Very good food for nice price service was awesome

The visit was absolutely fantastic! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and you immediately felt at home. The kebab itself was a real highlight: fresh, crispy bread and tender slices of meat, perfectly seasoned. Everything was very fresh and truly delicious – definitely one of the best kebabs I've ever eaten. Highly recommended!

Adana was juicy with a deep flavor. Perfectly cooked. Lahmacun was crispy and freshly prepared. Dishes were served with traditional side dishes such as çiğ kofte, bread, and a few dips. Friendly staff.

Wow, I can't think of anything else. The kebab is super juicy, the sauce is absolutely amazing, and the owner is super nice. For me, one of the best in Germany.

Because of the excellent 5-star reviews, we were tempted. The food was okay, nothing special. However, it was relatively expensive and therefore not worth the price. The welcome was not friendly, and the service was not attentive or friendly.

Very tasty, hearty, and excellently seasoned dishes. I had the Yogurtlu Adana Kebab. A dream with the yogurt, garlic butter, and eggplant mixture. The homemade ice-cold Ayran was also excellent. Large portions at a good price. The service was attentive and friendly. They even got a couple of cubes of baklava with the chai. We would definitely come back.

I ordered a doner kebab without sauce, just meat, onions, and lettuce to really appreciate the meat quality. Very good quality meat and nice and juicy, the doner kebab was freshly rolled out. I highly recommend it.

The best food I have ever eaten in Aache is really a wonderful country, I recommend it to everyone. I especially thank Mr. Hogir for his interest.

Everything was delicious. We went from Holland. The taste is the same as in Turkey. We will definitely come again.

We ate there for the first time and were served by a grumpy, extremely rude waiter. When we finally wanted to take our food away, he told us that takeaway isn't allowed. We looked at him in surprise and said we'd paid for it, and we'd like to take it with us because we want to eat it at home—it's perfectly normal, really. It's outrageous. If I spend €60 somewhere, I'll take my food with me even if I can't finish it. What nonsense that this man then wanted to argue with us is the greatest outrage. I will never go back here. The food is mediocre, and that one waiter was simply in the wrong job.

Kebapçı Halil is not the only one in Aachen, I think it is a tradesman restaurant with a quality that will be among the top 10 in Germany. Those who have good taste come here.

Collaboration hardly knew any German

Disappointing experience – not recommended (Laurensberg branch) We ordered three Dürüm over the phone to pick up and stated very clearly: one Dürüm for the children with chicken, without onions, and two with lamb, spicy. Instead we got: two Dürüm with lamb, no onions and hardly any coleslaw - and the one for the children was with onions and extra spicy! That's not possible, especially if you say so clearly beforehand. Charging €31 for three Dürüm, which were sparsely filled, is really overpriced. Unfortunately the taste is not convincing either. For us this was the first and last visit – at least to the branch in Laurensberg.

There was poisoning yesterday, and there is still vomiting and diarrhea because of the meat. I think this should be reported. Really sad.

The food was delicious, the service was friendly, but everything was still quite disorganized because of the new opening. There is no beer or wine, so it's generally better to just order takeaway. It is also very loud.

By far the best Turkish food in Aachen! The operators come from Urfa and can do anything that has to do with meat. I would really like to highlight the quality of the ingredients (especially the meat) and the preparation. No matter what I tried and ate here, everything was on point. And I myself have my roots in Adana and know what a good kebab or a good Adana kebab should taste like. Doner is Yaprak, tasty and high quality. All types of kebab and Şiş are top. Pide, lamb chops also great. My favorite dish: Lahmacun. Lahmacun couldn't taste much better. Operators are also very friendly. I come here at least once a week and don't want to miss this store anymore. Prices may seem a bit expensive to some people. But for people who know how many Turkish restaurants don't make the most of the taste because they skimp on quality ingredients here and there, the price is more than just reasonable. I can't emphasize it enough: quality and taste are very important here!

We came here from Belgium for iftar and it was amazing. All meat types from the mixed iftar menu were delicious, the best meat I have ever eaten in a restaurant. What a wonderful and tasty experience. Adana Kebap wrapped with hand-made bread serviced with spicy onion salad. Very friendly staff especially a waiter “Hogir”. It was certainly worth trying such beatiful tastes especially for who wants to try turkish cuisine.

On the menu next to the door, it said plain lahmacun was 3.5 euros. We went in and ate it. They wanted 6 euros for each. When we ate it inside, it was like that, and the lahmacun was also mediocre.

This Turkish dish was a real treat for the taste buds. Different types of meat, juicy and perfectly cooked, had the perfect balance of spices and texture. The kebabs were fragrant and tender, each piece just melted in your mouth. The light taste of smoke added depth of taste, reminding of the authentic way of grilling. Lavash perfectly complemented the meat: it was thin, slightly crispy and impregnated with the aromas of spices and juices from the dish. Toasted vegetables - tomatoes, peppers - had a rich taste, and their natural sweetness was in perfect harmony with the spiciness of the meat. Amazing!!!🤩

All I can say is that everything was really delicious. We ordered lahmacun, dürüm, fries and ciğköfte. We didn't have to wait long. There were two of us and we paid just under €50. I think the service, the food and the price are quite good. Can only recommend it 👍👍

The last real kebab. I was so sad when my regular kebab restaurant “Kennedy Grill” closed after many years. After many negative experiences, I came across this grill and am absolutely thrilled. Not too many sweet sauces, quality meat, sturdy bread and fresh salad. The only thing I would welcome is a lamb skewer - a rotisserie with lamb. Bottom line, an excellent store.

I ordered a kebab plate for 16 euros with a drink totaling 19 euros. Salad, sauces and fries were very good. Generous portion, you were really full. The homemade ayran didn't taste good. But the meat from the kebab skewer was much worse. In my opinion it was inedible. Very bad consistency. Rubbery and fatty. I won't eat there again.

I took the can of Coke home with me. The edge was so dirty that I had to wash it clean. I should have listened to my grandma, she always said: "The way it looks on the toilet is how it looks in the kitchen." Let's put it this way, in contrast to the toilet, the Coke can can be described as "clean".
