The food is really good and the portion is big (also too big for asian like us😅). The service is excellent. There was a nice young lady who tried to translate and explain us the menu. But I looked around and everyone was very nice and friendly not only just her. I had a great time there.

The food was tasty and the portion was good, unfortunately the wafer-thin kebab meat on the grill plate got cold very quickly and the other grilled dishes also got cold because the plate was not served on a warming plate or something similar.

Easily five stars! Super friendly and helpful staff. The location is crazy to miss, it is a smaller place but was packed with patrons. Excellent , authentic food for a reasonable price! Definitely will be back!

Nicht zu empfehlen! Essen zu teuer für die mäßige Qualität. Das vorab gereichte Fladenbrot war alt und zäh. Die dazu gereichten Brotaufstriche waren ok. Zur Vorspeise gab es wieder ein Fladenbrot, das war frisch, warm und ok. Danach haben wir auf unser Essen gewartet, gewartet ... nachdem unsere Nachbarn sich beschwert haben, wo ihr Essen bleibt und sie es danach kurzfristig bekommen hatten, haben wir auch nachgefragt. Danach dauerte es nicht mehr lange. Leider waren die Pommes nicht dabei, sondern Reis. Es wurde versprochen die Pommes nachzuliefern. Die das Hühnchen Filet war zu zäh, die gekochten Beilagen Tomate und Paprikaschote kalt, zäh und geschmacklich daher mittelmäßig. Nachdem ich mein Essen zur Hälfte gegessen hatte und die Pommes immer noch nicht da waren, bin ich selber zum Koch gegangen. Fünf Minuten Später hatte ich meine Pommes. Auf der Rechnung musste ich dann feststellen, dass mir die Pommes extra berechnen wollten. Die Bedienung war nett, aber vollkommen unprofessionell und chaotisch.

We really enjoy eating there with the family. The staff is super friendly and very committed. We have already tried different dishes and everything tasted very good. A small starter is included and tea and baklava were included on the house after the meal. The only point of criticism: No dips, such as tzatziki, are served with the grilled dishes. You would have to order this separately at a relatively high price (approx. €8.50). I think that's a bit of a shame because, in our experience, it's included in other Turkish restaurants and the otherwise excellent food needs such a side dish. In general, a highly recommended restaurant!

Excellent food. Despite the restaurant being full, the food was at the table very quickly. The staff is incredibly friendly, something you rarely experience in Germany. In terms of price, I would rate it as cheap. In any case, it is worth a visit.

Unfortunately the service was very slow and restructured. We waited a long time to place our drink orders and each time a drink was missing. Just enough time to place the order for the food and then receive it. The structure was missing. Especially if you come in a large group. The food was delicious and fresh. Ambiance was cozy. Maybe it will work if there are two of you with the service.

The entire staff was nice, friendly and accommodating. However, the food was almost cold, very uncluttered and not particularly "nicely" prepared, a little careless. I wasn't impressed with the taste either. Unfortunately not enough for a restaurant. It reminded me more of a snack bar. It's a shame, we were promised more. Maybe again sometime.

Me and my family had a dinner here Saturday evening spontenausly. I have eaten doner all over the world from Dubai,Istanbul and all over the Germany. This was the best. Oil free, well cooked, well marinated. I ordered donerteller mit bulgur. Bulgur was also very delicious. Colleagues are quite friendly and warmly welcomed us. For sure i will visit here more often.

MALÊ'MA in Aachen's city center is a lovingly decorated restaurant that invites you to enjoy a pleasant atmosphere. The food I ordered, the mixed grill plate, tasted very good. Tender and juicy meat, good fries and the best lahmacun I've ever eaten. The starter plate consisting of three dips and a fresh bread, as well as the salad (at no extra charge!) also tasted great and provided a filling feeling with the main course. The service staff works quickly and is really nice and friendly. Afterwards there was black tea and a piece of baklava at no extra charge. I paid €24.70 for the plate and a Cola Zero. You should actually give ten stars for the service! All in all, MALÊ'MA (Kurdish: our home) is an above-average, but reasonably priced lokas in its industry. PS: the kebab skewer is layered meat, i.e. original kebab.

Ordered iskender kebab as main dish which was very nice Meat was well seasoned with an overly oily sauce and the fries that came with it were also good and crispy. As dessert i had baklava with some tea, both were also great, the baklava had the right amount of sweetness and the tea paired perfectly with it. Apart from the food the restaurant had fast and kind service/staff, decor looked good and the open kitchen was very clean.

The local cuisine in Aachen is relatively exquisite, so it’s definitely OK to invite family and friends to eat here. The platter in the picture is delicious. It’s so fragrant, especially the rice below. The lamb is also grilled and delicious.

OK, the shop is a bit big, so it's not really "cosy", but the food is really worth it. We had a large starter plate and therefore (due to finite capacity) only a small main course - in my case (you hardly dare say it) kebab. Everything was very tasty. The staff very nice and attentive.

All 5 star reviews are more than appropriate for this beautiful restaurant. It definitely won't be my last visit...

I stayed in Aachen for a month and ate at this restaurant the most. I have eaten grilled lamb chops with rice twice. The one in the picture is Spaghetti Gemüse, which is the best creamy pasta I have ever eaten. Not that boring. There is also mutton soup that three friends think is delicious, and you can order a bowl of rice to go with it. Because it’s so delicious, it almost starts as soon as the food is served, so I don’t have many pictures. All in all highly recommended!

Delicious food. The incorrect order was compensated for with another free drink and bread with dips and at the end there was baklava on top. Nice, attentive service and you feel comfortable. In addition, the restaurant is within walking distance and is beautifully decorated.

It is authentic Turkish cuisine, the food was delicious and service was friendly. Portions are also okay (see the photos). The prices could be a bit cheaper, but this is not a fast-food restaurant, so it is understandable. The atmosphere is relaxed, clean, and simple. There are outdoor seats and large tables inside for big groups. For dessert, we ordered kunefe (€6.90). It was not very good, mainly because it wasn’t cooked properly (burnt on top and undercooked on the bottom). Maybe trying the baklava would be better. Paying with a card is possible, contrary to some other comments I read here. We paid with a card without any issues. The Turkish tea was also great; not every place makes it this well, so it’s a plus. 🙂

The food is delicious! The bread was freshly made, piping hot. We had pide and Turkish coffee, and baklava on the house. Staff were also pleasant, polite and friendly. Definitely recommend for a tasty bite when you're super hungry!

This establishment can really be called a restaurant. As a starter we ordered Mercimek and Paca soup. The main course was a mixed grill plate and a Dürüm (homemade doner kebab). Without going into detail or wandering into thoughts…. Just look at the side salad…. Can you see how here, among other things? the lettuce was cut? There's love in it! And the rest tasted the same 👍👍👍👍 The very nice and attentive staff ensured that we had a very good stay. In order to continue eating out, we will come back

I came here after hearing very good stories and wanted to see for myself whether they were true. It did not disappoint. We both had the lentil soup. (forgot photo) this was very tasty! After this a Turkish pizza with everything on it and a pide. The dough was homemade, you can just taste it! Friendly staff and a good atmosphere! We would love to come again more often!

Male'ma is a cozy Turkish restaurant. We didn't have a reservation and were lucky to get a table. Delicious bread with three sauces was served beforehand. For us there was, among other things, the grill plate and a kebab pizza. The grill plate was really nicely presented and was quite varied. Among other things, there was a lamb chop, kebab, pieces of lamb grilled on a spit, lahmacun(?) and, as a side dish, very good bulgur and salad. The pizza was nicely baked, the dough was a little thick and the kebab meat was a little lacking in taste, but all in all it was OK. After the meal there was either tea or baklava from the house. All in all, we were very satisfied with a few minor drawbacks. We'll be going back soon, a table has been reserved to try out the sea bream.

The only good thing is the parking facility. The food is really simple.. Partly cold! The service is a disaster... Waited 90 minutes for the food... the tables next door weren't cleared for an hour... Waited 30 minutes for the first drink... completely overwhelmed... Ambiance? Lamps in the corner with a cord attached and not. Connected... nothing more should be said about it

We were guests at male'ma today and were more than thrilled. All the selected dishes were excellently prepared, the ingredients were fresh, perfectly seasoned and absolutely to the point. Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The food itself was tasty and well grilled but it could have been a touch spicier. I found a food that was advertised as spicy to be slightly spicy. The lentil soup was also tasty, but here too a pinch of more seasoning would have been good.

I went there with very high expectations because of the good reviews. That was a mistake, these were not fulfilled. Locally very loud, very warm and cramped. Service was friendly, but no longer visible at the end - more staff on Friday evening would be good. The question about a white wine spritzer was answered in the affirmative, what I got was a glass of white wine and a 0.25l bottle of mineral water... Food was very carelessly prepared but tasted good, very fresh and crispy. The prices are too high. Everything took a long time. But we were able to pay by card. Finally there was baklava. I had a stomach ache for a long time after eating.
