind mehr als nur fair, und die mitarbeiter hier behandeln einen wie als wäre man familie. Egal ob grössere Platten oder kleine vorspeisen; hier ist für jeden etwas dabei. Ich freue mich jedes mal wenn Fontana zum mittagessen vorgeschlagen wir, ich kann es jedem nur ans herzen legen 🩷

Jedes Mal wenn ich da bin, habe ich das Gefühl als wenn ich im Urlaub bin und das Essen ist richtig lecker 😋.

Absolute Empfehlung. Mit fünf Personen einmal Fleischplatte für 4 Personen und einmal Bureki mit Käse gefüllt. Menge und Qualität absolut super.Geschmack top. Preise dafür fast zu günstig. Getränkeauswahl sehr gut. Service sehr schnell und freundlich. Ambiente sehr angenehm. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Fontana Grill kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Wer einmal da gegessen, kommt wieder. Bedienung ist 1a. Humorvoll und Blitz schnell. Fragen sie nur nach Semir und alles ist in Handumdrehen serviert. Guten Appetit 👌

Ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis! Die Qualität der Speisen war hervorragend – frisch, geschmackvoll und liebevoll angerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das fachkundige und äußerst freundliche Personal, das jederzeit kompetent beraten hat und sehr aufmerksam war. Trotz gut besuchtem Restaurant wurden die Gerichte schnell serviert, ohne dass dabei die Qualität gelitten hat. Wir waren mit unseren Jungs essen. Die Gerichte waren alle frisch, ansprechend angerichtet und sehr lecker. Wir wurden dann auch noch Opfer der Kuchentheke.. Hier auch, super lecker und gut sortiert.. Das Personal vermittelt das Gefühl bei Freunden zu Gast zu sein..alle sehr freundlich und mit Kindern geduldig, wenn wir nicht aus einem anderen Bundesland kämen, wären wir sicher öfter hier zu Gast.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung, absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Das Personal war extrem unhöflich und wir fühlten uns sehr unwohl. Sie verlangten sogar 10 €, nur um unser Essen abzukühlen, was inakzeptabel ist. Obwohl die Terrasse leer war, durften wir ohne Grund nicht dort sitzen. Außerdem wurde uns nach der Bestellung mitgeteilt, dass das, was wir bestellt hatten, gar nicht verfügbar war. Der Kaffee schmeckte auch nicht. Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung – ich kann das Restaurant nicht empfehlen. Beschwerde Sie verwirren uns. Wir haben Sie nicht im Voraus telefonisch kontaktiert. Wir waren insgesamt 11 Personen, und 10 von uns waren zum ersten Mal bei Ihnen. Daher können wir Ihre Darstellung nicht nachvollziehen. Unsere Bewertung basiert ausschließlich auf unseren tatsächlichen Erfahrungen vor Ort. Es ist schade, dass unsere Erfahrung so dargestellt wird, als wäre sie nicht wahr. Brutal. Essen ist wirklich perfekt. Burek schmeckt brutal. Der Grillteller für 4 auch super. Das Lammkotelett ist das beste dass ich je hatte.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Die Bedienung super freundlich preislich top.

Ich war vor etwa einem Monat hier und der Laden war übertrieben voll. Dementsprechend war es auch sehr laut und alles roch nach Essen. Geschmacklich war das Essen aber gut und die Bedienung sehr nett!! Der Grund für die 2Sterne Abzug liegt eigentlich nur an den schlechten, sehr schmalen Toiletten. Es gibt ein Klo für Frauen uns eins für Männer. Wie erwähnt war es an dem Tag sehr voll, sodass ständig jemand versucht hat in den Toilettenraum zu kommen. Bei den Männern konnte man wenigstens abschließen, dafür hatte man aber kein Licht (es war an dem Tag defekt). Bei den Frauen gab es Licht aber man konnte das Klo nicht abschließen. Gekrönt wurde das ganze damit, dass die Toilette uralt war; innen völligst verdreckt von Kalkstein oder was weiß ich. Naja jedenfalls kein schöner Anblick und ansonsten alles top. Aber bei den sanitären Anlagen muss definitiv was gemacht werden. Dann komme ich auch gerne wieder und überarbeite meine Bewertung

Das Essen für mich sehr gut geschmeckt, insbesondere die Cevapcici. Deren Börek war auch gut. Im Laden sah alles sauber aus. Der Service war an der Kasse auch gut. Der Betreiber hat mir wegen der Wartezeit direkt eine Tasse Kafffee oder Tee angeboten. Insgesamt sehr sehr zufrieden. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Der beste Börek in Bieliefeld! Auch wenn sie jetzt deutlich weniger Fleisch verwenden als früher. Das Grillgut ist ebenfalls superlecker und die Preise sind für deutsche Verhältnisse wirklich gut. Das Personal spricht Mazedonisch und Serbisch/Bosnisch!

Wir waren gerade da. Im Internet steht geöffnet...ist aber zu. So etwas geht nicht.

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie, inklusive drei Kindern, im Balkan-Restaurant Fontana in Bielefeld und rundum begeistert. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und familiär – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Burek-Sorten waren mega lecker und wunderbar knusprig – ein echtes Highlight! Auch das verschiedene Grillfleisch auf dem Grillteller war in jeder einzelnen Art unglaublich köstlich und authentisch, genau so, wie man es aus der Balkan-Küche kennt. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Wir hatten noch ein Küchlein-Dessert aus einer guten Auswahl an Nachspeisen, das ebenfalls sehr lecker war und den gelungenen Besuch perfekt abgerundet hat. Eine kleine Empfehlung (keine Kritik): Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn ihr die legendäre Cockta in der Glasflasche, eine bekannte Wassersorte aus dem Balkan sowie Turska Kafa nach traditioneller Balkanart anbieten würdet. Euer Espresso und der Kaffee waren jedoch ebenfalls sehr geschmackvoll und haben uns gut gefallen. Ein rundum gelungener Restaurantbesuch – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Restaurant Fontana in Bielefeld wärmstens weiterempfehlen! 😊

I always drove past it and never noticed the restaurant. I thought it was just another one of those pizza places. When a friend said he'd eaten there before and that it was really good, we went. It was really good. I'm a new Fontana fan now. I had the Balkan Special Burger with fries, the Dubai Dessert, and homemade blueberry spritzer. Amazing. I'm very happy. And if you like halal food, this is the place for you.

The food is authentic, delicious every time, and of consistent quality. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The parking lot is large and always clean. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Twenty minutes before closing time, I knew I couldn't have ćevapčići, so I went for burek to go. Despite the late hour, I was greeted warmly and they took care of my needs. They were also in a joking mood. Very friendly. The burek with cheese was delicious. I devoured it. The hotel was a bit of a walk away. I'm going to try the baklava right now 🤤... Yes, and next week we'll be back for the ćevapčići. ✌🏼

I had the cevapcici plate with the speca me kajmak appetizer. Very tasty, fast service, and fairly priced. The music was a bit too loud, but it created a cheerful and authentic atmosphere.

Very delicious food!!! Good value for money

After two visits, I can say it tastes simply delicious. The only downside is that the side salad consists of unmarinated vegetables, but the meat is simply fantastic, well-seasoned but not overly so. The different minced meat dishes also taste truly different. The staff is super friendly, but they could be a bit more attentive now and then. But that's really just a minor issue. The shop itself looks great inside, but some of the chairs aren't that comfortable.

We've been going to Restaurant Fontana for two years now. The 35 km drive is always worth it for us. Very friendly staff, but always. The food is always full of flavor and perfectly prepared, and it's halal, too. I recommend the cevapcici plate with fries and the grill plate. Cakes are also delicious, and you should try something new every time. The atmosphere is always as it should be. Prices are reasonable. Hats off to you, and please keep it up!!! Addendum: The atmosphere is still good, the dishes are still delicious.

We ordered the cevapi and the cheese-stuffed minced steak. The place really impressed me in terms of taste; the dishes were delicious, and the bread and börek were good. The prices are also fair. I will definitely be back.

They didn't even manage to bring the right drinks. The food was no different. When we had finished eating, only one person's food came, even though they kept saying it would take another minute. They also brought the wrong dish and a burger with only ketchup and mayonnaise.

The food was okay, but they brought out things you didn't even order. I ordered a Balkan chicken burger without coleslaw, and I got a chicken burger with just ketchup and mayo. Overall, a lot of things went wrong. Once and never again.

We visited the “Fontana” restaurant as a couple – without a reservation – and got a seat straight away. As soon as we arrived we noticed that there were a lot of guests from Bosnia, which for us is always a good sign of authentic food. I had a grill plate with cevapcici, kofta, pljeskavica, lamb chop and chicken steak. Everything was very tasty, even without any additional sauces. The two dips (kajmak and ajvar) are particularly noteworthy – the kajmak was really good! However, the portion of the dips could have been a little larger. The salad was ok, nothing special but fresh. Overall, the food was not spicy, so it was very suitable for a broad target group. Personally, it was a bit too mild for us, but when we asked, we got chili flakes and pepper. We were particularly enthusiastic about the bread: it was super tasty, apparently lightly soaked in sauce and grilled - absolute recommendation! The service was friendly and attentive, everything was clean and well maintained. When the weather was nice, we were able to sit outside and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. We drank Ayran, which went well. Particularly commendable: Everything is homemade - no finished products! In terms of price, we thought it was absolutely fair: we paid around 40 euros for two people including drinks and dessert. Conclusion: We would visit the Fontana again at any time and can absolutely recommend it!

It was our first time there and we expected a snack. Everything in the restaurant was very harmoniously decorated and we found the atmosphere very harmonious and cozy. The food is cheap and still very tasty! We had burek with cheese or spinach and were very satisfied and full after a €4 portion. The only thing I would complain about is that you can only pay in cash at the counter. I don't think that's up to date anymore.

The Fontana Restaurant offers an excellent mix of quality and conviviality. The grill plate is a real eye-catcher - various types of meat are appetizingly served on an oblong plate along with fresh green peppers, tomatoes and cucumbers. There are also French fries and rice as side dishes. The portions are generous and perfect for sharing. The preparation of the food is on point - the meat is juicy and the side dishes are fresh. The modern ambience with the wooden tables and contemporary tableware creates a pleasant atmosphere. A successful place for a relaxed evening with good food.

Spontaneously looked for a restaurant after ikea. Super tasty. (The bread was amazing!!) Friendly staff. It's definitely worth a look there (it's only about a 5-minute drive from ikea.) Parking spaces are also available behind the restaurant. Thank you very much ❤️

We were in the restaurant for the first time today. We were warmly welcomed at the entrance and served quickly. The food also came quickly, but after that there was no attention from the wait staff. The food was fresh and of good quality, but we find it negative that the food is served on a wooden board. Wood stores impurities and germs, so there are better serving options. The side salad was not a salad like you would expect. The menu says there is salad, but what was served didn't have much to do with salad. Reason: There was no dressing. Neither the cucumber slices nor the tomato pieces were marinated. It was even worse with the white cabbage. This was not pickled and tasted straight like white cabbage. This is much better. Another negative thing is that you can only pay with cash. In 2025 it must be possible for restaurants to offer alternative payment methods. So I had to make a special trip to a bank. We should have asked better beforehand. Payment is made at the counter. Unfortunately, the service was a bit inattentive, so we had to wait a few minutes until someone came to give us this information when we asked us to pay.

I think the restaurant is an insider tip. The food is very good and the service is great. In addition, the desserts are amazing. Would come back at any time, the “long” journey from Paderborn is worth it 😉 A clear recommendation from me.

The only negative is the music 😉😂😶‍🌫️😱😆 but that's beside the point...
