The Öz Gaziantep Restaurant is a true pearl for lovers of Turkish cuisine in Aachen. Here are my impressions: The dishes are not only incredibly fresh, but also full of authentic flavors. The portions are generous, so you'll definitely be full. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Our orders were taken quickly and the food was served in a convenient time frame. You really feel welcome as a guest. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with subtle, traditional Turkish decor. Perfect for a relaxed dinner or meeting with friends and family. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. Anyone looking for good Turkish food at fair prices will not be disappointed here. Öz Gaziantep Restaurant is definitely worth a visit, be it for a quick lunch or a long dinner. We come here to eat both breakfast and kebab at every opportunity. The pita lahmacun is nice, but the kebab is a bit rushed. Or the style has changed. But the most delicious paste and haydari on the table were😅

So what can I say here?! On Elsasstr ​​in Aachen there are several restaurants where you can eat and each offers its own cuisine. I particularly like Öz. I mostly eat lamb's head soup, schnitzel and dinner with lamb or something similar, always different. I like to order a lot so that my table is full and I take the rest home (because throwing food away is Haram). That doesn't mean that other restaurants on Elsasstrasse are bad, but for me I really like Öz Gaziantep, as I wrote above. The employees are of course also very nice. Thank you.

A very tasty Turkish restaurant! We like to come there regularly and enjoy all the food. However, less recommended for vegetarians.

Good food, but not so spacous. The price is also in the range of other local Turkish restaurants.

Unfortunately, the liver was, in one word, a disgrace. It was burnt on the outside and uncooked on the inside. I've never eaten such bad liver in my life. Its color, smell and taste had changed and it looked like it had been waiting. The membranes of the lungs were not cleaned and there was an intense taste of blood and salt. The kelle trotter was very delicious. Lahmacun had no salt, but it was cooked well. The pita dough was not fully cooked and the taste was not good.

Disappointing experience in the restaurant - never again! We were in the restaurant today and only ordered künefe and tea - a small, cozy break that was thoroughly spoiled. The Künefe was a bitter disappointment: so bitter that I could only eat the ice cream on top. I tried a few bites but it just didn't work. The dessert was literally soaked in sugar syrup, which did neither the taste nor the texture any good, and the cheese content, which is typical for Künefe, was hardly present. Instead, the künefe was covered in a bitter, green layer that definitely had nothing to do with pistachios. When I pointed out to the waiter that I couldn't eat the dessert like that, his reaction was anything but customer-friendly. He even claimed that I had eaten an “extreme amount” of it and asked me flippantly what I wanted from him. This disrespectful response and complete lack of customer service shocked and disappointed me. We've always enjoyed staying here, but after this experience it's clear: we won't be coming back.

The only bad thing about this restaurant was that the main courses arrived before the soup we ordered was finished. My advice is to just go for the main course because everything was amazing.

The main courses are great, if you ask for a starter, the main course comes before the starter is finished. They are very fast in that regard, but it is really annoying. The food is delicious.

The restaurant was nice and we found a place for 5 people very quickly. The starter was perfect. The grill plate was the best, the meat was juicy and the fries were awesome. I would recommend everyone to go there.

The people of Antep are the cooks of the cuisine. Adanasi, stuffed meatballs, lahmacun... It's the only place I would go to eat in Belgium without getting tired.

We came for breakfast and it was delicious. We found the prices a little high. For example, just menemen costs 9.50€. I wanted to have our remaining plates packed. They did not accept it. I persistently asked the reason and they did not give a reason. In my opinion, it's a waste and I don't understand why they don't package the food I paid for. So customer satisfaction is not important.

This is my favorite Turkish restaurant (for grilled meat) in Aachen so far. My regular dish is Tavuk Sis with Rice. You will get two well marinated and grilled chicken breast skewers with grilled tomato and 🌶️. As a starter the waiter will bring you a complimentary small side salad and a plate with delicious pastes and freshly baked bread. Çok güzel!

We were there with the OGS with a total of 14 children and were given a very warm welcome and more than enough food. At the end there were even lollies. We are extremely satisfied and the teachers even got black tea. For that reason alone I would come back again and again. :-)

I used to go to Kolne, but now I have found my place in terms of taste and service. I came from Belgium, believe me, I will come back to OZ GAZIANTEPE again at the first opportunity. Super tasty food! However, you can reserve them in large groups at peak times. I recommend the lamb dishes: the meat is very good. You have a good selection from the menu, but also home cooking (Turkish) in the showcase to look at and choose from. I can only recommend! Bread, spreads and salad were included free of charge. We were also offered tea afterwards.

OMG, best Turkish food I’ve ever eaten! Full disclosure, I’m not a Turkish food connaisseur, but in general I cherish lovely cuisine. So here, a small farmer’s salad wirh pomegranate juice was served as a free, fresh greeting from the kitchen, followed by a small starter plate with no less than 7 light and tasty dips and two phyllo/white cheese Borek rolls, served with freshly backed pita bread. My main was the daily special: eggplant/bell pepper/tomatoe/mince meat stew for only 8,90 Euros. So yummy and comforting!! A tick greasy, but the sauce was happily absorbed by the risotto-style round rice. The second main was lamb filet with joghurt sauce - incredibly tender yet still smokey around the edges - impossible to stop stealing little chunks from my husbands plate. According to the server the turnover is so great that the meat is coming daily fresh from the butcher. More a takeaway-ambiance than a real restaurant, but with attentive service. Add to that an ongoing stream of - apparently - the who-is-who of town and you felt truely transported into a different culture. Merci & we’ll be back!

Hello, we ate in the restaurant today. Our food arrived, my meat was cold and old. We had to change our table spontaneously because others had reserved. We got our food and desserts in a quick way so we could leave quicker because others had already made reservations. The atmosphere is very narrow and small, you don't feel comfortable. After eating we all felt very weak, tired and exhausted. Our bellies were full and we couldn't move. We puked and had diarrhea because of the food. It's a shame because we were recommended this restaurant.

Früher war für uns dieses Restaurant eines der besten in der Elsaßstraße. Heute ist es für uns leider das schlechteste und vor allem Preis/Leistung mäßig der teuerste. Sowohl das Essen als auch die Mitarbeitet waren ein Flop. Wir haben als Vorspeise je eine Mercimek- und Pacasuppe bestellt. Und als Hauptgang einen Grillteller für zwei Personen. Einzeln kostet ein Grillteller 24,90 €. Wenn man aber direkt für zwei bestellt, ist es laut Karte günstiger. Das schreibe deswegen, weil die uns das ganze einzeln berechnet haben. Also volle Summe! Die Suppen waren sehr gut. Was den Grillteller angeht, wussten wir nicht, ob wir lachen oder weinen sollten. Wir haben zwei lieblos zusammengestellte Kinderteller bekommen (einfach alles drauf geklatscht)🤮. Absolute Frechheit, für solche Portionen 24,90 zu verlangen. Das Fleisch war zwar Zart, aber dafür versalzen👎. Die Mitarbeiter kennen keine Diskretion. Aber nett waren die trotzdem. Abschließend möchte ich darauf hinweisen, nicht blind zu bezahlen. Lasst euch eine Rechnung geben. Als mir der zu bezahlende Betrag gezeigt wurde, bat ich nachher um eine Rechnung. Und wie vermutet, haben die uns die Grillteller einzeln berechnet. Nicht die feine englische Art 😉. Nie wieder. Äußerst schwierige Parkplatzsituation.

Yıllar önce gittiğimde yemek dışında sebeplerden begenmemistik. Bu sefer ise hem yemek hem tavır ile ilgili sorun var. Adana kebap(kıyma kebap) kesinlikle usulüne uygun değil. Kendi formulasyonlari olabilir, içinde maydanoz dahil var. Kivami zaten birakin bulgur gibi dağılmayı, Tekirdağ kofte gibi uzuyor. Adana kebap değil yediğiniz kesinlikle. Bu bile kabul edilebilir ama yediğiniz şeyin düzgün bir et olmaması ne yazik ki kabul edilemez. İçi sinir dolu. Yani o kadar ki ayiklamadan yemek mümkün değil. Tabağınizin kenarında yarim porsiyon sinir birikiyor. Hesabı ozellikle masada ödemek istemedik mekan müdürü ile konuşup sikayetimizi dile getirirken diğer müşterilerin duyması yerine mekan sorumlularının ilgilenmesini istediğimiz için. Fakat müdür olduğunu söyleyen beyefendinin şikayeti duyduğunda ben 5 senedir buradayım böyle bir şikayet olmadı diyerek müşteriyi yalancı çıkarmaya çalışması hiç hoş değil.

Ich esse dort seit 7 Jahren: Mittags gerne ein Tagesgericht Nachmittags was Süsses oder einfach ein frisches Ayran Abends von der Speisekarte Qualität der Speisen: *Frische, Geschmack, Portionsgrösse Top. *Anrichten der Speisen auf Teller oder Holztafeln immer ein Augenschmaus. *Service Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, schnell und serviceorientiert. *Hygiene und Sauberkeit Tische und WC's immer top *Extrawünsche Essen Wird berücksichtigt. *Mitnahme von Speiseresten weil es einfach viel und gut war: >>an diesem Punkt empfehle ich extra Trinkgeld zu geben. Heute, am 15.12.23 Dönerfleisch für 10 Euro zum Mitnehmen bestellt und nur eine überschaubaren Aluteller mit einer guten Handvoll Fleisch bekommen! Das ist sehr wenig!! Einmal und nie wieder!

Dün yemek yedim: 1) Ekmek cok bayatti. 2) Içeri girerken: Garsonunu biri girişi işgal ediyordu. Geçmek zordu. 3) Çıkışta, ayni Garson çikişi isgal ediyordu.

Waren heute hier frühstücken und so gut uns die großen Portionen geschmeckt haben, kann ich mit Sicherheit sagen, dass es unser letztes Mal war. Wir durften die Reste unseres Frühstücks (a la carte) nicht mitnehmen. Warum? Darum! So eine Verschwendung. So eine Schande. Und dafür bezahlt man auch noch…

Mitarbeiter verstehen kein Deutsch. Wir wollten 2 einfache Dürum bestellen. Einmal komplett und einen nur mit Salat, Soße und Fleisch. Nach mehrere Nachfrage, hat er uns nicht verstanden und wir haben beide nur mit Tomaten, Gurken, Salat, Fleisch und Soße bekommen. Wir waren unzufrieden und verstanden, hat er uns darauf hin immer noch nicht.

Schlechter Service . Musste mit Kenan Abe und amer yüzbek beim Regen warten . Die meinten 1min aber jetzt schon 10min.

Waren heute zum frühstücken. Es war ein sehr tolles Erlebnis von Begrüßung bis zum Schluss. Sofort bekommen sie Tee gestellt, wie sich das zum türkischen Frühstück gehört. Bestellung Aufnahme und servieren sehr flüssig. Bevor man mit seinem Tee fertig ist wird sofort neues serviert. Wowww. Ich muss sagen es war voll, so dass sie sogar Gäste wegschicken mussten und dann so ein Service. Sauberkeit: Top Preis/Leistung: Sehr gut. Wir hatten 2x Suppe, Frühstücksteller, Menemen, 1x türkischer Kaffee und sehr viel Tee. Empfehlung: Menemen in ein größeren Teller servieren. Obwohl der Inhalt nicht wenig ist wirkt es wenig, da die Pfanne sehr klein ist. Fazit: wir haben zwar heute zu Frühstück gegessen aber hatten auch schon zu Abend gegessen und kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Wir sind zufällig mittags vorbei gekommen. Das Lokal war voll, keine Chance mit 12 Personen einen Sitzplatz zu bekommen. Oder doch? Personal und Gäste rückten zusammen, sodass wir tatsächlich essen konnten. Es war super lecker, typische türkische Küche und zu hervorragenden Preisen. Ein Tagesgericht mit 4 verschiedenen Fleischsorten und wahlweisen Beilagen für unter 10,- Euro ist sensationell. Und den Tee gab es gratis hinterher. Absolute Empfehlung und super nettes Personal.
