Sehr nette Gaststätte mit schwerpunkt Türkische Küche aber auch alternativen. Ich habe draußen gesessen aber kurz reingeschaut, nettes Ambiente. Preislich obere Grenze, aber sehr nette und freundliche Bedienung, sehr leckere Speisen - Linsensuppe und Lammfleisch-/Grillgerichte sind zu empfehlen! Zu den Hauptspeissen gibt es freie Auswahl Pommes, Reis, Bulgur und dazu einen kleinen gemischten Salat. Vorab Brot mit Dreierlei Dips. Sehr lecker, jederzeit wieder 😄 Bezahlen mit Karte war kein Problem!

Wir haben unser Mittagessen hier in Aachen sehr genossen. Die Portionen waren großzügig und die Preise absolut angemessen. Besonders gut haben uns die gegrillten Lammrippchen geschmeckt – sie waren unglaublich saftig, zart und voller Geschmack. Auch der Grillteller war insgesamt sehr lecker. Hähnchen und Rindfleisch waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu durchgebraten, aber das Essen war trotzdem zufriedenstellend. Ein toller Ort für ein herzhaftes Mittagessen zu einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Das Essen ist gut. Es ist kein Imbissessen! Es gibt Brot mit verschiedenen Pasten als Vorspeise. Und sowohl Beyti als auch Salat fand ich lecker. Einzig der Preis ist ein wenig hoch.

Außergewöhnlich freundliche Leute und köstliches Essen. Große Portionen. Zum Abschluss gab es noch eine Überraschung vom Haus. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir sind mit unserem Team schon mehrfach hier gewesen, weil es allen so gut schmeckt. Die Produkte sind von guter Qualität und frisch. Im Vorfeld haben wir verschiedene türkische Saucen angeboten bekommen mit frischem Brot. Ich habe mich für den Döner Iskender entschieden. Es war sehr schmackhaft. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen immer wieder.

Oh mein Gott! Es war ein unglaubliches Erlebnis. Das Essen, der Service – einfach erstklassig. Die Kellnerin war unglaublich lieb. Die Lammsuppe war fantastisch. Die Lammkoteletts waren butterzart. Der türkische Tee war köstlich (ich habe ihn zum ersten Mal probiert). Aber das Bakwala war das beste, das ich je gegessen habe. Selbst die Beilagen waren der Wahnsinn. Ich hoffe, ich kann bald wiederkommen.

Ich war schon sehr oft in dem Restaurant mit vielen Gästen und war eigentlich immer sehr zufrieden. Heute war ich wieder mit Arbeitskollegen im Lokal, aber die Bedienung war katastrophal.. eine Kellnerin die mit Kaugummi im Mund bedient.. obwohl man sie darauf hinweist dass sie sehr unhöflich ist, da sie während der Bedienung schmatzt mit dem Kaugummi im Mund. Mehrmals hab ich sie darauf hingewiesen, dass es sehr unhöflich ist, sie hat sie es ignoriert. Ich wollte mit dem Chef sprechen, aber mir würde von den Kellnerin nur gesagt, dass der Chef und die Frau nicht da sind. Leider sehr schade, aber ich werde nie mehr dort hingehen.

Mein Partner und ich sind seit Jahren Stammgäste hier in diesem Lokal. Dieses Restaurant wird seinem Namen mehr als gerecht. Man fühlt sich hier jedesmal sehr willkommen, wie zuhause. Das Ambiente, das Essen und besonders der Service ist wirklich einzigartig. Wir freuen uns jedes Mal aufs Neue hierher zu kommen und diese Gastfreundschaft in Kombination mit leckerem Essen zu genießen.

Es war sehr salzig und ölig. Nach dem Essen der Hammelsuppe hatte sich eine dicke Ölschicht vom Wasser getrennt. Diese „Dicke“ war in Wirklichkeit eine Mischung aus Öl und Brühe und extrem salzig – ganz anders als die Hammelsuppe, die ich in der Türkei gegessen habe. Die Portionen waren jedoch großzügig, und die verschiedenen Joghurtsaucen waren sehr lecker.

Sehr umfangreiche Speisekarte, da findet sich für jeden etwas. Alles sehr lecker, schneller freundlicher Service, gerne wieder!

Wir kamen auch ohne Reservierung rein, aber würde empfehlen eine zu machen. Das Essen war lecker, aber uns etwas teuer. Man musste teils etwas länger warten, weil das Restaurant sehr gut besucht ist, daher solltet ihr Zeit mitbringen. Die Kellnerinnen waren alle richtig nett und haben auch alle unsere Fragen beantwortet.

Wir waren schon oft dort aber je öfter man da ist desto schlechter wird es. Das letzte Mal wo wir dort waren kam das Essen zuerst dann die Vorspeise und die Suppe. Das war echt enttäuschend.

Das Essen war köstlich, aber die Portionen waren zu klein und die Preise relativ hoch. Es waren viele Chinesen da, und die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm.

Sehr schönes lokal mit leckerem Essen. Hatte den Falafelteller bestellt, wo eine beilage und ein Salat mit den Falafeln kommen. Man hat einen kleinen Korb mit Brot bekommen und verschiedenen Dips während man auf das essen wartet. Am Ende konnte man sogar noch einen Tee/ Eine Süßspeise bekommen. Einziges Mängel: Nur Barzahlung möglich Preis: 10-15 €

Seit dem 01. Januar 2026 gilt in der Gastronomie ein dauerhaft ermäßigter Mehrwertsteuersatz von 7 % auf Speisen. Dieser wird leider nicht an die Kunden weitergegeben, obwohl die Preise dadurch eigentlich um 12 % sinken müssten.

Fantastisch! Das Essen, der Service! Hier wird alles mit viel Liebe zubereitet, und das Essen ist einfach köstlich und zart. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, sodass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Ein wahrer Genuss, ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus!

Das Essen ist zwar soweit ganz lecker, allerdings ist der Service sehr unfähig. Nach drei Stunden Aufenthalt wurden wir nicht einmal gefragt, ob wir noch etwas trinken/essen möchten. Erst als wir uns mehrfach aufmerksam gemacht haben wurden unsere Teller abgeräumt und da waren wir bereit schon eine Stunde fertig. Schade.

Leider nichts für mich. Adana Kebab schmeckt gar nicht nach Adana. Sehr schade.. Auch künefe War nicht lecker.

Based on the good reviews, we chose this restaurant and were unfortunately disappointed. My doner kebab was practically swimming in grease, and my companion's lamb was very sinewy and gristly. The service was incredibly slow; it took 25 minutes for our order to be taken, and after we finished eating, our plates weren't cleared until we asked. The tables are far too close together, with barely 20 cm of space between them on either side. The faux leather on the bench was completely worn and peeling. We definitely won't be coming back.

We went to a place recommended by someone, but unfortunately, we weren't entirely satisfied. A döner platter, a döner wrap, an Adana dish, and a lahmacun, plus drinks, cost 60 euros. The döner was extremely greasy. The lahmacun tasted like pita bread. The Adana was the best, but that one also had two bad experiences. We left without finishing our plates.

We were there for the first time, the staff is very friendly and accommodates guests with food allergies as much as possible. The food was delicious. You should allow some time, as the restaurant is very busy. I wanted to give it 5 stars, but deducted one because they only accept cash. We'll definitely come back.

Unfortunately, it was only mediocre. The service was very poor. I sat down in the restaurant shortly after 6 p.m., and my girlfriend arrived five minutes later. It took ten minutes before we received menus and could order drinks and food. The drinks arrived quickly, but the food didn't arrive until 7 p.m. We weren't offered any bread or anything to tide us over. I had the mixed grill, which was okay, but neither particularly tasty nor a large portion. My girlfriend's large appetizer platter was, frankly, ridiculous. It consisted of ten (give or take two) cheese rolls with dips. There were also a few stray olives and a sad little pile of grilled vegetables. For €25, it was truly disappointing.

It was our first time there and we fell in love instantly. The classic Anatolian vibe, the amazing selection of food – it just felt so homey. The meze platter we started with was already huge and incredibly delicious. The service was also top-notch and super fast. A big shout-out to the employee with the orange hair – you were fantastic! Definitely recommended! 🤍

A total flop. We wanted to redeem a voucher here, but the restaurant is taped up and closed. No information on the website, otherwise we certainly wouldn't have driven all the way to Aachen just for this.

Usually always good, but apparently permanently closed from now on. The windows are covered with paper. It's a shame there's no notice about it anywhere. It used to be one of the best Turkish restaurants in Aachen, which is a shame.

The food was good, and I liked the ayran. Something caught my attention. We were making our payment, but the kitchen staff and the kitchen itself were in poor condition. The slippers they were wearing weren't suitable for the kitchen; I wouldn't say they were dirty, but I wouldn't say they were decent at all. I think they need to be careful. The prices and portions were quite reasonable. Thank you.

The hotel is well located. It's close to the city center, yet quiet. Except for a long hair in the sink, everything was clean. The room was spacious and quiet. Drinks in the minibar are free. The breakfast on the 5th floor is good, and the view from the roof terrace is very nice. Highly recommended!

We went here for the first time today, as our regular Turkish restaurant is unfortunately no longer open, and we were looking for a good alternative. We definitely found it 😍 Great food. Everything was really great. The fries were absolutely amazing, the best falafel I've ever eaten, and the rest was simply fantastic. Large portions at a fair price, and we only waited a short time for our food. We will definitely be back, and not just once :) Top restaurant in Aachen 👌

We had dinner at male'ma yesterday. The service was great, the food was excellent and plentiful. The value for money was absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, we had to decline the baklava for dessert, as we were already more than full after the starter and main course. The entire staff was very child-friendly. We would gladly go back anytime. 😃

Very nice terrace to sit and eat. The service is fast and friendly. The prices are relatively high but the food is tasty. I found the tomatoes in the salad abit old, and we had a plastic piece in our ice cream (see photos).

This is definitely not Turkish cuisine. The service was very slow and indifferent. They piled the plates and left. The service was not polite at all. The meat pide dough was thick, contained too much garlic, and smelled strongly of meat. The kebab was very mediocre and felt very heavy after eating. This is the first time I've seen a restaurant that didn't serve lavash bread with the kebab, and when I asked for it, they told me it was extra, which was very rude. The doner kebab was also very tasteless. The complimentary tea was a yellow, watery mess; Turkish tea is definitely not like that. It would have been much better if they hadn't served that stale baklava. The prices are also very high for the quality. I will never go back and don't recommend it.

Personally, I was annoyed, the wrong orders were delivered... The menu for two people includes tea and baklava, but you don't get them, but you still have to pay. A group of six girls who spoke English sat next to us, and the same thing happened to them. We will definitely NEVER be back... Yes, and no card payments!!!

Delicious food and warm hospitality A truly fantastic Turkish restaurant with authentic cuisine and friendly service. The dishes are freshly prepared and very flavorful; we were particularly impressed by the Adana kebab and the meze appetizers. The homemade flatbread was also a highlight. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and you immediately feel at home. The value for money is absolutely spot on. We'd love to come back!

Came to eat with friends The price is moderate and the quantity is not small. The set menu for two on the first page of the menu comes with appetizers, desserts and tea. It is very cost-effective. If you don’t know what to order, you can try this set meal.

We ordered the Ramadan menu and doner gratin, which were very tasty. However, the gratin was a bit too salty for my taste. The staff were very friendly and nice, especially with our small child. The ambience was also very nice. Prices were also reasonable. The best thing about a restaurant like this is the tea at the end. Overall it is recommended.

As expected from a small German town, there was a lot of food! I came in when I was hungry, and it was so nice to be given bread and salad right away. The aperitif bread and three sauces are delicious when eaten with meat. I ordered pide because I like it, and it tasted just like eating it in Türkiye, and the lamb was delicious with a fiery flavor.

Und denen haben wir nur Gutes hinzuzufügen: Freundliche Bedienung, original türkische Küche (genau so schmeckt es auch in Instanbul, Ankara und Antalya) und recht grosse Mengen. Ein Gedicht - wer türkisches Essen liebt, wird sich dort wohlfühlen!

Turkish cuisine at its best. We were attracted to this restaurant because of the very good reviews it already had. And we only have good things to add: friendly service, original Turkish cuisine (that's exactly how it tastes in Istanbul, Ankara and Antalya) and quite large quantities. A poem - anyone who loves Turkish food will feel at home there!

An absolutely belly-buster of deliciousness! Great restaurant experience that started with the loveliest of waitresses. I don’t know who was happier, us to be smelling such yummy food or the waitress greeting us. Despite the restaurant being busy the staff weren’t phased. Not the put on face of someone hoping desperately for the end of the shift, but the smile of someone who is happy you’re enjoying the experience. The food… oh the food! I only managed a photo of the main because the minute the starter hit the table we tucked in like a pride of lions. The shared starter alone was a meal in itself and had my mouth watering. Then the main came and we all sat back in silence for a minute or two to admire the culinary behemoth before us. I’m pretty certain it had its own gravitational pull! Then, dig in we did, never wanting it to end. Spoiler alert, we didn’t finish the whole thing. My belt and trouser elastic couldn’t take any more! The whole meal was positive, and so too was the price. We had the shared meal for 4 that on first glance at €105 seemed pricy. But that included an endless supply of naan breads and dips, a humongous starter, the fabled main, baklava dessert and black tea to finish. All-in-all, I’d have expected to pay twice as much as I did. Give this place a try. Your belly might regret it, but you won’t ;) Enjoy!

The service is really attentive, everything is super quick and friendly. The food was very tasty, but the portions aren't exactly huge in relation to the price (but not tiny either!). Unfortunately, the atmosphere is something in between a snack bar and a restaurant. In order to be really comfortable, the worn furnishings would have to be renewed and the entrance door, despite the lock, caused a strong draft as soon as someone came in or left the restaurant.

I came here after hearing very good stories and wanted to see for myself whether they were true. It did not disappoint. We both had the lentil soup. (forgot photo) this was very tasty! After this a Turkish pizza with everything on it and a pide. The dough was homemade, you can just taste it! Friendly staff and a good atmosphere! We would love to come again more often! Update February 13 We came with 4 people. We opted for the 3 courses for 4 people for 105 euros. We were not disappointed! It was delicious!! The starter plate/ main course were excellent. Portions more than enough! Dessert could have been a little more elaborate, perhaps a little more decorated? Furthermore, service is great! And atmosphere was good too. We had a very nice evening! Tip! A warming plate! For such a large portion of meat, a warming plate is a very good idea! This way you can eat a little longer while the food stays nice and warm!
