Food reserved cold!! Rude chef garcon…

Most recently, I had chicken soup for the breakfast here. It is specially nice on a cold morning to warm up and start the day with something easy to digest, garnish and pide bread on the side makes it even better. I have tried other dishes here. I would generally recommend this place. I have been treated well by the staff so far and their food is delicious for me. I would come again from time to time.

I'm not the type of person who writes reviews but this was bottomless. We ordered 4 Dürüm to take away and had to wait a little over 30 minutes. Then when I unpacked the food I was disappointed, a Dürüm with a bit of meat, that was it. The little content was tasty, but as you can see from the pictures it was just ridiculous for the price of €7.90.

I didn't enjoy it very much, the couplet I wanted was not beautiful. Beytinin kebab was burnt.

The service was very good, we especially loved the lahmacun and bread, thank you.

I tried the mixed grill and dessert on 08.08.2024. Grill, salad and appetizers were nice. Besides the mixed grill, there was also doner kebab. The doner kebab isn't bad. Dessert was not good. The service and atmosphere were nice. The business was clean and well-maintained. The guys at the service were polite and fast.

It's criticism to move the restaurant forward First of all the staff do not speak English I asked for straws for the children because I took glass bottles: apple juice, the 3 year old will not drink from the bottle (we don't have in a bar) two waiters did not understand after I wanted to make the task easier I said (glas) the waitress went to look but she returned and without feedback. I ordered a baked dish the truth I don't know what I ate a mixture of vegetables without meat. the children's kofta full of fat I understand that meat has become expensive: I prefer to have a little but with less of fat. When I left I saw that there was baklava but I didn’t see it on the menu. Too bad for a town located on the border with Holland and Belgium we don't speak English we don't take the trouble to help or make ourselves understood or put pictures of the dishes at least on the menu at least we know what we're eating .

Although their breakfast was delicious and varied, the sink was in a very bad condition, there was no soap, there were napkins on the floor. It wasn't clean. I couldn't wash my hands.

So positive: Adana Kebab really tasted incredibly good and the waiters were all very friendly. Negative: the portion was a huge disgrace. More of an appetizer. I had to buy a kebab later to fill me up. Also there was no mayonnaise. How are you supposed to eat fries without mayo?

I personally didn't like the meal. I had an “Iskander” bowl filled with half a kilogram of yogurt – the irony is unmistakable. There were two hundred dishes, but only one fish dish? The waiters were not familiar with their own menu. The yogurt water just tasted like water. Furthermore, the music was excessively loud, which personally made me uncomfortable. The waiter expected a tip and didn't even say goodbye to us politely as we left the establishment. Went for breakfast around 10am on Sunday. Looking awesome. Bake nice and full. But because of the crowd and few customers, it was almost all cold.

I can recommend Antep Sofrasi with all my heart, I often order for delivery or eat on site and everything is always right, the food, the service, the friendliness, everything is always top👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 And if something goes wrong, Elif Hanim (owner) tries to make it so that the guests leave the restaurant with a smile. We as a family are always very satisfied!

I come here very often and very much. We drive almost an hour to this restaurant, but after yesterday this was the last time. the waiter came with the bill and said if he could make this a higher amount. he then entered a higher amount himself and expected us to pay it. I indicated that this was not correct and that he should enter the current price stated on the invoice. I believe that as a customer you should decide for yourself whether you want to tip or not. this is not a way of working. It is a shame that you are losing customers due to these actions.

It was a Good place to try turkish BBQ It is a little bit more expensive (3-5 euro more than its competitors) his meal is small compared to the price (grill teller) . Nice atmosphere. I hope that restaurant go back to it higher level of quality 🙏

I would like to complain to you about last night's Iftar experience, which unfortunately led to an extremely unpleasant outcome. Yesterday we were at your place with seven colleagues to enjoy Iftar, but the experience was an absolute disaster. Not only was the food disappointing, but it also caused serious health problems. Unfortunately, since this morning all eight of us have been suffering from gastroenteritis, with severe diarrhea and vomiting. It is worrying that as of now, at 4 p.m., we are still requiring treatment in hospital. It is irresponsible and disgraceful that the health and safety of the guests was clearly not taken into account when preparing the food. Such lack of hygiene and care is unacceptable and poses a serious threat to everyone's health.

I've eaten here several times and picked up food because sometimes it gets really crowded and loud. Within a year the portions have become smaller, but it still tastes good. Despite the stressful situation, the waiters were always friendly. The glasses smell too much of bleach, otherwise everything is fine. Tavuk beyti is my favorite.

Original review: I have tried some of their Turkish sweets, they were bad and had some weird spices in them. I have tried several turkish sweets before and they didn't have such spices. The staff was very friendly and the customer's service was irreprochable.

Great, fresh and delicious. The only complaint would be that the order is (repeatedly) taken incorrectly (salad separately, please, NOT in the Lahmacun). I won't discuss that anymore... Salad flies out of the Lahmacun at home and it's fine! Otherwise TIP TOP!

For me, by far the best Turkish restaurant in NRW. Absolutely fresh and delicious dishes. It can get very busy at times, but even then the staff is always there and takes care of every guest. If something doesn't fit, you're welcome to address it. I'm now a regular guest and there's absolutely nothing to complain about because we're all human and things can sometimes not go 100%. Food is perfect, portions are right and everything is clean. The staff is friendly and very customer oriented.

Online essen bestellt und nach 10 Minuten wurde die Bestellung akzeptiert. Nach 1.5h warten dort angerufen und gefragt wie lange es noch dauert. Als Antwort kam „Fahrer ist unterwegs“. Als nach 2h noch immer nichts ankam, nochmal angerufen. Dieses Mal hieß es „Bestellung wurde von System nicht erfasst aber wir können das jetzt schnell machen.“ Absolute Frechheit!!

20:35 Uhr, Freitagabend, es ist viel los. Ich frage nach einem Platz, denn mich fragt nach Minuten niemand, warum ich wie eine Betonskulptur mitten auf dem Flur stehe. Die Finger eines Kellners weisen mir einen Platz zu. Ich setze mich. Auf dem Tisch hinter mir schimmert mir die fettige Speisekarte entgegen, die ich mir sofort schnappe. Wer passiv bleibt, kann schließlich lange warten. Während ich die vorne am Dönerspieß arbeitenden Männer beobachte, bemerke ich gleichzeitig die verzweifelte Suche meiner deutschen Tischnachbarn nach Salz. Ein vorne stehender und für die KellnerInnen die Teller vorbereitender Mann reibt sich seine laufende Nase und fasst die Speisen an, die er auf sinnvolle und ästhetisch ansprechende Weise anrichtet. Ich überlege, ob ich gehen soll. Ich stehe auf und suche Kellner auf, für mich und meine Tischnachbarn. Man bringt daraufhin Salz. Alle sind glücklich, auch ich freue mich über das Ende der Salzsuche. Als ich die Anwesenheit der Kellnerin zu meinem Vorteil nutzen und bestellen will, huscht sie blitzschnell davon. Ich rufe erneut einen Kellner, nein, ich schreie fast nach ihm - man muss sich dem Geschehen schließlich anpassen. Es kommt keiner. Mit aufgeschlagener Speisekarte warte ich auf die Erlösung. 20 Minuten vergehen. Verschiedene KellnerInnen laufen hektisch an mir vorbei. Fleißige Bienen, denke ich. „Es gibt viel zu tun, ich gehe jetzt“, melde ich mich ein letztes Mal. Ich solle mich hinsetzen, in 10 Minuten könne man mir ein Gericht vorbereiten! Ein Kellner und die Oberkellnerin schauen mich fragend an. 21:05 Uhr. Leider habe ich keine Zeit mehr.

Nach fünf Jahren, in denen die Qualität dieses Restaurants täglich schlechter wurde, war heute der schlimmste Tag überhaupt – es war wirklich unglaublich. 1- Die Hühnersuppe bestand aus Hühnerhaut und Tomatensaft. 2- Im Salat befand sich eine Schicht Zucker. (Ich glaube, der Salat, den sie an anderen Tischen gesammelt hatten, wurde noch einmal gemischt und an unseren Tisch gebracht) 🤯🤯🤯🤯 3 - Die Menge an Essen, die wir jedes Mal bestellt hatten, war nur halb so viel wie die normale Menge (Nummer 70). 4- Nach dem Gesagten reklamierten wir beim ersten Kellner, der sich daraufhin verärgert und nervös von unserem Tisch entfernte (ich verstehe immer noch nicht den Grund für seine Wut; vielleicht hatten wir nicht das Recht, gegen ihre Schrecklichkeit zu reclamirien).😒 5- Nachdem wir die Rechnung bezahlt hatten, beschwerten wir uns bei einem anderen Kellner. Er antwortete, als ob wir lügen würden, und sagte, dass das Ansaugen von Zucker im Salat normal sei. 😐 6- Nachdem er zum Besitzer des Restaurants gegangen war, entschuldigte er sich respektvoll bei uns.🙏🏼

Vorab, bin in der Woche häufiger dort frühstücken weil es schmeckt, gut angerichtet ist und der Service stimmt. Buffet heute war aus MEINER Sicht nicht gut. Viele Warmspeisen waren kalt, Auswahl zwar reichlich aber es fehlte die frische, die Gewürze. Gebratene Peperoni und kalte Kartoffelscheiben übereinander stapeln ist nicht der Brüller. Spiegelei war trocken, kalt und hart. Bulgur schmeckte nach Tüte und der kleine Gast der über unsere Füsse lief rundete das ein Sterne Bild ab. Keiner kam an den Tisch und fragte ob alles ok ist oder man noch Getränke möchte. Ne lieber Gastro, geht besser….

Sehr lecker. Wird in den letzten Monaten leider gefühlt bei jedem Besuch teurer. Dafür stimmt die Qualität.
